Quartell Chiropractic

Fantastic experience: Dr. Quartell is the consummate expert in Chiropractic. I’ve been going to him for many years. He has been spot-on every time diagnosing the issue, usually having to do with lower back pain. About 8 months ago I was told by an area podiatrist, after complaining about numbness and pain in my ankle and leg, that I needed surgery to fuse the bones in my foot for the pain in my foot and ankle to go away. Luckily, I conferred with Dr. Quartell before following through with that surgery because as it turns out the problem was not in my ankle, but rather caused, once again, from a disc in my vertebrae. After a few months of adjustments, the pain is gone. This is just one example of his great care.

Negative experience: Horrible experience for residents at the Gardens UPDATE So rude your response , i do not have to give you my name, you argue with me that morning, my choice of MSO should be respected, and this is not fake! Unprofessional staff, made loose my time, and to be here at the Garden you need high customer service if you want our business.

Fantastic experience: Im so glad I found this practice after months on trying to find a good doctor that takes the time to talk to you and sees you more than a claim they file to your insurance company. This practice is a hidden gem. I’ll be frequently this doctor from now on.

He has a very holistic view of health and fitness and also shares recommendations for taking care of your body. Very knowledgeable and great at what he does.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this Chiropractic practice. I have been getting Lipotropic shots and absolutely love the lady who gives them. I have also gotten massages here as well. The massages are usually always amazing. My first few massages were amazing but the the last massage I got from a different masseuse was absolutely terrible. I have never done any chiropractic serviced but the staff is always super sweet and amazing.

Negative experience: Bought an appointment using a Groupon. Called the day before as I had to reschedule due to a family emergency. Apparently this was an hour past their 24 deadline and they considered me a no show and redeemed the Groupon without my knowledge. This was never discussed on the initial phone call, nor on the 2nd call where I informed them of the rescheduling. Any company that cares more about $ and not their customers is one I will not ever go to. Buyer beware with this company.

Fantastic experience: My wife had severe shoulder pain and very little range of motion on her entire right arm due to an recent injury Dr. Gabriel Pérez did a fantastic job in helping my wife regain her shoulder's mobility and significantly alleviate the pain. When we got into our car my wife even noticed that when she moved her neck a cracking sound she has had for years was gone! Both the staff and the Doctor treated me very professionally, making me feel very comfortable with the consultation. From the first visit I felt very relieved and recovered, I cleared all my unknowns and I felt very sure of everything I had to do. Doctor Gabriel Pèrez is an excellent professional, with valuable knowledge and great human quality.
