Fantastic experience: Sono Bello Review: My Experience with TriSculpt and AbEX Surgery I am currently two days post-op from a full torso TriSculpt and AbEX procedure with Sono Bello, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process. Every step has been smooth, professional, and patient-centered, so I felt compelled to share my experience. My goal is to highlight the excellence of the Sono Bello team and procedures, provide an honest perspective, and encourage those considering this transformative journey. The Process: Sono Bello’s cosmetic surgical procedures are broken into four main steps: 1. Consultation (Free) The consultation process was straightforward, professional, and free of charge. During this step, all my questions were answered, and Courtney helped me feel confident in my decision to proceed. While I did encounter some reviews during my research describing this step as "high-pressure sales," that was not my experience. Instead, the consultation was educational, and Courtney clearly understood the services, recommending only those appropriate for my body and expectations. She helped me spend my money wisely to ensure the best possible results. 2. Pre-Op Exam (Included in Pricing) The pre-op appointment was detailed and seamless. Everything I needed to know about preparing for surgery was thoroughly explained, ensuring I felt well-informed and comfortable going into the procedure. The staff and my surgeon, Dr. Vo, had an excellent rapport, which gave me confidence that I was in great hands. 3. Procedure (Paid Service) The procedure itself went smoothly. As I was the first patient of the day, a nurse met me in the parking lot and escorted me to the surgical suite. Pre-op began with a pregnancy test and the insertion of an IV for antibiotics and emergency use. Dr. Vo then came in to mark the surgical areas on my body. Afterward, I was given oral medications to help with drowsiness and anxiety. From there, I remember very little about the procedure itself. While it wasn’t entirely pain-free, the discomfort was tolerable, lasting only seconds per area. I even slept through parts of it, waking occasionally to gentle prompts to reposition myself for surgical access. The professionalism and teamwork of the Sono Bello staff created a relaxed and confident atmosphere, reassuring me of their expertise. 4. Post-Op Follow-Ups (Included in Pricing) Though I haven’t had my first post-op appointment yet, it’s already scheduled for a week after surgery. The Sono Bello staff has made scheduling incredibly easy, sending helpful text reminders to keep me on track. Typically, post-op visits include 3-4 appointments, depending on the procedure. I’ll update this review if needed, but based on my experience so far, I anticipate positive outcomes. My Recovery Journey Two days post-op, I’ve resumed much of my daily routine as a stay-at-home mom homeschooling school-age children. I’m not taking the prescribed narcotics, so I’ve been able to drive my kids to activities, prepare meals, and even do light chores like folding laundry (though I’ve avoided heavier tasks like carrying baskets). The soreness feels like the aftermath of an intense workout—manageable with the prescribed dose of ibuprofen. While I’m moving a bit slower than usual, I’m pleasantly surprised by how quickly I’ve been able to bounce back. Final Thoughts Overall, I can’t say enough good things about Sono Bello. Their team, procedures, and patient-first approach exceeded my expectations. If you’re considering this path, I hope my experience provides you with the confidence to take the next step. Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. I’m about to have my procedure on Thursday October 3rd. Super excited and nervous but you get everything you need to be successful. Trust the process. Set up a consultation to see for yourself Courtney is the first person I met and she’s the best. Makes you feel at ease and helps you plan your procedure. Dr Vo is my surgeon. 10/11/24 I’m at 1 week post surgery. It’s going well. You feel a lot of tightness with swelling and some uncomfortable feelings but no pain. I’m Trusting the process.

Fantastic experience: Just had AbX and liposuction at Sono Bello in Omaha. Absolutely loved Dr. Vo. She is so sweet and caring. She's very businesslike too, but treated me so kindly. All they nurses and other staff I saw today were wonderful too!

Positive experience: First, when you enter the clinic, they're fantastic. Customer service is on point. However, if you try to reach them by phone, you can sometimes wait up to a day before they respond. Their responses are not always very informative. For example, I had a simple question regarding my surgery. The incision line had opened up and was leaking. They got back to me and said to put a band-aid on it and keep the compression garment on. I asked if I could keep the compression garment off for over an hour to let the scabs dry and heal, and they said no. It got infected, and I ended up having to go to a wound care specialist because the wound had started tunneling. This means bacteria had gotten into the wound and tunneled underneath the skin. Thankfully, what the wound care specialist gave and the treatment they recommended fixed the issue. But if the Omaha clinic had just asked for more details and not just brushed me off on the phone, this wouldn't have become an issue to begin with. So if you decide to use this clinic, be aware they're great when you enter but crappy when it comes to getting back over the phone.

Fantastic experience: Everybody was so kind and the procedure itself was pretty painless. The nurses did such a good job and everybody made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole time I was there. Afterwards you hurt a bit but I look at the beautiful before and after pictures on their website to remind me why I made the decision to do this. I can’t wait to see my results!!

