Fantastic experience: Our son worked with this multidisciplinary team to get a better handle on his ADHD and mood. He worked hard all summer. Extended family members who saw him in May before treatment and in August after treatment noted a very obvious, positive difference in him. The same changes have been noticed at home as well. He is more emotionally stable (has far fewer emotional outbursts), can handle adversity and change in his plan, doesn’t complain about food at meals, and is more patient with his peers and siblings. We are very happy with this investment in his well being.

I’ve dealt with health issues my entire life and Team Care is the only place that has been able to find solutions to help my body heal. The team there works to actually get to the root of the health issues instead of just trying to fix one of the symptoms of the issues so that you actually see long term results. Fantastic experience: We have doing nuero feedback therapy, bbr therapy and adjustments at Team Health Care for about a year and a half and have seen tremendous improvements in my son’s mobility and cognitive retention. We live over an hour and half south and have no problem driving here. The customer service is outstanding.

Fantastic experience: I put up with hip and knee pain for over a year before I gave Team Health Care a try. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff with chiropractic adjustments and physical therapy treatments had me enjoying pain free life in a short time. Amazing results, I only wish I went in sooner.

Negative experience: I hate leaving a negative review for Team because their care was really helping me. Everything was great at the beginning & after years of pain I was finally getting some relief. However, after several weeks of treatment, the clinic started claiming “my insurance might not cover many more sessions” & was saying I needed to pay over $1700 cash for a treatment plan. My insurance had paid all of my claims & I spoke with my insurance co multiple times to ensure coverage & was told I should have 30 visits per year regardless of improvement in pain, etc. Team then started threatening that I may have to pay back all my visits that insurance covered, which makes no sense. This ended up being an argument at every one of my appointments because I wanted my insurance billed for services & they continued to pressure me to pay them cash. My insurance company agreed to call team to resolve this confusion & conveniently the finance lady was “out for the day” all 3 times we tried calling - which is funny since she was always there til 7pm harassing me about a cash payment plan. Great place to go if you can afford to drop thousands of dollars but definitely not a place with honest business practices. Extremely disappointing how everything was handled especially since I had been seeing results.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited this chiropractic clinic for both vax-d and chiropractic treatments, and I must say, my experience was exceptional. Suffering from back pain that had become intolerable, I was in urgent need of a clinic that could provide effective relief. This clinic came highly recommended and is approved through the VA, which was a huge plus for me. From the outset, the staff were incredibly helpful and super friendly. They made me feel at ease and were attentive to my needs throughout my treatment process. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the chiropractor who worked with me. His approach was personalized, and he took the time to understand my specific pain points and treatment history. What stood out to me was how seamless the entire process was, from scheduling appointments to the actual treatments. I was fortunate to have 12 of my chiropractic appointments covered, which was a great relief financially. The vax-d treatment, in particular, was a game-changer for me. It provided significant relief and has played a critical role in my ongoing recovery. The clinic's atmosphere is calming and welcoming, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. I'm grateful to have found a clinic that not only addresses my physical needs but also provides a supportive and caring environment. Team Health Care truly has put together a team of professionals that take their skills to a whole different level. They have helped alleviate my different ailments vastly improving the quality of my life.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to find an office near Brooklyn Park that had more than 1 doctor and more availability after 4pm. Team Health Care fit the bill. I've been going here for a year now for just routine appts and from my experience, I've been able to call in the same day and get an appointment when needed. This is so rare compared to other offices that I've been to. You can tell the staff there really enjoy what they do. The front staff there is always friendly and welcoming. They definitely have their scheduling down to a T because when I don't make an appointment, I get an email, text and a call to remind me to make an appointment. As far as doctors, I've been trying to make my rounds with the different doctors as each of them have their own way of adjusting. So far, I've gravitated more towards Dr. Hailey. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes her time, even when she is running behind. I don't ever feel rushed and she always reminds me that if I feel off after stem or the roller table, not to leave the office. A couple things to note: they have optional add-ons to help after your adjustment - stem, roller tables, rapid release. These often are backed up with a wait time (esp after 4pm), so do plan to spend up to an hour or a little more for your whole appointment. I have yet to try acupuncture, massage, or physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: This is the clinic that my surgeon recommended I go to for physical therapy after my surgery. I'm four weeks post op and have so far been very pleased with my experience. The front desk staff is kind, engaging and very accommodating. The therapy team is great, keeping me right on track. The only little issue I had was when I initially called to set up PT, I was told I needed to see the chiropractor, which was confusing. On the day of my chiropractor appointment, I received a call asking what my goals were for the appointment. I said I didn't want an appointment but was told it was required before becoming a patient. I was informed that wasn't the rule and there was some further teaching needed with the schedulers. Everything else has been great, truthfully. Seems like a well orchestrated business.

