Fantastic experience: We put our two daughters in taekwondo not knowing entirely what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised by how much they enjoyed it. it's helped our youngest start to focus better on tasks and is helping our oldest build her confidence. They love going to every class and we love the family environment so much so that I myself have joined and enjoy participating and being able to train with my girls. It's great family fun and all the instructors are phenomenal.

Fantastic experience: My son loves coming here! He gets to have fun moving his body, meet new friends, and most of all learn respect and discipline. I love how they teach how they can apply this not only on the mat but also in their homes, schools etc. The instructors are very welcoming and friendly. You can see the professionalism and confidence they have gained from training at FSMA since they were little. The studio overall is very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great experiencing... My son is have been going to Final Strike Martial Art for a 2 months know. We just moved in this area so my son little straggled to get use to finding friends and other staff. He is little bit shy and been hard to confident. I know it is only 2 months but huge difference he really like to be here and have a lots of friends and most hearth melting things is he keep saying to me thank you for let him go to taekwondo class after every single class. And huge thank you for instructeur they are the best so professional. They teaching them so much not only mores and techniques also teach them have to be polite and behaving to others.

Fantastic experience: We signed our daughter up a few months ago and it has tremendously helped her out with many things! She loves coming to class and learning taekwondo and self defense etc. She also has made many new friends as well. The staff at Final Strike are all professional and very experienced in their field. Fantastic experience: My daughter came in for a self defense seminar that was offered free to the community. First of all, how amazing to try something new, no strings or commitments! It was exactly what l was looking for. l inquired on Facebook and had immediate communication without even having to call we were set up to attend. We walk in, Ms. Rentar immediately walks up, and engages in conversation with us and made a new environment feel less daunting. Everyone we have met that works at Final Strike has mastered the skill of communication, leadership, respect for themselves, their colleagues and each other. It was important to teach my teen what to do in a situation where someone poses a threat which is real life now. She has not looked back since and is dedicated to learn more. The people at Final Strike are professional, experts in what they do and are a family. They immediately welcomed family. They immediately welcomed my daughter, talked about goals and they are always working to bring her to the next level. Mr. Durbin came in on a Sunday to go through some specific techniques. As a parent, I felt his instruction was practical, what to do in real life experiences that our kids unfortunately have to face, to not be a victim, to be situationally aware. Mr. Durbin is encouraging, drawing out the best in her. We felt lucky to have the opportunity to gain additional expertise from Mr. Durbin. All of the trainers are respected and exhibit mutual respect plus make you want to be there. If you want to feel part of something special, and meet life skill goals and training goals, just try it out. It is a family atmosphere so the whole family can come together. My gratitude for Mr. Durbin and the entire team at Final Strike Martial Arts!

Fantastic experience: Final Strike Martial Arts has been a fantastic learning experience for my son and myself. Family class is a brilliant idea. The instructors are exceptional, and we are gaining amazing skills. They have black belt club and leadership courses that help children to be future leaders, amazing course! Fantastic experience: Final Strike Martial Arts has a fantastic family friendly approach to teaching Martial Arts. By teaching classes by skill level, the whole family can practice together which I love. I practiced a different martial arts when I was younger, but coming back to a new style with my family is a fun engaging way to bond as a family. All the instructors are very nice, knowledgeable and helpful; as I'm just getting active again after an injury. Our kids are enjoying the classes and love that they beat Mom and Dad to their Orange belts. It's going to be a fun journey together to reaching our black belts.

Negative experience: Place is a complete scam, my 6 year old was there for less than a month and they charged my account over a thousand dollars! Just looks at the instructors! Not a single one can fight! Beware complete scam operation

Negative experience: Absolutely do not recommend I watched purple belts not even know how to kick since there is no test until you reach like brown belt or something. It is crazy no tests to demonstrate skill and it is based on how long you have been at the facility to move on to your next belt. And if you want some extra training you have to sign up for the black belt club but is only and additional 20 minutes and costs you up to $100-200 a month! Never come to this facility!!! Your kids will get beat up if they go to this facility since they wont learn anything!

Fantastic experience: My kids have been attending FSMA for about 2 months now and they love it. It's very family-oriented, with plenty of coaches per person. The kids are learning very quickly and excited to practice their "new moves". They are happy, I'm happy!

