Fantastic experience: I've been doing laser treatment almost 30 years and started with the NAG laser for hair removal in 1999. I'm extremely familiar with all the lasers that work and their technology. The HIFU 7D laser they use at Eilte Spa is one of the best lasers on the market for tightening and lifting without going under the knife. I came in for a treatment at Elite Spa and my aesthetician was a beautiful woman named Lana. She was very skilled with the HIFU 7D laser. Lana knew how to treat areas that needed to be addressed. I see great results already and it has only been 4 days! I can see my face pulling up and thinning out nicely. I will be going back in 2 months for another HIFU 7D session and will also try a few Cryolipolysis treatments, also known as fat freezing with Lana.

Negative experience: I came here for a freeze fat away treatment that I found on groupon. Never had the treatment, never been here but I wanted to treat myself with something different. Interesting spa treatment that's worth trying. Unfortunately the check out tech at the end was rude, unknowledgeable, unfriendly and ruined my experience. She made me feel unwelcomed and for that reason alone I won't return.

Negative experience: This location was NEVER accommodating. They advertise New Port Richey as one of their locations, but I was able to only get in one of my 5 fully paid visits. I explained to the lady there that I only had weekends off, she said ok because they are open Saturdays. I made the appointment, but was called a few days later asking me to leave work on my lunch for my sessions. Not thinking of my drive plus 30 session. I told her I could not do that. I only have a 30mins lunch. This went on and on. I was never able to get bk in there on my Saturday, at which they are suppose to be open. Then they asked me to travel an hour and half from my home to their St.Pete location because they get MORE customers there, they operate that location more frequently. The one session was great, but I never got my other 5 expensive sessions. They won't accommodate my Saturdays for my other ones because they barely get customers there. I would like my $172 plus $180 for extra services planned along with my regular services. Highway robbery

Fantastic experience: I went in for Cryolipolysis to see if it was as effective as Cool Sculpting which was much more expensive. I didn't get that hard block of fat that had to be worked out post procedure like I get from Cool Sculpting but will see how effective this process is as it takes several weeks to see results. The facility was clean and the team very friendly.

Negative experience: My first visit with Groupon was great for a "One Slimming Body Wrap" as they attended me well, so I decided to buy a package. They were great with the second visit but on my third visit he (don't know his name but the only male attendant I have seen here) asked me to get my own socks to cover my feet and something for the arms (which was not a requirement for the first two sessions). On top of that his attitude was as if he was doing me a favor by giving the session. That put me off and I asked if its a hassle please refund me and I will leave. To which he said its OK you can take the session. Also, he would not turn the heat on for the device for me to get the full benefit of services, I always had to push the call button to ask him to put the heat on. I would drive an hour for any good services (the reason I bought the package), but driving here for 40 mins to get such an attitude and poor services - I decided to ask them to cancel rest of the two sessions that were left on my account for the package. Wish I had just sticked with one session with them and hadn't wasted money buying a package of four sessions. Such a waste of money!!

Fantastic experience: I purchased a Groupon for the coolsculpting. Staff is fantastic facility is very very clean. They give you a button to press in case you need anything during any treatments. Overall very happy and looking forward to my second appointment. Found their prices very reasonable as well for the treatments they offer. This place only focuses on body sculpting. Not Botox or facials or things of that nature. But they do offer ultrasonic non-invasive facelifts along with rejuvenation for your lady parts! They also sell laser hats for hair loss and supplement hormones as well.

I immediately felt the results when I got off the table. Stomach flatter, less appearance of cellulite. I’m literally so impressed that I’m putting all my insecurities for the world to see! Negative experience: First of I would like to say that the woman who was doing my treatment was wonderful! However after my third treatment Elaine, I think she was the owner called me to the side and tried to upsell me treatments - I kindly denied and tried to book my next three treatments I been doing. When I tried to make the next three appointments she wouldn’t let me and demand the money upfront. I said I will pay when I come for my next treatment as I did before she straight up asked me why which I told her why and then she said “ no you pay now ! “ I said ok no worries I will just call like I did last time and book my appointments and when I come in I will just pay for all three she again yelled at me and said you pay now! I never experienced such rudeness in a place of business. I will never go back there again. Very unprofessional place !!!

Fantastic experience: My first visit to this spa was to get a lymphatic massage. I didn’t know what to expect. When I arrived, I was greeted professionally into a very quaint and clean environment. During my visit I was shown all of the equipment and although a little overwhelmed with information, appreciated the insight nonetheless. The folks there were great and weren’t trying to sell me anything, only educated me. The massage was not the traditional massage with human contact, but rather with compression devices on your arms legs and waist. It was interesting. Not too bad actually once you get used to it. I would recommend using the restroom before getting started though because the compression on your waist is like getting a big bear hug, and you really don’t want anything squeezing out of you ;) I had a great experience for my first 30 min visit. I’ll be going back for an hour next time!

