Fantastic experience: I’m a young guy so I’ve never paid much attention to chiropractic care other than some injury adjustments at one of those “crack-y back-y” franchise places. Had a concerning pop happening in the back of my neck so went in for a consultation and X-rays. On my next visit, Dr. Chris thoughtfully and throughly went over the findings with me. We discovered some spinal curvature and even signs of early arthritis that I never would’ve known about otherwise. Put me on a comprehensive corrective plan. I’m really looking forward to fixing these issues and getting back to my best self! Highly recommend!

Positive experience: The doctor and his staff were very nice. I went in for the wave treatment. I’m really skeptical of anything, but I want to try this because I’ve been having constant pain that comes and go on my left knee. I know that it didn’t heal correctly and I wanted to see if this could make me feel better. I’m trying to do things to give my knee life for many many years before I ever have to think about doing actual surgery And if you’re active or a dancer like me, then you don’t wanna ever think about replacing it or having to mess with it, The assistant that performed the treatment seem to have a lot of knowledge about what she was doing, and she was very kind and patient with me considering this was my first time and I was a little scared, but I wanna do it again and just see how I feel to determine whether I think this is a good fit for me, but they were very nice and patient with me and very welcoming so I’m looking forward to going back to this office. I think they’re nice people

Negative experience: AVOID THIS GUY LIKE THE PLAGUE! I only gave one star because I couldn’t give zero. He gave me an so called “adjustment” , I heard an unusual snapping sound, he promised me it was normal but after a few days of aching I went back to ask him of he could for all intents and purposes warranty his work he made me pay for another so called adjustment and the ache turned into a pain that lasted almost six weeks. This guy is such a quack he probably flies south for the winter.

Fantastic experience: What a team! Professional, very personable and always making sure that you are comfortable. I did a 90-day program with spinal decompressions and adjustments which have helped my symptoms tremendously. I am now on a maintenance program of adjustments 1-2 a month. Highly recommended!

Attending a meeting with Dr. Chris he had a chart I was having symptoms. I decided to try. My job was in food service. Started feeling better after adjusting and massage at clinic. Fantastic experience: I just completed a 6-month program to straighten my neck and improve my posture. Dr. Chris is an excellent chiropractor: knowledgeable, professional, warm and friendly. This is the most intensive treatment I've had with spinal care and it did wonders. My neck is much straighter and I now sit up straight with ease, neck stiffness is reduced, and I just feel better. Spinal Rehab Specialist Emily Catton did my physical therapy during the program and she was great. Again, high quality care with expertise and a super friendly personality. I adore their spinal traction machine (heaven)! All of the staff are wonderful. You walk in and it just feels good in the office. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: I went to get a treatment for pain from my hip to my foot. I was questioned about things that had nothing to do with treating the problem. Questions about where I work. What kind of jobs I have and how much money I earn. Then he told me I would be charged $400 for a treatment and x-rays. The ad online said $49. He never told me what kind of treatment I might need for the problem or what kind of treatment methods he uses. I was very disappointed with this office. They were only interested in how much money I had.

Fantastic experience: This review is for Olivia and St Paul chiro and natural medicine center’s massage therapy services. Scheduling and up front service for my first appt. was great. I had to have a phone call because web intake forms are for chiropractic care. And I had to fill out paper forms upon arrival. So long as Olivia used the info - which she did - no problem. My massage was exactly what the doctor ordered - literally. Hit all my challenge areas thoroughly in under an hour. Olivia also gave good solid advice and feedback but not so much as to disrupt the process. The clinic recently added a bunch of new equipment and I think some is right outside the massage room which was loud. If I had one point of constructive feedback it would be to get a louder white noise machine, and/or soundproof the door more.

Fantastic experience: Wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have my upmost trust and give me nothing but honesty and support. Literally could not ask for a better chiropractor. Not to mention the EXQUISITE staff and the pain relief factor. Would give 10/5 stars if I could. As someone who got in a car accident (square on rear ended by a bus going 50-60mph) IF YOU NEED A GOOD CHIROPRACTOR GO HERE!!! They have been so accommodating, GENUINELY nice and kind and so supportive and real it’s a one of a kind faculty truly.

This is also the first time I felt like the chiropractor and the staff had their act together and really cared about my health and me as a person. What I also recognize about this care is that it involves me doing exercises on my own. They provided me with the equipment and a plan.

They advise on nutrition, exercise, other appropriate therapies, and do periodic re-exams to assess your progress. After trying many other chiropractors I am most definitely getting better.

When I stood up no pain . I just woke up from the best nights sleep I can remember having . I'm am so grateful .

