Fantastic experience: Kevin is da best ! I’ve had back problems since I was young. I would only go to the chiropractor when my "back went out" or "locked up." I’d go once or twice and it would take a while for it to recover. When I moved to North Carolina, I checked out Complete Chiropractice Sports and started to go every two weeks. Since then, my back has been more stable. In the last 12 years i have gotten adjustments and support that has helped not just my back but also helped plantar fasciitis, hip tightness, carpal tunnel tennis elbow and other conditions I have gotten over time. I work at a desk job, am active, and also tend to overdo it when I try new things (like rock climbing.) I see Kevin every 2 weeks, and the different methods he uses have helped me with issues with my neck, jaw, hip, feet, elbow and my lower right back. When an area starts to get tight or has pain, he will use adjustments and also other techniques like taping. dry needling, graston to help with tightness and pain. I always leave feeling better and having a plan of what the next steps are. He also will teach me stretches or exercises to do at home. Whenever a friend of mine has a chronic issue - no matter what part of the body - I recommend they come here to get help.

Dr. Kevin truly understands athletes and the injuries the come along with it. He has helped treat all of my using varies techniques. At the practice I have done cryo chamber and most recently did dry needling! Wow! That dry needling took away my chronic pain in my ankle and I am back to running and jumping. I had developed an issue with my IT band which was severely limiting my ability to trail run and enjoy other activities. After a couple of months of struggling to deal with this on my own, I connected with CCSW and was pleased to find they work with insurance (my prior chiro does not any longer). I felt immediate relief from my appointments and the work he did for the IT band, with steady improvement over several weeks time. The entire staff is very friendly and super responsive - I had an insurance concern and they answered my question clearly and accurately. I was also overweight, lethargic and miserable. But through consistent treatment, I got better. And then I suffered. a spine injury and gratefully with more frequent treatments I was able to avoid back surgery. Feeling more like myself again led to losing 47lbs and gaining much more range of motion. I now feel fantastic most of the time but still maintain my monthly visits to keep my spine health in check. Fantastic experience: My coworker introduced me to Dr. Brian after mentioning I have some numbing, pins and needles pain down my right arm from my neck for a good year. She had the same issue and said Dr. Brian was able to help her resolved it. Doesn’t matter what I did (massage, ice pack, stretch), the pain did not go away. Hence I reached out to the team and got myself set up for an appointment. That summer, I went 10 treatments on a weekly basis and the pain never came back. It’s been about 3 years now and still nada pain. More recently, I came back for another appointment because of poor working posture. The adjustments Dr. Brian was very much needed, I came home and was able to sleep soundlessly throughout the night for the first time in a few months. Hence, I cannot recommend Dr. Brian enough for helping me through a few of my issues.
