Fantastic experience: I am so happy I found this office, after trying another office with out relief, I came across Holistic Vitality, I’ve always had issues with sciatic nerve and foot pain after pregnancies and training, I was in a lot of pain, stiffness and over all soreness. This is the most complete treatment I have ever had. I was evaluated, a plan was made and they do so much in a short amount of time. I get adjusted, medical massage, stem therapy as well as exercises and stretches. They are very busy but the staff is incredible, they treat you like family and I’m feeling so much better already.

They not only made me feel physically better, but also mentally since they address my concerns and make me feel valid in my pain. Fantastic experience: I have just started seeing Dr. Dan Burich, a physical therapist, at Holistic Vitality. I can not say enough positive things about this doctor, as well as Dr. Nathani. This practice is amazing. I've been going on and off for the last five years. They have ALWAYS gotten me heading in the right direction. Currently I'm in for calcified tendonitis in my shoulder. Dr. Dan makes PT fun. There is nothing worse than a boring 40 min session of arm exercises LOL! Between the massage, chiropractic and PT I'm doing so much better. When I came in a month ago I could hardly turn my neck because the shoulder was so stiffened up. I can now turn freely with little to no pain. I highly recommend this practice. Everyone is so helpful and very friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and most importantly, they make you feel valued.

My previous experiences with PT usually involved being shown exercises while the therapist either juggled several patients or made notes on his laptop. Dr Dan guided me through the exercises, remained with me and most importantly listened to me when I explained what I was feeling. Positive experience: I came to HVC after tweeking my lower back. That is how I met Dr. Burich. I have been to PT a few times in life, and Dan is as good as they get! Fantastic experience: I have suffered from psoriasis and IBS-C almost my entire life. While these diseases are not related to each other, they both lead to inevitable autoimmunity on top of an overall internal and external discomfort. Fantastic experience: My son has been going to Holistic Vitality for a baseball injury and we have received the absolute best care from Dr. Combs, Dr. Dan for PT and all of the other expert staff members. Fantastic experience: I can’t stop telling my friends how fantastic this place is and how much it has changed my life, literally one of the best decisions I have ever made for my health! I started visiting Holistic Vitality only a couple of months ago, after hearing from my husband about how much they have improved his pain and mobility in his shoulder and back and watching him finally get the strength and stability to start lifting weights again (and watching him drop 30 pounds easily!). I have never been particularly athletic and don’t enjoy working out but I’ve noticed over the years that besides gaining a substantial amount of weight I no longer had the flexibility that I was accustomed to and dealt with a significant amount of pain whenever I wanted to walk or stand for longer periods of time. Fantastic experience: Dr.Combs is absolutely amazing. I was in a lot of pain from an arm/shoulder injury which had been on going for well over 9 months. I had lost hope in it feeling normal again. About about 3-4 session I already felt about 75% better and before long I was back to normal range of motion. She knew exactly how to treat the injury. Fantastic experience: Wish I can give a million stars, starting with the front office receptionists, they were quick to answer my call when i was first inquiring about the services offered. Not sure who I spoke to but they were able to redirect me to Sumeet who was able to get me an appointment right away! I called multiple places and did research including to see if my insurance was able to be used. I had extreme upper back pain to the point where it was extremely uncomfortable to move or turn. Then they scheduled me within 2 hours late in the day! I work full time for a non-profit, crazy busy schedule, it was so easy just to book the appointment and fill in the questionnaire! I then went into my appointment office is so calming and relaxing. Dr. Nathani was on point to making me feel comfortable and giving me a second opinion on a previous taken X-ray. She recommended a treatment plan, and I feel so much better already after 3 or 4 visits in 3 weeks I wish I could visit more often! I cant remember everyones name but each staff I have seen/ worked along with is very attentive, caring, and makes you feel safe. I recieved so far chiropractic adjustments, medical massage, some electric pad(always forget the name of the device) thing that works amazing with a warm pad on top; this portion of the treatment is my favorite part, I feel fully relaxed/calm and can rest peacefully while improving my back/neck pain. My pain went from a 9/10 to 4/10 I exercise frequently so natural soreness is included in that. I am so grateful for my experience at Holistic Vitality Center and look forward for more visits!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient/client here for over ten years. I've already written a testimonial for Dr. Nathani on another site but felt compelled to mention specifically, Dr. Dan, the physical therapist. I've had experience with 2-3 PTs in my time with Holistic. All were very good, but he is especially personable. He gets to know his patients and really listens to them. When I do my exercises, he stands nearby in case some mishap might happen. He'd be ready to step in and help. He does a good job not only explaining the exercises, but he has also given his opinion on home muscle stimulation devices, and other things I have asked about. I feel certain that if I were sports minded, Dr. Dan and I would have lengthy arguments over which football team should win the super bowl, but instead, we talk about current events, movies and such. It helps take my mind off of all the kind of boring exercises.

