He made a diagnostic and design a plan to help me get rid pf a very intense pain. With conservative therapy, his plan was successful in less time than expected. I will deffinitely keep going and recommend Dr. BE to friends.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Be is a skilled and compassionate chiropractor who takes the time to understand his patients' needs. His expertise and adjustments have greatly alleviated my discomfort. Additionally, his staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming, making every visit a pleasure.

Negative experience: I had high expectations about Dr. Be, and when he had a promotion that was more affordable for my budget, I didn’t hesitate to take it. The promotion included about 10 different things, of which I received 2 that day: the appointment with the doctor and one therapy. At the appointment, I was scheduled for 12 sessions, some injections for pain, PRP, which were 'optional' if I wanted to take them or not. According to the doctor, when I left, the secretary gave me a package with everything: the therapies, the injections, and the plasma. The other 8 things included in the appointment had to be done in the following weeks after I had already started the therapies and paid 50%, meaning to get what the offer promised, I had to pay almost $1000 and be undergoing the therapies. The women at the reception are very skilled at not giving you another option but to go without undergoing therapy. Very well trained!!! Additionally, they did not accept my insurance! So I had to make a huge investment for a tendinitis in one arm, which my insurance covered and took only 8 sessions. I feel very disappointed that these companies take advantage of people in this way. The therapy itself seemed good overall, but it does not justify all the money they wanted to charge me for it. Moreover, offering something in a promotion and the secretary scheduling the appointment knowing that on that day there is neither the person who does X-rays nor the nutritionist, etc., left me extremely sad to see how the only thing they care about is money and not your health! My good impression of this place has fallen apart! I do not recommend it at all.

Negative experience: I went in June 2024 to Dr. Be's office. The day before, they sent a long list of medical and personal questions via message, and when I finished, it was impossible to send it. I tried four times. I called the office, and they told me to do it again. When I arrived at the office, it took a long time since it was more than four pages. After a long wait, the Doctor called me into his office, and after all the hassle of filling out the questions, it turned out that the Doctor didn't read them, nor did he bring the tablet, and he focused on selling his product: therapies at $95 each, and a $200 fee just to listen to his long presentation, only to finally tell me that he can't do anything for me unless I take his therapies. It was a scam; my money was wasted on someone who calls himself Doctor BE.

Negative experience: I went to Dr. Be in Miami for chiropractic and PT multiple times and had a good experience on the medical side. However, Dr. Be’s billing team is not cooperating with my health insurance company and greatly delayed submitting the out of network claims by months and once they were fully paid by my insurance company, they are not reimbursing me for the full costs I paid. They have not responded to my numerous emails, phone calls and text messages since January and refuse to work with representatives from my health insurance company to refund me the money so in essence, they are getting paid double by both me and my health insurance company. Shady business practices. EDIT: I sent you emails to both Billings and Jessica with the explanation of benefits of your office being paid out more than 45 days ago and the health insurance company confirmed that they indeed paid. You have my phone number and email so you can reach me to make sure this is resolved. Awful I have to write 1 star reviews to even get a response from your office.

Negative experience: It was an awesome experience, they really helped with my back pain. Very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, 1 star for now as my insurance claim has not been submitted since February 6 after 7 follow ups by emails and 4 calls. Poor customer service team ruining the reputation of such a great place Update: the owner replied stating they processed the claim. I don’t see it on my end. There is no reply to 7 emails. Please provide the evidence by replying to emails. The customers should not have to reach out via google reviews to get a response to an email.

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr.Be for spine issues and pain. We did a protocol using spinal traction decompression and the difference is huge, I feel relief and the pain went away within a few sessions. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: I suffered from severe sciatic nerve pain for 8 years. I couldn't sit, stand, and much less sleep due to the pain for long periods. I underwent therapies in many places, received a bunch of vitamins, painkillers, and nothing worked. I was recommended to Dr. Guillermo, and I have been undergoing therapy for less than a month, and my recovery has been excellent. The process hasn't been easy, but the Dr. and his entire team are wonderful, from the moment you are received at the front desk to each of the therapists. I must say that the happiness of being relieved and feeling good after so much time in pain is priceless. Thank you to the whole Dr. Be team!

Negative experience: My experience wasn´t great. I went a few weeks, only the first time I had an interaction with Dr. B. after that, every single time it was with one of the therapist, who were always very professional and amazing, but unable to help in the long term. I requested a follow up appointment with Dr. Bello but, even though he was around, he didn´t seem to really be concerned about checking on me, nor didn´t spare a minute to assist me. I really regret not going to a proper doctor right away.

Fantastic experience: Hands down, amazing!  Dr. BE's practice is a great example of knowledgeable doctors and therapists being the best at what they do. Starting with the therapists, receptionists, doctors, and down to Dr. Be himself,  the practice is top notch.  They are precise in all they do and are experts in their field. Together, they have been addressing my injury in the most effective ways, and they have been patient through my ups and downs, providing encouragement when I saw little hope. Their reputation behooves them, and you can trust all therapists blindly. It is because of them that I have been able to slowly regain my mobility to carry out a high intensity exercise program. Their facility also has top-notch equipment to address any aspect of your therapy. Don't hesitate! Just do it! You won't regret it. It's truly an all in one experience, which includes the experts, their preciseness in your care, a top of the line gym-like workout facility as well as a great massage.

Negative experience: It’s definitely not a place to go. They book more appointments than they have availability, so they won’t lose money. If you’re late even 5min they won’t take you, they don’t care if you come from far or no… 0 hospitality ! The girl don’t even speak english correctly, so when you call you understand half of the conversation. It’s more a factory than anything else

I found Dr Be, Dr Melody and Christian &they went above and beyond getting my balance back and my inner ear issues healing. It's been months since I've had a bad attack and I'm driving again. Got to walk my mom down the isle for my sister's wedding and dance as well. Wouldn't have been able to do that prior to coming here. Thank you guys so much. As an Ironman triathlete and retired D1 soccer player and kickboxer, I have received massages hundreds of times over my career and very few could deliver the quality he does. Highly recommend. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Dr. Be for their deep tissue massages for a couple months now. I started twice a month and quickly decided that weekly was best for me. Yuri is hands down the most attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely caring provider I’ve come across when it comes to this type or massage. She takes her time on your areas of concern and works them until relief constantly checking with you to make sure you’re comfortable. I see no end to my visits here.
