Our comment from Nutrifinder.net about Margiotti & Kroll Pediatrics, PC:
Margiotti & Kroll Pediatrics, PC is a pediatric practice that has garnered a mix of reviews from its clients. Many parents appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of the medical staff, noting that the doctors, nurse practitioners, and support team often go above and beyond to provide care and reassurance for both children and parents. Positive experiences have highlighted the cleanliness of the office, the short waiting times, and the convenience of same-day appointments, especially for sick visits.
However, some concerns have been raised about the customer service at the front desk. Multiple reviews point to instances of rudeness from reception staff, which can detract from the otherwise positive experiences within the practice. Additionally, there have been a few isolated complaints regarding certain doctors, with one or two noted for their lack of bedside manner and responsiveness.
Overall, while Margiotti & Kroll Pediatrics has received commendations for its overall quality of care and responsive medical staff, attention to improving the front desk experience seems to be a recurring theme among feedback that could enhance their service further.
Margiotti & Kroll Pediatrics, PC: Reviews
Negative experience: Do not bring your children here if you are a person of color or an immigrant. They do not believe that the children of immigrants deserve care and respect. Stay far away.
Fantastic experience: Amazing! All the staff are extremely friendly & the doctors are so helpful, love it here.
Negative experience: Great office, everyone is nice except Dr.Nadel, she is rude doesn’t answer questions, will make sure to never schedule another appointment with her
Fantastic experience: My boys have been coming here for 2 years now and all of the Dr's have been great. We especially love Dr. Margiotti.
Fantastic experience: My boys dr joined margiotti and kroll and I think the place is great everyone is very nice
Fantastic experience: Everything was good! Dr. Barry S Kroll is a super doctor!
Positive experience: Dr. Bartolanzo and the nurse we had were amazing, but the people that work at the front desk are rude. It’s also a pediatric office with no toys in the waiting room.
Fantastic experience: This office has just been so excellent, informative and very responsive since we have started going here! I am blown away by the friendliness of the staff and the knowledge of the Nurse Practitioners. I have had two appointments for my newborn and they took the time to answer all of my questions and provide guidance with any concerns I might have. I just can’t say enough good things about my experience so far! Highly recommend them.
Negative experience: My wife was treated like she was some crumb by the receptionist.over the weekend on saturday. We live in philadelphia and had to go to the newtown office bc of the walk in availability. she was snotty and rude, announcing the fact we have state insurance in a demeaning way, with our newborn daughter.
Fantastic experience: We love MK Peds. They are always there when we have a concern - overblown or not, and I always feel reassured leaving the office (and they baby feels better).
Negative experience: First time my granddaughter saw Dr Nadel, we usually see a nurse practioner. It was not a good experience at all. The doctor was rude when we had some questions to ask and seemed to want to rush the visit. Everyone else in this office is nice except for this doctor.
Fantastic experience: The staff at northeast office is wonderful and so understanding.
Fantastic experience: Great doctor office, great people, very friendly and the place is clean.
Fantastic experience: Love the way I'm treated. Definitely a good doctor office.
Fantastic experience: A great experience for 13 years and counting!
Fantastic experience: Great pediatrician office that specializes in behavioral issues. It’s easy to make an appointment and they our open on weekends and have evening hours. It’s a very clean environment and friendly staff. My son is cery relaxed going to his every 3 month visit unless he has to get a needle lol. They have offices all over for your convenience.
Fantastic experience: Great nurse at the front desk. I couldn’t imagine taking my kids to a different office even the patients are polite. It’s a vibe in this jawn frfr. My kids will be coming here from now on. My daughters have to get shots tomorrow too so hopefully it’s as good as my sons visit was today.
Fantastic experience: The doctors, NP, nurses, up front staff are very attentive to patients needs. They always have availability if my daughter is not feeling well or needs a note for daycare!!!
Fantastic experience: Fast service. Nice and clean
Fantastic experience: Dr. Jerry is great! Very knowledgeable and explains everything. We highly recommend this practice!
