Fantastic experience: Diagnosed with 2 minor herniated discs after a dirt shoveling incident. First visit was X-rays and some range of motion tests. Second visit, I left feeling at least 50% better. Thanking God I went this route.

Fantastic experience: I have had to have chiropractic services before when I had injured various things while working on the ambulance but it has been years. And I have had back injections. When I came with my husband for his consult after doing the promotional first visit Dr. Courtney knew I was in pain just by seeing me and how I sat and grimaced. So I started seeing her and her team and I am very impressed with their compassion and how everything flows here! Everyone here knows your name and greets you. They have a very good beside manner which working in the medical is a HUGE deal to me! If you have been skeptical go for her promotional first visit.

I’ve never been to a chiropractor that has ever taken x-rays, but Dr.Durrum doesn’t leave one stone unturned. She’s very thorough and explains everything to where we could easily understand it. Fantastic experience: Extremely happy with the care I receive at Durrum Chiropractic. I first started going for "Frozen Shoulder". I could not lift my arm up shoulder level to the side or in front of me. After 1 adjustment, I was able to raise my arm above my head. With my adjustments and exercises, I am getting better every day with no pain.

Fantastic experience: I came to Durrum because I seen a difference in my wife. I started coming for adjustments not realizing what to really expect. Once I started I continue the plan set as my goals. If I miss a day I make that day up for I know the continuing adjustments help. Where I had issues with back neck and hip I see the outcome of continued care. I can reach further when I bend to the floor something I could not do and the neck I am able to move further than when I started this is a must for those that have limitations because of needing to be adjusted. Following exercise regimens to keep up the adjustments are a bonus. The Dr. Here is wonderful and treat me as a person not just a patient. I would recommend Durrum Chiropractic for anyone needing adjustments. You will see results don’t give up stick with the scheduled appointments and exercises.

Negative experience: Worst ever experience at a chiropractor! 30 minutes in the waiting room and when I scheduled the appointment they didn’t explain anything to me. Horrible customer service. The front desk people were cold, not welcoming. After waiting for 30 minutes, I asked and the lady told me to sit down. I did a Facebook deal and it was a total scam. They advertised for services and when they called to make the appointment they never explained how it worked. When I got there they asked me to leave my purse in a random room. There was an off putting feeling all around. Called Matkin chiropractic as soon as I left and they were able to get me soon, much better customer service from the initial conversation. I’m thankful I was able to find another chiropractor. I’ve never had a negative experience with one before until Durrum.

New review I have now been coming here for 2 months and I am able to stand longer than I ever have been able to before, walk around without needing a break, since I have been coming her my mobility is amazing!! I was able to walk up the mountain tower in hot springs Arkansas , walk all over town, climb a mound of dirt to dig for diamonds, I’M NOT KIDDING WHEN I SAY I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE EVER BEEN ABLE TO DO ANY OF THIS BEFORE! I CAN DRIVER LONGER WITHOUT BACK PAIN MUST I GO ON? This place and these people are amazing!! (1st review) This is really the best group of people everyone here is amazing! I felt a major difference in my movements and how I felt after the first adjustment, the day I walked in there I was hardly able to move, my whole body was stuck, I’ve now had 3 adjustments and can tell this is the best option to relieve my back pain, and I’m in the right place.

I highly recommend this clinic. The first day I walked in, I was fairly crippled up with severe pain. Migraines, compression fxs and herniated discs in my spine, fibromyalgia and many other issues. I was desperate to find a chiropractor who could help me and definitely not hurt me. Dr Courtney Durrum is excellent at what she does. I think the best part of being treated at Durrum Chiropractic is that they EDUCATE folks. I've been going to chiropractors for nearly 50 years and none of them have ever taken the time to educate me on how my spine and subluxations in the spine cause health issues. By correcting the subluxations, you can help the body heal itself. This seems like a simple concept, but I had never put those together before because I'd never been told that's how the body works. I don't ever want to stop living my life, for any reason, but especially due to pain. Not only am I functioning so much better, but The Dr's at Durrum Chiropractic put me back together each week, so I can continue to do the things in life that bring me the greatest joy, like gardening and being with my animals.