Final Strike harnesses an atmosphere that focuses on the fundamentals of taekwondo while instilling family values and encouraging leadership through learning. Fantastic experience: Great instructors in a great atmosphere. Not only do they teach self defense and taekwondo they also teach the foundation to being a solid human being. Fantastic experience: Really happy we found this place for my 8 year old son to start practicing tae kwon do. The gym has great energy from the instructors. What stands out in this gym is developing leadership qualities, self discipline and respect. All the kicks and punches follow after with a good attitude. My son is enjoying this school and his journey!

Fantastic experience: When we first walked in the studio for the trial, there was an advanced class going on. One look on those gorgeous disciplined students full of respect to themselves and to others was enough to realize - this place does a good thing. Our 9yo daughter joined Final Strike right before Christmas and in two month already showing impressive progress not only in taekwondo itself but also in discipline, attention, ability to set up goals and commitment. Masters are working so hard to cultivate all of these qualities in students but we haven't even expected it to give results so fast! Administration also has flexible payments system to make it as convenient as possible for every single family. Great experience so far and much more to come!

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere is amazing! Every child no matter the class size gets personalized attention while in and out of class. My son was struggling with motivation in life and wanted to end it until he started coming here. Master Bates treats every child as his own , he makes sure they are doing well in class and out. Teaching and preparing them to be the best they can be in this world. They don’t just teach the art of the sport but also self respect, discipline and kindness . Their instructors are amazing and always welcoming . So grateful to have found such loving , hard working , knowledgeable and humble experts in one place.

Fantastic experience: Family Fun and Growth: Final Strike Taekwondo Review Our family of four stumbled upon Final Strike Martial Arts last September, for a two week summer camp. I thought it would just be the kids but when Master Shon Bates invited my husband and I to participate we figured why not, it's just two weeks. Two weeks later, we were hooked! First off, it's tons of fun! The instructors manage to balance serious training with a laid-back vibe that keeps everyone smiling and laughing. They're patient with the kids (and us!), making sure we all feel comfortable and supported as we learn and grow. But it's more than just kicks and punches. Final Strike has this knack for turning Taekwondo into a holistic journey. Sure, we're mastering forms and earning belts, but we're also picking up life lessons along the way. Things like respect, perseverance, and self-discipline aren't just talked about; they're lived and breathed in every class. We had no idea how healing this practice would be. There's something about sweating it out together as a family that's incredibly therapeutic. It's like we're not just getting stronger physically; we're also strengthening our bond as a family. Overall, Final Strike gets a big thumbs up from us. Whether you're looking for a fun activity to do together or a way to grow and heal as a family, this place has got it all. My daughter and I joined 6 months ago and it has been such a fun and rewarding thing for us to do together. I was in search of something for my youngest daughter Jaid whom at this point has said no to everything I've suggested. She also said no to this. Well long story short her no turned into a yes with excitement. And she loves it. Best decision I've made

Negative experience: Final Strike is a fun place for the kids to learn and have an activity outside school. Mr. Cunningham and the black belt leaders (Mr. Durbin, Ms. Rentar, Mr. Rentar and the Urquiza sisters) show genuine care for the kids and do a good job at breaking things down and helping them learn. As far as the owners/masters there isn't much that I can say. They have taught family class less than 10 times in the almost year we've been here. I've heard Master Robles is more involved with the "advance" class. So why only 2 stars? Well, the way they run their business and the cost of the whole thing is all kind of crazy. From the moment you go for initial appointment of the "2 week trial" it feels like you are at a timeshare presentation; and if you decided to buy in and become a member they are just constantly trying to get you to pend more money and "upgrade". It starts with belt promotions, which are based on attendance (instead of testing), every new belt carries a $75 charge. Then you will get an invitation to join the "black belt club" which they make it sound like its based on skill, and discipline but, the reality of it is that anyone that is willing to pay the extra $50 a month can be part of it. They have programs that they will "invite" you to, and they'll offer all kinds of coupons and specials but they are only available for "limited time, so you need to take advantage of it right now" (literally jut like a timeshare presentation lol) Some of the programs are Gold Quest ($2500 a year) and leadership (approx. $1800 a year). Every new program has an "initial investment" (down payment) which is basically a way for them to secure money up front. Anyways, I can go on and on... it is really disappointing because the family class instructors are really good and kids really have fun but due to the pricing and business practices we will be leaving when our contract ends.