Fantastic experience: I started vax-d back 20 sessions from today 11/15/2023. Dr Tim and the medical doctor there explained what to expect. To be honest, after the first session, I thought to myself what in the heck did I get myself into? I felt my back was hurting more.. but that sensation subsided after walking. Remember, walking is your best friend!!! Each session was better and better… I could see each session pushed a better feeling for my back. At the end of the 20 sessions I feel like I have a new back. Doctor Tim encouraged doing physical therapy to get better strength to my muscles to my spine. My L2 and L4 were the areas affected. If anyone has back problems, this vax-d system could help your back. You need to be patient with the process while you are going through it…. But it gets better. It’s nice not to have surgery…

Fantastic experience: What I thought was a painful hamstring pull walking a “rolling” golf course turned worse when the following day my back locked up. It hurt to breathe, move, and I couldn’t bend over without severe pain. I had to call my girlfriend to ice my back. She encouraged me to go to Team Healthcare where she has gone for years…I was desperate to get out of pain so I went the next day. Dr. Jay examined me and identified that it wasn’t a hamstring injury but rather a herniated disk. He then educated me on what it was, and how it manifested. He recommended a couple courses of treatments, what they would do, and how much they would cost. I chose the VAX-D path. Within a few treatments the movement in my back improved to where I could bend over without pain! Now the the pain that was a 10, is down to a 1! I have four more VAX-D treatments to go and will continue doing maintenance going forward with Team Healthcare. I felt welcome from the moment I walked “gimped” in the door. The staff is warm and friendly, and made me feel like family. The care Team Healthcare provides covers every possible injury recovery/rehab imaginable. I would highly recommend Team Healthcare to anyone who is experiencing pain. They are SO much more than a Chiropractor!! Keith Werness

Fantastic experience: The Bertch family & Team is an amazing oasis for healing. I have been going to Team for 3 years and the quality of my life has drastically improved. I could barely move and had very low function in my body before Team helped me by confirming and helping me understand my diagnosis. They will do their best to get insurance to cover their services, but Insurance is not great at paying for therapeutical services that actually work. Dr. Joe and Tiffany the NP ordered the correct testing for me to get my Small Fiber Neuropathy diagnosed. It is severe. 3 Neurologists told me that I had nothing wrong. The punch biopsies cannot lie...and they showed more than 80% damage in my feet. They have an amazing system called Sanexus that very much improved the pain caused from my Neuropathy. Sadly, my insurance stopped paying for it;( During my treatment for Neuropathy, I had one of my vertigo spells. Vertigo used to take 8-10 weeks of my life away each year. I was given medication, which put me to sleep....but never helped. Dr. Joe saw the severity of my vertigo....and worked with me intensely to treat it, and it ultimately went away;)) I had frozen shoulder, had not been able to really use my shoulder for years. Maria, the amazing Physical Therapist and her team there with Emily and Michelle worked with me, and ultimately the decision for me to consult a surgeon was made. The surgeon was able to approve my surgery in the first visit as Maria and the team had done such extensive work in documentation as to where my problems were. I am now receiving my PT from TEAM as I am recovering from my Rotator Cuff Surgery. My daughter was a competitive athlete, and had a hip injury. That is how we found this amazing place, as they are known for helping to regain function for athletes. I cannot thank TEAM enough for all that they do for me and my family. I would recommend them over and over;)

