Fantastic experience: As an amateur level bodybuilder who’s traveled across both the US and Canada and been to many gyms, I have to say that chrome is one of my absolute favorites. Brooke is a fantastic owner and I had the pleasure of chatting quite a bit with her. She has an infectious personality and I can tell she truly cares about the environment she creates there. Whether you’re just visiting, or happen to live in the area, I don’t think there’s a better place to go to regardless of your experience in fitness. Easy 5 stars. I wish it were my home gym.

Fantastic experience: I have been in Spokane for 4 years and just recently found out about this amazing place. It was like a dream come true because I am not much for the energy of commercial gyms (for a multitude of reasons) and I had been strongly desiring to experience a local and personal owned gym again. They just do things right. Chrome has all of the most useful equipment that one would need and then some. The design and the lighting of the gym feels really grounding and comfortable, even when it is busy it never feels overwhelming and I haven’t experienced it overcrowding like other places. Everyone is respectful, the environment feels authentic, people take their time at the gym seriously and honor each others space. I love the music!! Huge plus especially if you forget your headphones. Ultimately, I am feeling more at home, here and have been sticking to a good routine because I am excited about the gym I get to go to.

Fantastic experience: Two weeks away from my 2 year chrome anniversary. I just wanted to come here and write a review to speak to the person that is fed up and wants to change their life. Chrome has change mine. I work with a personal trainer Falissitie 3 times a week. She has been amazing. She’s there for me night and day, always willing to answer my questions and teach me how to be a healthier version of me, both mind and body. Falissitie has become such an important person in my life, not only is she extremely knowledgeable in fineness and nutrition but she’s tough, she will call me out when I’m not pushing myself hard enough. She knows my potential and even when I don’t have faith in myself she gives me encouragement and celebrates my wins. I’ve gained confidence, strength, I no longer have pain in my back and my knees, I’m a better role model for my children, I’ve learned about proper form, adequate nutrition, discipline, patience, and I’m still learning and growing into a healthy individual more and more each day. This isn’t your typical gym, trust me I’ve tried a few. All of the equipment is best in class. It’s regularly maintained, cleaned and ready to provide you a place to better yourself. The members are incredible I’ve had so many people stop me and congratulate my progress, not only my physical changes but celebrating my workout and how strong I’ve become. If you are needing support from the most out of shape person to a seasoned athlete. You will find what you are looking for at chrome. 2 years ago I walked in and sat with the owner Brooke and I remember telling her ‘all I want is to be able to wear shorts’ now I’m crushing goal after goal and am truly the best version of myself I’ve ever been. Fantastic experience: Joining Chrome has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The trainers are all super knowledgeable and know just how to get you the results you’re looking for. One of the things I absolutely love about Chrome is the environment. Everyone at Chrome is so nice. The staff truly cares about you inside and outside of the gym. Whether you’re new to the gym scene or an experienced gym enthusiast, Chrome has everything you need to be successful in your journey.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Chrome for the past 8 months and I’ve never felt so strong! When I first joined I trained with Ray for 3 months and he was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and pushed me in the best way. I also recently had a session with Brooke to fix my form on some exercises. The session really made me aware of the muscles I’m using to have the best form and get the most out of my workouts. This is also the cleanest gym with the best equipment and the best staff!

Fantastic experience: I got a membership to this gym back in December. I went consistently and can say that I haven’t been in such a positive gym environment in so long. The trainers are phenomenal and the gym is clean and the other long time members have such hospitality. When I had to leave this gym because it was no longer a convenient location for me I canceled the membership. There was an accidental charge on my card and once I called about it, the gentleman I talked to about it issued a refund and made sure it won’t happen again. That phone call was 4 minutes and 23 seconds. Unbelievably impressed with this gym. Commercial gyms try and jerk you around when you try to cancel your membership, chrome still cares to give you the best experience possible even when you’re trying to leave. 15/10. Once convenient, for sure returning.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend that anyone serious about becoming healthier and stronger visit Chrome. I have been training with Brooke for about 6 months now. In addition to her helping me get ready for my first powerlift competition, she has also helped me correct thoracic and lumbar spine weaknesses and mobility issues. Since training with her I have significantly improved my core strength and muscle endurance. I can't say enough positive things about training with Brooke and about the powerlifting community at this gym !