Negative experience: Don’t do it I’ve been trying for 3months for them to correct my account. I had my procedure back in April I took off one area which changed the price of my procedure. My care credit was still charged for the removed area and I have been calling, texting, and I went up there to talk to someone. And they promised to have my account refunded back. It still hasn’t been done, I’m still calling and now about to head back up there to get on Tim’s neck!! All they do is have fake smile and promise work they are lazy to do! It’s been 3months still haven’t had my 3month check up that are evading me!! If you do go with them make sure you accounts wasn’t charged for something your not getting. For my over all procedure it was all go until I got on the table and in my drugged mindset I try to tell doctor Armstrong that it was hurting me and her response was that if she stops the procedure was over as I was just trying to let her know I can still feel some parts and it hurts. But I we in and out of sleep and all I can really remember is that when she went over those parts that weren’t numb enough I jumped out of my sleep state and was trying to move away. But again I couldn’t fight back even if I wanted too! So do your research there are others good practices out there that I’m sure can do a way better job. Be aware that when you go up there, they’re all gonna be nice and friendly in your face and they all gonna have those creepy smiles and making you feel like everything is going to be OK and taking care of it. They’re gonna do their jobs when they are not they don’t and you really gotta stay on top of them to do the right thing Again, I’ll be going up there today or at least trying to go up there To fight for my account to be fixed after three months! Ps. Do your research on your Dr!!

Positive experience: My surgery went well, Sono Bello is meat Market they are there to sale a service only. When I completed my intake paperwork I disclosed all of medications and surgeries I had including cancer, they sold me 3 Venus treatments and then told me I couldn’t have them because of my prior cancer diagnosis also there wouldn’t be a refund. The manager Tim did decide to refund me two $50 gift cards and when I asked about the third gift card my last appointment was canceled and they haven’t rebooked it yet, at this point I feel they owe an additional $50 for the third Venus treatment I purchased and the cost of last appointment I paid for that they cancelled. They shouldn’t have sold me Venus Legacy when they knew if you have any form cancer they’re not supposed to let you get them

Negative experience: Went for my consultation. Arrived 15 minutes early as requested, to complete paperwork. Sat for 45 more minutes. Was called to desk, to tell me, they were way behind and could not see me. Asked if I wanted to reschedule my consult. I told her “NO”. Asked me if I was sure… Complete waste of my time, which is just as important as theirs. As far behind as they were, they knew before I arrived, that I would not be seen. I should have been notified before hand,that my consult was going to be cancelled. No apology was given !!! No consideration for my inconvenience Horrible first impression, poor professionalism. Quality service is a joke !!!!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience from start to finish. minimal pain levels Thru the entire procedure ... it was like being on twilight meds almost.... afterwards I was given more pain meds and sent home... the first night was sleepy sleep time... I'm now on day two... pain levels around a 5 ... totally bearable especially someone who had kids.... as long as you keep moving around-but not over doing it ... you'll be just fine!!! Really looking forward to my results as soon as I'm all healed up (ab-ex patient)

Fantastic experience: Before scheduling my free consultation with Sono Bello, I had been contemplating this decision for a year. When I walked in the lobby, my first impression was how nice and serene it felt. My consultant was Meagan. She was very professional as to be expected, but she also made me feel comfortable at the same time. Within minutes, we were talking like we had known each other for years. Meagan was very knowledgeable and detailed in what I was to expect from the procedure. The thought of my being able to look good again after two C sections. By the time I got home and the excitement I felt, it did not take long before scheduling my surgery.

Fantastic experience: I just had my surgery yesterday. I”ll review my experience so far. My pre-op visit was informational. They explained what to expect and I was able to meet Dr Vu. She was very personable and knowledgeable as what would give me the best outcome for my surgery. At the end of the pre-op appointment I was given very detailed verbal instructions and also detailed written instructions. I was called 2 days before the procedure with a time to arrive at the center and reviewed day of procedure instructions again. The day of procedure was well organized and prepped quickly after I arrived. Dr. Vu came in and marked up the areas she would work on and I was given my meds for the procedure. The procedure went great. There was very little pain and I actually slept through most of it. Would highly recommend Sono Bello Omaha.

Negative experience: Staff was friendly but I was told to arrive at 3:30 pm and wasn't seen until a little after 5pm. Also kind of disappointed there wasn't any payment plan options. If it's something you want done you better save up if you don't naturally have big bucks laying around.

Very happy with my transformation so far.. I wanted to do this years ago and surgeons wouldn’t do the surgery because of old surgery scars. SonoBello is a new technique that allowed me to finally get rid of excess skin from 5 pregnancies! Love my new abdomen! Thank you Sono Bello!

Negative experience: Made an appointment for an available day in my schedule at 515. Got a reminder call that I wasn’t able to take due to my schedule and was left a voicemail confirming date and time. The morning of my appointment I received a text that my appointment was at 430. When I called to correct, I was told they didn’t know what happened and that I could reschedule to a different day which are few and far between. First impression before even getting in the door - not great. I’ll look at different options.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Vo & her staff are amazing. I like how Dr. Vo is a former OB/GYN, so she knows a woman's body very well and how to contour it. I didn't even know that prior to seeing her, but I definitly think it should be mentioned more because I think it helps build that trusting relationship and have confidence in her. The RN's are nice. Front office staff are nice. The office is very modern, welcoming and clean.
