Fantastic experience: At the risk of sounding corny, New Life Chiropractic has literally given me a new life. Not only have my pain, stress, digestive issues, acne, hormone imbalance, and autoimmune symptoms decreased, but I look forward to seeing the incredible doctors/staff each appointment. They are each excellent at what they do and have created a nurturing, kind, positive environment. All of this to say, run don’t walk to start your wellness journey at New Life Chiropractic right now.

Fantastic experience: So over the holidays I fell of an electric long board at 30 miles an hour. My ankle hurt so bad hi Lilly, could not walk on it that same day in the morning of the following day. Came to New Life Chiropractic to get my adjustment and Mariana recommended the red light therapy. I walked away kind of disappointed because nothing changed but A few hours later, I started to walk normally and did not realize it until my wife mentioned to me that I was not limping. My pain has subsided ever since and I literally walk like nothing happened a day after the incident. Highly highly highly recommend to anybody who has any joint issues

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this team!!!! I have been receiving chiropractic care for years, but I was not improving. This year, I had a lot of physical issues with my knee, my joints, my neck, and back. These issues were affecting my quality of life, emotionally and physically. I have been in treatment with the doctors, nutritionist, and therapists and have seen SO MUCH success where my doctor has only been willing to push medications. I was stuck on pain meds and NSAIDs and still was getting minimal relief. After two months of treatment, I am completely off the pain meds, and have gone from taking NSAIDs 2-3 times a day to a day or two a week. I was even able to take my Harley out on Thanksgiving, which I haven't been able to do since June!!! The shockwave therapy has been invaluable for pain relief and reversal of swelling and promoting healing, again where the doctor has only wanted to throw medications at the problems. I am so thankful I took advantage of the Facebook special offer!! After all the tests and x-rays, we have a plan and a pathway to health. I love the administrative staff so much. From day one they have remembered my name (the doctors too) and you honestly feel like you matter. Fantastic experience: What a great first impression. I arrived at my appointment and was given a tour of the office and the various therapies and sections of the office. I worked with five people who worked in different areas of the office. No stone was left unturned and I felt heard when explaining my issues. I first heard about New Life Chiropractic on an Instagram advertisement. I was drawn by some of the equipment they were using, specifically for neck pain. There is a nutritionist on staff and they make you a partner towards your healing.

Fantastic experience: When I first came here I expected a typical experience at the chiropractor. However, this is a holistic experience. This group cares truly about the health of each patient and treats us individually. I thought my stress and tight back were just a part of life and age. However since I began treatment, I have noticed weight loss, better sleep, no daily upper back pain, lower stress levels, clearer thinking, and even reduced adhd symptoms. I never knew adjustments could provide so much. I highly recommend it. Oh and bonus, the staff is amazing!

Fantastic experience: I was greeted in a very warm and welcoming atmosphere when I came in with horrible hip and tailbone pain at 36 weeks pregnant. The check up was very detailed and covered many different aspects of my nervous system which was honestly impressive. Dr. Catherine has been very helpful in the last trimester of my pregnancy and has been even more helpful than my OBGYN regarding about my overall health and the baby. The staff has been super welcoming and has helped me with my high energy toddler and she loves their kids play area. I am very grateful to be in their care and to be able to trust the team that my health and my families health is their main priority.

Fantastic experience: My body was hurting mostly and mainly my neck due to a bulged disk and my leg and lower back due to my sciatica nerve. One child would get sick and have a bump on his neck after going here not only does he not get sick as often but the lump has disappeared. Fantastic experience: I had a serious issue with my shoulder and I was working with a PT and Massage therapist but it wasn’t until I had an evaluation with New Life that I discovered what was really causing my issues. They gave a complete overview of the issue and how we were going to correct it. I was seeing progress the first week and significant improvement the first month. They are tremendous and really care. I’ve referred my entire family. The new office is great!

Negative experience: Avoid this chiropractic ( New Life Chiropractic Rocklin ) Been to this practice once, never again! From my own experience being there with chiropractor Tim. I don’t recommend this practice to anyone!

