Total Health Chiropractic Keith Kimberlin, D.C.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kimberlin is a master at what he does. He works quickly but knows precisely where to work. I’m still in the process of my healing work with him but the time spent over the last 2 months has been great. I’ve noticed some dramatic changes that I haven’t noticed elsewhere and I’ve seen more than 100 professionals over the last few years trying to get my chronic pain resolved. The supplements are very nice as well. A refreshing pace and a great brand. I finally see a lot at the end of the tunnel. Mind you we’re going through the full regimen of his “Next Level” or Neuromuscular Balance Technique methods, not the traditional chiropractic adjustments. And his staff, aka his sister, is excellent. Extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She makes the entire process seamless, always greeting with a stunning smile.

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kimberlin! He fixed both my son, Kamron 18, and daughter, Kalyn 16. Kamron messed his elbow up at a Kickboxing tournament in Nashville back in February, was dealing with the pain for several weeks before getting referred to Dr. Kimberlin. He was fixed and back to normal within two days. So I decided to see if he could help Kalyn, (who fractured and sprained her ankle in soccer in March). Kalyn just saw him for her sprain because it was still extremely painful and not stable. He did some magic nerve/muscle awakening thing, (not sure what else to call it), and she walked out of there normal!!! She will be sore for a few days but her ankle was completely stable. No more boot! She can start jogging on it next week and of course she has to build her strength back up in her leg. He would have been able to do it sooner had she not cracked her ankle, (we first saw him a couple weeks ago but had to wait a full 6 weeks from the fracture). He will be our go to from now on. He said he can fix just about anything not broken or torn. I’m amazed!! Kamron and Kalyn are both amazed!! Oh, and him and the staff are all super nice, too!!

Needless to say it was very important to get back in the court…she missed her first game ever last Friday and we were beginning to wonder if she’d miss Tuesday as well. We saw Dr. Keith on Monday and let’s just say she limped in and jogged out! Praise the Lord Dr. Keith did his thing and she literally felt to pain and felt right up to 100% for game time Tuesday before which she wasn’t even close! I couldn’t recommend Dr. Keith any higher! Negative experience: Unsure as to why the front desk person glares at you when you walk in. You can really ruin someone's day with a greeting like that. He needs to be fired. The woman doctor I saw was a complete turnaround from that and was very kind to me and would see her again if I could. However, that only adds a star to the whole experience I had because everyone else was absolutely horrible.

It is so much more than just an adjustment. I am routinely amazed at how effective the treatment is. There is not reason to stay in pain. Seeing him is a must over any other chiropractor in the area!

Fantastic experience: I cant say enough about Dr. Keith and his staff at Total Health. I had back surgery in July of 2019 for a herniated disc. Although the surgery was successful and reduced the pain I was having, it did not address the underlying issue as to why the injury happened in the first place. Not to mention, the surgery caused a lot of muscles to shut down in response. Ultimately setting me up for repeat injury. I was experiencing serious tightness in my core, mid back, low back, glutes & hamstrings with sciatic pain starting to creep in again. It took two days of muscle work with Dr. Keith to get everything turned on. When I stepped out of his practice, it was like I had been given my life back. Only downside is I wish I had seen him sooner. After seeing and feeling the results, there is no doubt in my mind he could have prevented surgery. If you feel like you are out of options and there isn't anything or anyone else out there to help you, give Dr. Keith a call.

Fantastic experience: I came in to my first session with Dr. Kimberlin with severely limited range of motion in my shoulder because of the pain (I had torn my labrum several years ago and now my shoulder pain is so bad that it’s difficult to sleep). After my first AMIT session, I was completely blown away by the difference! I was now able to raise my arm above my head without pain and much of the pain I had was gone! There was still some pain when I put my shoulder in certain positions but Dr. Kimberlin let me know that after my next couple sessions, and activating some more muscles, it should be feeling even better. It’s pretty amazing and I can’t wait to see how I feel after my next few sessions!

Negative experience: I was not allowed to see the xrays that I was charged for on my first visit. I've been to many chiropractors in the past. I always viewed my xrays at the same visit when they were taken. I view this as a ploy to get me back for a second visit. I have not returned to this chiropractor. I have no intentions of returning to this chiropractor.

He and his staff are friendly, and create a comfortable and positive environment. My wife and I came in with our 4 kids and they even had a clean toy area for them to play.
