Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here for about a month and I would 100% highly recommend the Broadview Health Center to anyone seeking caring, compassionate, educational back care. The doctors and staff are very welcoming, attentive, and really locked in to helping you get to your health goals. Something I've really enjoyed here has been the transparency with the educational aspect of teaching you about the details of the spine, why you are having the pain, and the modalities used to get you feeling better. If you're looking for a great place for chiropractic care, this is the place!

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough about how fabulous Dr. Matt and all the staff are at Broadview Health Center! I came in a year ago with limited shoulder mobility and pain. In a short time he had be back up and feeling normal again. I’m back to pickleball and my soon/strength/yoga workouts. I love coming in each month for my tune-ups. Glad I found them!

Fantastic experience: A few months ago, I had terrible pain in both feet. I was frequently falling. I couldn't feel my toes. My Podiatrist gave me steroid injections in my toes, to decrease my pain. The nerve damage was said to be permanent. A friend recommended I go to the Center. After a couple of months doing the red light therapy on my feet, I can already see and feel a significant change. I now know that was causing me to be unbalanced and to fall. I am so thankful for the knowledgeable doctors and staff at Broadview Health Center. They are all very supportive and helpful. But they especially put you on the road to a full recovery!

Fantastic experience: I was in a lot of pain when I came across the article in the Recorder. I called and got a same day appointment. Dr. Matt took his time, explained the treatment and has me back to normal. Everyone in the practice is incredible, they all stop and say hello when you walk in which is really special. Fantastic experience: Before I went to Broadview Health Center, I was in a world of hurt. My upper back pain was so bad that I could hardly take it. But Dr. Miles and his staff knew exactly what to do to get me on the road to recovery. Everyone there is so positive and welcoming. All the employees work to keep the facility clean. Fantastic experience: Since beginning my treatment with Broadview Health Center approximately 5 months ago my overall health has significantly improved. Not only did Dr. Matt and team put together a comprehensive plan to ensure I hit my goals (reducing or eliminating lower back pain) but they provided a warm and inviting environment for me to do so. Fantastic experience: Without a reasonable doubt this team of healthcare professionals exceed ANY treatment I’ve ever experienced! I’ve dealt with headaches and back pain for 10+ years, i thought these were ailments that I “had to” live with…BUT One day i was on social media and seen an advertisement, so I thought … WELL, let’s give it a try! My initial visit was for weight-loss, in which I lost a total of six inches in 3 weeks! Each visit the team began to educate me and plant seeds of body mechanic enhancement and lifestyle changes. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Doctor Frank for the one on one weight loss program. I'm on day 45 and have lost 41.2 pounds. It's a all natural program. Foods you buy in the grocery store and no gimmicky products. I must add that the help at the office is professional and so friendly. The biggest step is to make the first move. It's all downhill from there . Yes , it's hard work. More mentally than anything. I made the move because my family doctor was going to put me on diabetes meds. I didn't want to go this route and my wife was concerned. I saw my dad pass of being diabetic a year ago. I feel so good now . I feel energetic and very comfortable in my clothes I'm so glad I made the decision to come here. I thank Doctor Frank for helping me through this process.

Fantastic experience: A few weeks ago, I injured my back exercising. Every night I was experiencing back pain and severe muscle camps that prevented me from falling asleep. My body has a sick sense of humor. From 10 at night till 5 in the morning I was unable to fall asleep. A friend of mine referred me to Broadview Health Center. Was a little skeptical about chiropractic methods. But I got over it and decided I'd give it a try. Met with Dr. Miles and the initial process was fast and to the point. He showed me what was happening with my back and neck and prescribed a 6-day treatment course. Came in each day to a wonderful experience. All the nurses were extremely kind and helpful. Dr Miles was very knowledgeable to any questions I had. Each day I felt better and better. After my treatments were done, I was finally able to have a good, solid night's sleep and am starting to get back to exercising (correctly). All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend going in if you are experiencing any kind of back or neck issues.

Fantastic experience: On September 7, 2023, I decided that enough was enough. I was in very poor physical health. I could no longer do the simple things that we tale for granted, like go up a flight of stairs without being winded or cut the grass without being completely exhausted afterwards. I committed to the neuropathy program with Dr. Frank. Today is day 92. To date, I have lost 42 pounds and I'm feel great. It's been a big commitment and I can contact Dr. Frank any day for questions or concerns. I cannot recommend this program enough for those in need. It hasn't always easy, but its been worth it! It's the new lease on life that I've been desperately looking and more importantly, needing. Thank you Dr. Frank and his amazing and professional team!

