Negative experience: The last two visits I have had to follow up and remind them to send in prescriptions several days after the visit. I have not had my treatment in a couple weeks now and I already feel like I’m not myself. I was still charged but did not receive any refills for my medication after my most recent visit.

Negative experience: UPDATE TO MY FIRST REVIEW BASED ON INACCURATE RESPONSE FROM OWNER I have emails documenting me trying to reach out and resolve your mistake of not correctly testing me the first time. NOT an issue with labcorp. Your own employees ADMITTED to not testing correctly and offered me to stop by at my convenience . 2ND - I have gotten labs and tests done with LabCorp multiple times, this is not an issue with them but you , Shane (who has dodged my calls), and Alexis (who has ignored emails). If you want to make it right, you have my contact info. It seems you want to settle via the google review board. I am more than happy to do so if it helps people from coming and getting scammed and misrepresented information from your very unprofessional clinic. Let me preface this by saying I have written one other bad review in my life. Not my style. But i felt the need to warn others. I will also be reporting to the BBB. This place is a scam and money grab. They ran tests incorrectly and had me come back, only to charge me for both tests. I gave them plenty of opportunity to make it right. They don't care unless your on their spray WARNING - stay far away

Fantastic experience: Life-Changing Experience! The spray testosterone replacement therapy has been absolutely life-changing for me. Since starting the spray, I’ve had significantly more energy to dedicate to every aspect of my life—I’m getting so much more done, my business has grown, and it’s even helped improve my relationships with my family. Fantastic experience: TL:DR: One of the best, most researched clinics in its space with a proprietary spray delivery that has changed the game. You have to try this. It gave me my life back. I started going to the clinic a few years ago when I first moved to Texas. HRT was suggested to me as a way of helping to control my anxiety and depression. Shane and the staff here understand HRT better than any other doctor I have been to. They dialed in my numbers where I was finally able to get off every drug I was on. Flash forward to now, they have a proprietary new option for HRT delivery that is a simple spray. Not having a needle stick every week for the rest of my life has been amazing. The crazy thing, the spray is outperforming traditional delivery. No mess, easy delivery right before bed, and higher numbers than the old way. Comes right to my door, is easy to use, and looks swanky!! I would pay double for this quality of life. Thank you and if you haven't tried this spray, it is a must.

Negative experience: Issue after issue… I as a patient for over a year, but was wrongly prescribed when I started to manage/lower the dose, but instead they wrong administered double the dose of T causing a bad experience. Office lacks experience and accountability, I was given incorrect pricing and double charged. Incorrectly Charged $400 for labs, and the office manager, Alexis, agreed to make it right. I only needed correction on one bill, but after reviewing issues, Alexis took ownership , being their fault, and firing those associates from this happening on more than one occasion. Alexis claimed office would be responsible for all bills. Never got taken care of, alexis has dodged my wife and my calls, saying the won’t be responsible for any. lost a customer, very unhappy with the accountability!!! Easier and cheaper with primary care Doctor. **Update** I was informed by Alexis that the company would be covering the full cost when she reached out on her personal number. I was advised that another representative would be following up with an email. However, it has now been six days, and I have not yet received any communication. Could you kindly provide me with an update on the status and timeframe. I would appreciate any clarification on this matter and hope it has not been overlooked again. Negative experience: I have been a patient for more than a year. Over the last few months I have had a terrible experience with the office. Twice now I have had a phone consultation scheduled and I don't receive a call from them. When I call the office they tell me they are busy and to call back at 5. When I call it goes strait to voicemail. There have been issues with my labs. The cost tripled from one lab to another. The medical staff is great, but the front office is terrible and going to drive me to look elsewhere for care.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with this company's unethical and sneaky practices. Without any notice or authorization, they took $600 out of my bank account, resulting in unexpected charges. Since I had not planned for these charges, I incurred several "courtesy charges" from my bank for $34 each time an expected charge went through that the bank had to cover. When I contacted the company about these unauthorized charges, the response was infuriating. I was told, "Our CEO audited accounts and states there were accounts that had not paid their bill in a long time. I will give you his email, so you can contact him. He charged the charges as patients had not paid for the services rendered. This was supposed to be deducted monthly, but some accounts were not paid." I asked my husband if he ever received services and did not pay for them. He said no. Every time he went in for a visit, the lady at the front desk would confirm, "I have card XXXX on file, should I go ahead and charge that one?" He always agreed, and that was the end of the discussion. So, even if these charges are legitimate, the way the company went about processing them was slimy and unprofessional! What happened to invoicing? What happened to giving notice? What happened to giving a warning? This company's approach is completely unacceptable, and I advise others to be very cautious when dealing with them. I hope they reconsider their practices and start treating their customers with the respect they deserve.

(Update) Next day they sent in patient advisor and manager to speak about the prior day scheduling error. I will make my rating improved due to the concern of the clinic.

Fantastic experience: Why did I wait so long? I've had two treatments, and I'm already sleeping better, have more energy, lost a couple of pounds, and overall feel better. It's very affordable, too.

As a result of their care I have seen incredible improvement in my overall health and have dropped 90lbs. Negative experience: Went in on Saturday at 11:30 and they were already closed and front door locked. The girls at the front just looked at me. Only time I could get in this week due to my busy schedule. Tried to call the phones to talk to Shane and the phones all forwarded to voicemail which said it could not accept anymore messages. Update the time so people can try and plan around those times.

Negative experience: After a year and a half they decided without notice, that I have to have an in person visit to hear my 90 day lab report. I work out of town and that has always been understood. This abrupt ending has been very inconvenient. Now I am without all of my prescriptions and have to take off work and travel to find another primary. Thanks for nothing. Update. Why lie. The monthly legal requirements have nothing to do with lab reports. Your growth has turned patients into just a number.

