Fantastic experience: Dr. Caruso is the real deal. I have been struggling with constant lower back pain and sciatica discomfort for more than a year before finding Dr. Caruso by reading others such reviews. I'm happy to share that in a under 2 months of treatment I'm pain free and have my condition managed. I'm now back in the gym with no restrictions. Dr. Caruso is an amazing chiropractor but he's also just genuine person. He really cares.

Fantastic experience: Wow! I have been struggling with constant neck pain for YEARS... I got massages weekly, acupuncture, yoga and nothing was giving me relief. I had some apprehension seeing a chiropractor because it's so important to find a really good one. A friend of mine told me about Dr. Caruso... he told me he was nervous about seeing a chiropractor also but swore by this practice. I made an appointment and I'm happy to say I had an amazing experience with Dr. Caruso - he took his time, did my X-rays (found out I had some scoliosis), ultrasound treatment, this muscle treatment, and finally adjustment. I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER! I can look left and right quickly without worry. I am in shock at the relief I got after just my first visit. I go weekly now and just really appreciate the time Dr. Caruso takes with each patient. Kelly is also so amazing and kind. My quality of life has drastically improved and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!!! 10/10

Very kind hearted. Dr. Caruso is the sweetest soul you will meet and an extraordinary Chiropractor. I couldn’t get up before due to my lower back pain and he’s worked to relieve a lot of stress and pain to will I can do some activities again. He won’t let you forget to grab some of their delicious coffee always hot and ready! 10/10 would recommend a visit! Even if you just need one adjustment it will change your life. Fantastic experience: Dr. Caruso and Kelly are awesome! They really make you feel like part of the family. They broke everything down for me, including what my insurance covers and what it doesn’t, which was super helpful. I went in with some back pain, and after just one session, I already felt so much better. If you’re looking for a chiropractor who’s friendly, caring, and really knows their stuff, definitely go see them!

Fantastic experience: Dr Caruso and his staff are great. Very pleasant, very thorough. I went in with a pinched nerve that had been bothering me for months and after a few sessions my leg is no longer falling asleep or burning. Thanks Dr Caruso!

Negative experience: Doctor was nice and the lady receptionist (Kelly) in the beginning was nice too. However, they have "hidden" charges when the treatment is over. So be careful before signing anything. I was surprisedly charged $130 for a X-ray (that Cigna covers 100%) and a treatment with a very outdate machine. Once I called Cigna to verify and called the Doctor 3-ways I was treated completely different. Kelly said that I was charged because Cigna usually don't pay for X-rays and they don't have time to "chase" after patients. My chart wasn't sent to Cigna, like I never existed. She also said that she didn't have time to talk to me now, because she had others to help. Like I was not important at this point. Very unprofessional and rude. Tons of doctors and treatments in town. I don't recommend places with "surprises".

Fantastic experience: Came in with limited range of motion and pain in my lower back! Kelly at the front desk was so pleasant to deal with for appointment scheduling and Dr. Caruso is such a knowledgeable and skilled chiropractor. You can tell how much he cares about getting you to feel better and he did just that!

Fantastic experience: ive had really bad hip pain that affected me from moving around even in and out of my bed was difficult. dr caruso explain all the steps it will take to get me better on the first visit including getting my x ray done . after my second visit my hip pain completely vanished i couldn't believe it. also the massage therapist that work in the back is amazing and very friendly , i would recommended dr caruso to anyone whose in pain, him and his staffs are the best .

