I did a lot of research before coming here as the training of chiropractors varies widely. Dr Fano is Gonstead trained. He and his staff are very professional and consistently positive. I feel so much better after my appointments! Highly recommend to anyone with a spine. :)

After several regular physical therapy sessions I started looking for an alternative and I was referred to Dr Fano. My frozen shoulder improved considerably. Fantastic experience: Dr. Fano is absolutely incredible. He has helped me immensely with my back issues. And I have recently had some serious neck and arm pain, which he just started helping me with but the pain is been relieved about 50% on my first visit. And the girl at the front desk named Paris is Super Duper friendly, and incredibly efficient. I normally do not like to recommend anyone or any place. But Dr Fano is definitely an exception. I would recommend him to anyone in my family or any of my friends and any strangers I have not yet met.

Fantastic experience: I found Dr.Darren Fano after months of different orthopedic doctors and incorrect diagnoses. Dr. Fano was the doctor to properly diagnose arthritis in my hip, thanks to him I was able to get a hip replacement. Fantastic experience: I arrived with a lot of pain, 2 hernias in my neck, after spending 2 months going from doctor to doctor. On my first visit with Dr. Fano, he confirmed that my case was severe and that I would need 4 months, 3 times a week, but that I should trust the process and that it would yield results. After only 13 sessions, the pain had already reduced by 95%. I am continuing my treatment and continuing to climb this mountain. Fantastic experience: I live about 45 minutes north of Boca and have tried multiple chiropractors closer to me, of which none have even come close to the knowledge and care that Dr. Fano gives. So now I am back to driving the 45 minutes to ensure I get the quality care he gives. I started back as a patient of his as well as my wife. She is a nurse and has terrible back pain. Fantastic experience: I have been going here for the longest time and I have to say I love it. It’s a really nice, clean and welcoming place. Everyone always has a smile on their face and the staff are never in a bad mood, which always rubs off on me. The ladies at the front desk(Paris and Andrea)are very welcoming and friendly, making the experience a lot better. Most of the time, when going to a doctor, it’s quiet and a little nerve wrecking, unlike here where the ladies make it very easy to have a conversation with them. Fantastic experience: I was recently experiencing neuropathy in my lower extremities while sleeping resulting in pulsating burning pain in my ankles. After getting an mri I was told I had 2 lower herniated discs in my lower back.I brought my realists and I started seeing Dr Fano for treatment. After 2 weeks of treatments the burning aggravated symptoms have are all but gone. Has truly improved my quality of life thus far.

He doesn’t just deal with the symptoms but he clearly articulates the problem and provides a clear explanation for dealing with it. I started going 9 years ago with hip pain, he cleared it up after a few months and have been going back once a month since. He’s also coached me through diet and exercises… he’s taken a wholistic approach and I have experienced the benefits. I have sent him a dozen referrals or more over the years and everyone’s been very happy.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience all around. I had major strength and mobility issues related to multiple traumas to my spine over the course of a life lived hard. Between regular adjustments and decompression treatments at the Boca office, and six months of dedicating the time to go, I feel like a new person. Dr. Fano has an unbelievable eye for detail and the ability to find just the point necessary to manipulate for relief. The decompression treatments are a game changer. The office staff are extremely professional, helpful, and genuinely care about your well being. I seldom write reviews but Boca Spine & Wellness Center is worthy of more than words. They have given me back something I thought was going to be lost forever with the possibility of spinal surgery looming. No surgery necessary, and I'm back to being me.

I found him 7 years ago after moving to Florida and having to unpack my home, my back was killing me with pain shooting down my leg. I had a ski trip planned and I needed to feel better. Fantastic experience: Everyone was very competent, but friendly. They worked efficiently, but carefully. They always made sure I was comfortable, and didn't need anything to eat, drink, etc.

Fantastic experience: I am so lucky to have found Dr. Fano. I had my Hip replaced in May, and was told I would be walking normally within 6 weeks. When that didn't happen I went back to my surgeon, only to have him say, "the hip was replaced properly, the pain can't be from the hip, I will see you in a year." I had a trip planned for July and needed to fly through the Atlanta Airport. I went to Dr. Dano a week before I was supposed to fly and was in lots of pain and needed my walker to walk. I had four treatments before I left and was able to fly out, walk without a walker and enjoy a pontoon boat for several days on a lake in VA. I am back now and seeing Dr. Fano twice a week. I feel so much better after each visit and hope to be pain free by the end of the summer.

They told there was no cure and I will live with this pain but they can treat it but the treatment was not helpful at all. Waste of time, money, and gas. Very disappointed. Fantastic experience: I first met Dr. Fano approximately three plus years ago while suffering from terrible pain in my lower back and down my leg to my feet. I went to him with a diagnosis of "Spinal Stenosis". I was in so much pain, I couldn't get dressed without help from my wife. After several attempts by the MDs. to reduce my pain, in the form of injections, I finally visited Dr. Fano. After reviewing my diagnosis and symptoms, Dr. Fano established a plan of treatment for me. It wasn't long before I could finally dress myself and function as a healthy person instead of being dependent on others. I have continued to receive treatments from Dr. Fano weekly and feel great. Even after being diagnosed with Esophageal Cancer, I have not missed a visit to this very special person. And during my Chemo treatments, he has been supportive and continues to help me physically move about pain free. The staff are very personable individuals and go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and respected. I strongly recommend Boca Spine & Wellness Center to everyone. Dr. Fano has helped me beyond belief.

Their practice is comprehensive and genuinely compassionate. I just returned from 11 days of walking 7-12 miles a day throughout ancient European cities. My back held up without a hitch! This team continues to improve the quality of my life, in many ways, and I highly recommend them. Here's an update: I continue to see Dr. Fano years later because my body functions so much better when I am consistent with my tune-ups. Learned the hard way I really need that. Fantastic experience: I first went to see Dr Fanno at my wife's urging, as she had suffered from severe shoulder pain which no doctor or physical therapist was able to help. She was amazed that after a few visits with Dr Fanno, he was able to help her more than any other physician in three years. She was finally pain free, and once more able to exercise. I was resistant to going at first. Decades of extreme sports and several herniated discs meant every step was painful. Further - Physicians, physical therapy nor prior chiropractic had helped much. To my utter shock ( so much so I am writing this review) Dr Fanno has done what I though was impossible - and relieved me of almost all of my chronic severe pain. No other Doctor has been able to come close to achieving this result with me. I am in a course of treatment with him now that is life changing and I am extremely appreciative.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. Fano in my third trimester when my little one was breech. I was very comfortable in the office and the adjustments felt great. At my follow up appointment, my ob confirmed baby had flipped head down and I think the adjustment definitely helped.

I’ll admit i was a skeptic at first, but within 2 weeks the wellness improvements i experienced were beyond his promised diagnosis. I still have a month left into my 3 month treatment but so far I have experienced a vast improvement in my pain, inflammation, mood, posture, and most importantly, my headaches, that were often daily and untreatable with any pain relievers, are gone.
