Fantastic experience: Great meals

Negative experience: Be stupidity careful about how they process discounts for your food. I will occasionally get some “40% off” meals and they won’t process them as such. It’s involved at least 4 emails recently to correct them and get the discount they advertise, today Tyler at their customer service team accused me of stacking discounts as seen in the email. Staff is upbeat but also can’t determine if someone wants to just get their meals and go. Same goes whens selecting meals- you’ll have 2 in your hand and they rush in as if you are about to drop them on the floor to ask if you want help.

Positive experience: If you have specific dietary restrictions such as lactose intolerance be sure to check your meals if you pre-order. On multiple occasions I either received the wrong meal that I could not eat or did not received the right amount of items I ordered. In addition some of the staff here are not good at customer service. I was ignore this past Sunday by one of the staff. I was already in the store waiting to pick up an order and the staff member walked past to let a customer out the door and proceeded to engage conversation with an individual walking on the sidewalk outside. They continued to talk with this person for a couple of mins and then asked me what I needed. I prefer the customer service that they provide at the DTC location.

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough positive things about MyFitFoods. If you’re looking for a convenient and reasonably priced way to crush your nutrition and fitness goals, this is the place! But what really makes this place special is the customer service. Every time I’ve gone in everyone is super helpful, friendly, and down to go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and encouraged on whatever goals you may have. A special thanks to Jared who helped me out with a mixup on an online order I had placed, 5 stars.

Negative experience: Worst experience with customer service. I believe her name was Mo or something, I finally grabbed her attention she finished with a phone call. And not only was she rude and very short when I asked about the best meal prep options for my busy schedule, she then answered another call during our conversation. I ended up finding another worker, a blonde gentlemen that was much more helpful. They really do hire anyone these days.

Fantastic experience: Excellent alternative to mail order meal services. The meals are fresh, healthy, low to moderate sodium, low calorie, high in protein, and cost less than big name meal kit services. What's not to love?

Fantastic experience: Fit Foods is legit. Been going here for some time. With my wife and I constantly on the road or not having the time to meal prep with kiddo, this is a great option. Selection is great. Staff is always super friendly and willing to help. Great healthy options for all meals. As one who works in management, I’m impressed with the talent that they hire and the training they go through to be so personable and willing to help. Keep up the awesome work all!

Fantastic experience: I have Celiac and very sensitive. I love MyFitFoods! I pretty much live on there meals because I know I can eat any of the meals without a bunch or tortilla and not get sick. This place has saved me !

Fantastic experience: this is my third time buying meals from MyFitFoods. still discovering new recipes can’t be more pleased with the prices, they give a huge discount for the first order and I’m also getting a significant discount as a trainer. I basically pay $6-7 per meal! this is a game changer for me. now I don’t spend valuable time cooking. also good to know that they are local and food is fresh, you’re not ordering online from wherever without knowing how long the meals had been sitting before you get them. stuff is friendly and helpful! looking forward to the new location in LoHi in November (this Cherry Creek location is 20 min drive from me)

Fantastic experience: I just don't enjoy cooking so these meals are great to stock up on. I've tried a few different prepped meal companies and these are my favorites. My kids like them too. Quite a variety including breakfasts. Staff is always very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I could eat meals from MFF every day. They have such a diverse selection from breakfast to many protein lunch options to bigger dinner portions, sandwiches, wraps, salads, entrees, pasta. So reasonable and you get a great discount if you join their monthly club.

Fantastic experience: Jared & Delaney provided amazing customer service. I already had an idea on the meals for purchase, so it was a quick and easy check out process. I am pleasantly satisfied with the Beef Bulgogi meal's flavor/seasoning and portion for an afternoon healthy lunch. I am definitely going to try out their location in Houston, TX.

Positive experience: Cool spot, good meals and super friendly staff. I’m the type of shopper who gets what they need and leaves so this place is ok for that but they’re constantly trying to upsell you whether it’s for a membership, to meet with their nutritionist, or a new item they have. It’s not quite the shopping experience I prefer so I’ve decided to just go to Whole Foods across the street and get their fruit, veggies, and premade meals and snacks so I can shop without the hassle.

Fantastic experience: Food is delicious, convenient, and affordable. Go see for yourself. There's something for everyone.

Positive experience: I tried more than 20 meals. Unfortunately, many of them are loaded with saturated fat, sodium, and sugar. They all taste good, tho. I really liked the Fit Salmon and the Killuh Chili, which were the healthiest options.

Fantastic experience: Referred by Nick Natt and I’ve been eating here ever since. Staff are amazing and food is good quality. Can’t go wrong if you’re looking for variety and good pricing. They have an InBody machine too.

Positive experience: This place is pretty awesome. Personalized care and amazing customer service. They talk to you about your goals and do a nice body scan. The food is amazing. It's like having a nice home cooked meal made with love. I would recommend this to anyone looking to focus on Macros, pump up your fitness journey. Or just looking to replace one meal a day. They definitely have food. But not a sit down and eat place.

