Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough of amazing things about Revive. I started coming here around the end of August, beginning of Sept. 2024. I was seeing Dr. Ethan (shout out my man ) at his prior practice and he let me know he was coming here. Discernment was telling me to follow him here. From the moment I had my first conversation with the staff to my first visit, and up to this point, I’ve been taken care of. My neck had lost its curvature (along with several other issues in spine and hips) which causes a whole slew of issues with the rest of the spine. With the care plan they put in place for me, my neck is back in its proper place. Revive does so much more than just adjust you and send you on about your day. They truly care about your health, as a whole, and work hard at providing you the tools, knowledge, resources and even supplements to help you become healthy. Dr. Brandon and co. have really built a strong and proven foundation to helping people be healthy. After Dr. Ethan and Dr. Shannon went over my x-rays on my first visit, I was shocked to see that, if I didn’t take any action, I could’ve been on a fast track to having back surgery. Which is what I feared the most. I couldn’t afford to NOT take any action. Being in my mid-late 30s with two young kids and recurring injuries and chronic pain in my lower back and hips for the past two years. I finally had some hope for my health and my future. Forever grateful for the work they do here. I could go on and on but you just have to come here if you truly want to get healthy and stay healthy.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by a friend and mentor of mine who has been going to Revive for years. After hearing stories of his improvements and stories of other young 20s people in his life being healed of chronic pain and disease, I was inspired. As a 22 year old, I have been suffering from chronic pain and fatigue for most of my life. I struggle the most with my daily gut problems, dysautonomia symptoms, overactive sympathetic NS, and chronic neck/back pain and severe arm numbness due to thoracic outlet syndrome. After years of chiropractic, massage, MAT, PT, and countless doc visits, I thought I’d try out Revive since they have a great referral deal & I haven’t been responding well to any treatment so far sadly. I prefer functional medicine and homeopathic remedies over the traditional medical system, so I was intrigued even more by Revive’s values. It is clear that the 3 chiropractic doctors plus the other secretaries and functional med staff are kind people who genuinely want to help people improve their pain and health for the longterm. I’ve been learning about the incredible connection between the spine and nervous system- seems like the 40% loss of normal curvature of my spine (yikes) is leading to a cascade of other symptoms that I feel daily (they take x-rays there!). After 10 weeks of appts 3x/week, I am actually noticing a reduction of symptoms, noticeable posture improvement, and my 2nd and 3rd x-rays show quantitative improvement of my spine curvature. Each appointment consists of cervical traction and hip/back warmup, thorough adjustment to fix subluxations, and setting the adjustment with a personalized weighting system. Starting at Revive Chiro has been a sacrifice for me financially and time-wise. Honestly, this is one of the best decisions I have ever made for my health. I’m enjoying learning about how I can better support my body holistically and attending the fun informational workshops lead by the docs. More than chiropractic, I’m learning more about the integration of minimizing daily toxins, improving sleep, balancing food and supplementation, and prioritizing movement. It’s been a blessing being introduced to Revive and being able to work on chiro, get x-rays, overall health and wellness, start fresh with a new functional med doc, and even learn about their medical masseuse on site. I’m really excited to continue my regimen to correct my spine curvature and thoracic scoliosis, and I’ll still keep 1x/week appointments to maintain correct posture and stability. I really couldn’t recommend trying out Revive enough. Even just try out the first appointment where they go over your medical background, take x-rays, and explain what issues they see and how they believe they can help.

Fantastic experience: This place is INCREDIBLE. They care deeply about their patients, which is reflected from the moment you walk in the door to the care you receive to the follow up. Their holistic approach to health has been very formative and has helped me become healthier and get out of pain!

Negative experience: Very frustrating process Signed up with new patient deal Turned into 2 days close to 3 hours and only one adjustment . Day 1 I show up in obvious pain ...sit for 20 minutes past appointment time...do a small tour ....small office few questions then xray on a backless office chair .on wheels? Another small tour showed how to stretch out my nervous system then my adjustment. Felt awesome then told make another appointment different day for second part of program. Day 2 ...in obvious pain again ....10 minutes past appointment time we are brought in small office to watch a 45 minute home video of same exact info from day 1.... that spines were not supposed be straight with no angles , can cause pain and sickness, he loves be called Dr B , and he was division 1 wrestler all info that was shared on Day 1 alot . Only new info was supposed testimonials, "dr. B" snuck in trying sell you on supplements they offer or programs/community your expected to be part of. I'm chronically ill individual I get mris and xrays annually so I don't think this video that "dr b" is obviously proud fits every situation and definitely felt the video was waste of time for my scenerio and what turned me off on whole program sitting or standing in pain watching an infomercial ...felt more like I was being sold something and he was justifying everything in his plan vs actually providing care or getting to point of what insurance covers and my out of pocket expenses. Which is all anyone is concerned with all that other look at me stuff could be done after an agreement or for extra education if patient requests.