Fantastic experience: I'm very pleased with the staff. They have top of the art equipment. I like the atmosphere it's not to large and feels very comfortable in the treatment rooms. I see wonderful results with the Hifu ultrasound treatment and my hydro facials. This is now my go to spa!

Fantastic experience: I went here for Emsculpt sessions in February, and I am extremely happy with my results. While I was their I also tried Pressotherapy, I am in love. The combination of the Emsculpt and the Pressotherapy was very satisfying and beneficial. The Emsculpt machine worked my muscles out for me and the Pressotherapy machine gave me a massage. The prices and customer service are the best! I traveled all the way from Land O Lakes to St. Petersburg for their services. They wouldn't sell you anything you wouldn't benefit from, this I appreciate as a lot of Spa's will upsell you services you won't benefit from. They were extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I am definitely a loyal customer as I continue to frequent this spa for personal maintenance and upkeep.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience doing cool sculpting and lymphatic drainage pressotherapy cellulite treatment at Elite Spa today. I was nervous to "freeze my fat" but it wasn't uncomfortable, just strange. The spa itself is beautiful and very clean. The bed where I did the cryo fat burning was soft, lush, and comfortable. They explained everything, gave me great informational pamphlets, and made sure I was comfortable & safe. You lay there for about half an hour while the machine does it's work and they dim the lights for a nice little laser light show while you relax. It was also more affordable than I expected. I'm here on vacation and all of these services cost wayyyy more up North where I came from. For my money this is the best laser lipo Tampa bay area offering & I've been doing stuff like this all week. Immediately afterwards I went for a run on the beach to help my body burn the fat cells they froze for me. It's been a few hours and I feel amazing and already look a little more toned, although I know it will take time to really see final results from this. I will definitely come back to this spa the next time I'm in town, and maybe one more time before I leave for another lymphatic drainage.

Fantastic experience: Elite spa has the best advanced and state of the art cosmetic non invasive spa treatment programs without the downtime and high cost of a surgeon. Experienced my first EMSsculpt body contouring today. My area of treatment was my buttocks and thighs. Can I say, Mind blown!! This was uniquely different from typical non invasive butt lift vacuum modality. Instead focus placed on electrical stimulation to the muscles that mimics 2 weeks worth of a gym workout in 30 minutes. And you feel it within minutes. The results last way longer than traditional vacuuming. Watch out J Lo, here I come.

I got my first treatment Lipo Lazer and Pressothearpy (lymphatic drainage to eliminate liquids) which I found to be like a full body massage. I was very impressed. I found out about Elite Spa through Groupon a three session packet and after I use up my packet I will continue to be a customer.

Went in for lymphatic session. First time receiving this service. I was provide reading materials as well as a little visual of the process. The session was about 30 mins long. I was provided a safety response device in case I started to feel uncomfortable. I was checked on at least once during the 30 mins. I recommend this location. They have been in business for about a year now.

The lymphatic massage was everything. By the end of the treatment I could feel my blood flowing better. Even without the groupon the prices are very reasonable and I ended up buying a package.

I seen good results with the fat freezing (as Lana suggested I also watched my diet, worked out mildly and increased my water intake). I have completed 2 sessions On my abdomen and I have seen a difference. LANA was AMAZING very professional and had great knowledge! Do not look any further. I drove from New Tampa all the way to Seminole for this service and can’t believe the results, I’m literally in shock!!!! It even tightened up my loose skin from giving birth 9 months ago! I wish I could give them a 10 star review! Go see them for this procedure and everything else! You won’t regret it!

Negative experience: Purchased a Groupon for a full highlight, cut, condition, etc. Made the appointment 10 days in advance by phone and also called to confirm the appointment the day of. When I arrived I was told that the cost of this service would be exactly the same as it would've been had I just made the appointment without the Groupon. I have long, thick hair, I fully expected that a full set of highlights would be more like a partial set with how much hair I have. After I was told no for the Groupon listed services, I asked if I could just get a hair cut with the value of the Groupon which again I was told no and that it would be an extra charge of $45 for a haircut. Because of groupon's 3 day local services refund policy I cannot get a refund for this Groupon, only Groupon bucks back. I called twice prior to my appointment and was never asked about the condition of my hair (long, thick, short, thin, etc). Had I at least been able to get a hair cut with the value of the Groupon that would be one thing, but unless I was willing to fully pay for a service they would not accommodate me at all. Highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism, additionally I have gone to other salons where I've received cut, color, partial highlights, and a style for under what they wanted to charge me with the Groupon.

Finally, 30 minutes later she said she could do my hair. While explaining what I wanted she explained that all of this other stuff was going to cost me extra because I did not read the fine print. I ended up walking out. This place is a total waste of time!