Fantastic experience: I haven't always been perfect over the years, but Personal one on one Training has kept me in good health and keeping physically strong. Having an appointment really keeps me consistent with my workout schedule, otherwise I would find a way to not do my workouts. I would highly recommend finding a trainer that works for your schedule at Chrome PTC, to keep your booty, body, and brain looking and feeling it's Best

Fantastic experience: Chrome is the best gym!! I’ve been training with the owner, Brooke, for several months now and my body has absolutely transformed. Not only that, but my confidence both in myself and in the gym have grown so much. Brooke is so knowledgeable, passionate about her clients and work, and pushes you to see all that you’re capable of. I look forward to every one of my sessions with her. The rest of the staff at Chrome are incredible as well, all so kind and helpful. If you’re looking for a gym with a great atmosphere, members who are passionate about fitness and lifting, and a strong sense of community then Chrome is for you. I am so happy I found Chrome!

Fantastic experience: I fell in love with Chrome after one session at the gym. I cannot speak highly enough about this gym. From its cleanliness to its great selection of equipment, I have always been impressed with the quality of Chrome. The culture in this gym is very supportive and inclusive. Members feel very comfortable and welcome when working out here. This year I started training with Ray. I've used coaches in the past for competition and could tell that Ray was very knowledgeable and skilled as a coach. One thing that stood out with Ray and the other trainers at Chrome is their attention to detail. Their professionalism, knowledge, ability to understand, and teaching skills are qualities that can't be overlooked when selecting a trainer. Ray will not waste your time with gimmicky workouts or fad diets. He sticks to proven training methods that will work. I would recommend him as a trainer to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Update: 4/25/2024 Still an amazing gym! This past weekend I competed at the Empire Classic and Chrome was essential in my prep and competition day. Chrome really looks after their gym goers and really care about making you the best version of yourself. It still stands that I would highly recommend chrome! Chrome is the best gym in Spokane if you want to seriously push yourself to be your best. They have all the equipment you need for either powerlifting, bodybuilding, or overall health. If anyone was looking for a new gym, I would direct them to Chrome!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Evan and Ray since April! I come from out of state and Chrome is a welcoming place to receive personal training and be comfortable in the gym! It has a welcoming environment and I look forward to going every week!

Fantastic experience: Been training with the owner Brooke after both pregnancies within the last 3 years. The amount of knowledge, experience & love she shows is unmatched. Also she hires staff that is very friendly and always willing to show you how to work machines or anything needed at the gym to make your experience better. I would recommend this gym to beginners or experienced.

Negative experience: One of the worst gym's in Spokane. Gym machines are dirty and sweat everywhere. Bathroom not clean for couple of days. Pretty Disgusting. When we mentioned it to the staff they were super rude to us.

Fantastic experience: I have been at Chrome for a few months now. I have tried Muv, the fitness center, hardcore, and anytime. CHROME HAS EVERY GYM BEAT. This place has quality equipment. You get a blend of old school equipment that most gyms don’t have but also some of the familiar new school equipment you see around town. The environment is welcoming. There are a variety of members from beginners to advanced. Regardless of how trained you are, you are welcomed by the staff and members. The aesthetic is awesome, the gym is clean, the lighting is perfect. This place has culture, class, and quality.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Chrome with my gym bro because we heard they had top-notch equipment you can't find in any other local gym. As soon as we walked through the door, my man Ray got us signed up and gave us a tour of the place. Hands down, he's one of the coolest gym employees I've ever met—the perfect mix of friendly and chill, yet also professional. You're definitely going places with that personality, Ray ️✊ The culture there is awesome; everyone was super friendly, and the equipment did not disappoint. We'll for sure be coming back to hit another great leg day, thank you Chrome!

Fantastic experience: TLDR; Chrome is great. Its healed me. Improved me. Go see Evan if you want a patient and knowledgable trainer. I have been a member of chrome for 10 months. Started off by seeing a personal trainer to help with lower back pain; I would argue the training regimine was the biggest contributor to my improved health (versus the P.T., chiropractic, and massage I was getting as well). Leveled up from healing to strength training. Since training at Chrome, Ive gone from 30% to 22% body fat. Ive learned a lot from my trainer, Evan, who has been with me since the beginning. Evan has been patient and someone I can work with i.e. text and communicate when I start having doubts, have questions, or want to train differently. Ive gotten to know the other trainers as well and see a trainer for any personality type. Check out Chrome if you're serious about your fitness and health

I’ve been a member for 3 yrs and within those 3 years they have pushed, encouraged and coached me in reaching my all time #1 bucklist of stepping out on stage to compete in women’s figure body building; not only once but twice!!!! Fantastic experience: Chrome is without a doubt the best gym in Spokane. I’ve been going there for a little under a year now and can’t believe the way it’s changed my life from the progress I’ve made in such a motivating atmosphere to the friendships I’ve built with the people I see 5 times a week. The community of people there is like no other… Everyday I see so much genuine support from people hyping each other up and pushing each other to go farther than they think they can go. All of the trainers are incredibly educated and fun to be around. Brooke, the owner, takes pride in the upkeep of her gym and takes the time to get to know her members. I can genuinely say without a doubt my one on one training sessions with Brooke are the most fulfilling parts of my week. She works you hard!!! I couldn’t recommend chrome enough.