Fantastic experience: Very good children's dr ofc... we hv only good things to say
Fantastic experience: Everything good the employees so nicest I recommend this place 100%
Fantastic experience: Very nice staff. Dr. Margiotti is great.
Fantastic experience: My family is Extremely Satisfied with the practice the take care of my family.
Negative experience: I called them to enroll my kids in their practice but before I do, I checked if they give priority appointments, if the child is sick. The receptionist said that there is no such provision and everyone has to go through the same appointment process for example, there is no appointment available today even if the child is sick. Don't want to comment on the way the receptionist was talking but she is best fitted in the collection agency. No wonder the reviews are low.
Fantastic experience: We have been going here since our first child was born in 2018. We moved to NJ in 2020 and still drive over the bridge to bring our 3 children here. Amazing staff and they ALWAYS have appointments for us at a moment’s notice. We love Dr. Pelley, Andrea, Leanna and all the staff at the NE office!
Fantastic experience: My kids are regular patients since they were born. More than 13 years they had absolutely amazing care . All doctors and staff are very helpful in giving us high quality support. We went Feasterville and Newtown locations and getting the same benefits. I’m highly recommend them for all my friends. And very appreciating their care and attention.
Positive experience: We are new patients and have been seen only about three times. We have gotten in right away when scheduling and most recently saw Dr. Jerry. He had a wonderful demeanor with my daughter and made the visit quick and easy! The front desk staff has also been very friendly and helpful each visit.
Positive experience: We usually go to the Langhorne office but when they are busy we go to the Newtown office. Past few times have been great, never an issue everyone was also so sweet- until we went yesterday. Doctor was perfect first time my youngest hasnt been nervous at the doctor's ever, but the nurse doing her evaluation questions for her check up basically answered half the questions on her own without actually asking us them? (Didnt know she knew my kid...) she just kept talking rambling questions & clicking "yes" to everything without me or her father even getting a second to answer a single question, we had to stop her more then halfway through bc she didn't give us a second to speak or answer anything. The entire time she was in the room she acted as if we were an inconvenience to her for us even being there. Not sure thats really someone you want working in a doctors office let alone around kids. Wonder how many other kids files are false & how many missed autism diagnosis theres been bc of her just answering "yes" to everything instead of taking the time to actually talk to the patients &or their parents...
Fantastic experience: I don’t know where to begin. Starting from the receptionist at the newton office who was understanding, sympathetic, and just so kind! I wish I got her name because she truly was a gem to speak with! She mentioned in our conversation that she has a grandson that’s 3. Hopefully she sees this and knows how appreciated this mom was to have had the opportunity to speak with her! Now on to the staff from the moment we got called back into the room. Amazing! My son who doesn’t do well in dr offices they did everything they could to make him feel comfortable! I could go on and on about them! To everyone at that Newtown office you guys are GREAT!
Fantastic experience: They are so nice there.except some of the receptionist are rude
Negative experience: The receptionists are super angry and rude. We don’t go there anymore for that reason.
Fantastic experience: Love all the doctors here! They have been great with my babygirl her whole life. She is 19 now! I have been to 3 different locations so the flexibility on location and walk in hours is excellent!
Positive experience: KYLE FIRST VISIT WITH HIS MOTHER, AMBER REFUSED A THROAT CULTURE. HAD TO BRING HIM IN FOR ANOTHER VISIT TO HAD HIM TESTED
Fantastic experience: Ive been with them for many years they give you great care .and staff and doctors are very friendly and spend alot of time listening to you ,also easy to get appointments and walk in hours when needed . Clean offices as well.
Fantastic experience: fantastic
Fantastic experience: Everyone was friendly and nice . The office is clean , waiting time is almost 5 mins until the employee on the front desk finished her call.
