Fantastic experience: When searching for services for my pomeranian, I came across Claudia’s business. Her knowledge and passion for her art is very evident. Throughout the process, she kept an open flow of communication, occasionally sending me updates through photos and text. Afterwards, she even took time to inform me of information that was essential to the health of my dog. I would highly recommend Claudia’s services to anyone who is unsure of who to go to. I went into this service blindly and I’m very impressed by her work. I will definitely come back for another grooming in the future.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! Claudia’s grooming of my Himalayan, Cirilla, was done professionally with love and care. I especially enjoy the fact that she does a one on one grooming experience (as my cat is often overstimulated at other groomers due to the number of other pets). She was able to fit me into her schedule 2 hours early and was very communicative leading up to the day. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for our grooming needs!

Fantastic experience: I took my cat first time ever getting groomed, she was so patient with him and trust me he was a handful. She took her time let him rest in between in order for him to calm down then try again but overall amazing definitely going back hopefully he will get used to it.

Fantastic experience: My dog Willow has had some terrible experiences at your typical grooming business. I am so glad I found Claudia to ease Willow's anxiousness with grooming. The one-on-one setting is invaluable and WORTH IT. Claudia is great and willow might be coming around (as a stubborn husky malamute mix) to enjoying getting groomed because of her!

Fantastic experience: Claudia was awesome! My wife and I took our two cats to her for their first professional grooming session and it went so well. The atmosphere was very relaxing and she even played relaxing music to help calm even more. I like how we were the only clients there so no other animals could intimidate or cause worry to our cats. Claudia was all about making sure the cats were not too stressed out and as comfortable as possible. Our cats hate the vaccum cleaner when we use it so we weren't sure about getting them blow dried but they both accepted it really well and don't freak out at all. Claudia gives off good calming vibes and I'm sure that helped the cats be more at ease. She is very proficient with her abilities and her overall professionalism was great. Would definitely recommend to other pet parents I know.

Fantastic experience: Cole is an 8 month old German shepherd rescue pup and this was his very first grooming experience. He is very anxious around groomers, so it was difficult to find a good fit for him, but Claudia took him in a heartbeat! She was supportive and accommodating in getting Cole squeaky clean! Fantastic experience: Claudia is AMAZING. I have 3 dogs that I’ve rescued and each one has different needs when it comes to attention and care. It was extremely difficult to find a groomer that would take them on and I’m so thankful for finding Claudia! She took such good care of them and they look fantastic. My oldest who’s 12 yrs old was shedding badly and she looks like a whole new dog. My other two, a pittie mix and a golden wiener mix look great. She did an amazing job with the lion cut for Luke. I was hesitant with leaving my pittie because I know how rambunctious and hyper he can be but Claudia reassured me he would be fine. And he was! She’s extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in what she does. I will for sure be a forever customer ❤️

Fantastic experience: I've been taking my little dog, Kira, to Claudia for a couple years now and I'm so glad I found her! I was taking Kira to a larger grooming facility in La Mesa ans every time I took her in she was absolutely TERRIFIED of that place and actively tried to run away when I was bringing her inside. It made me wonder what was going on that made her so scared so thats when I found Claudia. Not only does Claudia have amazing grooming skills but she listened to my concerns when I first spoke with her telling g her about my previous experience and how Kira was also afraid of big dogs. So Claudia took the time to let Kira get use to her and put her own doggies outside so Kira didn't have to interact with them. It's night and day experience. She sends me text updates with pictures of Kira and let's me know how she's doing. She truly CARES about your precious pets and Kira is never scared when she sees she's going to be groomed (only a little peeved haha) but is happy as pie after. Thank you Claudia!!!

Fantastic experience: Tailored Experience Our puppy is 4 months old and needed a first time groom. My husband and I were looking for a grooming service where our pup could have one on one attention. We scoured Yelp and Google and found Claudia. The experience was wonderful and was customized it to our needs. It is clear that Claudia loves what she does and loves animals. We have tried our best to desensitize our pup in anticipation of grooming and meeting strangers, but even so, we know it can be a task for anyone willing to take it on! She kept in mind that my dog is an elder, helped him into the tub & allowed him to lay down when he needed. She worked her magic on his overgrown nails, dirty ears, teeth & knots in his hair. She really needed a groom and she has her Birthday party the next day. I found Claudia here at google and she squeezed me in last minute. Fantastic experience: I loved Luna’s groom. Having a standard poodle it’s difficult to find someone who can work on her coat and leave her looking fabulous. Not only was Claudia professional and responsive, she was in constant communication with me and would send me pictures of Luna’s spa day.