Positive experience: Pros Friendly, warm, and inviting Cunningham is a wonderful teacher who knows how to talk to the littles in a way that they understand. Parent Night Outs Fun kid parties Cons It’s not cheap Look, after 2.5 years with them, there’s going to be hiccups. But we’re still with them because, regardless of those hiccups (and the price), it’s worth it.

Negative experience: Honest review after almost a year at Final Strike: The positive: •Good family atmosphere. Kids can feel welcome and not intimidated. There is a wide range of ages so no matter your kids age they’ll have a partner their “size/age” •The class schedule is great, and provides for great flexibility. They have two class a day Monday-Thursday and you can choose any day to attend. •Mr. Cunningham and the student black belt leaders are great, they show awesome dedication and care for the students. The bad: •There is a clear intent on them making as much money from people as possible. Belt promotions are $75 a pop! Even tho they don’t give you a certificate and color belt promotions are based on attendance and not the traditional testing. In order to compete at tournaments and state/national championship your child must be part or “Gold Quest” which runs $3000 a year plus an “initial investment” of $250-$500 If you want your kid to get extra attention or improve at a faster pace you can be part of the “Black belt club” which runs an extra $50 (or so) a month plus an initial investment fee. Being part of the black belt club also means you’ll need to purchase the “weapon of the cycle” which guess what? Cost extra money! Pair of nunchucks was $60 even tho online they go for half the price. Overall the studio is good and kids do seem to enjoy themselves, but their business practices and ridiculous pricing are a big letdown.

Fantastic experience: I don't even know where to start! My son was starting to get in to the wrong groups of "friends" at age 9. I had to act fast on where he would take his direction in disciple, respect and most of all integrity. I knew it was a gamble, growing up all my well behaved friends were in martial arts, so why not?! First introduction day Master Bates (I can't say enough good things about him) took us a small padded studio room with many other families as well. His positive attitude and articulate demeanor was a breath of fresh air. It was as though he was in my head and speaking to me in exactly what I was looking for by joining martial arts with my kids. This is not some fluff review, my son literally did a 180 in terms of chores, respect for his parents (me!) , friendships, and school work. He has a twin sister who has always done well who comes home from school with stories such as "Jonathan keeps raising his hand in class... and he's getting the answers right!". This alone is INCREDIBLE! FSMA teaches this skill DAILY, students are always looked to for answers and called upon. His twin sister also joined him and is having a great time learning and challenging her self, she has a strong competitive background in gymnastic style sports and has effortlessly enjoyed every class. Who wouldn't want to learn how to use Nunchucks safely? You kidding me?! The staff... Good lord, Mr. Cunningham is the main instructor for the main family classes. He is a very experienced high ranked blank belt with a heart the size of a dinosaur. Fluid, articulate instructions and will help you out if needed or with any questions. He makes every day comfortable for all, sets class up for everyone to succeed and have a great time learning at the same time. There are high ranked classes as well where Master Robles,Master Bates, Mrs. Bates and Mr. Cunningham teach. The experience and expertise between those 4 are monumental. We haven't reached the level of attending those classes as of yet, however we look forward to the day that we earn that ability. The blackbelts... each class is loaded with high ranked blackbelts dedicated to assisting in class. No matter how big the class gets, tailored help is there for you. They are the nicest people who genuinely want to see you succeed and enjoy what you're doing. Kid's belt dropped? No problem, one of them will happily help the young lad or lady get that belt tied on properly. Form not quite correct? No problem, one of the blackbelts will be by and help you correct your form. I have to stop here on this one as I could write a book about them. Now.. ME! I'm a 42 year old Father/husband of 3 truly awesome kids. I work as a Director of IT. I joined this program at first just to join my kids as I thought that they would enjoy it more if pops was there too. You'd think that this was just for the kids, it's not. I've improved in many aspects of my life through FSMA. My focus is higher than it ever has been, my confidence has made a significant jump as well. There are leadership programs that my children are in, as a parent I go to sit, listen, and wait for the class to end to take them home. The problem but really it's a great thing is that I end up listening and thinking about my own leadership at work, their talking points are for everyone! I have to cut myself off here, there is so much more I can type and so much more that they have to offer. At the very least, trust me and go for the 2 weeks to try it out. It's worth it, it's priceless, it's awesome!

Fantastic experience: My 13 year old son is always so excited to attend. We absolutely love Mr. Cunningham and Master Bates. The philosophy is amazing and the teaching even more so. We are beyond happy to be part of the Final Strike Family.

