Fantastic experience: My first visit was wonderful. My back went out on me terribly. I was hump over after Dr. G examined me then said he would make me feel better today by using the technique he suggested it worked. I stood straight up afterwards. I am a happy camper. I know it will take some time for me to be close to standing up straight everyday mostly..but I'm willing to continue on with this type of therapy/chiropractic for my back. If you need help with your back come see Dr. G.

Fantastic experience: I went to an orthopedic doctor about an issue I’ve had with my upper arm/shoulder. They gave me a cortisone shot to help relax the tendon, but it didn’t give much relief. Dr. Osenga stretched my arm and gave me a couple exercises to do and the pain went away. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Osenga!

Fantastic experience: I got in the same day I called. Didn’t have to wait for adjustment. I had new insurance and they called me back the same day to let me know how much I owed and how many appointments I could do the rest of the year. Great staff and my back feels so much better!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE NECC! The whole staff and the doctors are all wonderful. I never have to wait longer than 15 minutes for my appointment to start. The receptionists are incredible, they are kind and patient and gentle. The receptionists are cross trained to help with the therapies available post adjustment. The Dr's are fantastic, they take the time to get to know you and if you have children they treat your children like their own and give them respect, getting to know them as well. I haven't tried the massage therapy yet, but have an appointment made so may have to update soon about that area of the practice. I'm so happy I found this wonderful office and highly recommend giving them a try.

Fantastic experience: I just completed the Blueprint Thyroid/Gut Program at North East Chiropractic Center. Three years ago, I lost weight with a restricted low calorie diet, but it left me run down which led to Shingles and subsequent bone deterioration and surgeries. One year ago, I tried the same diet because I had regained weight and ended up with Hypothyroidism. I was so tired and ate sugar and carbs to get energy. I couldn't lose weight and didn't have enough energy to exercise. I had heart burn and GERDs, took medication, but symptoms did not get better. The Blueprint Thyroid/Gut Program has helped me with sugar cravings and carb loading for energy. It has taught me a new life food plan, not a diet, so I can maintain healthier food choices. I have more energy again and am rejoining regular activities of life. I am so grateful to Dr. Deb and her support and for the Blueprint Program. I highly recommend it.

They're very respectful, caring people. That do their best to make sure you feel better. I would recommend this place and have to anyone. Having trouble with pain. They have a wide variety of therapies. As well, including massage and decompression. With my job being as physical as it is, this was very important to me to get better and I'm able finally to get back to my every day. Routines. And they also take medicaid

Dr Osanga is knowledgeable about how the sports I compete in and every day life activities are impacting my body. He has helped me through a couple of injuries and through regular visits keeps me in alignment to prevent new issues, helping me achieve my health goals. The office staff is super friendly and helpful, they also work with insurance companies. Because they have a well thought process I rarely wait long when I’m in the office and always feel like the dr has time to address my needs.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Osenga has been adjusting my back since 2019 and has helped me manage my back pain immensely. I have severe scoliosis and I am constantly in pain. My adjustments help me function to be able to have some quality of life without surgery. I always leave feeling better than when I came in. I thank God for Dr. Osenga and so does my back! Anyone with pain would be greatly served by Dr. Osenga. He is the BEST!!!

Fantastic experience: I have only been to a chiropractor one other time in my life, and for a very short period. My family has not been big endorsers of Chiropractic treatment. But I've acquired several conditions that seem to only react positively to manipulation as apposed to medications. Believe me! I've tried pills, shots, creams, ointments, heat, ice, etc. After my first appointment with Dr. Gura, I woke up the next morning with no pain! First time in YEARS! He is very helpful in understanding everything from insurance billing to what is happening/going to happen to your body. The people at the front desk are always available to help and explain whatever appointment, treatment, or insurance questions as well. The team at North East Chiropractic Center are there to meet your Chiropractic needs at every level, to help your treatment become a success story. Thank You!

He does not cut corners and is upfront about the time it can take to heal. The office staff is friendly and efficient and the tables and equipment are always clean and well maintained.