Negative experience: 0 consideration for the patients time. Incompetent staff (including the nurse practitioners) that treat you as a number they need to check off their list and nothing more. Took my newborn in for his first checkup and after asking the doctor if he wouldn’t mind cutting my child's nail (my hands shake due to my autoimmune disease) he told me to stop by a nail salon. Bring your kids anywhere else! These people don’t care about the well-being of your children.
Negative experience: My 2 y/o was sick and I tried to get in during walk-in hours but missed it by a few minutes so the receptionist scheduled my son for later that same day. When I came back for my SCHEDULED appt I waited 45 minutes before walking out. It wasn’t until 15 minutes after leaving that anyone realized we left. They called and said the dr went in the room and no one was there. That’s 1 hour after my appt time. The whole time we waited no one came in to acknowledge our wait. When they called to find out where we were they still did not acknowledge the wait time nor did anyone apologize. She asked why I didn’t let the front desk know and I told her no one let me know so I didn’t feel l had to let anyone know.
Negative experience: At the newton office only ,The rudest most disrespectful front desk lady ever!!!! Don’t work if you don’t want to talk least humanly to patients! I don’t remember her name but she was working on December 5th 2023 afternoon time.
Positive experience: Megan was very patient and answered all my questions. Great APN.
Fantastic experience: It was clean. Very big place. I wasn’t there with my baby boy long. I recommend.
Negative experience: I'm so incredibly disappointed with how This business has evolved. I have been bringing all six of my children hear over the course of 26 years. It now cost me $28 to have a single PIAA form filled out. And even after paying the fee, I go to pick up the envelope with my child's form 3 days later and find out that they've given me somebody else's medical records by mistake. While I recognize that doctors don't have much time to actually be doctors cuz they're busy filling out forms, I don't also have much time to take care of all of the other things that I'm supposed to be doing because now I have to make a second trip back to the office to get the correct forms. The people on the other end of the line are rarely in a good mood and are rather unpleasant when you call to ask a question or make an appointment. If it weren't so incredibly difficult to move to another practice, I would have moved years ago. This most recent interaction is giving me reason to begin looking again.
Positive experience: Receptionists are nice and helpful. The nurse was great and the doctor we seen was very nice and pleasant. He listened and addressed all the issues and concerns I had for my 10 year old son.
Fantastic experience: Laura was so kind and nice! She let me test myself for strep throat. She said I did awesome
Negative experience: Avoid the office like the plague. We were patients for years. They abruptly call me to tell me they are kicking my son out of the practice for making medical decisions for my son that they don’t agree with. Then they turn it around on me and say that if I don’t trust their medical recommendation it’s best i go elsewhere. No medical freedom. They don’t care about your child or their well being. Run!!!
Fantastic experience: Doctor Jerry and also all other doctors and staff are the best 18 years and counting , t he and you all for being you
Fantastic experience: short waiting time and and explained plan for treatment
Negative experience: M&K seems like a fine office, but Dr. Bonnie Nadel might be the worst pediatrician/doctor I have ever encountered. She was rude, insensitive and did not even greet us or say goodbye. She was talking with the check-out professional and saw us come to the desk and completely ignored us and kept talking, delaying us from leaving. Not only did she ignore us, but she ignored our 18-month-old and called his crying fake, and was extremely obtuse to his emotions. She also did not input the vaccination for our child, and we waited almost 20 extra minutes due to her error. Dr. Nadel should not be working at this facility, and the care she provided was deplorable.
Fantastic experience: Great place great people very nice and helpful. Kids love it
Fantastic experience: We love going to Margiotti and Kroll. Our kids are well taken care of and even if we have a question and call they are quick to get back to us.
Fantastic experience: Andrea has been a huge help with my daughter and helping this new mom keep it together! Very professional, high recommend this office.
Fantastic experience: I brought my 4 year old in for a first time visit and I couldn’t say enough positive things about my experience. The front office staff were incredibly nice and we were seen quickly. Dr. Margiotti was great with my daughter and very informative with me, I just wish we had found this practice sooner!