Fantastic experience: UPDATED REVIEW…I was in an accident 16 years ago, where I had a quad flip over on me and injured my neck. This is why I started going to NLC. I was always in pain and I couldn’t turn my head to see traffic while driving. My neck was so stiff & tight. I had a lot of soft tissue damage & scar tissue. I tried physical therapy 2x, acupuncture, massage to no avail. Dr. Tim offers laser & shockwave therapy which is an additional treatment. I tried the shockwave on my neck and after a few treatments, I literally started to tear up because I couldn’t believe the movement in my neck! I could actually move my neck and I haven’t been able to do that in like 16 years. The chronic pain I had for the last 16 yrs is gone. Sure it gets tight but I use Dr. Tim’s home care stretch contraption for my neck daily that thing is amazing! I also tried their laser for an ankle I twisted recently and a tear in my knee, the results on my knee, well it healed w/o surgery & in a very short time, my ankle feels better too. Previous review… I’ve been going to New Life Chiropractic in Rocklin for over a year. The people there including the Dr.’s are very positive and kind. My evaluation when I first came in was very thorough. I’ve been to other chiropractors and they just adjust you. This place takes X-rays, they compare them before and midway through to see if what they are doing is making a difference in your care. They even had me stand on this machine that evaluated how my feet are and part of my treatment, was customized orthotics for my shoes! I also got equipment to do exercise at home. My body actually feels good after I do the exercises. New Life Chiropractic doesn’t just focus on the spine. They have classes that cover the whole body. They educate you on the importance of nutrition, sleep, products we use on our bodies and what we put in our bodies. A very holistic way of thinking, which I like. The classes are very informative. I highly recommend New Life Chiropractic.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible Dr. Dr. Tim is very rude and inconsiderate. Do not waist the time to come here. They act like scam artists. We purchased a promotion X-rays and consultation. We show up and the Dr, won’t do almost any of them. Then when finds out that money is tight for me then starts to tell me I won’t need the X-rays anymore and should just leave while half efforted doing a check while giving no answers to anything they find. After we already paid for it. Terrible terrible terrible. Do not give your time and money to these scam artists. The front desk gentle man and all them were very kind. The Dr. is money hungry and doesn’t care about patients just money.

Fantastic experience: So I have vision problem , numbness in my face, tension headaches. Problem for over years. MRI 's and the best UC Davis has to offer nothing. Dr. Tim new what was wrong with me and in two visits I was fixed... blown away it was that easy. Just trust what they say I'm telling you, you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: New life is a different chiropractic office with their holistic approach to health care. They extend beyond physical health and provide complimentary classes on how to live an overall healthier life. Their weekly newsletter is really great in keeping patients on track with the action items to implement. I always learn something new or take a different perspective on life after reading the newsletters. I love the x-ray exams which track and measure my posture progress of my spine. I also love that they offer testing of nutrients in the body (Metabolics test) which is aside from the chiropractic care but helps identify deficiencies in the body. They also have an vitamins shop at the office. I enjoy the monthly events/workshops and I also enjoy their welcoming/supportive staff members too. I do recommend New Life Chiropractic for all the benefits they offer to chiropractic and overall health.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been so surprised at how much better my back is doing since coming to New Life. I have two steel rods in my back due to severe scoliosis and had begun having severe migraines in addition to the “regular” back pain. Now several months later, the migraines are gone (as long as I do my exercises haha) and I feel so much better overall. The biggest surprise has been how my spine has been “waking up” after 40 years with the rods. I can feel energy running in my back in places that have been essentially dead for decades. I’m amazed and grateful!

Negative experience: At first this place seemed to be just what my 9 year old son needed to help with his posture, back pain and stiffness. Dr. Cat was very personable at first and seemed like she was confident she could help him. After paying $1000+ for all of his adjustments and "plan" it was recommended that he be seen for maintenance (later to tell me I refused continuing care for his issues, which was insulting and not what was communicated at all). This front staff is constantly changing and several errors were made with scheduling, when I asked several times to have my son see the same practitioner, she wasn't there half the times we showed up for adjustments and front staff had zero idea that we were not okay with that. I was given paperwork to fill out for an infant (which seems to be a specialty there) my son is clearly not an infant. Scheduling his X rays and re-evaluations were an issue throughout our time there, it seems like not one employee knew what was going on. They were constantly mentioning their holistic views on diet and toxins eluding to my sons issues being health related, which was not what I signed up for. The list goes on of disappointments for the type of money we spent. This is forewarning to stay clear if you expect quality treatment long term, you pay up front and then as time goes on your importance as a patient goes down quickly.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mountford has been treating me for over 3 years. Since then my migraines are gone my herniated discs have healed and my overall health is way better than I thought possible. I cannot recommend this Chiropractic practice enough!

