Fantastic experience: My family has LOVED our experiences here at Caduceus Yorba Linda. I love that my whole family can attend there. Their staff is great at fitting appointments into our schedule, at responding to messages on the patient portal, scheduling prescriptions, submitting referrals, and I don't often have to wait too long on hold to get help. The pediatric unit has a circus theme with the most fun waiting area I have ever seen. With a mini carousel, large koi pond, arcade games, tv with kid shows, a library, grocery store, and more. my kids often enjoy playing there for an hour after their appointment. I loved the care I received from Alicia Clark and the nurses in the Women's department. I felt seen and heard and validated. He care was very personable, I wish she did baby deliveries, but it was a blessing to be able to meet with her for the months leading up. My husband felt that Dr. Goodale was one of the few doctors he has ever seen that actually cared and had the intellectual curiosity to try to help figure out his chronic pain. They worked very well with his work schedule and utilized telehealth appointments to make sure he had the medications and care he needed. I would recommend this medical group to any person no matter their stage of life. It is filled with people that care.

Negative experience: Worst place ever. We were there 15 mins early and still had to wait an hour to get into the room. Then when we got in the room it was another 30 mins. When the doctor finally came in they we were us for about 10 mins and then gone another 20 mins. They then came back and took only 10 mins and they were done. In total we waited for 1:50 mins and they only helped us for 20 mins. This place has gone down hill ever they lost Dr Hill. Please dont waste your time here because all they will do is frustrate you.

Negative experience: The staff are nice and Maria spent extra time on the phone with my insurance to help me with an issue, but overall the office is disorganized and some entry level staff were uninformed resulting in a lot of my time wasted. There seems to always be at least 2 people at the front desk when I've gone, however, calls are answered about 30% of the time, the remaining times I've been on hold for anywhere from 20-60 minutes only for their system to hang up on me. You're better off going in person if you really need to make contact with someone or finding another office altogether.

Negative experience: This is for pediatrics: I left a letter for my daughters school to be signed by the Dr for her to have an inhaler at school, it's been 2 weeks and haven't heard from them. My husband called for an update and still they've done nothing. I've had to drive to her school twice to drop one off bcuz she can't have it at school without that letter.

Negative experience: I’ve been lightheaded for a week. Can’t walk upstairs, have to be driven everywhere, can’t work out. They said that the earliest that they could see me was 3 weeks. Fantastic experience: This medical group is wonderful. The 4Kids clinic downstairs is amazing, I have never seen a doctors office like it. There's a giant koi pool, lots of games for the kids to play with and even a bounce castle too! They have gone above and beyond with their waiting area. The inside offices are nice too, many are decorated to cater to kids. The staff is nice and very helpful and always do their best to help me, even with complicated matters. The Primary Physicians upstairs are awesome and the waiting area is lovely. I could probably sit in there all day. Negative experience: After first appointment, Doctor recommended an CT scan of my knee for a possible torn meniscus. My claim was rejected by my insurance and requested a peer to peer consultation with my doctor to review the situation. Front office called to tell me that the doctor was too busy for a peer to peer consultation so my treatment was changed to simply "physical therapy" as a result. Shouldn't a treatment plan be adjusted based on data and testing instead of busy schedules? Seems very strange to me. The office management seems very unorganized and it is very difficult to reach them by phone. I join the other low ratings. I'd look elsewhere for any ortho appointments.

First 2 appointment experiences have been awful. If I only save one person from the same troubles that I have had, this message is worth it. Can't get a prescription sent to the pharmacy either. Apparently they sent it to the wrong pharmacy, but they don't even know where they sent it. In response to your generic cut and paste that you use so often due to the number of bad reviews, It is always extremely disappointing when a patient seeking help fails to receive it due to incompetent medical providers. Negative experience: For first time I met a GI physician nice and young but seems medical field is going down the drain. I myself use to work for a GI doctor, we use weigh patients ask questions, examin them, it took me 5 min in the room with the doctor, before that the girl who took my name and info she had my husband's information. Negative experience: Do not go here. The office looks nice and all, but they fish you in for extra appointments and charge you extra for all those visits without setting the expectations up front. I went in to get my company’s annual screening done & now I have $200 bill just for that. While I went in just to get my screening done, they made it a “first appointment” charge to add extra. Fantastic experience: I have had the best experience working with Krystal Nelson via the CHAT portal. It is very difficult to try and reach anyone over the phone so I decided to use the portal. I found Krystal who must handles the portal for Cadesus Yorba Linda. She assisted me through a cumbersome process because of my insurance company and a third party provider. It took several days of communicating with her, but she would follow up with me daily and even called me several times to follow up with updates. I appreciate her response to my medical needs and her courteous and professional follow up. Thank you Cadesus for having Krystal on you staff. For other patients who may struggle with communicating with Yorba Linda I strongly suggest using the CHAT prompt when you log into the website. Negative experience: I dont recommend this office at all. I feel like I’m not properly informed about my ultrasounds and some prenatal testing that’s occurred (my results have taken over a month which is stressful not knowing) I also did not actually meet the Dr. Who is suppose to deliver my baby until 8 months pregnant, he was 2 hours late to our appointment and I had to reschedule and come back another day. That is absolutely ridiculous. I got diagnosed with gestational diabetes and after two weeks I still have not received a referral… I’m switching providers at 8 months and now I’m having trouble getting my medical records faxed so I’ve offered to come in and pick them up personally. Still having trouble. Avoid this office!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brissey listens is compassionate and explains everything in a way I can easily understand. I have a lot of physical complications and I can truly say she has helped me get my life back. Her Nurse Allyson is on top of everything, when ever I have any issues she helps resolve them right away, for example the pharmacy was having trouble filling my prescription, I left a message on the patient portal (online) she made a few phone calls and my issue were resolved. Negative experience: Avoid!!! This place is the most inefficient medical facility I have ever visited. The reviews are correct. YOU WILL WAIT!!! SOMETIMES HOURS TO BE SEEN FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. I have tried to establish traditional family doctor coverage and have had to wait sometimes 30-45 minutes to be seen and I have dealt with it. However today was the last straw. I had a 4PM appointment with a specialist fora follow up and at 4:40PM I went up to the desk to see what the update was and they told me the doctor was way behind! They ended up calling me back soon after, just to stick me in a room for an additional 50 minutes. At 5:30PM...for a 4PM appointment I was still not seen. I approached "The Director" Christina Keiser's office and she was, short with answers, gave excuses, and had no value for someone's time. Please seek health care at a different place if you don't want to feel like a number and not a $$$.