Fantastic experience: We love going to margiotti and kroll! From the time you walk in you’re greeted with a smile, always called back quick and the dr is in the room within 10 mins! Everyone is always so nice and friendly and super patience with my 3 year old! I love that they have a lot of different providers, if someone doesn’t vibe with you theirs someone else to try at your next visit, I’m sure you will find multiple people you love at the office! We love it here and I recommend to all my new mommy friends to come here!
Fantastic experience: They are the best! They have sick visit hours 7 days a week and it’s sooo convenient.
Fantastic experience: The faculty and staff are nothing but human and make you feel their support and understanding. The doctors are wonderful, the billing team does it right the first time, and they don't force covid testing for the sake of endorced statistic payments. My daughter has gone there since they took over Lower Bucks Pediatrics and now my son is a patient. Their walk in sick window 7 days a week is hassle free, your child will be seen if you're there by 9am. Unlike other Pediatrics in Newtown, you do not have to make an appointment for the sick visit and feel like you're trying to win concert tickets from a radio station and the phone just keeps giving you a busy tone. They are the real deal and show both the children and parents impeccable bedside manner.
Fantastic experience: Treated both my Autistic children with great respect each time we go. Wonderful office, with great employees.
Fantastic experience: We love this office. Our children are treated like family. The girls at the front desk are extremely helpful and friendly. Never had a bad experience.
Fantastic experience: Great experience at the Valley Square office. I was in a jam with two of my kids needing check ups. Their current practice was months out. I was trying to get in a place that was recommended but they continually gave me the run around with needing time to check records, then telling me I didn’t have what I needed. Went on for two months. I decide to call MK and from the second they answered the phone they were helpful. I was able to get my girls registered right away and appointments within a few days. Both doctors we saw were kind, gentle and had a wonderful bedside manner. The nurses were super sweet and extremely gentle. Our appointments ran right on time and we left with all the forms needed for the next school year.
Fantastic experience: Always outstanding care❤️
Fantastic experience: I have been taking my son for 6 months and I love it here.
Positive experience: While there are definitely many qualified medical professionals here, I think some lack a gentle bedside manner. Maybe working with children every day has habituated some to think our little ones should be treated and spoken to as adults. Generally we are there when they don't feel well and the last thing our kids or a concerned parent want to encounter is a Medical Asst, Doc, PA RN that has spent too long in their field. I will say our favorite providers are Dr Gerry, Dr Goldberg and Dr Krol. Also they have hours every day as well as walk-in hours every day. This gets them major props in my book. Give them a try but plan on seeing many faces before you find someone that fits your family.
Negative experience: The problem with this practice is the front desk! Most of the receptionist are very pleasant but the older ones are mean! These women should work in correctional facilities with the rudeness they display. When you call for an appointment you should not have to deal with this kind of rudeness! If you do not like your job find a new one but don’t take it out on everyone else!!!!
Fantastic experience: Dr Pelley is amazing! She takes time to answer questions, goes above and beyond and is extremely thorough.
Fantastic experience: The Valley square office in Warminster was wonderful. My 1st time to this office and seeing this medical professional. The front person Stefanie was so great, warm, and so incredibly helpful with a difficult situation without me even asking. The nurse was very warm and I can’t say enough about Laura Knauer, CRNP. She was so understanding of my teenager’s anxiety and her nervousness to open up. She knew exactly the right way to approach her. And was so easy for me to talk to as well!! Great experience!!!
Fantastic experience: Amazing medical staff, walk-in hrs so accommodating. They have cared for 2 of my children since birth!
Negative experience: Zero customer service. All about the billable items. Charged extra for a doctors note for school. Charged for a copy of kids shot records. No one ever has any idea what is going on. Refuses to test kids for covid. Total waste of money. AVOID THIS PLACE.
Fantastic experience: Dr Goldberg and Dr Jerry are amazing!!