I was late for my appointment because I couldn’t find the office and no one made me feel like an inconvenience. The whole set up is great and they seem very family oriented. Fantastic experience: We love Newlife Chiropractic! My 3 year old will tell me that her back hurts in hopes that I’ll take her to see Dr. Catherine, as she loves it so much there. Their office is very kid friendly and the adjustments help tremendously. Wanted to add some updates: I’ve been seeing Dr. Catherine at Newlife for almost 5 years now. In addition to pain relief during my pregnancies I now literally stand an inch and a half taller, no longer have that awful neck hump thing from years of poor posture and I have shoulder mobility that I’ve never had in my life (and I grew up doing & coaching gymnastics). Highly recommend Newlife Chiropractic ☺️

Negative experience: I was misadjusted so badly that I still have sharp pain in my lower back 6 months after my last visit. I am so terrified of letting another "expert" touch my back. I have sharp pain that recurs in the same spot and it affects every part of my life. It hurts to walk sometimes and lift heavy items. It's made work a lot more difficult. I never had these issues before visiting this office. My back pain is worse than ever before. I have been prescribed muscle relaxants and had to see a physical therapist. I am worse off than when I started getting adjusted and will not be recommending this overpriced business to anyone with back pain.

There is also a cute little play area for the kids; my daughters are 3 and 4 and they love coming with me to my appointments. They say hi to our doctor and then play...it's hard to get them to want to leave sometimes. :) Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Chiropractic care like I have never had before, covers all aspects of health. I love this like-minded environment that has helped me recover some normal. In western medicine I think we all go to our 'physicians' waiting them to fix our health problems if not by taking toxic medications. We all have responsibility in how and why we have most of our health problems-American diet, stress, exercise, toxins etc. Do you know most physicians have no nutrition training? The great thing about Dr. Smith and his staff at New Life Chiropractic is they will try to empower you with the tools to take your health back in to your own hands. I do have an extreme back problem but no way am I having back surgery. I will continue with chiropractic care to help my body self-heal. Our spine health affects many areas of our health and is certainly worth trying.

Negative experience: Disappointing. Seemed more about money then my care. There was a miscommunication and after $400 in 30 days they wanted another $1500 for a maintenence plan. My needs weren't heard or met. In fact I was misadjusted and couldn't walk for two days, no refund, just a oh yeah that should never be done when you're pregnant. Again, it seemed more about money then real treatment and care. People are nice, but just poorly executed and no efforts to fix things that they clearly did wrong/poorly. Update to your response: I messaged you twice with no response and I called you the following week. Just to be clear on what communication was made. During my initial 30ndays, I was told "let's get you treated while we figure out your proposed care plan, " $60 a visit with the verbal agreement that a credit iwoukd be made towards my chosen care plan. I was given 3 pages of options and when I selected one you said, oh not a credit for that one. Your every effort was lacking and when I politely and privately brought it to your attention there was no real effort made to correct the issue. I was willing and able and tried, I just wanted different treatment then you proposed with the credit I was promised and you refused. Please don't slant this on me. Thats not fair.

Negative experience: PLEASE PLEASE steer clear of this place! Their so called “long term corrective care” is $3500 up front which will only get you 6 months of “corrective care”. Their techniques are not ground breaking or specialized. Tim’s sales abilities are lacking in all areas. Seriously get some lessons if you want to sell yourself. And really when a new client walks out of your office they should feel you have their best health interest at heart and not the feeling of just being hounded by a sales pitch. The mentality is fork over the cash and you can “trust me” I’ll help you. All this is even before an adjustment. It’s just all wrong! My advice, save yourself $200 and get X-rays through your doctor then go see a physical therapist.