Positive experience: We truly love Final Strike, our son absolutely loves the classes and it’s thriving. Mr. Cunningham is an excellent instructor and the black belt leaders are really awesome with the kids; specially Mr. Durbin, Ms. Urquiza & Ms. Rentar they are remarkably patient with the little ones and a will be a great teachers one day. The classes are great no matter the age or fitness level and teach kids a lot more than just martial arts, they work on their discipline, listening skills and confidence. The negative aspect is the cost, the basic program is in line with the average around the area, but the other programs available are pretty pricey specially when you take into account the initial investment you are required to pay up front.

Fantastic experience: Final Strike is an amazing place. Not only does my daughter enjoy her taekwondo training there, but they threw the best birthday party for her ever!! We did a super hero party, and the kids were taught their taekwondo skills to fight crime like a hero. Mr. Cunningham and Miss Maya were amazing with all the kids. They handled everything accordingly, and had a blast with the kids. My daughter said it was the best day ever! She can't wait to go back for her classes.

Seeing growth and engagement in your child's development, you recognize that this place is there to build people with good character. Self defense and training is provided by great instructors who have a wealth of knowledge and whose teaching skills are different but mesh well with each other.

Fantastic experience: My two oldest children and myself love coming here. They love their instructors Mr. Bates and Mr. Cunningham, and always look forward to gaining more knowledge. Everyone is very friendly and supportive here. If you're looking for a place to build discipline, confidence, and self defense, I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Classes are great and the atmosphere is very energetic. Professionalism is important to them and you can tell. I am enjoying my time with them and plan to continue to enjoy training.

Negative experience: This place used to be good but after covid, they started implementing things and trying to get more money out of you. They are discreetly forcing you to be a part of the black belt club (cost more) by removing programs from regular classes and can only be availed if you become a part of the program. They are forcing you to buy sparring gear and I understand that but now, you will also need to get a vest and face shield to participate and you gotta buy that again from them. Before they are allowing you to do non contact sparring. Now, you cannot do it anymore without a face shield or vest even if you have your sparring gear on (head, hands, feet). They have other classes that they are promoting to keep making you pay extra. This is getting annoying. It is clear that this is a marketing scheme to get more money out of you. It is frustrating. I'm not going back here again. It is a money trap. You might as well go to a different dojo because their teachings here are inferior and no quality at all. If your kids get involved in a street fight, he or she will get beaten up pretty good. You are better off doing Jiu Jitsu or Aikido or any other martial arts. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this is really getting out of hand. If you joined prior to covid, you will know the difference. If you just joined, you won't notice a thing. * if you've been here for a while, you'll notice that the number of students are dwindling down. Probably the reason why they are doing all of these scheme so they can somehow stay afloat. I can sympathize with that but not in the expense of the quality of teachings and all these other marketing stuff. There is no honor in that.

Fantastic experience: Our kids have grown so much at Final Strike. The students were welcoming when we first joined and the instructors made us feel included from the very start. Classes are challenging and fun and we look forward to going every week.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Final Strike for your martial arts needs. The values that our son is learning align with what we teach him at home. He is learning to be confident and dedicated to some. He is growing in his leadership skills as well. I enjoy that our son gets to see male role models teaching. We recently joined black belt club and we are loving the new techniques. I participate from the sidelines lol, but they do have family classes available. Having something that suits the entire family is rare. I am so glad we found Final Strike and decided to join.

Fantastic experience: After looking for the right dojo for my 7yo Bryan with Final Strike was the best decision. Shon takes a personal interest in ensuring students are signed up to the appropriate level. The classes available are flexible enough to meet our schedule. The curriculum is great with a good mix of discipline, values and self defense. Our son really enjoys attending and never has any complaints. Instructor's are well rounded keeping lessons fun but structured for advancement. We plan on signing up our younger children as they come of age. Look no further, Final Strike is great!

