Positive experience: I called and made an appointment for a 1 hour reflexology treatment and got a half hour foot massage. The massage was good and the therapist was very nice. I'm just so disappointed I didn't get what I scheduled/wanted. A reflexology treatment is not a foot massage.

Fantastic experience: Received my second massage from Tyra and it was amazing. I chose the integrative massage to work on my problem areas and I feel great. She is very kind and always answers any questions I have. Will be back for another massage. Plus I can’t wait to try other services provided by firefly!

Fantastic experience: I’m so glad I found this hidden gem in York County! I can only speak for the massage therapy services so far, but Mimi and Jennee are both fantastic! I really appreciate the ease of online scheduling, and this is the only place I’ve found that accommodates short-notice scheduling…thanks to the number of massage therapists available at Firefly Hollow. Definitely give them a try!

Fantastic experience: I had my first massage with Tyra after purchasing a Groupon. She was awesome, and I plan to schedule a second massage to try out some of the add on options. The reasons for her awesomeness - sensitive to my pressure preferences, no unnecessary talking, and paying attention to the areas I asked her to concentrate on. All of the staff with whom I had interactions were friendly and professional. The room was quiet and comfortable. One suggestion I have is for them to provide some info on the website about individual therapist training or specialities. Overall a great experience and I recommend Tyra.

Negative experience: I recently received a massage from Tyra at FireFly Wellness Center, and unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal. While the overall atmosphere was okay, the setup of the center wasn’t very comfortable. ( no chair for customers when you check in ) Having to walk up the stairs to access the space made it feel less convenient and welcoming. As for the massage itself, I found that the pressure was much lighter than I prefer, even though I was hoping for a medium to firm . This left me feeling unsatisfied with the session overall. Sadly, I don’t see myself returning in the future.

Fantastic experience: Jennee Taylor is amazing. She always knows how to get the tightest muscles loose. I was pretty stiff in my neck and shoulders, and she really loosened up tense areas. I will need to go again in a couple of weeks, but I can honestly say Jennee knows what she’s doing.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Jenee Taylor for massage therapy for almost two years now. I have had issues with neck, shoulder and back pain from a t-bone accident. Jenee has helped me tremendously! They also offer many other services, that are holistic. Check them out! Love this place and recommend to everyone I know.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to firefly Twice for facials and they have gone amazingly and made my skin look so glowing afterwards, my esthetician Mimi at my most recent visit did an absolutely amazing job. My blackheads are practically nonexistent after this visit!! As someone who has relatively sensitive skin, they cater to all of your needs. they also use all holistic oils and moisturizers that make your skin feel amazing & so hydrated. So if you’re thinking about getting a facial, DEFINITELY go to firefly!!

She has exceptional skills, a deep understanding of various techniques, and a genuine commitment to her clients' well-being. Negative experience: I called and booked a apt. I was told $85.00 however if I want I can have the upgrade with crystals and light. Which would be 100.00. So I said ok. I was not happy with the Reiki session with Emily. I am sorry to say the worse session I ever had. I have had a lot of Reiki in the past 30 years. When I ask about the crystals and the light. Emily told me oh you didn't need that. So she did not do it. However she charged me the 100.00. So with that being said I would advise don't pay until you have the service and decide if you are getting what you pay for. I will never use their service again.

Fantastic experience: I love Firefly! The staff are all very professional, kind, and helpful. Every session I had there I have left feeling amazing. They offer so many new services now compared to when I first discovered them in 2019. I want to try everything! I love their online community. They offer support , activities, and opportunities to talk to the staff and practitioners. Psssst….. They offer discounts if you join and other great things.

Fantastic experience: I had a hot stone, CBD oil, aromatherapy massage with Jupiter. She was wonderful. Explained everything about the massage, amount of pressure requested, my choice of the aromatherapy oil and the benefits of he CBD oil. I've had many massages at different spas but she is truly the best! I felt so relaxed afterward. Everyone should experience this.

Fantastic experience: Tom is an absolute gem! We were so lucky to have found him when we needed it the most. He helped my husband and I through a rough patch and he also helped my teenage daughter navigate the troubles that teenage girls have. My husband and my daughter both have a hard time opening up to a therapist. With Tom it was effortless. If I hadn’t moved an hour away I’d still be seeing him regularly just because his presence is healing. He has a very special gift for helping people.

Have been going to Firefly Hollow Wellness Center for a while and have loved every service I have received and every Practitioner. The entire staff is so warm and engaging. Have had many lovely conversations before and after my treatments. with many of the staff. There is a magical Zen feeling there. As Jennee said "it does not feel like work ". Fantastic experience: I always benefit from the time I spend at Firefly Hollow. The phenomenal people there have improved my spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical well being. A shout out to Tanya Jarrett whose nutritional plan and support have taken me to a much healthier state. Her ever supportive manner and knowledge coupled with my hard work and commitment to be healthy and strong have brought about amazing changes. I am 25+ pounds lighter than I was in February. My cholesterol has dropped by 50 points since April, and my glucose levels are now in a normal range. A year ago I was overweight and stressed. Today I am a healthy and strong 68 year old woman. Many thanks to all those people at Firefly Hollow who stayed at my side throughout this amazing journey.