Fantastic experience: Incredible! Life changing! Best decision I ever made about my health and wellness! So glad I did this! Dr. C is a BOSS! She’s knows her stuff and her approach is so genuine. First ever massage and it was better than I expected. Got some electric thing done to my back, the fix I didn’t know I needed in my life. After the appointment I was ready to do cart wheels. Fantastic experience: Run don't walk to holistic vitality center!! I have had an incredible experience with Dr. Nathani and the staff at Holistic Vitality Center. I tried the following for my chronic low back pain: physical therapy/nerve ablation/massage/yoga/pilates/chiropractic care from a different provider. None of these were successful. I had no hope left until a friend suggested I try Holistic Vitality Center. Dr. Nathani used several methods, not just one, when treating me. My treatment plan consisted of exercises, graston massage, adjustments and decompression of the spine. Dr. Nathani and the staff at Holistic Vitality Center gave me back my life.

I'm a military vet so the military may only give you so many sessions at a time. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Holistic Vitality Center off and on since 2017 for various pain issues. Dr. Nathani is great! She always makes sure she gives you an ample amount of time to get to know your unique concerns, and I love the multi-faceted approach that is always taken to address pain. I have always gotten relief whenever I have come into the office for a variety of pain management concerns. In addition, I was excited to learn more recently that they also offer personal training sessions. I have been working with Jason since the beginning of 2023 and, though he has a very easy-going personality, I assure you that you will get a great workout with him! I feel awesome after every session that I train with him. I used to work out for an hour, but I have quickly discovered that you can get all the benefits of strength training and cardio in a 30-minute session. Something I have also come to appreciate!

Fantastic experience: 11/3/22: If I could give 10 stars for this place I would. It is "one stop shopping" for pain management. If you have pain from a fall or just bad ergonomics from sitting at a desk all day - you NEED to go here. I found them by accident when searching for cold laser treatments for an injury (which worked well in the past where i used to live). They NOT ONLY have something better - the very LATEST HOT LASER technology (the only ones in the state of NC with it) - I have ALSO had their medical massage (it's INTENSE and SO effective), chiropractic, physical therapy, graston technique, and kinetic taping. The combination/multi-facted approach WORKS. I *used to* drive to multiple places have multiple co-pays and have to schedule and track appointments for chiropractic, physical therapy and massages. What a waste of time and money. They also offer acupuncture. Dr. Nathani and her ENTIRE staff are WONDERFUL!! So friendly and professional - it's like one big family and they all REALLY care about giving you the right treatment SPECIFIC to you. Everything is documented and and planned out but they modify as needed. I can't say enough good things about this place and the staff. I'm still in awe. The very first time I went I thought I was 'just' getting Chiropractic and laser therapy... I walked out having a thorough evaluation, chiropractic adjustment, graston, massage, physical therapy, and hot laser... all in the same appointment! Unheard of!! I felt like Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz getting a complete overhaul and tune up from head to toe! At ONE place - ONE appointment! And my insurance covers a large part of it! I am SO lucky I found this place!

