Negative experience: Very unethical practices and no empathy for individuals. They easily charge fines for anything and everything without due notice. It is our hard-earned money by working very hard. The only reason why we approached them is to save some money. But it has went the other way round. It's very sad to see these hidden fines just going out just like that without even getting the service. Service like these should work with empathy. They don't have feelings and emotions and purely driven by money and are commercial. I hate to see these kind of private practices who are purely focused on their concern than the customer's concern.

Fantastic experience: Honestly best care I’ve had! I have previously had other chiropractic care and it never fully helped with the pain I was having in my left foot and lower back. After a few visits with Dr. Yin, the foot pain completely went away. And even during my pregnancy, the pain did not return. I would definitely recommend her as she is super knowledgeable and personable.

Fantastic experience: Dr Yin has been providing outstanding chiropractic care for many years in our community. I'm an active hiker/climber, and over the years I've had my share of issues with my knees, ankles etc. Every time I have a problem, I consistently visit Dr Yin's office - with confidence that she will help. Last week I returned from a hiking/climbing trip to the Himalayas. It was a great adventure, but I had an unexpected issue. My upper back was so sore from jumaring up a rope while climbing a peak. Later it became very painful. I was also coughing a lot, which hurt my back even more. When I was back in US, the pain became excruciating. I contacted Dr Yin's office immediately. To my relief they had availability that same day. Dr Yin carefully examined me. She pinpointed the spot in my back that was the root cause of the pain. As she always does, she did her magic treatment that includes stimulating and massaging. She also gave me a spiky ball to massage the problem area with on my own. By the end of my session I was already feeling much better. I haven't not fully recovered yet. I plan to see her a couple of more times. But I know it won't take much longer. I'm so glad that I could count on her treatment for any serious issue. Thank you Dr Yin for serving our community. It's really appreciated! Kudos to the amazing staff too. It's always a great experience to visit your office!

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had great results from my visits to Dr Teresa Yin. Several years ago I had a sprained ankle. After 3 visits that problem was resolved. With the addition of an ankle support during my hikes, I never had problems with my ankle again. More recently I had a problem in my back when I did a lot of pulling/lifting with my right arm. Dr Yin did her magic on the spot which was sore. She showed some exercises to relax the muscles in the back, which should help prevent the injury in the future. She is always friendly and helpful. Her staff is also very friendly. It’s my favorite place to go whenever I have chiropractic issues

Fantastic experience: I was introduced to this place by a friend. Great clinic, great setup, awesome therapy and Dr Teresa is really wonderful with her work. The therapy that they provide is really awesome, but apart from that, even the clinic is very clean and organized and the most important part I liked about this place is that they are very strict with time and are always on time, unlike other places where patients are made to sit way beyond the scheduled appointment time. Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Yin in December 2020 after a back injury I sustained from working at a hospital. My mom had been seeing her and had nothing but good things to say. I was apprehensive at first because hearing the word “chiropractor” made me think about the possibility of the injury worsening. That was not the case! Dr. Yin saw me a few times while I was home for a visit and my back felt almost new by the time she was done. She is the most caring and knowledgeable chiropractor I have been to. They prepare you with heat treatment, stimulations and deep tissue massage before cracking which really helps relaxing the muscles. Other doctors just crack you without any preparation. Dr Yin also share advices on how to exercise at home to prevent problems. Some doctor just wants you to go back and make money on you. The office follows very exact schedule. You don’t have to wait hours when you get there. This is a legitimate, great place. If you don’t trust you can give it a try and have your own judgement.

My back was in spasms and excruciating pain, so extreme that I could not stand, sit or walk. Dr Yin worked her magic and almost instantly, i was able to walk without pain or discomfort.