Positive experience: In general I have been pleased with M&K . I was not so happy with last visit. My daughter needed covid test. We had appointment and got there a few minutes ahead of time. We stayed in car and called office as we were instructed. We were on hold for over 30 minutes before someone came out and performed test....well after our appointment. I understand they were probably overwhelmed in the office with calls but they didn't even know why were calling .
Positive experience: Overall very nice. Some care providers are really great and others are completely impersonal. Same with the nurses. Everyone has been nice, but depending on the day some are super friendly and personable and others are completely removed.
Fantastic experience: Very warm, and kid friendly
Fantastic experience: The doctor was very thorough and compassionate with my daughter as well as the staff.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Negative experience: Wow I feel stupid after calling for advice on a issue my son is having.... explained he isn't aloud back in school bacuse he has had poor digestive issues the past few days so I called to see if i can have advice on what might be happending... or schedule and appointment. Woman on phone was very rude and said she don't know what I I asking and they can't assist me over the phone... I called to get help on a situation and this is how I'm spoken to. I go out of my way to go to this office because I like the customer service, after today and my last visit with my son (which was also poor customer service) I will not be returning.
Fantastic experience: I have been with this practice for quite a while. My last child is getting ready for college so we will be moving on in the next few years. I have had not but great experiences with M&K. The nurses and staff are always friendly and sweet the Doctors are very thorough and take time with each child. Bring your children here for quality care!!
Fantastic experience: Drs are great!! Really make you feel at ease and also explain everything very well. Staff is very friendly! Only complaint I have is I am usually waiting between 15 to 30 mins for someone to answer the phone, but covid is very rapidly spread and parents are concerned and calling for questions so it's to be expected.
Fantastic experience: I have been with Dr. Margiotti since our oldest son now almost 22, was a toddler! He is THE BEST! Always available. At our appointment yesterday for well check ups he made our 11 year old son and three year old daughter feel comfortable. He made them laugh while being strictly business. His bed side manner is wonderful. Dr. Margiotti’s attitude and knowledge is top notch. Thank you for giving me hope that there is still good left in the medical world! His staff is always polite and professional. The nurse that give my 11 year old his shots is always light hearted, skilled and quick. All the while explaining to our son the method, the reason and the outcome of the vaccines. When I need sports forms filled out , the front office always has them complete and I’ve never had an issue with their billing! I don’t think Dr. ‘s should receive degrees unless they behave, and are as skilled as Dr. Margiotti! Thank you for making one step of my life easier. I wish the rest of the world was as thoughtful as you, Dr. M!! Well wishes and thanks!
Fantastic experience: Dana the Nurse practitioner was awesome. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dana was very relatable to my 11 ur old son. She always makes us feel very well cared for. Thank you.
Negative experience: Sharing my experience 2 years later, but I hear not much has changed. I took my oldest there for his first two years and I have to tell you, I never left feeling impressed. The lady at the front desk (Newtown) was NASTY. I’ll never forget the time she yelled at me for being 5 minutes late to my appointment 3 days after giving birth and trying to manage a toddler and newborn all by myself at an appointment. If I wasn’t already on the verge of tears due to this wild life transition I was living through, she pushed me over. The doctors are - eh. Little bedside manner in my experience. Long wait times and appointments felt rushed, with lack of quality and care. My perspective really changed when we switched practices and saw what true quality care and kindness looked like. I’m disappointed that I wasted 2 years here honestly. It’s shocking that they have the potential to be a great practice but seem to be content performing sub par.
Fantastic experience: We see Dr.Jerry, my son really connects with him. My son was just diagnosed with T1D and Dr. Jerry has been great through this whole ordeal. Great office.
Negative experience: they are super unorganized. Scheduled me twice for EARLY morning appointments and then I already got there and they sent me home and made me reschedule. Super unprofessional and never on time either.