Fantastic experience: If you want great results with x-rays measured in degrees, significantly decreased overall pain, and a professional place that welcomes you by name, then this is the place for you. I am so grateful for our opportunity to be a part of such a wonderful community where faith, family and honesty is the motto of improving your life through 5 basic concepts. Fantastic experience: Dr. Brandon and the team at Revive have been great my hip injury that I lived with for over a year. I was able to get into a plan that not only made my pain go away but I was able to push harder and move more and lost 25lbs and I gained so much muscle with the help of recommended supplements. Now my son is being treated and he has been experiencing some healing effects as well. We are grateful to have somewhere to go that also values our Christian values and our health.

Negative experience: I had such a negative experience here. Dr. Brandon quoted around $4500 to correct my neck and spine because he refuses to "network" with Anthem insurance. It would have been nice to be made aware of this even before the first appointment. I was not shown my X-rays until the second visit where I had to sit and listen to his spiel. Even then, he did specify what the problem was. I have since then seen a different chiropractor who, in one visit, has identified the problem and will not charge me my arm and leg. This was a complete waste of time for me personally.

Fantastic experience: Started this year with many valuable new habits thanks to Revive’s 40 day challenge. Lost 22 pounds, drinking more water, exercising daily, following a healthy eating plan and more. My posture and chronic pain is improving too. They do much more to change lives than just chiropractic care!

Fantastic experience: First and foremost the ladies up front are beyond warm and welcoming! Walking in the door there was a shift in the air with positivity and welcoming spirits. It really is a culture shock to be in such a warm and kind environment. As I approached the girls up front I was totally transparent in my lack of knowledge and experience with the chiropractic field. As I went through the process and met with several Doctors located there, it was clear to me that I was in a safe place. The employees are not there just to take my money and have me be another walking dollar sign in their office. They are EXTREMELY thorough and took me step by step of what is to come. Yes, it is a commitment, but then again changing my life and trying things my way hasn’t been working. I have not been at all aware that everything I put into my body has a major effect on my spine and how my body operates…the knowledge Dr. Brandon taught in his 5 essentials class really put things into perspective. I’ve been overweight and have had horrible lower back pains most of my life, but I never thought those two things had one major factor in common. My lifestyle needed to change in order for me to live a healthier, happier, longer life. I don’t have kids yet or a husband, but I know if I don’t take this seriously now I will regret it when I’m too far down the hill to change it. My second visit is Wednesday and I’m so excited to start my adjustment process. Fantastic experience: Hands down the best place to get adjusted. They find the root of the problem and fix it. I was having severe neck pain and back pain. Went here and found out that I have scoliosis and had lost all the curve in my neck. Started getting regular adjustments and I’m now almost pain free in my neck (90%) better, no more headaches from the neck pain and working on my spine to correct the scoliosis and already seeing a great improvement. If you live in the Columbus, OH area or know someone that does I highly recommend this place. Dr. Brandon and the whole team is amazing.

Positive experience: I met this office at the home and garden show. They were offering free chair massage which consisted of 2-3 minutes of a percussion gun. The doctor I spoke to convinced me to come to them to treat my pain and passed me to someone else to schedule. The second person asked if I was told they take a payment upfront to schedule. No I wasn’t. She said it is to reserve the X-ray room. Ok then. I get there and I’m with a second doctor, not the one I already spoke to. The X-rays are at an X-ray machine they own and operate in their practice, so “reserving the X-ray room” is dubious, but ok. After an interview with the doctor they take X-rays and that’s it. That’s the whole appointment. The hen they schedule the next follow up with a third doctor that I haven’t met. I got an email asking if I’d recommend their office. I said no and gave feedback that it doesn’t make sense that I need a second appointment to go over X-rays that are taken in office and immediately available. The response I got was via text and apologized for confusion and asked if the explanation made sense. I was never confused. The feedback was that it was a bad process. I decided to cancel my follow up at this point. From being told I could work with them to get treatment to the end of my first appointment I’ve gotten no value and was charged for X-rays. I do not recommend this office.