Fantastic experience: I love the Holistic Vitality Center. My visits are more like a spa day. The staff is friendly and genuinely care about patients. Whether its scheduling or treatment, they want to give you what you need. Dr Nathani is absolutely amazing. She is sooooo smart and I can talk with her about anything. I feel like I'm her only patient. Another bright light at the center is Dr. Dan Burch. Physical therapy with him is like a fun trip to an amusement park. He makes me laugh and do things that I wouldn't normally do. His jokes and stories are an amazing distraction and before I know it I've done a 45 sec plank or 30 reps of something. Fantastic experience: I have made so much progress in my stroke recovery since I started therapy with Dr. Dan Burich. I was in a wheelchair when I first saw Dr. Dan nearly 5 months ago, and since then he has helped me go from the wheelchair to standing, to walking with a walker, to now walking with a cane and climbing stairs. His expertise, positive encouragement, and fun therapy sessions made this possible! The Center itself is a lovely facility full of kind, caring, and knowledgable people, and I am so happy that I placed my care in their hands.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nathani is truly a one-of-a-kind doctor. I started with her as a functional medicine patient and now see her for chiropractic care as well. She is extremely thorough and knowledgeable and is the only healthcare provider I’ve been to who listened deeply to the issues I was having and created a plan to solve them at their roots. I have also been seeing Dr. Dan Burich at HVC for several months for physical therapy as I recover from shoulder labrum surgery. I can’t imagine being in better hands than I have been over that time. He is a genuine care provider who always has your best interests at heart and makes personal connections with each of his patients. PT can be a painful and difficult experience, but Dr. Dan has made this period of recovery manageable and even enjoyable. Fantastic experience: Two years ago, I was having major health problems related to reduced mobility on the right side of my body, unexplained joint swelling and pain, weight gain, high blood pressure, eczema, severe stress, etc. Often, due to joint pain, I had difficulty just walking without assistance. Fantastic experience: I've been coming here since October/November last year. This place is amazing. They truly take a holistic approach to the max. I am a nurse and my bad was killing me. I literally couldn't sit for long periods of time with my back aching. Within the first week of coming here my bad was 90% better. At each appointment I did back/neck exercises, had a medical massage (which hurts) and had a adjustment. Now, I come once a month and just get a massage and a adjustment and I can sit for long periods of time.

