Fantastic experience: Activated Health and Wellness is unlike any practice I’ve been to. I went to them for weight loss as well as for inflammation and thyroid issues. I have a very complicated health history, have survived childhood cancer and have multiple concerns and continual surgeries. I have been treated with kindness and courtesy from every person there! … from the front desk when you walk in to the medical assistants to the providers. For the first time in my life I’m getting dietary answers with no shame or blame and honest help and empathy. I was so apprehensive walking through those doors and now look forward to going. Fantastic experience: I just started a weightloss program here after being very amazed at what they did for my husband and so far so good for myself as well! The staff is very welcoming and helpful everytime I come in with my 2 month old and even helps to hold him. Everyone is also very knowledgeable and patient when I ask questions. I would recommend them to anyone I know for weightloss.

Fantastic experience: I met with Melody today to review an HRT plan from a previous provider. First of all, her office staff was very professional and kind. This appointment was nearly 2 months in the making (new patient) and their prompt communication thru the portal has been impressive. Second, when I met with Melody, she took her time to review my labs, educate, explain and recommend. I appreciate that she took her time with me and made me feel like my health concerns matter. She does not over medicate and takes the time to develop a patient specific plan to improve health. I’m excited to see how this new regime will work out:). Positive experience: Yesterday was my first appointment so I am reviewing that experience. I expect that I will upgrade my rating to 5 stars as I develop My relationship with Activated Wellness (AW). This is a kind, professional clinic that clearly employs highly competent,, compassionate and helpful people at every level. There is zero pressure to buy extra services which I understand is not as common a practice at most clinics. I was given a lot of time with a comprehensive explanation of my current condition. It was a dialogue with Rebecca, not a monologue. I was referred to AW by two very happy coworkers who clearly are losing weight and are glowing.

As an RN with decades of experience in the ER and Trauma we as a profession don’t automatically trust a practitioner. Dr Rodarte has taken the time to figure out my metabolism and assisted in not only losing 40 pounds but also in helping me to become much healthier version of myself as I age. My lab values are now all in the normal healthy range. I feel better and have so much more energy. “One size does not fit all” when it comes to treatment in medicine. I see Dr Rodarte as my PCP and Becky for hormone replacement therapy. Everyone is the office is caring and attentive. If you are looking for a PCP or want to look into weight loss you will not find a better practice.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at this medical facility. Dr Rodarte and her team were always supportive and professional during my visits. I worked with all 3 at times, but primarily was seen by Stephanie. I was treated for medical weight loss and hormone replacement therapy. Stephanie was friendly and encouraging during my treatment but was also stern and consistent when needed, (which was very appreciated). Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Activated Health and Wellness for anyone with similar medical needs.

Fantastic experience: It is hard to even put into words how happy I am to have found Becky Goodson, “Life Changing” is my first thought. Until I saw Becky I knew I just felt “off” for years, but I had no idea my struggles were hormonal. First impression of the clinic is wow did I just walk into a day spa !! The staff is welcoming with smiles and greetings. It is surreal and refreshing. They are all wonderful and caring and they look happy to be there which says a lot. Becky listened to me and made so many suggestions based on my needs. She just does not put you in a box like based on your labs you need this.. she gives options and suggestions and if one thing did not work for me we were on to another option until we found an option that worked specifically for me. My weight magically started coming off and my energy level increased and getting a good nights sleep was obtainable. Fantastic experience: The people at the office are So nice. They are very helpful as well. If it is a zoom appointment or an in office appointment I get my questions answered and explain thoroughly. Speaking and interacting with the staff makes you want to do your best. It is like having your own cheerleading team as well. I look forward to my appointments. Fantastic experience: The office staff is friendly. But more importantly, the physicians and staff care about your wellbeing as a whole. They take the time to explain your specific issues and the best alternatives for you. They understand it is your body and ultimately your decision to choose the treatment you are comfortable with. I have been at the practice for 9 months and my gut health has improved 10-fold! I feel so much better. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rodarte for many years. She first helped with my weight loss journey and at the end of last year, I switched to see her as my primary care doctor. Dr. Rodarte is dedicated to finding the root of my medical issues and has identified things that my specialists have not.
