I had to make the investment in myself, with the new way of eating, supplements and vitamin shots. I have way more energy. I laugh when I am there because the girls are so funny. I came in discouraged because I didn’t believe that it would work but once it started to work I got more inspired. I still have a small ways to go to get to my goal but I have the faith that I can do it mostly because of the support. I love what I eat. I have received new recipes, snacks and other items that would make for good eats from the staff. I share my story with all of my friends that I could not have done it without Medi’s help.

Fantastic experience: Fast and efficient with a plan specifically for you. First I can't say enough about the staff. Everyone is so friendly and you can tell they truly care about you. The medical staff is just as customer service oriented as well. I was never rushed with any of my questions. Also, I've never had to wait more than just a few minutes for my appointment to begin. I have a very strict schedule, and I can always time block my appointment and feel confident that I'll be in and out and on my way on time or early. Also, I'm a big researcher before I pull the trigger on anything financial. Do yourself a favor and buy their shake mix. They're very affordable and I've never tasted a shake mix that you can't taste the bitterness of the protein. The cookies and cream is ridiculous!

It's been so hard in my mid-40's to get this weight off and this program has been easy to follow and I don't feel like I'm giving anything up.

Being a vegetarian, this kind of "dieting" (or lifestyle change) can be difficult, but Medi took out all the guess work but having a shopping list of approved items and an example of a weekly meal plan has made losing weight easy!

Fantastic experience: Going through losing weight for me has always been more successful with a buddy system. This ideal setup is giving me a whole group of new "buddies" to work with. The technical and medical sides of it are precise and tailored to my needs. I'm in touch with a variety of foods again that I have forgotten about over the years, and it's been refreshing to incorporate them back into my daily meals. There are also some foods and shakes available through the center to fill in when my schedule says I'm "too busy" to cook. So... Overall, it is easy, and I'm losing weight!

Fantastic experience: So far these people are the real deal. This is a scientific, highly controlled diet First week was hard but the staff was very supportive and helpful. There is always something on the list you can eat, usually stuff you normally eat just in smaller portions and less condiments. The weight loss is gradual so that it will be a sustainable weight loss. 4.5 lbs down week one! They give you supplements, appetite suppressants and injections to help while you eat less foods .