It seemed kinda “voodoo magic-y”, but after a regular doctor visit of prescribing more “pain relievers” that didn’t do anything to heal the cause of my neck, shoulder & back pain from years as a photographer, I was desperate to try something else. What I appreciate about Revive Chiro is that it’s not just about an adjustment. I have a daily home care plan (almost like built-in PT), I have resources to help me make better choices regarding my food & exercise, and I have almost immediate responses to any questions or concerns I have via their front desk texting service. They are truly committed to helping their patients learn how to live a healthy lifestyle in order to prevent illnesses and diseases. If you have health issues that you can’t find the answers to, the doctors do their best to find out what’s causing your health problems with regular chiropractic adjustments and metabolic testing. Various health and nutrition workshops are held in a regular basis for patients and their family and friends, which are always extremely helpful and informative.

Fantastic experience: Since I’ve started Revive I am free of sleepless nights. I was waking up consistently at 3am on the button. Not knowing why and anxious to fall back to sleep. The first adjustment I had, I walked away for the rest of the day with that feeling when you are on vacation: light and relaxed. Fantastic experience: I came to Revive as an alternative to my cancer treatment. I had stage 3 cancer and spent two years in treatment -surgery, 39 radiation treatments, two years of hormone therapy. Sadly, the cancer returned after being in remission for about 18 months. After 16 months of additional cancer treatments, the cancer was still present. Revive gave a talk at one of our cancer lunch and learn series about the relationship between nutrition, exercise and cancer. So, with my current treatments not working well, I thought I’d give it a try. I quit my cancer treatment - it was destroying my body and signed on to Revive. With the adjustments, nutrition changes, exercise and metabolics, my cancer went into remission within 3 months. And so far, after 9 months, it is still in remission. As an added benefit, I lost 50+ pounds, the majority of which was gained since receiving cancer treatments from 2016 to 2021. I’m not saying to quit your treatment if you have cancer. What I’m saying you might benefit by adding this along with your current treatment plan. All I can say is that for the moment, it’s working for me.

So yeah, I was a “doubter”. Since going to Revive and learning the 5 essentials of healthy living, which all finally made some sense to me, I feel like a new person. I no longer have headaches (ever!), joint pain is gone, ditched the hormone meds, and I no longer am sluggish and lethargic all through diet change and the way Revive does their adjustments and home care exercises. My family has also experienced similar changes in how they feel. My daughter had terrible GI issues she had been trying to solve for 5 years and was so frustrated. Once she became a patient at Revive, they were able to identify the interferences causing her issues and her symptoms started to subside almost immediately and within a few months was feeling like new! We’ve also had several injuries, all treated by the docs at Revive. I can’t recommend Dr Brandon and his staff enough for the health they have given myself and my family. Fantastic experience: I’m so thankful for Revive! The last few months have completely changed our family’s lives. Nutrition for my kids is probably one of the changes that stick out the most for me. With adjustments and nutrition changes our youngest daughter (4) is no longer experiencing fever episodes like she was. Before revive sickness was like a revolving door in our house. Our kids are now self aware of what foods are clean and what foods will hurt their belly, and I love that they will be able to take these changes and be aware as they grow older.

Positive experience: They are wonderful to work with and educate you thoroughly throughout the process.

Negative experience: From the staff at the front desk to the 3 practitioners that I met, everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. I think there are great things happening for most people being seen here, but for my specific case this was not the right place to be seen. My review isn't to "trash" this office at all, but to direct people with similar issues as I had elsewhere. I am active, young and healthy. I developed some non-traumatic lower back pain from lifting and wanted a few adjustments before a golf trip. They took SEATED lateral x-rays of my lumbar, sacral and cervical spine on my first visit and one of the practitioners said my lower back was too straight which was likely causing my pain. After a few simple stretches and an "adjustment" (60 seconds on the table) they strapped some weights on me and took a second set of lateral x-rays but I was STANDING this time. After a review they called and told me there was great improvement. Being in medicine myself, I knew something was off. You should never compare two x-rays in different anatomical positions and make a medical decision from that like they did. Your lower (lumbar/sacral) spine naturally straightens when seated to about 17 degrees, and has increased lordosis (inward curving) when standing to about 45 degrees. The weight they put on my forehead for the second x-ray of my cervical spine caused me to tilt my head backwards to balance the extra weight on the front, but they claimed the adjustment helped to realign my neck. Their plan for me was to have 30 + visits over 5 months which was going to cost over $4,000. I reviewed my x-rays with several medical experts and they determined my spine looked fine, there was nothing abnormal. I have since been seen once by another chiropractor who spent an hour working with me and I am now pain free. I don't want to turn people away from Revive Chiropractic because I do believe they are there to help people and have done a lot of good for many people, but I do want to make people aware of my experience. So you don't have to take my word for some of the technical information on seated vs standing spinal angles, there is a peer reviewed medical journal article called "The sitting vs standing spine" by Science Direct (google wont let me include the link, but you can easily find by searching the title).