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Team Health Care enough! This morning I woke with a horrible knot in my neck, a pounding headache and couldn’t turn my head. By noon, I was fixed! They are committed and dedicated to the well being of all their patience. Each member of their team has a special role to play and without one, the others wouldn’t be so successful. I have primarily been a chiropractic patient, but had some issues with my hip, which I went to see their physical therapist for. My insurance didn’t cover them, but I was more than willing to pay out of pocket. It was worth every dime! I have had chronic pain with degenerative disc disease, 5 herniated discs, annular tears and spinal stenosis for almost 15 years. Team Health Care is my main resource in my tool box to keep me as pain free as I can be. I couldn’t live as productive of a life as I am now without them. The only challenging part I have experienced is three times, in my almost 2 years of being a patient, I’ve had to wait over 10 minutes to be seen. Only 3 times in 2 years isn’t bad at all. And waiting 10 minutes to get such relief is worth it. This isn’t a clinic that you can rush in and out of. I plan 30-45 minutes per each visit. I take advantage of everything they have to offer- roller table, stim, rapid release, muscle work…it all helps with my pain relief. Getting an appointment is easy and the front office staff is super friendly and caring! Please give Team Health Care a try’

Fantastic experience: Best care I've had for chronic neck pain and whiplash from a recent car accident. I feel listened to and taken seriously. Their staff is the best, truly kind and caring. I was a bit skeptic of chiropractic care, but Dr Joe and his team have truly been amazing. I've made more progress in the 6 weeks I've been there than I had in my 10 PT appointments at another place, including 3 months of exercises at home. I'll be honest, though, that the Christian theming in the waiting area turned me off at first (Christian radio station, bibles on the side tables, framed Psalm in the bathroom). It felt unwelcoming to anyone who doesn't share those beliefs. But it's not intrusive (I didn't even notice until my 3rd time there) and you're barely in the waiting room. Overall, great experience. For the first time in a long time, I feel hopeful that my condition and pain will improve and I won't have to live like this forever. Thanks Team Health Care Clinic team!

Negative experience: RUN… DON’T WALK… RUN! I’d give them negative 100 stars if I could. I went to them back in the late 80’s and they damaged my neck. I had to get an attorney to tell them to quit sending me a bill. Never heard an apology from them. I have cervical spinal damage related to what the did. I’m in my mid 50’s and suffer daily with pain because I of them. Never trust a chiropractor!

Fantastic experience: I'm very satisfied with the care I received. I visited every corner of their space. The staff is top notch! The care I received was the right combination for my body. Medical, PT, and Chiro all talked together to help me achieve the best outcome for a long time issue in my foot.

Fantastic experience: This has been the best chiropractor group I have ever gone to. I made a complete recovery, they helped me even surpass where I was before and bring me back to feeling like a Marine again. As a result it has allowed me to reenlist and serve once more with the full energy and confidence that I had before. Fantastic experience: Dr Tim only adjusted what was needed each visit. STEM helped with the healing. The exercises/stretching instructions that I was provided to do at home really helped as well. Fantastic experience: I first went to Team after a sand volleyball injury around 1998. I had great care. They helped me through each of my four pregnancies and after. When I re-entered the workforce more regularly, they helped when I was injured at work (yes,work comp), had a pinched nerve, and then only needed minimal maintenance. I remain a happy patient! Fantastic experience: I was in so much pain when I landed myself in tgis clinic for the first time. After the first session there was relief. The staff are extremely professional, kind, and really care that you see results in your treatment.