Fantastic experience: I started coming here a couple months ago and had initial reservations truthfully because of some poor gym experiences in the past. I have had nothing short of a positive experience at Chrome. The people are kind, welcoming, and I don’t feel out of place. Fantastic experience: Chrome is the BEST gym in Spokane. The minute I walked in I felt welcomed and "home". Any piece of equipment you could want, CLEAN, and an atmosphere that is welcoming to any fitness level. Brooke, the owner, is always on top of things and takes care of any issues immediately. She is always improving the gym and equipment. The one on one training is fantastic! I've worked with other trainers, who I felt were just going thru the motions. My trainer Darrick, pushes me, motivates me and makes me feel that he is as invested in my progress as I am. No matter what your goal, Chrome has what you need, getting in shape, power lifting, or competition body building, you'll find what you need at Chrome.

Negative experience: This gym discriminates against people with Disabilities I know someone who was refused service here due to having a service animal that is against the LAW (WAC 162-26-130) I will be filing a complaint with APS and ADA. If you don’t believe me bring your service animal in there and try and get a membership.

Fantastic experience: Chrome is the most welcoming gym in Spokane. The staff is super friendly and want to see you be the best versionof yourself. The equipment best equipment in town and super clean. Everyone who goes to this gym is super friendly and inspiring. There is some amazing lifters. Everyone inspires me to be better than yesterday. Fantastic experience: Chrome is the best gym in the Spokane area, the staff is top notch. I started personal training with Fallissitie, hitting goals that I didn't think I could. Personal training is 100% worth it, you learn how to properly work out, having a correct diet for your goals and what you want to get out of the gym. Going to a gym like Chrome makes you look forward to working out, the community is like no other gym I've seen. Everyone is encouraging and supportive. No matter your starting point, if your just wanting to loose weight, gain muscle mass, or just wanting to exercise/working on overall health, there is no judgement from anyone at this facility. I cannot recommend Chrome enough, this is a gym that cares about its members and wants them to succeed in all aspects of life. A great gym, with great people that will push you to succeed and bring out the best version of yourself .

Machines are always very well maintained and there is a wide selection of free weights. Always very clean as well. You will not find a better gym anywhere in Spokane, and definitely not in such a convenient location. It’s a blessing to train here.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Chrome to get ready for our wedding but have “enjoyed” it so much, I signed up for another 6 months of training post wedding. I say “enjoyed” bc I usually leave drenched in sweat, already sore after most sessions. Thanks Falissitie Falissitie is my trainer and she pushes me beyond what I think I’m capable of but is so encouraging! The gym has great equipment, both cardio and weight machines, TVs to distract from cardio, space for stretching, and excellent trainers. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a trainer and an environment that’ll motivate you!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking to join a gym no matter what level you are then look no further than Chrome. This place is welcoming, clean, and fun!!! After I had my son in December 2021 I knew I needed to do something for myself and I am so thankful that I choose this place to be just that. I wake up and look forward to training with Falissitie. She is a force! She challenges me, motivates me and pushes me to be better, stronger, and healthier. I cant thank her enough for seeing my potential and helping me achieve my goals. The Saturday class that is offered by the owner, Brooke, is an awesome class to add on to the already amazing training sessions offered by the personal trainers. You just can’t go wrong here. If I can come to the gym so can you!!!

Fantastic experience: I had the opportunity to go check out this gym on 12/31/22. I have heard and seen many exciting things about this gym through social media and peer. When I got there we were welcomed by a kind women named Sam. She helped check is in her to know us and show us around. The equipment they have is awesome and the environment was perfect for getting a solid strength training workout in. At the end of our workout we got the opportunity to speak with the owner. She chatted with us for 5 or so minutes and was very kind and inviting. Would 100% get a membership!

Fantastic experience: Never underestimate the power of knowing your customers, building relationships and engaging with them. I haven't been into Chrome in MONTHS. I commented on Brooke Holloman's Facebook story with this bad boy in it-- my biggest love/hate piece of workout equipment-- the Assualt/Air Bike. Yeah, Chrome now has one. Don't let it fool you. It's not easy. Anyways, I commented on Brooke's story about this piece of equipment. She knows when her clients/customers haven't been in in awhile. She wrote back telling me to come in and guess what? That comment back motivated me enough to go in today on my way out to Sandpoint. Also, if you haven't given Chrome a try, GO NOW. Awesome owner, amazing staff, best equipment in town. I promise, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Joined close to a year ago and it is consistently the cleanest and most up to date gym I've been a member of. They are always looking for top notch equipment to best serve their members, from entry level to elite athletes. The staff is always great- Jorden in particular has been reliable in offering helpful tips and is just generally a great guy. Paula one of the trainers always gives a warm smile and Brooke the owner is a straight-up boss!

