Fantastic experience: I went here for Chiropractic care and the dr was great! The front desk staff can be a little odd though. They told me to make sure I use the restroom before my session even if I am running late. I’ve never hand any dr office tell me that before, so weird. Also, if you complete your paperwork online I would call them after to confirm. Some of the forms didn’t show up in the portal and I had to fill them out at the office which made me a few minutes late to my appointment.

Fantastic experience: Great service, front desk team is very helpful and try to help each and every time. Doctors are knowledgeable and actually listen to the patients.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate how organized they are. Plenty of auto reminders & the front desk went through a welcome list of things to note about their office and when scheduling was able to easily pull up what was included with my insurance. I had difficulty finding the office and getting parking so I highly recommend arriving a bit early to navigate those things. I arrived 10 mins late to my very first acupuncture visit which was frustrating since I missed out on some time in which we would have discussed in more detail the issues that I was hoping to get help with. Michaela made the most of the time we did have and I did feel that she had plenty of info since she had already looked over the very detailed intake paperwork I filled out online before the appt. I was very impressed with how relaxed I felt after my appt. Especially since I was frazzled and running late. Also, because it was explained to me that not everyone feels an immediate effect like that. This is my first experience with acupuncture and I am already very happy with the results.

Fantastic experience: I went in for lower back pain, tightness, and spasms. Dr. Waldrup was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He showed me how the joints, muscles, and nerves in that area all connected and what is causing the tightness and pain. As he worked on different areas, he explained what he was going to do and made sure he assessed my level of pain before continuing. My daughter has seen him for awhile for a back injury from running cross-country in high school. She also has had a great experience with him and his staff.

Fantastic experience: Hehe... Walked in with pain, Dr. Porter gave me more pain, walked away with pain. However, pain levels are decreasing rapidly from a 8 or 9 to a 3 or 4 the next day. Chiro is working Great even after just 1 visit. Went back for another visit 2 days later and the adjustments and pain were much much less painful. Thank you Dr. Porter!

Fantastic experience: I only have great things to say about this practice! I've seen Vinh (PT) and Dr. Clanton (Chiropractor) and they are both amazing. They spend a lot of time explaining what they do and why, they happily answer any questions you may have. I truly appreciated that they discussed my case before my 1st chiropractic appointment to coordinate my care. My back is doing a lot better! The front desk is also great, efficient and kind!

She creates a peaceful atmosphere and a really safe space which was important to me as someone who has never done acupuncture prior to seeing her. Fantastic experience: My visit with Dr. Laura Adair went so well that I decided to move in with all my family. She looks deep for underlying issues and is great at communicating in a loving, simple way. She demonstrated genuine interest for my needs and my progress. She always listens to every detail to really understand us. She is amazing at interpreting your labs and draft a comprehensive plan to maximize your wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Dr Tim Clanton since I was 14 years old and I am now 29..need I say more. I am so thankful for his help through my back injury when I was younger and now maintaining/prevention with my dental profession which really takes a toll on me physically. I adore the entire staff at the Totem Lake office. I sometimes see other chiropractors here and have always had a great experience - I recently saw Dr Courtney Porter. She really impressed me with her attention to detail and soft tissue work! Thank you to everyone at Vida Kirkland my body and I love and appreciate you all!

Fantastic experience: Vinh is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. He gave me insight into my illness and a myriad of exercises/activities to speed my recovery. And most importantly he gave me hope when I really needed it.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Vida for a little over a year now and it has completely changed my life. I utilize almost all of the Vida specialties at this point under Dr. Leary, Carolina, Ben (PT), Dr. Waldrup and Michaela. They have all been FANTASTIC and instrumental in my success - my health has never been better. As someone who historically disliked medical offices and has pretty severe health related anxiety (white coat syndrome), I am a full on regular at Vida and gladly come in for my various appointments on a weekly basis (no joke - I am here 2-3 times a week!). I actually enjoy going into the office. Their team is compassionate, super knowledgeable, effective and FUN! Dr. Leary is my emotional support doctor and the absolute best - a true Functional Medicine Guru and I highly recommend working with her!! She has undone over a decade of metabolic issues in under a year - it has been truly amazing and I am forever thankful to her and the Vida team! I also want to give a special shout out to Ben in PT. He has really helped me work through various back, knee and hip issues that have caused me significant pain and have hindered my ability to do a lot of "regular" day to day things. I have learned so much about how to strengthen and move my body through healing all while preventing any further issues/injuries - my body is now stronger than it has ever been. I played sports my entire life and have gone to previous PT clinics - hated it and never followed through with appointments or exercises...felt like it was a total waste of time. Working with Ben has allowed me to be super consistent with my PT appointments and I can genuinely say that I love going to PT every week. I feel so good during and after. Ben is professional, very kind (and patient - I am a talker who notoriously forgets to count during reps...) and always ensures I have the best sessions (often leave super sweaty from working hard) but is also FUN and engaging. Thank you ALL for everything you do for me and for all of your patients. I wish Vida was available everywhere - truly the best healthcare model I have ever experienced.

