Dr Sheppard has helped me though the ivf process 3x, helped me through a painful pregnancy and now I’m maintaining monthly 1 year post baby! I can feel an improvement in stiffness/ joint pain/ muscle tightness after I’m in the office and get adjusted. 5/5 starts!

Fantastic experience: I love this place, the staff, and Dr. Sheppard! I went here almost two years ago for fertility acupuncture, which helped my husband and I conceive our first child! The staff was always warm and welcoming! After my son was 13 months old and still struggling to sleep at night, I made an appointment to see if they could help him in any way. Every single member remembered me and stories I would tell when I was in before and couldn’t wait to meet my son! It really makes you feel like part of a family when you go! He’s had two appointments so far and I know it’ll be a bit before we see an improvement in his sleep but he absolutely loves getting adjusted! He melts in my arms and almost goes to sleep! I can’t wait to see him sleeping better and I know this place will help him with that! Could not recommend more highly!

She also helped talk me through breastfeeding and sat with me and my son until he had a good latch for the first time ever. She cares deeply about her patients and always listens. Dr. Ntor takes the time to explain things and even shows you exercises to do at home to help improve your mobility and muscle function. My appointments don't feel rushed and lasts longer than the 5-10 minutes I'm used to.

My newborn son is now being treated by her for tongue tie revision recovery. She has helped the whole revision process go very smoothly by not only adjusting him, but helping me with exercises to improve his latch. We’ve been able to have a much better breastfeeding relationship because of her treatment plan! Thank you for all you‘ve done and continue to do for us!

I started seeing Kim when I found out I was pregnant, this was my 3rd pregnancy but first time doing chiropractic care during the pregnancy- I am here to tell you it made a WORLD of difference for me throughout my entire pregnancy! Not only did I feel better, but Kim was able to help my baby get into position and stay there for delivery! Now that my baby is here, I take her to see Kim for issues with breastfeeding. Kim has been here for me during a stressful postpartum time and has been the only person to really help me during this process, she even hugged me while I cried! Kim is very knowledgeable and well educated in tongue/lip ties, breastfeeding and all things pediatric care! Kim has also helped my middle child with her sinuses. Mommas- do yourself a favor and go see Kim ( and take your babies with you :) ) you won’t regret it!

I’ve chosen to transfer my chiropractic care after seeing (on social media @alignedfamilywellnesschiro) and now by experiencing the true focus Dr. Sheppard and the team have on full body wellness. My medical history is complicated and I’m used to providers treating only the symptoms, instead of seeking a solution to the underlying concern or simply writing me off as “too challenging.” The moment I walked into the door at Aligned Family Wellness I could sense the love and care that was put into the facilities, but that wasn’t able the match the kindness and compassion of the entire staff. I feel safe and cared for here. I would recommend to anyone that is looking to level up their care.

Fantastic experience: After suffering with daily cluster headaches, and trying medicines/patches/electronic devices, I turned to acupuncture. After three sessions, I began to feel a dramatic decrease in the daily headaches. After several chiropractic adjustments along with the acupuncture treatments, I feel so much better!

Fantastic experience: It's amazing how much better you feel once your body is in alignment! I've suffered with neck pain all my life and Dr. Chris Ntor-Ue is helping me work through it. I've been under chiropractic care before, but his techniques are making a huge difference! And .... I feel like I'm really getting my money's worth. He spends quality time with you and explains everything. They offer a really good "cash" discount since most insurance companies don't cover Chiro. So yes, you can put it on a credit card and still get the discount!

After 3 treatments, by the end of the week I was back to feeling much better with back to normal range of motion. Like all medical care, it's not an instant cure, but when you trust the drs., ice and stretch as recommended and get the advised treatments it's amazing the difference the back institute can make.

Negative experience: Would rather give 0 stars but don't have the option. I visited this place 2 months ago and was lucky I was able to walk out and not permanently paralysed. I so bad want to post all over the internet about what this place done to me but there is court rooms for that. Do your research before seeing a chiropractor people