Fantastic experience: I have been to many chiropractors that have or haven't helped, and I have to say the all of the doctors and staff I have had the pleasure of working with at this location have been top notch. The first impression you get by walking in the office is a clue. It doesn't take long for the people at the front desk to welcome you by name. The assistants to the doctors are always pleasant, and the chiropractic and nutrition professionals I have encountered have all been kind, understanding, patient and positive. My case is not an easy one, but from the first consult I had with Dr. Starr i really felt I was in good hands. Then I met with Dr. Haley, ans she is just as awesome, as are Dr. Tim and Dr. Jay. I also have interaction with the physical therapy assistants, who know their patients and ALSO are highly capable of properly using the modalities suggested by the doctors. They have all sorts tools at their fingertips, including but not limited to roller tables, laser, rapid release devices, muscle stimulation units, etc. I am currently on a treatment plan that runs through part of November, but plan on using the clinic services after that! For those of you who want a "one stop shop", they also have acupuncture, a massage therapist, a CNP and a physical therapy department....all in one building with ample parking!

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing THCC for a couple months about some back, knee, and neck issues I'd been trying to ignore for years. All my issues are nearly 100% gone and still improving. I could write a book about how great these folks are, but will keep it short: Amazingly friendly, patient, talented, and knowledgeable people. As with any chiro/PT, you've got to be willing to put the work in, but if you are they will definitely help you get results. Just call them for a consultation, it's worth it.

Fantastic experience: Before I started coming here, I couldn't breath without being in pain. Many doctors before told me it was in my head. But not the wonderful people here. They believed me and got to work on a health care plan. The first adjustment had me in tears, I could BREATHE!!!!!! We started a strict regimine of physical therapy, chiropractic and stim therapy! They also treat babies and children! My 3 year old goes 2 times a week to see doctor Haley for bowel issues and she has worked MAGIC on her!

Fantastic experience: I came to Team Health care with pain in my shoulder and back that came from a combination of starting a new career of driving 18 wheelers 10-12 hours a day and some past injuries creeping back. The Doctors assessed the situation and created a plan using adjustments, physical therapy and TPI shots to relax the muscles and promote healing. Over the course of 3 months of treatment, my pain and constant discomfort reduced to nothing. I was very impressed with the entire staff and there team effort in getting me back to 100%. I would recommend them highly to anyone suffering from muscle or joint pain, they worked wonders over a very short time and I couldn't be happier.

Positive experience: I have had the privilege of being a patient on and off for years now. Dr. Jay, Dr. Tim and Dr. Starr have taken good care of me all in their unique ways when problems have come up. I love learning from them on how to help my body through the rough patches. Only downside is slower than normal clinic lab results when we need them. Which is not a bad thing, just something to expect. Thank you for all the help team health care! Your team is great.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walk into the clinic, everyone greets me and is very friendly. I felt that all the employees that were part of the process cared that I got the treatment I was there for. Shall I need chiropractic care in the future, I would return.

Negative experience: Scammed me $4,000 out of pocket for two forms of therapys to help with dizziness issues. I should have known better when they told me they wouldn't bother billing my insurance, because they wouldn't cover what I'd be doing. Super friendly staff and friendly doctors. But the treatments they had me doing did nothing for me. The treatments made no sense at all. Spent $100's out of pocket for supplements they only told me I was able to get at their clinic. Finding out I can spend $20 at walmart for the same thing but different name brand.

Fantastic experience: From the minute you walk in the door at Team Health Care you know you are valued as a patient as you are greeted by the wonderful front desk staff - they always brighten my day! And every encounter after that with drs and other staff solidify that not only are they great at what they do professionally, but they truly care about you. I always leave feeling better then when I arrived - not just physically, but in every way. I really can’t say enough good things about them!

I have taken my baby girl when I noticed her getting a flat spot on her head and with a few adjustment that is no longer a thing. Fantastic experience: I came into this clinic to figure out some dizziness issues. They were wonderful helping me figure out how to make it go away and letting me know what I can do to prevent it from happening again. Dr Haley not only focused on my dizziness but she keeps adjusting my back and knee. Now I'm starting PT for these 2 areas and couldn't be happier with what they have to say. I've seen doctors in the past and they have never been very optimistic. So far my journey with Team Health has been wonderful!