One of the best gyms to train at in Spokane, I stop here every time I'm in town and they are always very friendly and quick getting me in with a day pass for only $10. Fantastic experience: This place is outstanding. 6 months in and I'm down 35 lbs. I love what I've been able to accomplish during the first 6 months on my journey to become healthy. I can't say enough good things about Chrome. The facility is top notch. They have a up to date machines along with an amazing free weight set up. You can tell the employees take great pride in Chrome as it is always clean and tidy and they are incredibly kind, supportive and helpful. The members at Chrome have been eye opening as well. At the start of this process I was worried that I would embarrass myself because most of the regulars are in phenomenal shape, and I most definitely am not. But, to my great surprise, everyone I've come across has been very kind and encouraging. On more than one occasion I've been complimented on my work and progress by other members. This community feel has been huge in helping me drive myself to keep coming in. But most importantly is the man, the myth, the legend, Jorden Upton, who I've been working with, is ABSOLUTELLY AMAZING. I am so fortunate to have found him. He is very knowledgeable, knows how to get the most out of me with encouraging words and positivity, while keeping me accountable and pushing me past my limits of comfort. I would recommend Jorden and Chrome to anyone interested in looking for a fantastic gym, or personal training program. I can't wait to see what results I get from the next 6 months.

Fantastic experience: Chrome has been life-changing for me. As a nursing student, I had minimal free time and the best decision I made was finding a way to train with Brooke and Sophia each week. Not only was my physical health drastically improved, but my mental health did as well. The gym atmosphere Chrome offers is one-of-kind. Can’t wait to get back to training ;)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a Chrome client for 3 months, and I’m loving it! I was nervous at first because I have a torn ACL as well as asthma, but Chrome has been very accommodating. My trainer Laura is very knowledgeable and keeps me motivated! I’ve been to several gyms over the years, and this is by far the best. The atmosphere is great, and I look forward to my workouts - not something I ever thought I’d say.

Fantastic experience: I decided to to seek out personal training before I spent money on a home GYM and my chiropractor recommended CROME Fitness. I knew that the gym and reputation for training body builders (I am not) but was told that that the trainers at CROME worked with anyone to meet individual goals. The moment I walked into the GYM I was greeted by the staff and manager who immediately gave me a tour of the GYM, equipment and inquired about what I wanted to accomplish with my fitness related goals. Having not stepped foot in a GYM in 20 years I was impressed with everything about what was being offered. I told the manager that I was interested in personal training and he asked when I thought I would be available and described the options available. The same day he was in contact with me and set up the first day to start training the following week. The owner of the gym reached out and advised me on diet while training to reach the goals I wanted (gain weight, muscle mass). I was told my trainers name was Sophia, so the first day I showed up she found me at the front door ready to work. At first I was a little unsure that a 5' something women was going to know exactly what kind of training I needed as I am a 6'4" thin guy but I quickly regretted that thought. She spent roughly 10-15 min taking measurements and asking about my goals and what I wanted from personal training and then she went to work. I cant say enough about Sophia my trainer, she has a way of fluidly moving you through equipment . She knew exactly what I was capable of and what my limitations were. She consistently corrected bad form and educated me as to not hurt myself while training. Every day she checked in with me on diet and kept me on tract. I trained with Sophia for three months and felt like there was no other way I was going to meet my goals. I had to stop training for a period but look forward to returning to Sophia and CROME in the future for more training. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Can't really thank Brooke (owner) enough for giving me such a great place to get my mind and body healthy. I joined about two years ago and am so thankful to have had this gym when I needed it the most. All of the trainers there (Jorden and Evan especially) make you feel like a part of the family. I didn't come in for a while because I was sick and Jorden checked in on me even though I don't do any personal training with any of them. They are always working to update their equipment and maintain everything pretty well. If you're looking for a gym where you don't feel judged, this it it.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at chrome for 4 months and I can tell you this is by far the best gym I’ve been too. There are lots of options for gyms in Spokane but I opted Chrome not just because it’s close to my work but because of the staff and atmosphere. Lots of equipment to choose from! This gym is all business, strives for the better and to boot: locally owned AND operated! Every client that walks thru that door is all smiles, even on their worst days. Brooke and Jordon always take the time to answer my questions and treat me like a human who is trying to achieve my goals. Personal trainers are always making sure the people they train are grinding! They don’t see their clients as a $ sign. They see their clients as family and treat everyone with respect. I cannot recommend this gym enough.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for the last 6 months. Brooke and the staff are some of my favorite people here in Spokane. The facility is clean, updated, has phenomenal equipment and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Jordan is always helpful and the barbell club he runs on Saturday morning is a blast. Additionally, Chrome has the only available Texas Squat bar in spokane!