I was able to schedule a diagnostic X-ray close to where I live between the initial appointment and the first follow up appointment. I would recommend Vida and Dr. Pettigrew.

Fantastic experience: I started my physical therapy for both my ankle and shoulder injuries about two months ago. I had Kasey Black as my DPT and Jaselyn Nacke as my SPT. They were both absolutely outstanding!!! When I first arrived at Vida, my left shoulder range of motion was very poor due to a double dislocation and my right ankle was very unstable due to a recent injury and surgery. After working on a weekly basis with both Jaselyn and Casey, I can say that I am ready to get back to the active life I had before these injuries. I will be always thankful for all the work they did with me in the past couple months

Fantastic experience: I called Vida Kirkland and spoke with Alicia that works at the Front Desk. I've been on the hunt for a good function medicine doctor in the area and while currently there's a wait-list for me to sign up for the Concierge program Alicia provided the up most customer service. She was very kind , explained the monthly pricing to me for the different functional med doctors and provided me with the number to call to get more information. I value places that care about their patients and I was very happy with the service provided.

Fantastic experience: My experience as a new patient at Vida Kirkland was wonderful. I went to see Michaela for an acupuncture appointment and she was incredibly helpful. She did a great job explaining concerns, anatomy, treatment options, and making sure that I knew what treatment would include and what realistic outcomes look like. She was one of the most educated acupuncturists I’ve ever seen and I’m excited to return for more sessions.

Fantastic experience: Great experiences. I initially started with a nutritionist who gave me many helpful tips and recipes, but when I hurt my shoulder Dr Allen provided great care! I am very happy with the entire staff, especially Dr Laura Allen!

Fantastic experience: I'm seeing a chiropracter here after I was rear ended (just had NECK SPINE surgery in Feb.....) They've been very accommodating about getting me in to be seen, the clinic is clean and bright, staff courteous and helpful. Only downside is parking here in busy Totem Lake apt/shops/offices rabbit warren......

Negative experience: The doctors and front desk staff are very friendly but I was surprised to receive bill items that I had never encountered before (given I have been to many chiro offices including Vida's other locations). The extra charges were not communicated until the bill was sent to me. In addition, when I called, their explanation was very vague saying a lot of items are under that same one billing code. Overall, I recommend everyone to ask the billing department to explicitly explain the bill so you don't get surprising items charged on top of copay.

Fantastic experience: I first contacted Vida for acupuncture to help alleviate my chronic shoulder pain, but I ended up also getting care for my allergies, sinusitis and headaches. Both the acupuncturist Deborah Maahs and the chiropractor Caedin Pettigrew are amazing! They listened to me and asked many questions, then addressed my health concerns assertively. What I like most about Vida is their commitment to holistic care, highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I haven't found anything better! I started to use them for chiropractic, which quickly led to naturopathic doctor, nutritionist, then developed a shoulder issue that required PT, and massage, and then today I tried their acupuncturist for the first time...I LOVE how they work collectively on my health, are always trying for the best treatments that are healthiest and integration of high-quality supplements...since starting with them in October of 2022, I have dropped my cholesterol by 49 points and reduced my body fat by 4%, and as a 47-year-old endurance athlete, I could not be in better hands (and shape for that matter)!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Positive experience: I really want to give this place 5 stars; their care team is fantastic. I've had PT with Kasey/Taunie, acupuncture with Michaela, and massage therapy with Nicole and they've all been stellar. They've helped me recover from shoulder surgery and get me to a point where I'm confident to return to full activity. However, God help you in actually getting an appointment with the 5-star care team - the scheduling process is 0/5 stars. Every time I call, I get sent to voicemail, and every time I leave a voicemail, no one returns my call. The only reliable way to schedule an appointment is to go there in person and talk to someone at the front desk. It's a shame, but they seem to have so much business that it doesn't really matter to them who gets on the schedule.

