Fantastic experience: YVFC in Grandview has got to be the best clinic i have ever visited. Their staff from the receptionist to the nurses are always pleasant and will answer your questions that you may have regarding your visit. They follow thru with everything concerning your care. It's just a pleasant clinic with knowledgeable people that work there. I also have a very approachable and nice doctor who I think is the best (T.W.). Keep up the good work YVFC in Grandview. You get 5 stars from me.

The Dr’s and staff were extremely nice and welcoming from start to finish, I haven't been to the dentist in a long time so I was a bit nervous to come back, but glad I did! Alejandra Romo is servicing me with the oral health that I need. She explained about my overall teeth condition and oral hygiene. I highly recommend and thank the Grandview Farm Workers Clinic staff for caring and providing services for my family and I! Happy Holidays!!

Negative experience: I believe this doctor doesn't understand anything that is being said to her. She makes her decisions without considering that her lack of empathy harms her patients. By the way, I am going to ask to be switched to another doctor.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Felt is one of the few pediatricians that I have met that listens, does not input personal opinion, very in tune with his patients & is very prompt with his care! My child has some anxiety & other adverse behaviors & mannerisms, so doctors & certain outings are especially hard, but Dr. Felt & his crew are always on top of things, & beyond kind! Definitely recommend Dr. Thatcher Felt.

My appointment Summary does not mention anything about the reason I went in for:( I called the Farm Workers Clinic to request an explanation and Raul the supervisor (?) has NOT returned my calls. I advise for everyone to LOOK at your Visit Summary (before leaving the clinic).

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best clinics I have experienced with in my lifetime. They are very professional, kind and caring. Dr. Orr treats me like a person and listen to me and does not judge me or categorize me as a statistic. The staff and the nurses are awesome and treat me with care and respect.

Negative experience: It seems that their rules are not up to date!!!! They make excuses without considering that our time matters too. Candace Malave provides terrible service, and the secretary is just as bad. They excuse themselves by saying it’s not preferences, but it’s not in the regulations, so update them and communicate them to the patient to avoid inconveniences.

Especially, Diane and Elena. They always greet you with a smile. The ladies from the pharmacy, also are always very kind and friendly. My experiences with the Grandview Medical Clinic are always good. I went in recently to get lab work, all of the ladies, including the Receptionist, Nurse, Lore Summers, Lab Tech, are always pleasant. I will recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I like the attention, the people are very kind and I really like how the doctor cares for his patients. I will tell you that when my daughter was born, I took her to another clinic and Dr. X, I won't say the name, didn't care at all about my daughter's health. I knew something was wrong with her and I mentioned it to the doctor, and he said everything was fine. So I decided to switch clinics and the difference was noticeable. They sent many referrals to specialists, and they found out what she has. Now she is undergoing treatment, and I am very calm because I already know what my daughter has. I am very grateful to God and Dr. Phil.

Negative experience: Very bad experience unfortunately.. although they recommended it to me I would never do it.. the dentists and workers there think that by using a medical coupon we do not deserve the same attention as when one brings money.. they only made me wait and appointments after appointments and I just signed as if they had attended to me.. I went twice and they delayed to do the work and that’s how they still keep me.. because it's a coupon that's why they don't care they only charge from the coupon and send me back home and my husband was treated the same way.