Negative experience: I was honestly really looking forward to starting my health journey at Holistic Vitality Center but i was unable to make an appointment! I sent an online message requesting an appointment. Once about a week went by I called after not hearing anything. The receptionist I spoke with said that they were going to call me back in a couple of days but it has now been like 3 weeks and nothing… very disappointing to say the least.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nathani is simply THE BEST! She truly has a holistic approach to treatment. It's not just a chiropractic adjustment, it's the heat to warm up your joints and muscles, it's the massage to loosen you up, it's the stem treatment to target pain points, it's the stretches and exercises to strengthen the weaker areas. Fantastic experience: I went to Holistic Vitality Center as a last resort after both an ortho and a neuro surgeon told me the only way out of my chronic pain was a 4 level rod in my spine. I had tried everything. Physical therapy, medication, injections, dry needling, decompression, other chiro, you name it. Such extensive surgery would limit many of the activities that I love such as competitive equestrian sports. I was in such pain, I felt like I was 100 yrs old. I was depressed and hopeless. My pain was a 9/10. I could barely get on the treatment table. Dr. Nathani and Dr. Combs put me on a 3 time per week intensive program. Since I served in the military the office staff even helped me navigate getting the services covered by the VA since my back injury is a service disability. They are a full service center and they care about the whole individual inside and out. Fast forward to today and with periodic maintenance visits, I am a fully functional, happy, healthy person. Fantastic experience: This office has a wonderful and welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Nathanie is very knowledgeable and has been an integral part in working with me to have the best outcomes for my adjustments and following up with referrals to make sure all aspects of my medical needs are met. I highly recommend this clinic for overall wellness not just chiropractic needs. UPDATE: I recently needed to have a PT evaluate me after mentioning to Dr. Nathanie that my knees have been killing me since the beginning of the year. I thought that I could be developing arthritis or some sort of tendonitis that was throwing off my alignment. After evaluating my situation it turned out that my orthotics that had changed prescriptions in January were the culprit. Get this - Dr. Nathanie wrote an order for me to begin PT AND when I'm ready I can get my orthotics redone through THIS office instead of the office I was using in Chapel Hill who wanted to do nothing to fix the problem! Let me tell you that my PT, Dr. Dan is wonderful! He's professional, friendly, approachable, and very realistic in setting goals that are important to me because I had gotten to the point that my knees were limiting most every part of my life. We actively worked together to adjust my home program. He took the time to educate me in other options to manage my pain that I had not considered. I truly appreciate his willingness to go the extra step to make sure I understand every aspect of my program and was very open to making adjustments as needed to optimize my progress. I'm now discharged with a home program. I have no pain and most of my functional activities are on par or close to it. He also made it clear that I can always return if there is any regression in the next few weeks. Wow is all I can say! Excellent care. Holistic Vitality is just that - looking at the whole person. Fantastic experience: I fell in April 2021, leading to debilitating sciatic pain. I got x-rays done and there was no bone damage, but obviously things weren't where they were supposed to be as I could not walk, sit, stand, or really move at all without excruciating pain. After dealing with this for about a month with home treatment (muscle relaxers, stretching, PT exercises, heating and icing, etc.), I decided to seek out a chiropractor. I've never hurt myself this badly and it was impeding with my daily living and quality of life. I started seeing Dr. Dicie Nathani in May 2021. The first thing I absolutely love about their office is it has a very welcoming environment - lots of natural lighting and calming colors. In the private, individual massage/therapy rooms, the lights are dimmable and the music is soothing (I've fallen asleep many times). Dr. Nathani did not just address my sciatic pain from my fall, but she also identified other issues I didn't even realize I had that aren't "normal". We came up with a treatment plan; I loved that Dr. Nathani was conscientious of affordability and adjusted the treatment plan to what I was comfortable with, physically and financially. She does not put pressure on me to do any one thing, she simply provided her incite or knowledge and we had a discussion about it. Dr. Nathani is extremely knowledgeable and competent on top of being extremely friendly. She's always smiling and has a pleasant tone of voice with her patients and her staff. She is also extremely patient with explaining things to me and answering my questions. Dr. Combs is another chiropractor who joined the team a little after I started getting treatment. She is also extremely friendly, kind, and knowledge. While Dr. Nathani is my regular doctor, Dr. Combs is more than capable to execute my chiropractic needs when Dr. Nathani is out of the office. The staff at Holistic Vitality are also wonderful. Every single one of them is friendly and pleasant to shoot the breeze with and work with therapeutically. They are all receptive to my needs and extremely respectful. It is evident that Dr. Nathani took a lot of time choosing staff that fit her desired atmosphere for her clinic. I fell again in August 2021. It completely fixed the sciatic pain I was having (which was getting better with treatment), but created a new problem in my sacrum being misaligned, which creates pain when I twist or flex my legs/hips. At the time of my fall, I was about 6 weeks pregnant. Dr. Nathani got me in right away and completed a new evaluation to have an updated plan for my new injury needs. After receiving treatment for this injury, my pain is nearly gone; not just in my injury sites, but also the other areas she identified as needing treatment upon evaluation. Moving my body and executing daily tasks are much easier and less stressful on my joints, muscles, and limbs. In regards to treatment while pregnant: Dr. Nathani respected my privacy until I was ready to share it with other staff. She adjusted all of her treatments to ensure that there was no risk to my baby. I find all of her adjustments just as effective in these pregnancy safe positions when compared to her original treatment methods for non-pregnant individuals. I will continue to go to Holistic Vitality Center even after completing my treatment plan to maintain my body alignment. I cannot recommend their office enough if you have chiropractic needs. The competence of all staff to have effective treatment, welcoming environment, and friendly staff are what keeps me coming to this office.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nathani litteraly gave me in the moment lifesaving advice. Days earlier, I had been seen in the emergency room and by a primary provider, i was directed to take tylenol and apply ice. Knowing that something was still off, I went to see Dr. Nathani. She is always so calm, even able to project that serenity on to others. But that day after taking my pulse, glimpsing, barely touching my leg, she turned to me with an expression, I had never seen on her face before. She said, you have a classic case of DVT (clotting). She quickly provided written guidance that I was to take to the emergency room. Upon arrival at the ER, they begain to follow her recommendation for testing and admitted me to the hospital. They could not determine the cause of the clotting and had me transferred to Duke University Hospital for special imaging and expert care. The Duke Vascular Team determined the cause to be a very rare condition, known as MTS. So rare until they weren’t surprised it had been initially missed at the transferring hospital. So rare, it had no ICD10 diagnoses code. They performed surgery within 48 hours and I’m now in recovery with no apparent long term damaging effects. The Duke Team even appluaded Dr. Nathani for her ER referral. I credit Dr. Nathani as being a key member of my care team, involved with having saved my life in that moment. I thank God for putting the right people in place, to accomplish a positive outcome. I’ve been a patient at HVC since 2017. Dr. Nathani is in tune with my body. I watch her intereact with others and she seems to have the same deep Dr. - Patient relationship with each patient. I go to HVC for semi-annual “tune ups” It’s like no other. The HVC Team has significantly added to my quality of life. Everyone at the center plays a key role. From the front desk, back office, therapy rooms and exercise floor, I’ve been “seen” and treated with respect. I know, I’ve shared a bit too much information, but the entire HVC Team deserve a grand thank you, from me.