Negative experience: The adjustment experience itself was ok (only reason im giving 2 stars instead of 1), but an appt that should take 15 to 30 minutes max turn into over an hour wait. I was on my way of walking out of the room when the chiropractor met me and apologized because noone has checked me in so he wasnt aware i was waiting and this has happened several times that the front desk will say im checked in then i sit and sit. I got a "therapeutic massage" and it was more like a light back rub for 25 out of the 30 minutes (actually was back with her for almost an hour as she talked and filed her nails during my session) and then for the time she did actually massage she was pushing so hard her nail was digging into my neck. Then after that proceeded to sit and wait for an adjustment for 25 to 30 minutes. My appt was at 315 for massge then adjustment and i didnt leave there until after almost 5. Then i get up the pay and told my bill was 112 dollars. I asked why it was so much and they told me i had 2 adjustments and the massage im paying for, but at my last appt i was told i had a credit and didnt owe anything. front desk is totally disorganized. I will likely find somewhere else to do future adjustments

Fantastic experience: It's the best place ever! And a literal life saver when I was pregnant and having major hip issues. I don't think I will go anywhere else. I drive here from Ossian. Because they're just that amazing! I have seen everyone there, and they're ALL good! I highly recommend :) I'd give 10 stars if I could!!

Negative experience: My S/O went in for treatment and was unable to walk out. I'm not saying they did it on purpose. They were very friendly that day trying to get us out but never called to check on him. (He was inpatient for 3 days) I called to ask if they had any type of insurance to help cover our medical expenses only and Dr. Deb told me that was absolutely not happening and she would be notifying their malpractice attorney to expect to hear from us. We weren't interested in pursing that, just wondered if like a homeowner's insurance, if someone got hurt on your property... you could help with medical bills. We were extremely disappointed. They also ended up billing for this visit. I would stay clear of this facility.

He is very knowledgeable and answers any questions that are asked. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does. I am so thankful to be out of pain! Both Dr. Laurent and Natalie make the office on Union Chapel Rd. a friendly and welcoming space. I would strongly recommend Dr. Laurent for you chiropractic needs!!!!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first real experience with a chiropractor but the attentive care I received truly exceeded all expectations. Dr. Gura was extremely well mannered and patient. Taking the time to discuss with me everything going on with my body and thoroughly listening to my thoughts as well. The environment here is very welcoming and the exceptional service does especially well to make you feel as if your health is the single most important thing going on. In the coming weeks, I have many follow-up appointments and I look forward to continuously working towards a well adjusted body with physicians who care about your health even more than you may yourself.

Positive experience: Called for my son. He visited the Chiropractor for back problem. He was satisfied with the treatment and was able to return to work.

Fantastic experience: I started using NE Chiro I think two years ago. If I dont go once a month my muscles become so tight I can't turn my head to one side. The Doctors are professional as are all of their staff. My only 'complaint' is that while its extremely easy to get an adjustment appointment, booking the massage therapist is often multiple months out. That isnt their fault, they had a huge surge in demand this past year. I also love they text me appointment reminders.

He even provided special stretches for me to do, & researched a Chiropractor in FL for me, as we spend our winter down there. I would % recommend Dr Gura to anyone who wants results!

Fantastic experience: This office is filled with professionals. I went to this chiropractic office for about a year before moving out of town. I came back this weekend and had scheduled a Saturday visit ahead of time, but due to a scheduling error it wasn’t on the books. The front desk associate apologized, moved some things around and got me in. I’m thankful for their efforts and great customer service. They truly care about people.

Fantastic experience: All the doctors are very professional. Reception staff is polite and helpful. The massage and ultrasound has helped me a lot. Unfortunately, the manager who is a lady chiropractor is an eavesdropper. I was saying something to a very good intern and there was no one else around. I was shocked to find that she; the manager, had been eavesdropping and to add to insult, she comes out boldly and says, "she now knows many things about me." Then she questions me and pretends that my information is public domain. She needs to learn about patient confidentiality. I am very disappointed.