Negative experience: My wife arrived early, as instructed with our twin girls for their one year appointment. My wife, who is 32 weeks pregnant, was given no further instructions for 20 minutes while she waited outside in 46 degree weather with two screaming babies. When she called to ask for any information, she was told to wait until further notice as they weren’t able to tell her approximately how long it would take. My pregnant wife had the option to either hold two screaming, fidgeting one year old babies for some unknown period of time, try to put the girls back into the car or chase them around the parking lot. She had to do this Solo because of the office COVID policy. When my wife asked about this, as she set up the appointment, she was assured the nursing staff would accommodate her needs. They did not. She and my screaming twin babies were literally left out in the cold for about 40 minutes because the office was running late with zero consideration to her accommodations. We will never come back.
Fantastic experience: Great office staff in warrington, always accommodating, and very professional and thorough!! I definitely trust my kids with these dr's.
Fantastic experience: Love the doctors and so do my kids.
Fantastic experience: Love this group, Dr pelley and Andrea are phenomenal, they really care about the kids.. I love the front desk Leanna is the sweetest and always gets my kids in if their sick and all the other front desk girls at the academy location are great.
Negative experience: Omg that's horrible. I know in my office if they get one bad review they try the redeem themselves. I guess they don't realize how reviews damage your credibility.
Negative experience: i brought my 1.5 yrs old in for 18 months well visit. She had gum bleeding, lose weight because she couldn't eat in the past 5 days. So the nurse said that she have to get baby's blood for exam. I dont know what kind of exam is that but sure I let them take it. But at the end they couldn't draw her blood and asked me to take the baby to ER. We decided not to take my baby to ER because my baby got better after she got home from the clinic. She ate well and play like normal. And the clinic called us back to see if we bring the baby to ER yet, i said no to them and told them that my baby is getting better, no point to bring her to ER and wasting $ for nothing. We know the baby very well. But they kept calling us back to bring the baby in to weight her so they can update her record. I asked them if we have to pay copay just to weight the baby, they said yes. My husband refused to bring the baby in just to weight and pay copay. We rather give that copay to poor people than giving this money for nothing. We told them baby is gaining weight, she gained from 18-21 lb in a week. They didn't trust us and treat us like criminal. We were their patient for over 4 years and I'm very disappointed at their service and how they treat us and just want to rip us off. Doctor or nurses can only give us advises not to force us or dictate us to do anything. Remember people, you dont have to listen to the nurse or doctor all the time. They like to make things complicated and push you to spend money for health care for no reason. If they dont do that then they will never have enough money to pay for their staff.
Negative experience: Long wait periods. The nurse told me to take off my coughing kid’s shirt and get ready for the doctor who will be visiting soon. I soon realized “soon” is not exactly soon. Very long wait time and not sensitive staff
Negative experience: If there is any less stars I would give that. Very rude and their phone and computer system are broke..move to different pediatricians..
Negative experience: My family started with Lower Bucks Pediatrics and sadly we will be leaving since the change of the new practice. The staff has been unprofessional and gives out different information based on who you speak too. The management should re-evaluate the team
Fantastic experience: I’m not sure why this office has so many bad reviews. We’ve always had a great experience. I can always get same day appointments when my kids are sick, I never wait long, they’re open on Saturday and the doctors have always been great. They are a large practice so just schedule appointments in advance and ask for the same Dr. if you want to build a relationship with one in particular. We always see Dr. Nadel, Dr. Jerry or Dr. Margiotti and have nothing but wonderful things to say about them.
Negative experience: Long waits on the phone, long waits in the office... if you have a lot of time to waste this is the place for you.
Fantastic experience: My family made the transition from Lower Bucks Pediatrics to Margiotti & Kroll and have been very happy with the service we've received. The office staff, especially Brianna & Samantha, have been super helpful and pleasant to work with. Thank you M&K and I appreciate you taking such good care of my children.