Fantastic experience: We really enjoyed our birthday celebration at Firefly! I scheduled a small family group birthday treat and we enjoyed an amazing massage and very insightful oracle card readings for my mom and sister. Everyone took such good care of us. Lauren has a wonderful gift of applying reflexology treatments. 12/17/24 I had my first reflexology session with Emily and was impressed with her technique. I came away relaxed and refreshed. Foot care is vital in body health. Reflexology improves circulation and calms both physically as well as mentally. Thanks Emily!

Fantastic experience: I had 5 Cryroskin Slimming sessions with Tanya Jarrett and the results where incredible! I lost two inches off my waistline and feel comfortable in a bikini again. Tanya is so wonderful and made each session so enjoyable. I would highly recommend Cryroskin to everyone.

Fantastic experience: After my wife an I have tried maybe 7 different Massage Therapy locations, this one by far is the best. Abby was the first massage therapist that I have been beyond happy with since my wife and have left Europe. Abby and staff listen to you and get to know you needs and expectations. This session was soo good, my wife an di have already booked our next session. I wish I knew the other therapist name that was working with my wife because both deserve there name in this review. Bottom line, don't look elsewhere for you massage needs, just book your appointment, and have piece of mind.

Fantastic experience: I haven't felt so wonderful, marvelous, and fantastic in my life! I have trouble relaxing, sleeping, and in my back. Yesterday I went and received a massage, aromatherapy, and cupping from Tracey (my mom got me a groupon :) ). I haven't had a massage and cupping since 2019. Tracey is amazing! She took her time, found my pains in different areas of my back that I didn't even know I had, and always made sure that I was comfortable. I learned about different areas of my body that can cause lower back pain that I didn't even know about. So not only did I receive a relaxing experience but learned something new. I can't wait to go back and see Tracey! Everyone there was so nice, the atmosphere is calming and welcoming, and the aromas they have smell wonderful! Fantastic experience: Thank goodness a wholistic business that understands that unscented detergent for linens is the way to go and as well as not filling the place with Febreeze. Some of us get sick from fragrances and yet SO MANY massage therapist in York County don't even give a single thought to this issue. Folks at Firefly are friendly and kind to boot.

Fantastic experience: Emily did an excellent job of explaining the benefits of the Crystal Detox. While laying on a crystal mat, she covered me in blankets and applied oils to my feet & chest. The warmth generates heat to make you sweat. While the process is going on, you listen to very relaxing music and smell the oils. Afterwards, Emily made a detox tea for me to drink. The entire process is refreshing! Please drink plenty of water before and afterwards for better results.

I tried my best to keep quiet and not give much detail and wow! She did amazing! I called my aunt to let her know what my uncle was showing. Kara, u are a true gem and I am grateful for our session this evening. And fyi, I know what the brown dog was (his dog Harley who passed away) and what needs done with my vehicle LOL. Fantastic experience: Firefly Hollow is a sanctuary for wellness of the mind, body and spirit. I moved from Seattle, WA to York PA for work and was looking to continue my journey of self love. Firefly was a safe haven beyond what I could have imagined I would find in central, PA. The staff genuinely cares and they are there to meet you wherever you are on your journey. For spa services, I have had massage, reiki, Cryo skin and the detox services. I also recently completed the Mind, Body Detox program which left me with many new tools, a healthier version of myself and a new community of support (friends!). I can't recommend visiting Firefly Hollow enough. If you are not comfortable with the spiritual/ energy healing there are plenty of great options to care for your body. All the massage therapists I've experienced are very knowledgeable and concentrate on what's best for your body.

They explain the services very well and have a lot to offer beyond massage! They have a wonderful selection of workshops and all kinds of healing services. I did a crystal detox mat, and it was wonderful. I suffer from chronic lower back pain, and I went days without any pain in my back. I was VERY relaxed when I was done, and had a wonderful and peaceful rest of the day! Ill be back!

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Jenny Rivers for an hour and half massage therapy. It was heavenly, I had a very stressful week and I was able to relax. I felt as if Jenny and the other staff knew exactly how to create a relaxing and therapeutic environment. It also seemed as if Jenny, the massage therapist, knew intuitively where I needed the most work. Her instincts were right. Afterwards I felt as if a weight was lifted off of me, I still feel good a few days later. Thank you Firefly Staff and Jenny!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I were looking for a place to get massages in the York area. We came across Firefly Wellness who had great reviews. We had an enjoyable experience. We work on computers all day for work, so we were in need of some serious tension relief. We both got that while also having the time to relax. We both enjoyed the serenity and our massages and felt very accommodated. When we first pulled up to the building, we were a little nervous just because of the location, but our nerves were quickly released by the service we were given!! We will definitely be returning!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE THIS PLACE. I have been here 3 times now over the last year for massages - by far my favorite way to treat myself / relax / destress. I've had a different specialist each time and all of them have been great. The environment is so calm and relaxing, and the staff is very attentive. My most recent massage was with Mimi and it was during Covid19 - they had everything set up to follow regulations / guidelines and I felt very comfortable about it. Mimi was great and gave good care to my problem areas. I can't wait to try some of the other services. I would come here every week if I could! :)

Fantastic experience: We adore Matt! We came here for our daughter who was having some trouble at school. (She wanted to see a Holistic therapist instead of the norm.) It's very hard to find one in our area, so we drove almost 2 hours away not knowing what to expect. Well, we are completely satisfied! Matt is great! He made us feel warm and welcome with his amazing smile, he's soft voice and young attitude. He not only helped our teen but he made my husband and I feel better also!
