Fantastic experience: I have had a wonderful experience at M Power with Kevin Hovde as my DPT. He is an excellent practitioner, with great depth of knowledge and experience. I am thankful for Kevin’s expertise in working with me through my challenging recovery from shoulder surgery, incorporating both manual therapies, and creative and effective exercise programs. Kevin also provides good direction to his PTAs and aides involved in patient care. Kevin and staff provide a very welcoming , fun environment in which to recover.

Fantastic experience: Kevin Hovde is a consummate professional. He does a great job of really listening to his patients and works diligently to meet the patient’s needs. He is results driven, but never to the point of going too quickly in the process. I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Noelle is an incredible physical therapist!! She is knowledgeable, patient, kind and has the efficient, but caring ability to get her patients back on their feet LITERALLY, no matter how challenging the recovery.

Fantastic experience: I spent 9mos at MPower after shoulder surgery. All of the therapists there are knowledgeable and fun to be around. My therapist Noelle was the best! She kept my sessions challenging but suitable for every stage of my recovery. Noelle is also very personable and encouraging. Great experience!

Fantastic experience: Noelle was very attentive, timely, and focused on assessing my concern, then applying appropriate exercises. I appreciate the organized approach MPower utilizes including, follow up details, (i.e. convenient take home Appointment Card, emailed exercises for home use, etc.). It is an entirely positive experience that contributes to a greater likelihood of a favorable outcome.

Fantastic experience: Kevin really is a professional. I had a total hip, and recovery requires persistence. The bag of tricks he has, matching your progress with a regular change in his exercises, speeds along your recovery. Plus, he is a super nice human being with years of training in the science of recovery.

Fantastic experience: Kevin Hovde is an amazing Physical Therapist !!!! I had both knees scoped at the same time and Kevin was able to get me back to 100% full range of motion. I had shoulder surgery and Kevin is currently working on my shoulder and I have no doubt that he will get me back to 100%. Kevin's knowledge of the human anatomy is very impressive. He seems to be able to find every spot that is causing me problems in order to work on those spots. He has a great exercise program which he tailors just for my needs. Each time I go for a PT session, I am driving 250 miles round trip. Yes, Kevin is worth every mile that I am driving. Kevin is by far the BEST Physical Therapist that I have ever had and the only one, I ever want to have !!!!!!!

I’m in a much better place now, and am even equipped with how to stay healthy and avoid injury in the future. There was not a single person there who wasn’t caring, kind, and professional. I could not recommend this group more.

She targets areas of concern and works to help ease the pain or strengthen weaker areas. She has a great team and is able to keep track of multiple clients at once. I highly recommend her and MPower!

Fantastic experience: I’ve done PT with another major Nashville three letter orthopedic group and this group is by far better. They really seem to care about getting you back to your active lifestyle and it seems like 75% of the patients are active wanting to get back vs over 70. I really like the approach and wish I had gone here years ago for injuries.

Fantastic experience: I tore my ACL in Sept 2022. I waited until Nov to get it checked. I went to Elite Sports Mpower & was told I’d need surgery. I had surgery dec 9 2022. Dr Moore & staff provided great details & info of what my surgery would entail. I then did Physical Therapy at Mpower for 9 months. This is absolutely the best rehab facility & staff in Nashville. I’d recommend anyone who needs physical therapy to go here. It is Best Rehab and Physical Therapy place in Nashville