Fantastic experience: I have been going to St. Paul Chiropractic and Medicine for about 3 years now. When I first went, I was not a fan of Chiropractic as I had a really bad experience as a teenager, but I was in a lot of pain with lower back issues. When I first met Dr. Chris, I let him know my hesitation with chiropractic’s. Dr. Chris really explained how muscles and movement all work together and would only do what I felt comfortable with, but that he would turn me into a believer. Well, I became a believer very fast as I was blown away with his approach on how one little movement changed everything. I still regularly see Dr. Chris and Dr. Ashley for maintenance and when I have taken hard hits in my sport. I can honestly say that I am a believer with Chiropractic work and reason being the approach, trust, and care by Dr. Chris, Dr. Ashely and their entire team at St. Paul Chiropractic and Medicine.

Fantastic experience: They take good care of my back and the aftercare is great too — electric stimulation pads under (optional) ice cold packs. It’s nice to have someone listen to your self-assessment and ask about trouble spots instead of just adjusting you and sending you on your way. The doc is very personable. Ask him about the time he got into it with his bestie in high school in the middle of a vinyl shop over some heavy metal big hair band.

Negative experience: No mistake of the 1 star. Haley is my married name. You charged me for visits that didn’t happen, and had another chiropractor that soon disassociated themselves from you. The board was reported, and I am quite frankly surprised you are still allowed to practice.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. Chris 6 months ago for mid-back pain and headaches. Initially, I saw him twice a week and then weekly. I also see Dr. Ashley who has performed many of my adjustments and assisted me with nutrition lifestyle changes. I've received monthly massages from Olivia who is so good she is booked a month in advance. The entire team is excellent - adding a personal touch to every patient that walks through their door.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing center that has given me hope again for solutions to health concerns. Dr Chris was more professional, knowledgeable, validating, thorough and kind than the last 2 Specialists I’ve seen! The fact that everything is in house (x-ray, blood work, scans, chiropractor equipment, supplements, etc) is wonderfully rare. I am so excited to finally have a doctor who wants to help treat the cause of my symptoms vs just wanting to give me meds as a “bandaid” solution. I came for the Natural Medicine option but am staying because of Dr Chris and his staff. I have both Lupus (soft tissue connectivity disease) and Ehlers Danlos syndrome and I feel St Paul Chiropractic will be able to help me treat both illnesses! Thank you Dr Chris (and the amazingly kind staff) for helping me get control over my health again!

Fantastic experience: In my search for a chiropractic clinic to help with chronic pain issues, I found Natural Medicine Center. This is the fourth clinic I’ve been to seeking for help. I was fortunate enough to meet Dr. Ashley, she is a great chiropractor, the best I’ve ever seen. She is very attentive to my health issues. Fantastic experience: I love this place. I went here originally because I needed a quick adjustment on a Saturday (which is great because of my BUSY schedule). Now, I am getting nutrition plans, great adjustments, and friendly knowledgeable staff! I love learning about human anatomy and what's going on with my body, and Dr. Chris and Dr. Ashley really walk me through what's going on with my body- why it feels the way it does, what the x-rays look like, what I want my body to look like, what treatments are, and what treatments will help me be the best self! I really love this place!

Fantastic experience: I started going to see Dr. Chris because I was having arm and back pains. He took x-rays and found out I was suffering from scoliosis. We began seeing each other very frequently as he worked on alleviating the pain. He has been extremely thorough and very attentive to my body and how I reacted to therapy and exercises, making sure I was comfortable and feeling improvements along the way. Now I can say I am no longer experiencing the pains that I was, and I am so thankful! Dr. Chris is a miracle worker. His hands HEAL!

Fantastic experience: I have never known a chiropractic center to care for their patients the way they do here. Down to the last detail, Dr. Chris is always listening and trying to find an answer that is specific to what is happening in your body. There are no generalizations. Beyond the 5 star physical care you get here, there is nothing more comforting than walking into a place that makes you feel like you’re apart of something larger. The energy, from wall to wall, is so positively inviting. And I’m not the only one who feels it. There is a sense of community here that reminds me something of a feel-good small town movie. Truly a remarkable place.

I was very nervous about it all but he took the pain that I had in my neck and with my migraines and he diagnosed the problem. He was also very informative of how it happens and how my spine/neck works and adjusted me a few times and I felt great! Dr Chris also been very informative about nutrition and vitamins that fit my lifestyle. I also can’ t forget Emily with all her kindness and her great reminders for all my appointments. The office is very calming, everyone is always willing to help and the Dr. is very accommodating. Would recommend to my family and friends!!

Like, tough guy on the floor in the lobby of his practice crying like a baby in pain, tough time!. I ended up needing surgery. but he was there for me after that too. Now I'm hoping he can help me out again. If you're wondering if you should go see him, you really should. You wouldn't regret it.

In a matter of 6 months my condition has improved unbelievably! Not only does Dr. Chris take the time to listen to your concerns, he cares enough to ask further questions to identify other underlying conditions that may be affecting you. He and his staff are so kind, helpful, and cheerful.