Fantastic experience: I just had my first appointment with Dr. Adair. She was so polite and very compassionate and heard every issue I told her patiently. She even drew diagrams on a paper to explain how my body was acting and why we should treat things a certain way rather than just blindly asking me to follow her lead. The labs that were ordered were also very extensive and makes me believe that she is very thorough with her evaluations. She also came up with a plan we could work on to help with my health issues. I am very positive that this would be a good fit for me and looking forward to actually getting good healthcare.

Negative experience: 5 stars for practitioners. 1 star for front desk and billing department. Front desk and billing are disorganized at best. Billing: I’ve been going OVER a year and have a card on file for my payments. Only now are they telling me I have to tell then to put it on my card, EVERY visit. In over the year I’ve been going no one has told me of their policy for charging my card. On many occasions I have inquired if i have any outstanding payments, and they’ve said no. I also am just receiving a bill for the past 18 months only now. Why isn’t this done monthly? Scheduling: They schedule me and change appointment time frequently without notifying me. They also have a long monotonous message when calling in thats hard to bypass. Love their practitioners. PT, chiro and acupuncture are amazing. Definitely recommend their practitioners.

Fantastic experience: I just had my first visit to Vida in Kirkland and it was great! I could have used some more info on exactly where to go to enter the building but I made it and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I had a thorough interview and treatment from Kasey and now have 4 weeks set up to help me get some pain relief. The front desk pro that managed the scheduling for me did an excellent job navigating so many schedules to make sure it worked for me. I'm very impressed and doing my assignments happily!

Negative experience: Never went. Canceled before first appointment because the scheduling coordinator Siobhan got too intense, triggering my panic. I’ll look for natural health care somewhere with all staff good vibes. It’s too bad when good Drs miss seeing patients because of the impression their first point of contact makes.

Fantastic experience: I had a pinched nerve in my neck causing me unbearable pain. The staff were very professional, and I saw the chiropractor and acupuncturist who helped relax the tight muscles and made the pain so much more bearable for the next 24 hours. The treatment was worth it. Their recommended stretches helped me recover faster and without side effects than if I just took a bunch of painkillers for a year. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for PT and Chiro for my low back and leg nerve problem. I see Dr. Chung and Ben for PT, and Dr. Braff for Chiro. They are very knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. With the treatment and exercises, I have improved compared to when I started, and now have less pain as well as increased functionality and endurance. I appreciate their help to improve my health problem. I have also started nutrition visits with Dr. Cartier who is also very knowledgeable and provides helpful advice on how to get healthier and work toward health goals. With her guidance, I am trying to be more conscious and intentional about what I eat and making a plan.

Fantastic experience: Had the opportunity to work with chiropractor Brad. Had a nagging lower back pain that was running down to my glutes and hamstring, after my first consultation visit I was able to do several movements without sever pain. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: As a former health care worker, I can say that the care I received from Dr. Braff and supporting staff left me feeling well cared for. I sought care for a sudden onset of back pain. I contacted VIDA and was appointed quickly and received chiropractic care from one of their new doctors. Dr Braff spent time to listen and ended each session with stretching exercises to be done in between visits. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: After I tweaked my back I thought it would heal quickly but it didn’t. In fact it slowly became worse and started to affect my hip and then knee. I tried resting, ice, heat and stretching but started to require Advil to get through the day. Then as I was walking down stairs carrying a suitcase my knee just gave out and I was on the couch with ice and barely able to walk. I went to urgent care where they determined nothing was severely wrong with my knee and X-rays were taken. My daughter had a great experience with a chiropractor, at Vida Integrated Health in Kirkland, WA, she was seeing so I made an appointment to see Caedin Pettigrew DC. Feeling pretty down about being injured I really hoped this would be helpful. After my first adjustment I felt noticeably better almost immediately and with a energy feeling throughout my body. As the evening went on I realized my back and knee were no longer hurting AT ALL. It was hard to believe after what I had been through but it really happened. I continue to improve and still can’t believe the incredible result after seeing Dr. Pettigrew.