Negative experience: I've been going here all my life and I would not recommend. They were once a small practice but then merged into a bigger practice and I believe they had gotten worse. The wait time is too much and I go in sometimes 20 minutes after I've scheduled. Recently, as I've been switching from a pediatrician to an adult doctor they have not been helpful and in fact have been providing me worse service. In fact, the other night I went in hoping to get a strep test because I showed all the signs but they said I did not need it because I did not have a fever so I couldn't have strep. I have had strep many times and I don't always get fevers. It usually is from swelling and throat problems. However because I had a appointment close to their closing time I believe they told me they wouldn't give me one because they didn't want to before close and they wanted to go home. I felt once the practice had gotten bigger my experience from childhood now to adulthood has become terrible at this pediatrician. I have thankfully gotten an adult doctor so I will no longer have to suffer from their bad service and rude practice.
Negative experience: Will NEVER take my son here ever again. When they were Lower Bucks Peds. I had zero problems I loved it. He had Dr Patel and I loved her and I recommend everyone there. Now that they changed I absolutely hate it. I went for a visit for the first time since they changed and the staff were rude, my son got his Hep A shot and normally I got a paper saying what the shot does and side effects and I didnt recieve one so when I asked I was told to "just Google it" and the dr (not rude enough to put her name) shoved her scope soo far in my son's ear that his ear was covered in blood and has been in pain and crying from it. I'm soo furious it's not even funny. I've been taking my son there since he was born and I've NEVER dealt with anything like this before. This office has lost a patient and I will be making many phone calls.
Fantastic experience: I chose Margiotti & Kroll for my daughter when she was born in 2016. We have had good experiences here, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new pediatrician. Pros - the practice has many locations, and many doctors so I rarely have to wait for an appointment when my daughter is sick. The staff, and nurses have been wonderful and the doctors have been mostly great experiences. Cons - Since the practice is so large, we have not built any real rappor with any of the doctors since we usually see a different doctor at each appointment. I don't feel a real bond to the doctors, and feel a bit like a number. With that said, I have no complaints about the practice as it's been great for my daughter so far.
Negative experience: Can you please make wait times shorter waiting an hour in the room is a lot for a baby or toddler who's sick? Then I'll change this to review to 5 stars. Love Dr. Stavalone she is excellent. If you don't have enough doctors don't overbook the joint...
Negative experience: It’s been 5 months since the transition started and all these promises for a better practice. Not only do i always wait more then 40 minutes at least sometimes have been 2 hours with 2 babies under 2, but that’s with a well check up or a sick last minute appointment. They have forgotten to call us, forgot referrals, forgot scripts to be called in. Never see the same person anymore. The staff as far as receptionists are rude. When I told them we have been having concerns with the practice and we were thinking of going elsewhere she told me ok, go ahead! What? Just this week my son had an allergic reaction and it took 2 hours for a call back to tell me if he’s not breathing take him to the ER. Actually M & K, after an hour I decided to find another Pediatrician on Monday. You have poor practices and incompetent staff.
Negative experience: I always go to Northeast office because I love it there. But I had to go to the newtown office because my daughter was extremely sick for days. The miserable older receptionist could not be any more rude. Probably one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a doctors office for any of my kids. If you dont know how to be friendly and at least smile then maybe she needs to find a job other than health care or anything other than dealing with children and their families. Rudest woman I ever met and I'm mad I didnt get her name. She is a huge negative to your great practice.
Fantastic experience: My son is 10 months old. I've been going regularly since he was born. Every time we call or go into the office the staff is great. There are hardly any patients in the waiting rooms because of efficient scheduling. I never wait for doctors for long. Our appointments are timely and pleasant. Both Doctors and Staff.
Negative experience: I would not recommend this office. While wait time is short and staff is friendly, this office is a huge headache. When I first transferred my daughter here it took 2 months of back and forth about them not getting her records only to find out they had them for over a month! After my son was born they prescribed him ointment for pink eye, when it didn't get better I took him back and another doctor at the same office said he just had a blocked tear duct and asked me why thay gave him the ointment! Geez doc, I'll go get my medical license and let you know. They also canceled appointments on me and didn't let me know until I showed up for them. I also had/have issues with billing that when they explain sound shady as hell. Currently transferring to a new office.