Fantastic experience: My son started with Final Strike back in October and he is loving it! We love the huge smile he gets each time he learns something new! And as the parent I couldn't be happier! I love that my son is not only learning self-defense, but also seeing his confidence grow while learning dedication and respect along the way. Fantastic experience: After years of hearing my daughter wanting to do martial arts I decided to finally get her enrolled earlier this year and searched for the best place in town. Oh boy did we get lucky. Final Strike has exceeded my expectations far and beyond of what I had anticipated. The instructors (Mr. Cunningham and Mr. Torres) are top notch. Front office Mr. Bates is excellent communicating with parents and is very helpful with any questions we might have. After months of my daughter attending Final Strike she has enjoyed it so much that she now wants to strive to achieve her black belt with them. We love this place and I know you and your child will too.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a supportive community for your kids to grow and have fun, this is the place. Mr. Robles, Mr. Bates and Mr. Cunningham have been very patient with my energetic 7yr year old, with kind energy and reassuring to this mom who wasn't sure he would "make it". Not only did he belt up but he has improved focus, confidence and discipline in school. It has also been rewarding to watch other kids who have achieved their black belts, interact and lead the younger and less experienced kids. My 8yr old daughter enjoys learning the skills but especially when she gets to work with the STORM members. I've recently learned that STORM stands for Strong Team of Role Models and there could not be a better title. My kids have had most interaction with the teenagers and they are who you want your kids around and to look up to. They are kind, energetic, goal driven, fun! and most importantly, encouraging. Mr. Robles keeps the atmosphere energetic and even as an onlooker I smile and laugh and am quite entertained. I'm so grateful we returned for a second eval for my son and look forward to their journey here.

Fantastic experience: After attending Final Strike Martial Arts our son Jacob’s confidence has risen. He enjoys it and learns so much. He now knows how to defend himself as well as the patience of mastering the technique. Fantastic experience: No reason to look elsewhere Our son expressed his interest into Martial Arts but we did not know where to start. I cannot say enough how grateful we are to have located Final Strike. Shawn Bates is incredibly helpful well beyond just the first day and what a great family style atmosphere. Our son while unsure was asked on his first lesson if he was ready to come off with a smile and he does every single time. Fantastic experience: Signed my 4 boys up here and it’s been amazing. All of the instructors are fantastic and their styles complement each other. Before their first day, my boys were a little nervous. That was short-lived as they really look forward to going. I definitely recommend this place!!

Fantastic experience: My soon to be 7 year old son who has adhd has enjoyed coming to Final Strike since the first day. We are happy to see how much going here engages him and instills and reinforces discipline, focus, and perseverance that we value. Other than swim class this has been the only activity that he has enjoyed, not complained about, practices at, and has made progress in; and for us that has been so wonderful to see! A really family friendly place where there is enough seating to watch your child comfortably and with 2 younger siblings I appreciate that closed off wall and how they have everything set up. It's been a great experience thus far and I highly recommending bringing your child or yourself here

Fantastic experience: My sons ages five and eight have been going to final Strike Martial Arts for a few months now and they absolutely love it! The instructors are so good with the kids, so kind and patient! They make it such a fun environment for all of the kids! The instructors also have so much personality and energy and are very entertaining to watch! I love how they teach the kids respect and discipline as well. So important for these little ones! Also the owner Shon is so great! He is always so helpful and works hard to accommodate our needs! He is very friendly and kind and I love that type of environment! Fantastic experience: Final Strike has been a great martial arts program for my seven year old son. He enjoys the exercise and the socialization. The classes are fast-paced and taught by high skilled instructors who know how to handle a room full of kids. I would highly recommend Final Strike!

My son is a shy guy when in new situations and taekwando at Final Strike has helped so much with his confidence. The instructors are firm but kind and they make it fun! Fantastic experience: Where do I begin? The instructors and staff at Final Strike have made a very important and positive impression on my son. Coming out of the first wave of the pandemic, we were left with a 5-year-old with a lot of bottled-up energy who had an extremely difficult time sitting still during mandated distance learning. His attention span was incredibly short which made it hard for him to learn and retain information. Not only do they care about your child’s development of Taekwondo skills, but they care about the overall development of everyday life skills. The time and attention spent with each child addressing their individual needs is nothing short of amazing. THEY REALLY CARE! Kai has learned discipline, self-restraint, and is applying the learned structure to his daily routine. As he moves up through each rank his confidence level soars. We are proud and excited to be part of the Final Strike Family. Bravo, 10/10 stars!

Fantastic experience: I've been eyeing Final Strike for a while and I finally had a chance to introduce my daughter to it. After having some issues with discipline and self control we figured she could benefit from this. She loves it here. Making new friends, learning new skills, I couldn't be happier. The instructors are really cool, they make the class fun while keeping it serious and will be at your service to answer questions or help with any other issue. The price is a little bit steep but it doesn't compare to the lifelong lessons my daughter will learn.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't have picked a better place for my son to do martial arts. Final strike makes us feel very welcomed and a part of a big family. My 8 year old was struggling with moving to a new city and having 0 friends because everything was zoom classes. I wanted to get him more active and put him in something he would enjoy and final strike gave us just that. For a very small fee we were able to test it out for a month to see if and how he liked it before we committed. My son committed after just the first class he attended. I love that they teach them discipline, self defense and how they boosted my child's confidence in a very well structured setting.