Fantastic experience: I’m a college kid and chrome has become a staple for myself and my friends. It has an outstanding community and great guidance from trainers such as Jordan and Brooke. Cant find it anywhere else. Love this place and I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Although I’m not a frequent member because I train on the north side, I do come to use the amazing (and new) equipment they have from time to time to prep for competition and the likes of that but the main man in charge Jordan is super helpful and always on hand to help or train with. Overall if you are serious abt bodybuilding, powerlifting, or strength sports, this is your gym.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out for years now and can easily say this is the best gym I’ve ever been to! The whole staff is so nice and always says hi to me whenever I come in. Everyone is super knowledgeable and supportive there. I’ve never such a community based gym where it seems like if you accomplish something everyone there congratulates you. I love that this gym is like a big family and always supports you and pushes you to be better!

Fantastic experience: Best commercial gym in the PNW. Extreme attention to detail, staff is always cleaning and going out of their way to get new equipment to better their client needs and wants. Real competition grade equipment, friendly staff, and overall great culture. Known one trainer Jorden Upton for over 5 years now. He was my collegiate strength coach when I preformed at my best and my healthiest. Dude is a wealth of knowledge for athletic performance and powerlifting.

Fantastic experience: I joined chrome after my first barbell club with Jorden. He is an excellent motivator and has the education and experience to help you improve no matter your fitness goals. This gym has the best equipment in Spokane and provides a training environment that cannot be matched. As a former collegiate athlete and a high level power lifter I can confidently say there is no better place to put in the work.

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout at. Took me a whole year in Spokane to find a gym like Chrome. It has everything I need to properly train. The gym is always cleaned and looking sharp. It’s not often you see a gym that has Certified trainers that actually know what they are doing and here you find that. I always recommend Chrome to new gym goers it’s a perfect place to start and ask as many questions as you like. No matter what level of fitness you are in, this is the place to train. Plus everything is black and black goes with everything.

Chrome PTC, is the ultimate gym in terms of community, equipment, and values. The owner Brooke, has established an atmosphere that centers it’s core around respect and compassion for others. Since joining Chrome in March, I’ve had the pleasure to meet the friendliest workers, other gym members who share the same passions as one another, and the ability to be apart of not a gym, but a family.

Fantastic experience: Literally the best gym ever! I started going here about 2 years ago when covid hit because Brooke (gym owner) made an effort to keep us safe while still keeping her gym open!!! She really cares about her members and her gym! The gym is the cleanest I’ve ever seen and has all the equipment you could possibly need no matter what your goals are. Although my school gym reopened, I decided to continue coming here due to the positive environment and equipment! If you’re looking to better yourself and your health this is the place to be <3

The gym is always super clean and kept up. The trainers are always willing to help you and give you tips on how to lift or do a specific movement. I always look forward to going to the gym now!

Fantastic experience: Joining Chrome has been amazing for me! I really feel like I’ve leveled up my fitness by switching over to this gym from my previous one. They have a ton of equipment, friendly staff, clean facilities, great membership prices, encouraging atmosphere and good music! Bonus perk is walking over to the grocery store right next door which saves me time and energy during the busy weekdays!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I moved to Spokane this last summer and we toured about 4 gyms on the north side of town and weren't impressed. I found Chrome and sent a message to their FB page. Brooke, the owner, replied promptly answering any questions I had and invited us over for a tour. We instantly felt welcome walking in. We signed up that day and have been going for over 5 months now. This place is amazing. Great atmosphere, CLEAN, everyone respects the equipment and reracks weights, I don't normally have to wait for a machine or squat rack, and the trainers are fantastic. They have classes as well(Butt Builder, Barbell Club, and Cardio and Core). They honestly treat you like family. BEST GYM IN SPOKANE!

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym that I’ve ever been to! It’s a clean and comfortable environment. There’s plenty of equipment to choose from and I never find myself waiting to snag a spot from anyone. The staff notices when I’m not consistent and welcomes me back with encouragement and smiling faces. Fantastic experience: I've been training at Chrome for years and will never go anywhere else. The Owner Brooke has built a fantastic gym. She takes pride in all she does and it shows.
