Fantastic experience: I recently visited Zenith Physical Therapy Clinic for lower back pain sustained from powerlifting, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. First off, the clinic itself is immaculate and well-organized. Cleanliness and hygiene are clearly a priority, which immediately put me at ease. The team members were excellent communicators, making sure I was informed and comfortable throughout my visit. Upon arrival, Wyndie at the front desk efficiently and warmly assisted me with the check-in process. Once checked in, Yaz and Courtney guided me through my procedures; who were both incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Courtney provided detailed explanations and attentive care. She ensured I understood how each piece of equipment worked and how it would help with my pain. The clinic offers a variety of clean and sanitized equipment, such as water massage machines, cooling packs, and lasers. Each machine's purpose was clearly explained to me, which helped me feel confident in my treatment. Dr. Sulis also evaluated me, and provided a thorough examination and insightful advice on managing my condition. She gave me detailed aftercare instructions and guidance on how to set up follow-up appointments, ensuring I knew how to maintain my progress at home. By the end of my session, my lower back pain was much relieved, and I felt optimistic about my recovery. Thanks to the excellent care I received from Courtney and the entire Zenith Physical Therapy Clinic team, I am confident in my continued improvement. Highly recommend!

Davante greeted us with a warm smile and offered to help me walk my (partially immobile) partner and made sure she was comfortable. The entire staff (Wendy, Davante, Courtney, and Dr. Sulis) during our initial visit for an exam exuded nothing but kindness, patience, understanding, and empathy. Dr. Sulis took the time to listen, understand, and address my partner’s concerns- she is VERY thorough. It’s evident that Dr. Sulis genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being beyond the adjustments. She educated us about the spine and biomechanics of the body, explained the treatment process, and ensured that my partner is actively involved in her own healing journey. Fantastic experience: I had a pinched nerve in my neck that was causing me excruciating pain. After ONE adjustment, the pain started to lessen and then went away. I will be following up with more treatments because of their wonderful care. Everyone is so nice and Dr. Sulis is a miracle worker.

Negative experience: This place had my insurance card for over a week….first appointment they failed to confirm my tricare insurance so I had to pay out of pocket. Got to my second appointment which was supposed to be a chiropractic adjustment and the lady at the front said, “oh ya so we actually don’t take your insurance, it’ll be an additional $84.” How incredibly inconsiderate to NOT call me in advance when I’m driving over 30 minutes to your office. I work in healthcare…it doesn’t take but 15-30 min max to confirm someone’s insurance, and if you don’t take that person’s insurance or it’s termed YOU CALL THEM BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT AND TELL THEM! And MAYBE if you weren’t so busy responding to all your reviews you’d have time to call your patients and let them know that you don’t take their insurance. Focus on the important parts of the job…responding to your reviews = not important ; calling a patient to let them know you don’t take their insurance before they drive clear across town to their appointment = pretty friggin important. Recognize your priorities..do better.

Fantastic experience: I came into this clinic with severe pain in my ankles from chronic tendinitis of my Achilles over the years from Tennis. Over the past few months, I’ve made huge improvements with my range of motion and pain levels decreased significantly. I’m back to playing tennis again!

Dr. Marina Wilson, Dr. Fitzsimmons, the owner doctor Dr. Gill, and my treating doctor Dr. Wagle ALL take very detailed and extraordinary care of me. Very patient with my progression as well as creating a completely comfortable environment for me too progress in. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for treatment from the VERY FIRST DAY I came here, it was nothing less then welcoming and accommodating. Everyone is extremely polite and knowledgeable . The front office staff consistently greets me with warm welcomes which just make the whole experience complete. I recommend this to anyone who wants an all around 10/10 environment, treatment, experience, etc. I will continue to return here and happy I was referred.

Negative experience: Update 12/6/23: We received YET ANOTHER bill in the mail for the remaining amount after multiple assurances over the phone and in person that the issue would be dealt with and we do not owe anything. Which we don’t, because we received the $39 special from the folks who visited our gym. I am trying to figure out why the full amount was charged and billed to insurance in the first place, if we got a $39 special (which we were supposed to receive whether we had insurance or not, thusly insurance should not have been billed), and furthermore, why the “remaining balance” is still on our account, if we do not owe anything (which again, we do not because we received the $39 one time special from our gym). This is ridiculous, as it is almost a whole year later and this matter still has not been resolved. I don’t care if their billing is outsourced to another country, this needs to be removed from our account, and we need to stop receiving bills in the mail! If “Dr Gill” is so concerned about his image and the image of this practice, he needs to take care of this matter directly. We have already called multiple times. Update 9/6/23: We just got a bill in the mail today asking for additional money. We have not returned to this business since our original introductory visit in January 2023 at a promotional price. According to the response to my review from an employee, we were not to be charged any more money, but here we are. My husband and I went here because two of the employees were at our gym and offered us a discounted first visit, whether we had insurance or not. We were strongly under the impression that we would get a chiropractic adjustment during our visit. They weighed us, gave us an “assessment”, pointed out our problem spots, and I had an xray done (only me, not my husband), but we received no adjustments and were told to come back to have the doctor who is normally there see us, even though we both said that we had pain that day. They also tried to get us to sign some sketchy looking paperwork regarding payments, even though our payment for that day was supposed to be a set fee, insurance or not. We pushed back and they waived the paperwork. Additionally, I recently found out that, even though we were supposed to pay a set fee with no insurance involved, that they charged our insurance almost $400... they basically double dipped on the payment. I’m trying to figure out where that figure came from, esp since my husband didn’t even receive a xray and because neither of us had an adjustment. I’ve been going to chiropractors my whole life and have never had an x ray. The doctor was simply able to adjust me and help with my pain, on the spot. I’m glad some have had good experiences here, but it seems overall sketchy.

Fantastic experience: At first I was nervous to start treatment at a new clinic due to bad experiences at previous ones. Dr Giles and his team are so kind, professional, and hardworking. Eric has such great bed side manor and was able to help ease my pain through massage. Dr Giles is a very good listener and really takes the time to get to understand your issues. All of The ladies up front made my first experience there very easy, efficient, and helpful. They were very sweet and answered all of my questions with a smile.

Fantastic experience: Where to start. I pretty much arrived at Zenith at Hurts almost in a crawling stages. My body and spirit were broken. Not knowing what to expect, my fear and anxiety where high. It all changed as soon I walked in through those doors. My high emotions subsided right away with Wendy warm welcome. She displayed sympathy for my condition, therefore, she was patient and showed no irritation for taking a little bit longer in completing the initial paper work. At that very moment I knew that I was at the right place. Dr. Giles is the kindness person whom you can come across. He acknowledged me as a person and not as a number. His approach to my physical and mental state provided me a safe space and hope for healing. Dr. Giles is understanding and will guide you through the recovery process, but we can’t go on without meaning his sidekick “Macy” an emotional support dog.