Negative experience: Not a great first impression for my first physical here yesterday and I have to say that I am worried about continuing a relationship with Caduceus. Millennial staff is disorganized, aloof and seemingly inefficient. The medical assistant measured my height incorrectly - and when I questioned it - my height rose by an inch. Negative experience: I've been coming to caduceus since i was a kid and I've never been treated the way i did today. I went to PDQ urgent care. 6/17 i scheduled a visit to get my tonsils look at because i was pretty sure i had tonsillitis. My appointment was for 3pm and i waited for an hour and half to not be seen by anyone. I had to leave because i had other plans for my day so i couldn't wait any more than what i did. I got no apologize from the front office about having to wait so long even though i had an appointment. They said there was a lot of people ahead of me because they took walk-ins. My thoughts were, why take walk ins when you know you have a scheduled appointment and you know that if you take the walk-ins then that appointment will be pushed back and the scheduled patient will not be see for awhile. It's just bad scheduling from the front. Like i said no apology from the front when i left. I rescheduled my appointment for 6/18 at 9am. I was seen by their PA Trevor Holloway. I have never been so disrespected and belittle by a provider in all my life. I came in only to get my tonsils looked at and he ends up making a rude comment about my complexion. It almost brought me to tears when i told the front office girls what he told me. They were very apologetic and said this is not the first time they have received a complaint like this from patients about him before. They said they would talk to management. I sincerely hope Trevor Holloway gets some type of discipline from management about this situation. A patient should NEVER feel the way that i felt walking out of that office. It makes me never want to come back to their facilities again.

Negative experience: Avoid this place at all cost. I should’ve heeded the reviews. My visit was a disaster from beginning to end. I had an appointment with the ENT doctor. Before going, I had uploaded all of my information including my insurance card to their system. Upon arrival, they had difficulty locating my account, my appointment, and my insurance card. Finally they found me, and I was taken back shortly after. I had my seven month old baby strapped to my chest in the carrier. The doctor nicely said he would do his best to get me in and out. Thank you! He was in the room with me for less than three minutes before he took me outside to administer an ear pressure test. But he did not administer the test himself, he sent me to the nurse who wrote the name of the test (which was impossible to pronounce) on a Post-it note and sent me upstairs to the family physicians department with no further instruction. I had to go through the check in process again. They were unable to find my insurance card and I had to provide it to them. I waited for 15 minutes to be seen, only to be told that I was in the wrong place and they do not administer that test. They instructed me to go back downstairs to where I came from. I went back downstairs with the “Post-it note test” in hand only to be told to go to a different department… pediatrics. Apparently the machine was moved there? The nurse who was going to give me the test instructed me to put on headphones for a hearing test. I told her that was the wrong test. She was confused. We went back to the desk, I showed her the post it note, she was not familiar with that test. Another nurse got involved and was able to take me back for the correct test which took 30 seconds. Again, no further instruction so I went back to the ENT desk and they said the doctor would call me later that day. The doctor did not call me. I had to call. I spoke to the nurse. She said my test was normal and there was nothing further for them to do, but that she would speak to the doctor and get back to me. That was TWO WEEKS AGO now. I am still having an ear issue that needs further attention. No call. No follow up. I paid $95 for my co pay. I called to request that he refunded because I need to go to a different doctor and when I spoke to billing they said it was processed as a cash pay and asked if I had insurance. Are you kidding me??? She looked further into my account, found my insurance information and said she would try to reprocess it correctly. I asked her not to bother right now because I am filing a complaint due to the incompetence at every level. Don’t let the nice office and convenient location lure you in. AVOID.

Negative experience: This place has been a nightmare to deal with. All 3 of my children got shifted to a doctor here after their previous pediatrician (who was apparently just renting a space and not part of Caduceus) abruptly retired. Now for the last 3 months it's been a struggle to get their medication refilled and they've had to deal with being out for several days before anyone can be bothered to call in their refills. Their medication is not a controlled substance. I've made it clear to both to the doctor and office staff that they get sick if they run out of their meds but it doesn't seem to matter. For some reason the doctor won't put refills on the prescriptions either, so every month I have to call repeatedly for 3 children, basically beg for the medication they need, and hope someone decided it's worth their time to take care of. I get told "we'll send the doctor/nurse a note" over and over but rarely receive any level of communication back about what's going on. I asked to speak to someone in office regarding these issues, was told a manager was being sent a message (of course!) and heard nothing back, so here I am. As if transitioning 3 kids with autism to a new doctor suddenly wasn't stressful enough, I now also have to stress about a doctor with a God complex. Happy freaking holidays
