Fantastic experience: I was in terrible pain. I could hardly move my neck left or right, up or down. I phoned and Dr. Ray got me in same day. Went through some heat treatment and electro-therapy to try to calm the areas. I got neck adjustments and back adjustments and was able to go on my European trip pain free and basically back to my normal self. I highly recommend Dr. Ray. For sure. Thanks Doc. Peace

Negative experience: I tried my best to give his methods a try, even purchased over $700 in supplements that he recommended to me. Nothing worked EXCEPT two of them, The Turmero, which I still use today. And the Liposomal vitamin D. However, the Balloon procedure for my sinus issues was one of the MOST PAINFUL things I’ve EVER experienced. And that was prior to having sinus surgery to remove polyps and I can tell you that wasn’t even as painful as this was. And it did nothing for me… just opened my sinus cavity slightly more temporarily… For me, it was not worth the pain of the adjustment. Also, I wish I wasn’t told to buy so many supplements and just focused on a few at a time. Perhaps then I would have been able to maximize on the ones I took and added more as my body permitted. I reacted adversely to the mushroom complex tincture.. wasted money had to throw it out.. cause I moved hours away. Also, I was advised to come in for Neck adjustments and till this day, I blame my severe neck pain on these. I was told recently I have arthritis in that area. I never had any neck pain or issues with my neck until these neck adjustments which I never had done to me prior to this. And I was only convinced to do so because I live with severe pain in my traps, and Dr. Tolmos mentioned to me that these adjustments would assist with the re-alignment of my spine which has a slight curvature. That has not been the case. Years later, I’m in more pain than ever before. I have not had the same experience as others which was my hope. I did give two stars instead of one simply because they were all very kind over all, and I am pleased with two of the 10-12 supplements I was sold that day. I was eager for relief then, and I am more so now, but have to go another route. I feel if they remove the cookie cutter method and replace it with a more personalized and Tailored treatment plan without pushing so many supplements on one person along with the unnecessary neck adjustments, perhaps they would do better with complicated cases like mine.

Fantastic experience: I found Dr. Tolmos several years ago during a desperate search for a holistic-minded primary care provider (kind of an oxymoron in western medicine) for our annual physical exams. While I have private health insurance and I want to take advantage of it as much as possible, I would rather spend the extra $ out of pocket to have the most comprehensive review of an extensive bloodwork that Dr. Tolmos orders after a 1-hour one-one-one consultation. This routine bloodwork is covered by insurance, thankfully. Dr. Tolmos is the most impressive healthcare provider I have ever worked with, his extensive knowledge in functional medicine is absolutely essential in finding the root cause of any health issue, and using a wide range of holistic/ natural approaches in order to achieve healing, without using pharmaceuticals. The new doctor did not thoroughly investigate my cholesterol issues, and the lab tests conducted were insufficient in identifying the root cause, leading to the prescription of a daily medication. Not wanting to take medication without a clear understanding of the problem, I decided to see Dr. Ray. During the visit, he asked detailed questions and performed a comprehensive physical exam. He also ordered a different set of lab tests to explore potential causes of my rising cholesterol levels. I went in for back pain and bloating, lack of sleep and other pains in my body. I was welcomed by Frontier Spine & Health Center friendly staff. As I was waiting I noticed they had different herbal teas I could drink, I was in pain and feeling bloated I took some of the wild berry tea and felt so much relief! First the doctor sat down with me in his office took the time and took note of all my concerns, my pains, my health overall habits he asked very important and relevant questions and analyzed my situation. After that we continued to the medical examination area where I was taken my vitals, and he proceeded to examine me. He took his time to cover and mark any areas of concern in great detail (honestly never seen this by any of my prior regular physicians.) Then he ordered the necessary blood test, x-rays and other needed, in order to come up with my treatment. I did have a very soft adjustment, which made me feel instantly better. Truly, I have to say, Dr. Tolmos exceeded my expectations. He did not prescribed me any drugs or medications until he gets my results back and I know from other patients he does treat patients the natural approach and preventive medicine. Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Dr.Tolmos by my brother after receiving treatment for a spine injury. I recently learned that I have a few herniated discs on my neck and was advised by my neuro to take steroids and muscle relaxers. I was apprehensive about this treatment and wanted to explore more holistic options so I met with Dr. Tolmos. The consultation not only covered my current issues but we also discussed in depth other health concerns that I have. I received heat therapy, electro stimulation, and a well needed adjustment. It’s been a while since I woke up without any pain. I used the infrared sauna which was amazing after my massage and finished off with a vitamin b12 shot! I would definitely recommend they do not overbook so you come in and get royalty treatment. I only say maybe because I haven't bothered to try any of the others since Dr.Tolmos and his team have handled all my concerns and needs for nearly a year now and counting. Came in not knowing what my issues were aside from the areas I was having pain in and Dr.Tolmos was able to identify and put in place a plan of how to fix these issues long term in addition to helping solve both related and nonrelated issues along the way regarding basically my entire body. Professional staff and service, can't recommend it enough, and the pricing is pretty reasonable compared with what I've seen other places charge.