Fantastic experience: I get my weekly meals from here! Great way to avoid time consuming food prep and measuring macros. Cuts out the guess work. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Just wish they would deliver to Golden/Lakewood!

Positive experience: Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is fine. Small portions (which is part of the point ha) and veggies definitely taste pre frozen/thawed out. I’m sure it’s packed with preservatives and not all that healthy, but at least it’s quick and semi reasonably priced, at least for cherry creek.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this place. I work 70-75 hours a week and not having to cook and/or grocery shop frees up my time. The food is good and healthy. I lost 4 pounds my first week. Im hooked and very grateful for my fit foods.

Fantastic experience: Gave food 4 stars. I've only tried like 10 items. For HEALTHY prep food, I didn't like 1 of the dishes (it was ok), but I love the Salmon Alfredo and Americano. I also really like the Boujee Max, Southwest Breakfast Burrito and Chicken Alfredo.

After showing Zach my credit card bill he immediately rectified the situation by giving us a credit that was worth even more than the original charge. There was no arguing or other problem. Fantastic experience: Quit playing yourself king, you’re not gonna cook those random groceries you keep buying. I know you love replacing that bag of mixed greens in the back of your fridge whenever it wilts tho. Yeah you been trying at the gym, but you already know nutrition is 75% of it. Well, here’s your solution. Save money, this is your baby step to the real gains, and who knows, maybe even actually meal prep at home one day. But don’t worry about that rn, just walk in and pick out your meals each week. Hit that InBody every few weeks too to track your progress. But for real doe this ish bussin no cap down 2% body fat and up 4lbs of muscle after a month and a half. Changed my life. Love u MFF

Negative experience: Update: Upon taste testing, the new vacuum sealed food is terrible. Worse than I thought. Blended flavors, smashed ingredients, high school food hall style texture… quality is gone. Cancelled my membership because my visit frequency won’t justify it. Smashed soggy hamburger bun anyone? Top notch service. Employees are well trained. I like the content of the meals, but they're replacing their legacy 'tuppeware' style packaging with vacuum sealed packaging. I have tried the vacuum style multiple times at their Houston location and I really don't like it. The vacuum sealing mixes and mashes the ingredients which destroys the flavor and freshness they're known for. Reminds me more of a mashed MRE or frozen TV dinner. The worst part of the vacuum sealed packaging is the plastic, which becomes quite hot and I can only wonder what chemicals are transferred to the food after heating it for the recommended time. I'd rather pay more than use this new style of packaging.

Fantastic experience: Bison breakfast was on point! The perfect meal. I was treated like a king on my first visit, received a free membership and my first meal was on the house (that has never happened to me anywhere!). Finding healthy, balanced meals while eating out, especially at an affordable price point is hard -- this spot fills all the gaps! One area to consider for possible improvement: compostable packaging. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Love this place! Stopped in to grab a lunch and ended up with a quick low-down on how this place works with Kyle (gold stars, you were great). He was quick and efficient and the place had a fun but to the point atmosphere. Grabbed a few meals, have tried the buffalo chicken dish thus far and it was super yummy. Will be returning when I am in a pinch :)

Fantastic experience: 5 star customer service from Erica and all of the staff. Always friendly service with a smile. Obsessed with the new vac sealed packaging. The food now lasts twice as long while traveling and storing much easier. I understand this may take a moment to perfect, but it will be well worth it. So many of the meals taste better because they are able to steam in the package. To those leaving negative reviews about the packaging- I suggest you reach out to management, if the food really isn’t cooking well in the new package I’m sure they would have no problem putting that item back into a box, they really only want to help here!!

Negative experience: New vacuum packaging makes the food look and taste terrible now. You get a plastic after taste (can’t be healthy) and the texture is just off l, probably from the food being squished into a mush. Please change it back. I’ve been going to their DTC location for almost 5 years and was excited to see this one open closer to my work. But I won’t be going back to either now.

Negative experience: I was really impressed before they changed the packaging, I’d buy a weeks supply, 2 meals per day and make my own breakfast… that being said, once they changed their packaging the taste/freshness changed with it. Sorry will no longer be coming back due to this, ended up throwing away 3/4 of the meals because either the rice was hard or taste wasn’t there. Hopefully you guys figure this out because it’s a night and day difference..

Fantastic experience: I am so glad a friend of mine recommended that I try My Fit Foods. They have a great variety of different meals and I haven’t tried a meal I didn’t like. As someone with lots of food allergies, this place is great because there are still tons of options that are top allergens free and the majority of the food is gluten free. The meal prep is also super easy and convenient. The food stays fresh for over a week and only takes a couple minutes to prepare. I’m addition to the great meals, the staff is amazing! Nate took great care of me when I came in for the first time. We did an in-body scan, went over my goals and reasoning behind wanting to try the meal planning, and then he went over the breakdown of my nutrition meeds and what meals would best for those. The great customer service doesn’t stop there. Every week when I come in, the staff take my meals to the counter so I don’t have to hold them all as I pick them out and they walk my bags to my car for me. Great place for quality meals and staff that truly cares about your nutrition journey regardless of your goals!