Negative experience: Currently not very happy. I was a patient there and was asked to go on the automated payment plan, which I did. I have since moved, called to cancel 4 times and have emailed to cancel twice. Payments continue to be taken out of my account. A clear lack of responsiveness, care, diligence and concern for me (a customer who brought them additional business), is very disappointing. This lack of regard for doing the right thing can only be an indication of their true values. They must believe that it is okay to accept FREE money. Think twice before going on any plan that they do have, as well if this is a sign of their core values be wary, might not be the right place to do business.

Fantastic experience: Just had my first visit yesterday with Dr. Amanda . Though this was was my initial visit I am very pleased . This is the first time in years that I’ve felt I have been listened to instead of feeling like cattle in a cattle Shute . She was very patient and even noticed something in my labs from my previous doctor that they had missed ! First time in a long time that leaving the doctors office that I’ve felt like I’m gonna make progress and feel positive about my experience . At this point I would highly recommend them and want other men to know that they are a primary care provider as well and that I’m looking forward to achieving good results with them . Thank you Dr Amanda !!!!!! This is a follow up at 3 months - with adjusting and adding a med my T level actually sky rocketed and now we’re adjusting - with everything they have done for me it has revitalized my marriage and personal life . Not gonna lie I was skeptical after having been on T before with a little success with other doctors but Mens Health found the missing puzzle that everyone else missed and refused to listen to me . Can’t thank you guys enough y’all have given me so much of my life back that I thought I was gonna have to live without ! My wife thanks you as well . To all reading don’t forget they provide primary care service as well !

Negative experience: Very unprofessional to hang up on your patients while they're asking questions. This is the second time this has happened

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to have your primary physian. They treat you with respect and courtesy. I try to avoid going to the Doctor although Amanda and Shane and there staff took the gear out of going. There nurses and staff at the front desk are hands down phenomenal. Thank you so much. I look forward to going there again when I need a honest Doctor.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely hands down one of the best places in the DFW! I was new to the whole process, being that I messed around with steroids in high school alot I knew that I needed to get my levels checked just now turning 30. Best decision that I ever made yet! The staff is wonderful and all the doctors in the office are top notch, something that all men should think about if your feeling tired, sleepy all the time. Negative experience: Very unprofessional clinic, need to replace their staff. Transferred from another state and they say one thing and do another. They don’t provide nearly the same care as my last clinic. I’ll take my business somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible. Told them to cancel subscription before it even started. Here it is two times later. Not the first time I had money issues. They will charge you more then what the insurance company requires you to pay. They did this and I caught them and then told me the next two copays are on us then the next time I told them what they said. But they don't put it in the system and do stuff right but they make sure they take your money .

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using Infinit for almost 2-years. Today I needed to be seen for cold symptoms. I called in when they opened and told me to come in as soon as I can. I was there 10-15-minutes max and had medicine ordered to the pharmacy before I left. I love the whole staff because it’s not your typical Dr office. It is relaxed and family oriented.

Everyone is super nice and very approachable.. I started treatment today and this placenis about getting your health back in order not just feed. You a bunch of stuff you don't need. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get help. My primary Dr kept ignoring and not Listening when I told him. Shane and Amanda both listened and said we will help you. I'm so glad I found this place.

This is just a small clinic so just a heads up they want to help you but they are completely booked so just have to be patient to get scheduled in. It's definitely worth the wait. I definitely will keep my review updated as my treatment plan progresses.

Negative experience: I called 3 times to make an appointment. Never got a call back. I tried to book on their website and it did not work. I called again and a woman picked up with a why are you bothering me attitude to inform me they do not do primary care visits and they are trying to get their website corrected. Then she quickly said uh huh and hung up on me. Well maybe I would like to know more about their services but with that kind of attitude, no thanks.

Fantastic experience: My first time visiting, I wanted to get a check up after turning 42 to find out why I have been feeling tired, having no energy or motivation. The doctors gave me a full work up and put me on a treatment plan that over the last four weeks has been letting me get better sleep, have more energy through the day and feel more like I was when I was 20 years old! This is my new normal! Thanks to everyone at InfiniT that helped make this possible for me.

Fantastic experience: The staff and Dr Kelleher have helped me tremendously with my post Covid and Achilles injury rehabilitation. Along with the staff we have figured that the Metformin i am taking for type 2 diabetes drains my Vitamin B levels and the TShots and BShots have worked wonders .my energy levels and strength as well as my stamina is back to pre covid levels and no more foggy brain. The Clinics approach to restoring T levels is unprecedented in regards to al the other clinics i have consulted with. I learned more in one office visit about myself and the medications i was being prescribed by my previous medical provider than i learned in the eight years of being with my previous medical provider. I truly believe that my previous medical provider did not want me to be healthy and keep me just healthy enough. InfiniT has helped me control my blood pressure to normal levels and now my sugar levels are nice rolling hills in a healthy range as opposed to the spikes and drops i was previously dealing with. The treatments may not be for everyone but for me they have been a god send and i appreciate the person that recommended Dr Kelleher and his clinic InfiniT to me i also appreciate Dr Griffin with Elite spine and sports that is in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays it is great to get my shots and a back and neck correction all together.

Negative experience: My husband had an appointment on 12/28 but was called into a mandatory meeting unexpectedly so I called to reschedule. The woman I spoke with said the best day would be for 12/31. A few days later I got an email that said click here to confirm or cancel. When I clicked it took me to a screen that said YOUR APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN DELETED. I called the office and told the girl that answered the issue and she said we actually aren't open Friday I guess whoever made the appointment messed up. I said nobody called to tell me the appointment was canceled and checked my voicemails...nothing. My husband would've been pretty upset if he got there to a closed office. Glad I checked first.
