Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Mason’s office for a few years. I lived nearby and originally chose this chiropractor because he was a Christian, used gentle techniques and was very thorough. I have since moved, but still travel the distance to his office for many reasons. He is very skilled in chiropractic care and uses several modalities with the end goal of healing. As part of that, he outlined an exercise program that has enabled me to strengthen my back and neck so that all of the chiropractic adjustments “hold” eliminating numerous trips into the office. I also appreciate his integrity, something that is rare these days. I know he recommends only that which will improve my health and does not add in unnecessary steps nor charges. Times where I’ve had questions, or needed more info, he has been very helpful and taken the time to listen. His front office staff include Ashley and Crystal who are always cheerful, welcoming, and skilled assistants to Dr Mason. I also recommend Vicky, the massage therapist who is intuitive, thorough and very skilled. I’m thankful for all at Dr Mason’s office and would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mason and his staff :)

Fantastic experience: I tweaked my lower back very bad and tried to get through it on my own. I have never been one to consider going to a chiropractor but a family member strongly recommended I see Dr. Mason. What a godsend! At the first appointment he did tell me he couldn't help everybody, and he thoroughly examined me (along with x-rays) to determine what was going on with my back. He determined he could help me with my pain so we started off strong. My insurance would not cover, but he has treatment plans to help out. I would watch people going about their lives and wondered if I would be at that point again. With the help of Dr. Mason and his wonderful staff, I am actually feeling so much better and can see that I will be able to be more normal again. I am so glad that I took the leap to see a chiropractor and such a good family member to refer me to Dr. Mason.

Every other chiropractor that I’ve seen has just wanted me to come in a few times a week for an adjustment but not solve the real issue, whereas Dr. Mason finds the root of the problem and works to fix it from there. Fantastic experience: Wanted to find a new chiropractor to help with my neck pain, and I live 2 minutes away so I tried out Dr. Mason. The first visit I had with him he thoroughly checked my neck, being very careful not to cause damage, so much more than any other chiro has ever done. He also adjusted me differently than any other has, and after about a month of seeing him, my neck is so much better. I used to get terrible headaches after massaging, rubbing or stretching my neck, but I no longer have that problem! It's been over ten years since I've been without those headaches. So thankful!

Fantastic experience: I was having frequent stiff neck pain and headaches after a major surgery. Dr. Mason applied his thumper on my neck along with a small bench drop and applied finger pressure on muscle knots. I was also given a medical massage by two ladies (Vicky was especially good). Although I am still having some stiffness in my neck in the morning, I haven't had one of the really bad stiff neck headaches in 9 days. I'm hoping that this continues so I don't have to take any more Acetaminophen. Dr. Mason also recommended getting an ergonomic pillow. I got one called Donama on Amazon. I think it is also helping reduce my neck pain in the morning.

Fantastic experience: After an MRI showed bulged discs at L4 & L5, my GP's next suggestion was to talk to a surgeon. Though I had a lot of pain (kept me awake at night) and an uncontrollable foot "slap," I wanted to avoid surgery if possible. Dr. Mason's treatments with spinal decompression, stretches and adjustments have greatly decreased my pain and eliminated the slap, to the point that I can carry on normally. I'm grateful to have found the practice.

Fantastic experience: My son has terrible back pain and we began to visit Dr. Mason about a year ago. We so appreciated his attentive and caring mannerisms. He was willing to adapt his treatments to try to fit my son’s unique situation. My son also had a few massages from a couple of their professionals and he had good experiences. The entire staff is friendly and willing to do whatever they can to please. I also felt that his prices were reasonable for the services he was offering. Fantastic experience: One thing I really appreciate about Doctor Mason is he educates you on what he's doing and how it effects the area he's working on. He's very personable and also a funny bloke. His staff are all super sweet and helpful. 5 outta 5 folks.

Positive experience: I saw Dr Helms for chiropractic and acupuncture. The combination of the two worked wonders for my back until I messed it up even more by not allowing it to heal completely. When things got really bad, Dr Helms worked with Dr Mason to alleviate the immediate pain. Ultimately, I needed surgery. While there was some perceived hesitation from both chiropractors, in the end Dr Mason recommended a great surgeon. I’ve followed Dr Helms to her own individual practice, but will miss the friendly staff at Mason family chiropractic. The only issue is the office failed to notify me that they did not renew with my insurance prior to my last appointment and now I’m getting bills marked “account is past due” even though I was instructed not to pay it because they messed up and were resubmitting it to insurance. Update: Dr. Mason reached out personally to take care of the situation.