Fantastic experience: 5.0 We signed our 6, now 7 year old up for the intro month last year during the thick of COVID to get him out of the house and doing something productive around other kids. It honestly was the wonderful environment we were hoping for that was stayed on after the month was up. The way our sons face lights up after he’s done some new technique has been worth everything honestly. The way these instructors (shout-out to Mr. Torres and Mr. Cunningham) lift these kiddos up with a caring but firm hand and guidance is a blessing to have. They are so wonderful at giving real life lessons during a time all kids need it. Even the older kids with their black belts are upstanding kiddos and their guidance with our Kub group is something Hunter can’t wait to be a part of. It’s truly a community/family environment and watching the confidence grow in my son has made me feel lucky to have Stumbled across them. The kubs group is a little large but I never feel like my son doesn’t get joy and attention from being there. Blows my mind how much these instructors make a point to remember their names. They truly love what they do. Never a bad attitude! A+ guys

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Final Strike enough. Both my 5 yr old & 9 yr old love coming every week. Watching both my children begin to build their confidence in themselves has been amazing to watch. All of the instructors are so extremely patient and friendly with the kids and make you feel welcome and part of the family. I highly recommend Final Strike and am so glad I signed them up.

Fantastic experience: I can not say enough about how much my son, 11, loves the instructors at Final Strike. They are firm, but encouraging. He always has a great time learning new moves. He recently moved to yellow belt and is super excited to learn more advanced moves and hoping for more of a challenge. Being a new junior higher, he is starting to feel confident that he could defend himself if a real life issue arises. I highly recommend this studio!

Fantastic experience: We didn't know what we were getting into when we signed up for the trial here at Final Strike. We got so much more than the physical activity we were trying to find for our kindergartener. Not only are the instructors and staff very skilled, entertaining, and amazing with kids, we also really like them a lot! Even the other parents are so friendly, and it truly is like a family here. The environment, atmosphere, and culture are exactly what we were looking for. Our son has grown in self discipline and has learned the value of achieving a goal. I was a tad emotional the first time we saw him test and achieve his Kub orange belt alongside so many other kids his age. We appreciate that our own family values such as respect, hard work, self control, focus, and the healthy pride of achievement are supported and emphasized-- all while having a ton of fun. Now my high-school aged daughter is asking about joining.

Fantastic experience: Last night was my 11 y/o son's 2nd belt testing/ceremony and it was an awesome experience! The Final Strike Instructor Team is very organized, inclusive of family/friends, and most importantly the students gain so much confidence through the Instructor's confidence in them. It has been such a blessing to watch the transformation of my son as he develops leadership, confidence, personal goals, and a host of other new skills through displine, effort, and the positive encouragement of his Instructor Team and fellow students. Fantastic experience: Our son Jorge Castilleja was looking for something to do to relieve the boredom after football season was cancelled due to COVID. We were afraid that we wouldn’t be able to find something that could challenge him both physically and mentally. We were fortunate enough to find Final Strike just by chance when we were driving by the area. Since then we have not looked back and my son could not be happier. Every class he tells me how challenging it was that day and now as a yellow belt he loves the sparring and how the instructors push him to the limit. Fantastic experience: We just recently moved here from overseas, and with the lockdown it has been impossible for my 9 year old son to meet friends. I saw the ad and we decided to try it out. My son has improved so much at home, from listening to doing his dreaded online schooling! They teach respect and discipline that can be carried over from the gym to home!

Fantastic experience: Fun family environment that really cares about the children's success mentally and physically. My son started in the summer camp program and continued to regular lessons. They are very accommodating and understanding about his ADHD. Each class has a regular flow and routine which helps him keep focus on the instructors.

Fantastic experience: This place is beyond the best thing I found for my son to do. They are perfectly balanced on discipline and fun. They take self-defense seriously and start right off with weapons defense and confrontation avoidance! My shy son was thriving and came out of his shell by the 2nd-3rd class and feels like he is also making friends in the process which is exactly what he needs. Plenty of parent seating, small refreshments for purchase, and super clean everywhere!!!