Fantastic experience: Okay… I don’t do reviews unless it’s for something awesome or something really bad. This review is in the “awesome” category. My first encounter with Dr Caruso was about 2 years ago exactly 5 days before my wedding! My back went wonky and put me in so much pain I could not walk to the bathroom let alone walk down the aisle! I was desperate! Would I have to be wheeled down the aisle in a wheelchair? Fortunately my husband-to-be had a great previous experience with Dr Caruso so he set me up for an urgent appointment. His office assistant got me right in to see Dr Caruso. With just two adjustments within three days my pain went from a 10 to about a 2 so no wheel chair wedding for me! Two years later my back acted up again so I’m now back with Dr Caruso for a spinal decompression series with therapeutic adjustments. I am more than delighted with the results. If you’re in pain please go see this man. He is truly a healer!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about this place. First, Dr Caruso is a great guy who loves his work. I’ve experienced chiropractic many times before so can say with conviction that he is by far the best practitioner I have worked with. I am in my 70’s with chronic sciatica from lower spinal disc compression and stenosis. Dr Caruso’s protocol for me included a comprehensive treatment plan that included a series of session on their spinal decompression table devise. After about 10 sessions my sciatica pain was nearly gone. My pain level diminished from a 7/10 to 1/10. I did a 22 session plan initially and now go about once every three weeks for a maintenance session. If you suffer from any back related issues I strongly recommend Dr Caruso and his Boca Health & Wellness team.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Caruso and his staff! Here's why... Last October, I was traveling to St. Louis, staying in a familiar Hyatt hotel. I've stayed at this hotel many times, and the bedding is very comfortable. But this time, something was wrong. I inexplicably awoke to lower back pain! Never had that before, didn't know what I'd done, but I dismissed it the pain and went about my day. Days went to weeks, and weeks went to months, but the back pain remained. It was bad enough that it really impacted my quality of life. I work from home and couldn't use my stand-up desk while having a meeting. The back pain was too much to bear. When I've had weird, inexplicable pain, I usually shrug it off and hope that the pain will go away as inexplicably as it came. But this time, the pain felt chronic. When I'd go to church and spend 20-25 minutes standing during song worship, I very painfully lowered myself into a seat afterwards. I finally decided to seek help. Thanks to Google, I found Dr. Caruso. He's on my insurance plan, close to where I live, and he has A LOT of positive reviews. Now I know why. Today (a Friday) I visited for my 6th time. I started three weeks ago, going twice a week. He initially said that people feel relief within 6 visits, and I felt 95% better after my 5th visit. I can do stand-up meetings once more. This week, I was standing for two consecutive hours one day, and it still is a little tender when I go to sit down, but after stretching after sitting, I quickly feel better. I've only sought the help of a chiropractor once before (with not real good results). But I tried again because my back pain was so bad, and I'm here to testify that this experience with Dr. Caruso (and his staff!) has made all the difference. My quality of life is restored. I'm not 100% (yet) but I'm very largely pain-free now and just need to work on greater flexibility for my own, long-term well-being. Thank you, Dr. Caruso and your wonderful, friendly staff! :)

Fantastic experience: For most of my adult life I have experienced the tingling and dead arms feeling while sleeping. I was recommended to go to Dr Caruso with some skepticism I reached out thinking that Chiropractors were not much hemp for relief in neurological issues. Well I was 100% wrong. Dr Caruso walked me through each and every step of his process. Discussed the X-rays and told me how he can fix it and what it would be like. Fantastic experience: You won't find a better Chiropractor in the area, but more importantly, he truly cares about his patients. I had a severe herniated disk and he and Barbara continually would take the time to call me in between appointments to make sure I was ok. When no other doctors gave me the time of day, he was there to offer me treatment and believed he could fix the issue without surgery. He was right! Full recovery with NO surgery!!! THANK YOU!!!!

I drove from Loxahatchee to see him because I heard he was the best. He and his staff did not disappoint and he fixed my back over just a few months. Fantastic experience: My wife and I both have been seeing Dr. Caruso for a couple of months. We both came in with back and neck issues and within a few weeks were both doing so much better. He has made our day to day quality of life comfortable and almost pain free. We love how thorough he is. He takes the time to take X-rays (if you don’t have any updated ones), and really gets to know what your problems are. He comes up with a treatment plan to get you feeling better as soon as possible with the use of different therapies and equipment, and of course with manual adjustments. We 100% recommend Dr. Caruso and his staff! Also the massage therapist that works there really knows her stuff and has given us some of the best deep tissue massages we’ve ever had. She finds and works out the knots in your muscles amazingly.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Caruso since November 2021 as I have been suffering with a lot of back pain. I hadn't been to a chiropractor in over 10 years, but I was referred to Dr. Caruso and I am glad I was. I feel so much better these days. Dr. Caruso takes his time with you during the initial exam and each visit/adjustment you go there for. The staff is very friendly and make each visit enjoyable. Chloe Thacker is the massage therapist there and she is also amazing! I highly recommend them both.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Caruso exceeded my expectations on my first visit! Although I had been treated by several chiropractors previously Dr. Caruso had so much more to offer. After reviewing the x-ray of my lower back, he gave me my first treatment which relieved the severe pain. He offered a massage which relaxed my back each visit. I felt Dr. Caruso really cared about helping to relieve my pain. I planned for Dr. Caruso to maintain my healthy back with a treatment once a month and maybe a massage.