Fantastic experience: Easy to schedule and complete intake forms online. Friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Dr.Braff listened carefully to my answers to his questions. He explained how the in office procedures and the 'homework' assigned will work together. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Vida professionals have helped me with digestive issues (functional med), back pain (chiro), anxiety (accupuncture), and shoulder injury healing (both chiro and accup.). Heads and tails above other docs I've seen for these issues. And Vida has them all under one roof. Terrific front desk staff, too, at the 3 locations I have used (Ravenna, Madison St in Seattle, and Totem Lake).

Fantastic experience: Dr. Waldrup is an absolute expert at identifying problematic areas of pain/discomfort and putting together solutions to help bring relief and healing to any injuries or tight joints and muscles. I had very positive experiences with him and couldn’t recommend vida and Dr. Waldrup enough.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience! I was training for a lifting competition and Kasey helped me adjust my training to get my shoulder pain free while still staying on track for my event. I felt GREAT for my competition. The whole team is very skilled and encouraging. They are the absolute best and communicate with each other and the other staff (chiropractors, massage therapists, etc). I definitely recommend working with this team, no matter your background or needs.

Fantastic experience: I've worked with a number of practitioners at VIDA over the past eight months, and they have uniformly provided excellent care for my very stubborn back problem. I had never done chiropractic work and was worried that it would not change anything but instead would aggravate my issues. Plus I was fearful the adjustments themselves would be painful. Dr. Chase Waldup helped me understand the process we'd be engaging in- that we'd need to be slow and persistent to coax joints and muscles to adapt to new, more healthy positions. I was surprised at the first visit how quick and tolerable the treatment was, and I always felt a difference after each appointment. I quickly felt that Dr. Waldrup had a complete understanding of how my particular body works (or wasn't working, really) and what to do to help it heal. Many months down the road, I'm much more able to engage in my daily activities and go for walks. I also want to give huge thanks to Kasey Cotrill and Billy Magana, physical therapists, who taught me an exercise routine that I use daily for strength and flexibility. Just as with Dr. Waldrup, I felt treated as a unique individual person and that my program was tailored to address my physical issues and my abilities, both physical, mental, and emotional. I'm now engaging in acupuncture with Michaela Wehner and finding it super helpful for releasing knotted muscles that have been a source of pain for years. I have one more group to thank and that is the VIDA schedulers/front desk associates Renee, Marissa, and Kaley who keep everything flowing and are so kind. It's amazing to have all this talent under one roof, and I'm so grateful to have VIDA in our community.

Negative experience: Don't bother going here they are not reliable. They offer dates and take them back because they are poor planners. Waste of time and effort.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr. Estabrook and Dr. Pettigrew for over 15-years, receiving consistent, high quality care for a neck injury sustained nearly 20-years ago. After numerous specialists, therapies, and medications, I was referred to Dr. Estabrook as part of a holistic approach including physical therapy and spinal specialists. Under his care and collaboration with other practitioners, I regained range of motion in my neck and back, returned to daily and recreational activities, and was able to sustainably manage my pain through routine maintenance care. Over the past 15+ years, I have seen Dr. Estabrook and Dr. Pettigrew for regular care / maintenance without the use of other medications or therapies for pain management. As an active person, it was devastating not being able perform daily activities without modifications and losing the ability to enjoy an active lifestyle (snowboarding, sports, etc). The continuity, consistency, and quality of care provided by the Vida Kirkland team has been an essential part of my healthcare.

Fantastic experience: I love coming to Vida! Making appointments is very easy, the front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and the doctors are great! I see a chiropractor there who has been helping me reduce my neck pain, and I'm thankful for the relief he has provided. Location is a little tricky to find the first time, but it's very well labeled, and you just need to follow the signs. I'm going to keep telling people to come here!
