Fantastic experience: This is long overdue review, I highly recommend this practice all around. Personally, I went to Dr. George Scordilis this past year to help with my weight and cholesterol issues. Dr. George created a functional nutrition plan and over the better part of 6 months, by exercising and following Dr. George's advice, I was able to drop over 25 lbs and lower my cholesterol from 217mgDL to 153mgDL. Very happy with results of course, but, more importantly, I am more knowledgeable of what works and doesn't work for my body and my diet. Also I have to commend Dr. Peter as a chiropractor as my wife, son and several friends have seen him for various issues and have nothing but high remarks and better health as a result. Thank you Scordilis Health and Performance Center!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Licitra is the best very knowledgeable and experienced in his profession. Does a consultation and X-rays to understand what exactly you need to work on. His staff at the front desk are very friendly and there to answer any questions. Every room has positive quotes and brightens up my day which is a plus!

Fantastic experience: I started coming to this practice about 7 years ago when I was 8 months pregnant with my first child. Peter came highly recommended from my ob/gyn at the time. My baby was not head down but after seeing Peter, the baby moved to the right position. After giving birth, I had some back issues and Peter helped relieve the pain. When I was pregnant with my second child, I had the same issue and Peter helped again to open up my hips to allow the head to move down into the correct position. I have been seeing him regularly and the exercises have helped to keep away the pains from constantly leaning over to attend to small children. The whole team is great. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Another shout out is for Tyler who I’ve seen a few times and his detailed explanations have made me understand better how the body works and the different types of exercise that target specific parts of the body. Growing older doesn’t mean accepting aches and pains. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: In my opinion, Dr. Peter is the best. I've been a patient of his on and off for years. I started seeing him when I was a Spartan Race enthusiast with a slipped disk. After moving to central Jersey I tried to find another chiropractor who used similar techniques and could help me find the same relief through treatment and guidance as he did. It's been about 5 years, I've tried many local chiropractic and sports medical professionals, and none of them are as good. As much as I dislike the drive, I end up back in Dr. Peter's office. I went to him throughout my pregnancy, he helped me fix my diastasis recti, he's always incredibly patient, and he answers all my questions. He is exactly what you want in any medical professional.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Peter and his team have helped me tremendously on and off for a couple of years. I was a cross fitter and have been training for long distance runs which means I have come to him with different issues. Most recently, I had a bad ankle injury and some mobility issues and his guidance and care have been most helpful in my recovery.

Fantastic experience: When I first started seeing Dr. Peter Scordilis, I had been in significant discomfort and pain due to herniated discs in my lower back. It was a long road, but Dr. Peter stayed committed to my recovery and ultimately gave me my life back! I spent more than half my life avoiding certain physical activities because of the pain that I was in. Dr. Peter not only corrected the issues causing my pain, but he also taught me exercises and pain management techniques to regulate issues that could possibly arise between visits. During my time at Scordilis Health and Performance, I have also been introduced to the benefits of acupuncture. Fantastic experience: I started going to Scordilis 6 years ago when I was pregnant with my second child and was experiencing a lot of hip pain. I have suffered with back/hip pain most of my adult life and have seen tons of other doctors including a previous surgery. Dr. Peter and his staff went well beyond any other doctors I had ever seen. They are incredibly informative - explained what the underlying problem was in detail so I fully understood what the issue was and then provided preventative measures and strength training exercises to do at home. They don’t just treat you and send you on your way - they truly want you to get better and provide a lot of support to get you there. Going there has been incredible and it’s allowed me to learn how to strengthen my own body, preventive measures to take to help reduce my overall pain and when I am in need of an adjustment they get me back on my feet quickly!

From the moment you enter their doors to a very friendly group of Office Managers who happily assist you with any questions you might have ..to the amazing Chiropractors. They have walked me through not only all my physical ailments, my migraines but my nutritional ones, they have gone over my annual blood work and have recommended what my body is lacking. I am proud to say I am 67 years old and take no medication only my vitamin supplements which were recommended to me. This I attribute to years of their Chiropractic care. Fantastic experience: Dr. Peter Scordilis is the best! I’m a long distance runner who recently had an injury 6 weeks before Boston Marathon. I cannot run without pain. Not even a mile. He understood my passion for running and how important this particular race is for me and worked a plan so I can be at the start line. He answered all my questions and while he has so many patients, he never missed to respond to my email. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He is a tri-athlete and can understand the craziness of athletes and why we do the things we do. I crossed the finished line by running and walking and way faster than what I predicted. He is the best!!!

Fantastic experience: I first went to see Dr Peter when I hurt my lower back strength training in the gym. I could barely walk or sit with the pain. Dr Peter performed an adjustment and was able to unlock my SI joint. He also provided me with exercises I can do at home to strengthen my core. Most doctors will tell you to stop lifting weights. Not Dr Peter! He taught me how to warm up with activation exercises and I have been able to lift even more weight ABSOLUTELY pain free! Changed my life!!

Fantastic experience: I originally started coming to this practice Feb/March of 2022 with bad back/shoulder pain caused from work that would cause difficulty when breathing. Was examined by Dr. Devin and he instantly helped ease the pain to where I was able to resume my normal activities without discomfort. After going on multiple vacations last summer, I came back home with bad lower back pain and Dr. Devin again was able to help me get back to normal within 1 visit along with helping me strengthen an ankle injury from years prior. 10/10 recommended this practice.

Fantastic experience: I recently have ship replacement and started my Pt at this facility with Dr Neal Shah. I find him to be a very patient an knowledgeable teacher, I’m becoming more flexible every day. I know that I ways to go but I have no doubt that under his guidance I’ll to where I need to be. The front desk staff is very friendly and patient also.

My surgery went well and now Dr. Neal at the Scordilis office is helping me with physical therapy which I look forward to every week.