Fantastic experience: Professional and helpful staff. Went in with terrible lower back pain, could barely stand. After X-ray and evaluation by the doctor Caruso. Started a weekly treatment, now it’s a week later and I’m 90% normal!

Fantastic experience: Amazing, I came in literally unable to move my neck up and down because I torqued something in my upper back ... Dr Caruso was able to isolate the issue with an X-ray and aligned me so that I was waking out fully mobile again. UPDATE for 1/17/2022: After working out hard for weeks, my right arm, neck, and hips started feeling very tight to the point where anything I would do wouldn’t help. I tried using theragun every night, I’ve tried foam rollers, deep tissue massages, sauna, everything…. Finally I realized I can’t fix this let me go to Dr Caruso again. After explaining all this to Dr Caruso… he looked at my previous file (he keeps very detailed logs on you when you come in)… and reminded me that I’ve had symptoms like this in the past, and was confident he could fix it. Sure enough, after his calculated treatment… I immediately felt lighter, relieved, loose! Im not kidding people this guy really does change peoples lives. After thanking him and the staff 100 times I walked out of their office and had to post this update.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Caruso and the team are so caring. I was pretty shocked at how thorough my first appointment was. I have never had a chiropractor, or any doctor for that matter, take the time and effort to explain exactly what was going on with me and how to help. Dr. Caruso even went so far as to go through my x-rays with me and explain how the placement of my spine was causing my pain. The adjustment relieved my pain significantly. Best chiropractor experience I have ever had. I am continuing my appointments consistently because the results have been that good.

Fantastic experience: First things first, the staff here are the most caring and the nicest people at any Dr.‘s office I’ve been to. They are always accommodating to my busy schedule. I’ve been coming to see Dr. Caruso for almost a year now. He has helped me treat my back & neck pain and is always giving me tips on how to maintain at home. Very nice people with a lot of knowledge. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good chiropractor!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience having my back and spine adjusted with Dr.Caruso. The staff was very friendly and helpful when setting up the appointment and helping me set up my insurance. The Doctor was able to see me right away and the office was clean and orderly. The procedure itself was done quickly and I felt I was able to gain significant insight into my overall health and the condition of my spine. The follow up visits went smoothly in similar fashion and I feel that my pain was dealt with effectively so that I can work and enjoy time with my family. Fantastic experience: This staff is incredible. So nice. Gave my info over the phone and they verified my benefits and had an appointment scheduled the next day. They are exceptional at being Covid conscious. I have 3 herniated discs in my neck and 3 in my lower back. I moved from NJ in 2018 and missed needed a chiropractor as good as mine in New Jersey. I found another doctor who was very nice but just was not adjusting me as well my Doc in Jersey. Dr Caruso in a matter of two weeks had me feeling great. Got rid of my neck pain that I was dealing with since getting to Florida. Explained in detail my issues when he went over my x-rays.

Negative experience: Funny… it took 3 years to respond to a review. Proved my point. Thanks! Called as a new patient and office staff seemed very confused and did not know about insurance. Tried to get in ASAP and told me it would be over a week since they need to verify insurance and that would take awhile. Jut wasn't a great experience being a new patient and how I was treated.

Fantastic experience: I have been experiencing back pain and sciatica since my car accident 3 years ago. It flared up 2 months ago and I could barely walk. Dr. Caruso fixed me just after a couple of visits and now I feel 100% better. I highly recommend Dr. Caruso and his team!

Fantastic experience: I have been experiencing lower back and neck pain for quite awhile, as of late it started interfering with sleeping and getting out of bed. I made an appointment with Dr. Caruso's office, and upon arrival was met by a very courteous staff. After filling out the paperwork I had an extensive interview, exam, and x-rays with the Doctor, after which a course of treatment was set up. After an initial procedure, the same visit, I felt better, and continued with the program, which ended with my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this practice for Chiropractic care.