Fantastic experience: We LOVE THCC. They have been an enormous part of my health journey! I have been fighting cancer and all of the aches and pains that go along with it. Their therapies have helped me get to a point where I can get adjusted less frequently and my pain is very minimal, if any. Fantastic experience: THC is seriously the best. They are a unique clinic that actually works as a team, each professional specializing in their own field but helping you as a whole being, not just treating symptoms, but helping find the root of the problems. My family and I go here every week for regular chiropractic and physical therapy care. The staff is absolutely incredible, the atmosphere is welcoming and filled with life, it doesn’t feel like other clinics where there is a sterile empty or “waiting room” feel- it feels like family. Fantastic experience: The staff and the doctors are helpful, kind and welcoming when you walk in the door. The doctors explain your care plan to you and give your options to fit what you can do. I have been going since I was 29 weeks pregnant and it has help with back pain and growing belly discomfort. Dr Haley is doing a great job working with my new born and post care me after labor.

Fantastic experience: Amazing doctors and staff! I've been treated by several of the doctors and each have been so helpful. I've been going for a few years now and they have always been able to correct my alignment issues and stop my back spasms. It's a great clinic!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tim and the entire staff here have been wonderful! I came in with upper and lower back pain and Dr. Tim got me set up with adjustments and physical therapy and I am back to being able to be more active and function day to day without the intense pain! I still go in for maintenance to make sure everything stays feeling good, and it’s been great! ---edit 7/24/2020-- I ended up seeing their massage therapist Gillian (I have a contract elsewhere for massages) and she was amazing! I felt so much better afterwards, and I like that I see her every time I schedule for massage. I cannot wait until I can cancel my contract at the other place next month and just keep seeing her!

Fantastic experience: This has been a wonderful place for me. Everyone on staff is so caring. I go for chiropractic and and have also started going for PT. They have so many healthcare services. It's a one stop shop! I feel the care I have received has been very beneficial to me. I'd recommend Team Health to anyone. Can see myself going here for many years to keep myself healthy and mobile.

Fantastic experience: We have known DR. Jay, and Dr. Joe for about 30 years. Years ago when my back went out I went to Dr. Jay to get adjusted and he did. But what I have never heard from any Dr. before was " If you can't get out of bed the next morning you call me and I will come to your house and adjust you again". How many other Dr. would say that. They been helping out family you a long time. They even help my Grand kids.We were in a car accident back in June. Called up to Team Health Care to see when we could get in to see the Doctors . When Dr. Jay heard it was us they called and said to come up.Dr. Jay took his lunch break and treated us. As you might think we are very happy with Team Health Care. Also I would add that all the ladies up front are just great. The staff will work with you to get you back on your feet and feeling a lot better .

Fantastic experience: I went through Team Health's brain based therapy to treat my insomnia. The program was comprehensive and treated my illness from all different angles including diet and physical therapy. The results were astounding. I no longer struggle with sleep and have even noticed other small ailments vanish. Couldn't be happier to endorse this service.

Fantastic experience: Came here after a car accident and have been impressed at every step. Started with just chiropractor appointments. The doctor was great, explaining what and why he was doing things and I started seeing results after just a few visits. Then we added PT and I saw my improvement continue to get better with every visit. I have been going in every Monday for 2+ months, today when I got there I either didn't set up the appointment or something went wrong on their end, NO PROBLEM, they got my in to see PT and chiro basically as a walk in. Very helpful and friendly staff from the front desk, nursing, PT and doctors.

Fantastic experience: I've never required adjustments or therapy in the past, however I recently acquired a "pinched nerve' (layman term) in my back. I could not adjust things myself, however I tried many times over the course of 2 weeks. This ailment was above my pay grade. I made an appointment with Dr. Starr, and after 3 treatments I'm a new man. I have to admit that I was a little pessimistic and thought it might be a wasted trip, however I'm now a huge convert.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here since I was 6yrs of age and hurt my neck. Dr. Joe and Dr. Jay have been phenomenal. There are so many integrative therapies, muscle strengthening/relaxation techniques, and evidence based research that they have provided me. These modalities have decreased the amount of headaches/migraines I live with and have gotten me to a better place physically. Everyone in the team from the receptionist, modality assistance, nurse practitioners, and doctors are friendly, willing to help, and provide answers quickly and efficiently.