Fantastic experience: This practice is a dream come true! It weaves together so many forms of knowledge and truly feels holistic, something I have searched for for a long, long time. I can't even begin to explain the difference that working with Dr. Nathani and Holistic Vitality Center has made in my life. I started seeing her in November of 2020 for chiropractic care- having sat at a desk so much during quarantine my body was struggling, I was uncomfortable, experiencing migraines regularly, and not sleeping well. Within weeks the migraines became fewer and fewer. A few months later and I can't remember the last time I had one. Having a chiropractor who works directly with someone to help you stretch before your adjustment and then also instructs your medical massage therapist (they're incredible!) to really pinpoint what needs to be worked on is such a game changer. Having received chiropractics and massages from other, separate parties in the past having them work together makes a monumental difference. The fact that they work with insurance just makes it all that sweeter! And as if the holistic chiropractic care wasn't enough, the functional medicine is the icing on the cake. I can't count the specialists I've seen over the years for my chronic digestive issues and health problems. Dr. Nathani is incredibly knowledgeable and knows how to provide you with the data to show you what is happening in your body. Despite every other doctor and specialist finding "nothing wrong" my symptoms were ALL explained in real numbers from the tests we ran. On top of that she does a thorough explanation of why each thing is happening (or not happening) when you go over the test results, as well as what she is doing to fix it. Because I see her regularly for Chiro adjustments we check in often about how my protocol is going, and she adjusts in real time as is needed. She is also available by email and responsive there as well if you aren't in the office as regularly. I have never felt more validated by a health care professional- no symptom or experience is brushed off or taken at anything other than face value and a real adjustment is made to counteract it. They have high quality supplements available that work wonders. I feel the best I have in years, despite outside stressors continuing to occur! It is a financial investment, unfortunately one not covered by insurance, but it is worth EVERY penny. They are upfront about costs and work with you to make it as manageable as possible. And of course, the ultimate goal is that you eventually don't need any special diets or supplements whatsoever- a breath of fresh air in the medical space! I look forward to adding acupuncture to my regime this fall! On top of everything else, everyone in the office is wonderful. Fantastic experience: Last year, about this time, my body began to shut down. The simplest things brought fatigue. I had to take multiple naps a day just to make it through. I was losing my appetite. I had the motivation to do things but simple couldn't get my body to cooperate. I spent 3-4 months trying to find a doctor who cared to get to the root of the issues my body was having, not just trying to treat each symptom. Fantastic experience: The Holistic Vitality center has been the best experience in total well being I have ever encountered. Dr Nathani is so talented and knowledgeable about the whole body. She is a Doctor of Chiropractic and Has degrees in Acupuncture and Nutrition. Her Clinic also offers professionals in Massage and Physical Therapy and probably more but these are the four things they have treated me for. Besides getting excellent overall results with severe sciatica and Achilles tendinitis she has helped with my stomach and digestive issues. I have been through all of these various treatments before at different clinics but never with these results and where everything is all offered in one place. Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at Holistic Vitality Center since mid-March 2020. Dr. Nathani and her staff helped me through a mid-back mobility issue using manual adjustments, medical massage, and both in office and at home exercises. She did such a great job with my back that when she wanted to discharge me, I asked for her help with some hip and knee pain as well. I feel better now than I have in years and officially graduated to preventative care. I was very impressed with the massage therapists as well. They're all very knowledgable and discuss your individual cases with Dr. Nathani to make sure they're working together and focusing on the right areas. The front office staff and physical therapists are all also warm and professional. Since I was a patient through the covid quarantine, I'll also mention that the staff took all of the appropriate considerations. Patients have their temperature taken right when you walk in the door, everyone is wearing masks, appointments are spaced out so that patient interaction is minimal, and everything a patient touches is cleaned thoroughly afterward.

Fantastic experience: I switched functional medicine doctor's over the summer after 3 years of experience with another for a very complex and lifelong case. Dr. Nathani has changed my life and has given me the confidence to stop biologics for many serious autoimmune diseases. I was told by my rheumatologist that I would have to rely on biologics for life, but with the right nutrition, education and supplementation I have been healing from the inside out. As a chiropractor, she took serious injuries that were completely keeping me from walking, standing or even sitting up and adjusted me well enough that I was back in the gym within 11 days. Dr. Nathani did a one on one meeting with me to determine what was going on and then we discussed the plans that were best for me. I wish that I had made an appointment to see her months ago. Positive experience: Excellant docs, therapists, etc but lack of front deck communication to me, as a new patient. I never know what was happening. BUT, the most important part of healing was spot on.
