Fantastic experience: Dr. Katie put us at ease right away. Her energy and compassion are very healing and her diagnostics and treatment are spot on. My granddaughter’s trauma was to get stuck in the birth canal. With a failure to deliver her shoulders using solely gentle downward traction. She needed the midwife to pull her out. Everything seemed fine until she began to crawl with an asymmetrical pattern that started at the shoulder that had been stuck down to its contralateral leg. We have been working to help her through physical therapy and now we are very grateful to be working with Dr. Katie

Fantastic experience: Dr. Katie is a God send. I have been experiencing debilitating symptoms from a hiatal hernia for the past two months and was on my way to the ER. It has been giving me the worst imaginable anxiety, chest pain, bloating, etc. Their office fortunately called me back and had an opening for the morning. Dr. Katie adjusted my hernia back into place and gave me some real guidance. I’ve been to so many doctors and she was the only one that not only fixed this, but actually knew the issue and has a plan to fix it. I plan to keep coming here until I’m totally healed (the underlying issue is with my gut) and I’m confident she will help me accomplish this. Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Katie for a few months now during my pregnancy. I definitely noticed a difference the week I wasn't able to get in due to sickness! I also had Dr. Katie adjust my two year old and saw improvement with her digestion troubles and overall posture. While a busy office, Dr. Katie takes the time needed to listen to your needs at each appointment and adjusts accordingly. I see her twice weekly. She is very quick to respond to any questions I have, too. I'm looking forward to continuing care into my third trimester and excited to see how this impacts labor.

I was very nervous about seeing a chiropractor for the first time, especially at 39 weeks pregnant. Dr. Katie was kind, compassionate, and gentle. Not only did she help my back pain, but my swelling went down, and I was able to get a better nights sleep after her adjustments. She doesn't like to see her patients waiting in the lobby and always gets you into a room quickly. She is the best chiropractor I've been to.

Fantastic experience: I started to go to The Natural Health Improvement Center when I was about four months pregnant at the recommendation of my midwife. The midwife told me that statistically, mom's who have received chiropractic care during pregnancy tend to have a shorter labor than those who don't. This sounded like a huge benefit to me so I scheduled an initial visit. Dr. Katie recommended weekly adjustments and I opted to also have bi-weekly massages. Throughout the pregnancy, I had almost no pain in my back except for maybe one or two days when I was a little too aggressive at housework or gardening. I assume it was the adjustments and massages that played a big role at keeping my back pain-free, because back pain is one of the big complaints that I hear or read about from pregnant women, especially in the third trimester. My pregnancy went full term, the baby was born at 39 weeks, 5 days (39-41 weeks is considered full term). The best part is, I was able to have a natural birth and my baby was delivered at home just 5 hours after the first contraction. Considering labor can be 12-24 hours for first time moms, I was happy with mine being only 5! While it's possible other things I did helped with the short labor, I believe the chiropractic care was one of the contributing factors! Since I've not been to another chiropractor, I can't compare the NHIC to other practices, but I will say that everyone is friendly and that I've never had issues like long wait times for an appointment or anything like that. The office seems to be efficiently run and the other patients that I see in passing seem happy to be there.

She is very knowledgeable and great at what she does. I wasn’t able to sleep on my side for almost two years after what we think was a stress fracture to a rib. Dr. Stull saw me twice and I was able to sleep on my side again. She also adjusted me through two pregnancies and adjusted my babies a couple times after birth. 10/10 would recommend.

I recommend her if you're looking for spinal alignment, baby positioning in pregnancy, or help with chronic pain.