Fantastic experience: After suffering with a trapped nerve in my shoulder for some time I visited Dr Mason and was amazed he was able to locate the issue straight away bearing in mind I had visited my gp and a physio previously with no luck. I have now been seeing Dr Mason for a few months and my issue has now disappeared I also had an issue with my knee and hip which were also resolved. I can not recommend DR Mason and his team enough they have been fantastic

Fantastic experience: I found Dr Mason when I had issues with my neck and upper back. I had initially started treatment with another Doc who treated me for weeks with adjustments and rehab. However, it didn’t resolve my issue. I scheduled a visit with Dr Mason and underwent a comprehensive assessment and began treatment. Within a few weeks, Dr Mason resolved an issue that I had gutted through for a year. I now go to Dr Mason occasionally as I have issues here and there and he does a great job treating the issues. Fantastic experience: I came in on a walker in June 2020. I could not walk or drive my car. I’m 57 with degenerative spine and stenosis in 3 places. I knew nothing about my condition and was worried life was over and I would never be the same. Dr Mason communicated a path of recovery that worked for me. As weeks became months and my condition improved, I became confident this was my path to get back to normal. Today, I am in the gym and able to run, bike, swim, etc. The doc knows what he’s doing. Fantastic experience: For years I thought of myself as having a "Bad Back." I was a 30 year old Occupational Therapist and almost had to leave the field due to back pain. At one point my mother in law suggested I never have children due to the increased stress it would put on my back. And this was I said by a true "grandchild junky! " Im now 66 years old and I no longer think of myself in these terms. I just retired from having worked in Long Term Care with Seniors, which may I add, is a heavy lifting job. I've also taken up gardening, and as I'm too cheap to pay others to do my digging, raking, dirt carrying and lawn care I'm on my own for these tasks. Happily, I can now do them without the worry that I'll pay for it later. I give Mason Family Chiropractic credit for this. I started with them folllowing a trip and fall down a flight of stairs. Lets just say I was a mess! Through adjustments, therapeutic modalities, and massage I got fully back on my feet again. I now go in monthy for a quick adjustment to keep things in line. As a therapist, I know when someone really knows their business and when they are blowing hot air. Dr, Mason knows his stuff and over the years has been able to diagnose "odd" aches and pains and give me effective ways to rebalance my musculature through specific exercises to solve the problem, In addition to Dr Mason himself, the practice has 2 excellent, knowledgable massage therapists. These are not just "feel good" massages, but targeted and effective treatments. They also have a acuputurist who works out of the office. I haven't needed this myself but its nice to know its available. So in closing, I've been treated by physical therapists, medical doctors, osteopaths, homipaths, massage therapist, and a slew of other chiropractors but Dr Mason Family Chiropractic gets my vote.

The first time I went there they were booked solid, but after explaining my issue they had Dr. Mason call me back that day to discuss. We talked through my issue and he squeezed me in that day! Went in with a very high level of pain and walked out with noticeable improvement. Incorporating exercises with adjustments led to a speedy recovery. And they are just all so nice as well. Fantastic experience: I have had back pain and numbness in the legs for several months. After I had several test done and spinal injections I was told surgery would be the best option. The recovery time for surgery would be 16 weeks. I spoke with my surgeon about other options and he said Chiropractic and physical therapy may help. I found Mason Chiropractic and am very glad I did. It’s been a few weeks now and the numbness in my leg is almost completely gone. I can bend over or get down on the floor and back up again with very little to no discomfort. Dr. Mason took his time and did a full evaluation of my neck issue. He is very kind, thorough and smart! I am now a true believer and so grateful for Dr. Mason and his staff. Great place. Fantastic experience: Dr. Mason treated my issues in a way that was different from other chiropractors I've been to. Beyond adjustments, he uses physical therapy, massage therapy, stretching, and ultrasound treatments in an effort to really heal you. Whereas other chiropractors seemed to want me to keep coming to them forever, Dr. Mason has a goal and works to get you out of pain and back to functioning normally. I've been to him for two different injuries---my lower back and my shoulder. I've had great success with the treatment plan he devised. In addition, his massage therapist, Loreena, is unbelievable. I looked forward to my appointments with her and the relief she gave me. Finally, Natalie and Marie, the front office admin and assistants are kind, friendly and overall amazing. Wonderful doctor and staff!

Fantastic experience: Excellent Chiropractor, great staff! Originally recommended to me by an elderly lady, Dr. Mason has been the only chiropractor I've seen take time to find the root issue and actually fix it. Whereas most will happily adjust you forever, Dr. Mason will get things straightened out in a safe and timely manner, and I often don't need to go back for a long time!

Fantastic experience: I love Dr. Mason and the staff at Mason Family Chiropractic! I have been working with them for over 2 1/2 years for multiple musculoskeletal problems and they are all great! Dr. Mason is a very compassionate, intelligent, and thorough doctor who looks at the big picture when developing a therapeutic plan. He utilizes multiple therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, laser, a decompression table, massage, physical therapy, and nutritional support in order to address pain. Though I know I will probably have some degree of pain for the rest of my life, he has taught me how to control the pain and improved my quality of life, instead of letting the pain control me. I am able to participate in activities that I love that I haven't been able to for a very long time due to the pain. I can't say enough positive things about EVERYONE that works at Mason Family Chiropractic.