The 1-on-1 support was invaluable to my success on the program. After than I started to get treatment from Dr Miles for some chiropractic issues and things started to improved within a few visits! After starting adjustments and therapy with Dr. Miles, I felt like my old self again! I have better range of motion, my back doesn't hurt in the mornings after getting out of bed, and most importantly, I am able to excersie and do things with my family and friends that I couldn't do before! Fantastic experience: For the past 8 weeks I have been receiving treatment at the Broadview Health Center, and I have had a wonderful experience throughout my time there. I have been dealing with recurring lower back pain, and it was causing major disruptions with my daily life. Dr. Miles put together a comprehensive treatment plan to get me healthy again. Through regular adjustments, spinal decompression, physical therapy, and supplements, I am feeling the best I've felt in over a year. Everyone at the center is extremely friendly and helpful, from the doctors, physical therapists, and administrators. They also have regular seminars that are open to the public where you can learn more about chiropractic, diet & nutrition, proper posture and lifting techniques, etc. Tomorrow is the last day of my treatment program, but I am planning to continue to visit the center to keep up with my treatment and stay healthy -- plus I'd miss seeing my new friends! If you're in pain and nothing you've done seems to be working, I would encourage you to reach out to them and get in as soon as you can. Fantastic experience: I have very severe neuropathy in feet and legs. Been told by doctors that there is nothing they can do. Broadview Health Center is proving them wrong. I am slowly getting feelings back in my feet and legs because of the care and advice they have given me.

Fantastic experience: When I walked in to see Dr. Miles on 2/6/23, I was using my cane to carry all my weight and I could not sit in a chair. With the help of all the caring team including Morgan and Nina, I am walking and sitting and feeling much better. While I still have a little more to go, I am so glad that I went to see Dr. Miles. Fantastic experience: I'll start by saying this place is amazing! Everyone who works here is so motivational and inspiring. No judgment and extremely welcoming. I started seeing Dr. Matt mid March for a pinched nerve in my leg and for my arm. Needless to say my entire right side if my body was a mess! My right shoulder has been in pain for 19 plus years and I NO longer have any pain in my shoulder after the 3rd visit! Literally gone, I'm still in disbelief. As for my right leg and pinched nerve, day by day it's getting better. My leg no longer hurts just a but sore because my body is so out of whack.. I'm also a super anxious human and I never sleep BUT after only 2 weeks I sleep like a baby and I'm so CALM, I can't remember the last time I felt like this. One day I was going to cancel for my horrible migraine but was told "come in Dr. Matt will take care of it".. again in disbelief, my migraine was gone I felt like I was floating on clouds! I went from taking 1000mg of extra strength pain relief just to sleep to taking nothing! Lastly my feet are always cold, I would wear 3 pairs of socks to bed and still have cold feet to NOT wearing any socks to bed! Everyone listens to you and allows you to have a voice about your BODY! I absolutely love this place!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating for all schedules, making it great for patients who need some flexibility in their appointment times. Dr. Matt thoroughly assessed my case to come up with a treatment plan for me that reduced my back pain while strengthening my posture muscles to treat the issue at its roots. I cannot recommend them enough, and even my partner started going here for his lower back pain and he’s felt great improvement. I am always confident that Broadview chiropractic “has my back!”

Fantastic experience: I've had the best experience at Broadview Health Center. The providers and staff are extremely kind and motivating. I have being doing the body contouring and extremely pleased with my results. My ribs were also injured from a horse accident and the red light pads used during the contouring healed my rib injury in only a few sessions! The supplements available at Broadview Health Center are top tier and very affordable. I will never buy vitamins from a drugstore again. Do yourself a favor and check out Broadview Health Center. Fantastic experience: I went to Dr Frank for weight loss in Sept 2021 for the 6 month program and lost 58 lbs. Through being educated on what to eat, what not to eat as well as when. Fantastic experience: this is soooo much better than that last plan I was on at physicians weight loss! It's nice to eat real food making me learn a new grocery list that will continue after all the weight is gone. W the other plan u eat some real food and their stuff so I never knew what/ how yo eat afterwards, sounds dumb. Regardless this way of eating is good for me and it's clean healthy eating. So glad I asked for help

Fantastic experience: Both the doctors and the staff have been super friendly and helpful. The other good thing is that on top of being a place for chiropractic adjustments, they implement stretching, yoga, and physical therapy exercises in as well. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was a chiropractic skeptic, but this year I experienced more debilitating, long-lasting back pain than usual and was willing to do anything to get better. I had a consultation with Dr. Miles and he was able to observe several causes right away, so I made the leap of faith and started treatments and therapies with Broadview Health Center. Within a couple weeks my pain was alleviated and five months later I have not experienced any back issues, whereas in the past I would have 4-5 back flare ups per year. I'm weight training again and doing things I have not been able to do for years. With those results, I've strongly recommended them to my daughters and other family, neighbors and friends. Dr. Matt was able to quickly diagnose my daughter's issues and get her on a plan with Dr. Miles that has also helped her tremendously. The therapies and assistance from Morgan and the doctors were also a huge help for continued maintenance. Suzy and Molly greet you warmly and are very accommodating with scheduling. Fantastic experience: My husband and I signed up with Dr Frank for his Healthy Weight Loss program. And I can say that we are both overweight and after many many years of caring around all this weight; we just didn't know how to start to loose it. So we started the program on 4/14 and I have lost, as of 5/14, 30 #'s and my husband has lost 24#'s!!! We would not have been able to accomplish this WITHOUT Dr. Frank. We are FINALLY on our way to being HEALTHY!! Would recommend Dr. Frank and the Weight Loss Program.

Positive experience: This was my first chiropractic experience. I was in severe pain with my back, hips, legs. feet, arms, & hands. I have peripheral neuropathy & many issues with my back. I was touched when Dr. Frank looked at me and said, "I hate to see you like this." He is definitely helping me get on the road to healing. I've tried many ways to lose, including weight watchers, but as I've gotten older (just turned 50!), I discovered I just couldn't do it myself...I simply needed someone to tell me what to eat and how much of it...I would definitely recommend this program to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Where to begin... firstly I LOVE this facility! I recently was taken from 2x a week to 1x a week (since I’m getting better) and I’m going through separation anxiety! I love Dr. Matt; he takes his time and very thoughtful. He even accommodates my request for rock tape at each visit (regardless of how busy they might be). Susie in the front is extremely organized and on top of everything, nothing gets past her. Taylor is attentive and patient when it comes to doing the stem therapy and physical therapy exercises. I see Dr. Frank occasionally and he always makes me smile or laugh with his one liners. This place is off the charts amazing.. did I mention that they offer free seminars for their patients?! If you’re looking for weight loss help or recovering from a recent injury this is the place! Do not look any further than these angels!

Negative experience: I'm writing this review to save other people time and money. The following are details about my experience with the Healthy Weight Loss program, which is promoted through Broadview Chiropractic. I tried this program over a month ago and it will cost you between $2000-$3000, depending if you're given any discounts. In the program, you will be asked to take some drops daily (which I thought would curb hunger but seemed to do nothing and only tasted bad), asked to record what you eat, asked to skip breakfast, told to drink a gallon of water a day, and only allowed around 500 calories (basically, two 4oz servings of protein, vegetables, and fruit). Now, I'm a 290lb male, close to 50 years old and within two days of eating only 500 calories a day, I was ready to call it quits. I had difficulty thinking/foggy head, could only think about when I could eat next, and had a headache that would not go away. Felling like that and knowing that it was not what I thought I signed up for, I contacted the office and said that I thought the program was a sham. My reasoning is was that, sure, if someone only eats 500 calories a day they should lose weight, but that is not a sustainable lifestyle. And, yes, they will tell you that you can eat all of the free foods you want to curb your appetite, but the free foods are like chard and bok choy. Well, who the hell eats chard and bok choy by itself? And, if you are fine with eating chard and bok choy already, then you probably don't need to diet in the first place. Anyways, I was told to increase my protein intake and to come into the office to talk to them. On this point, I will admit that I was too upset to do that but I did continue on the diet by myself for about 10 more days. My end result was no weight loss, and actually some weight gain, probably from all the water I was drinking, and I still felt miserable. I stopped trying to program soon after that. A few days ago I was told that I was the only person with such results and that they have a lot of success stories on this diet, but I have to wonder about the long-term effects on the patients. In my own experience, and I've been dieting for 30+ years, the first diet I went on was the easiest and most successful. I lost over 150lbs some 30 years ago, but I gained it back because I starved myself to lose the 150 and didn't change any real eating habits. After a lifetime of yo-yo dieting, my body has adjusted and it is much, much harder for me to lose weight now than back then. If you don't understand what I mean, just picture Oprah. She had her big diet reveal over 20 years ago, but she's gained a lot of that back too. If what she did back then was so successful, why isn't she still thin? So, I will say that, if this diet program is your first diet, then there is a chance that you will lose weight. But, if you've been dieting all your life, then I doubt starving yourself is the answer. In the end, I didn't lose any weight and I'm out $2000, but now you know what to expect and can decide if this is something that you want to do. New- This is in response to what was written by the owner below. I am not a liar and do not start down such a path with me. The cost I wrote about the program is correct. I should know since I'm paying it. The amount of calories allotted in the program I know because it was laid out to me and I have been counting calories and dieting for over 30 years. I also know that during those two hours that I was there, you mentioned that the program was a "lifestyle" and that "(I) would not be starving, etc." But it didn't take me long to realize that it is not a lifestyle, and the only means the program has to make someone lose weight is to starve them. So, again, I was telling the truth above. Now, let's see how many more complaints you get in a year or so when those on your "lifestyle" get tired of eating bok choy and go back to their old habits? I just realized it very quickly and, although I wasted my money, I didn't want to also waste my time.

Negative experience: Suzanne was so rude to me about scheduling an appointment I had to ask her if she was serious about the way she talked to me. Also I over heard her talking to a trainee. The way she talked to her was unacceptable. Not only was she rude and demeaning but she was extremely unprofessional.
