Fantastic experience: Very happy with the senior staff at this gym as they are friendly and helpful. Laura, Melissa, Cody, Nick and many of the younger staff members as well. Management needs to implement a policy and consistently implement and enforce a policy, to stop all of the teenagers and younger people, all members frankly, from using phones while on the equipment. This would be easy to monitor and to enforce with associated penalties for repeat offenders. Most who openly carry cellphones in the gym are the offenders. OL management should eliminate and enforce cell phones from being used and held while on equipment. Many members complain about this issue often to staff and have for a long period of time. Have been here 13 years and it’s out of control. It’s also very difficult to get on equipment from 4:15 PM and beyond. The number of members has significantly increased over the years leading to the above problem and it is a problem. Memberships appear to have been oversold. A long time members perspective. I understand the business model but this appears to have become extreme. As are the cell phones. Have seen many replies on this site from management saying they will address the cell phone issue, but I have yet to observe it being addressed or enforced. I am there daily. Overall a very nice and helpful staff, gym and facility, but the above noted concerns are long term ongoing issues and frankly very much, taint the overall experience.
Fantastic experience: I think this gym is one of the nicest and cleanest gym in town. I’ve visited other gyms before resigning with this gym and nothing else compares. The energy at the gym and the staff makes this place a positive experience for me. Unless you value a gym that allows you space and freedom to workout without someone nagging you every five minutes, this place isn’t for you. They’re not babysitters and you have to pay extra if you want someone to hold your hands. The commitment is for 12-months and you pay an annual fee ($65.99 for 2025) every January. After 12 months, it’s no longer a one year commitment, it becomes a month to month commitment. It’s very simple and easy to comprehend if you are familiar with joining gyms. The prices may vary so be sure to ask how much will be taken out of my account every month before you sign a one year/12 months commitment. If you read my review this far, I hope it was helpful. Negative experience: I would give them 0 if I could. DO NOT JOIN HERE BECAUSE IT WILL BE A NIGHTMARE IF You cancel the membership. Signing up was easy and I was told that I can cancel anytime. I knew I may have to cancel if I had to start traveling for work. I clearly asked cancellation terms and I was told I will just have to pay annual fees if that is the time of the year, or else you can cancel without a hassle anytime. What was not conveyed to me was this. 1. It is a 12-Month contract regardless what they say 2. Membership cancellation will be through an email address, nobody will talk to you and fitness center says it’s corporate who cancels and they do not help sort out all the nonsense terms that were never communicated. 3.Membership cancellation email support just keeps copy pasting what is there as a standard template, doesn’t answer clearly what you ask 4. Membership cannot be cancelled unless you pay one month dues for next month plus $59 fees to buy out and the annual charges. If you have a relocation proof, then they may consider waiving it off but they need address proof, nothing else is accepted as relocation like flight tickets etc I have been telling them to cancel the membership, they have charged more than $100 since I requested to cancel but yet, not cancelling the membership. It has been a nightmare because no one helps in person and email support is useless and senseless. The fight via email is still going on and they don’t seem to care at all. I would have paid one time fees and got out, had I known that they don’t care about customers but just trying to make more money month on month. Everybody needs to have their own terms and conditions to protect their business and I agree they must. The problem I have is with the dishonesty. No terms were communicated to just make me join. Once joined, they didn’t bother to care because they are just getting their monthly fees. Club manger was useless, he said he cannot help. Ridiculous and pathetic customer service here, pay extra and join somewhere else where all of their conditions are listed on their website clearly.

Negative experience: I've been a member here for roughly 4 to almost 5 months. Today is the 1st day there's a Indian kid wearing glasses with a red Plat pajamas oant who is doing more texting on his phone than working out. I've done more than 5 different exercises while he was in his 2nd machine. It's a gym, let's text on our phones at a gym. I had to get his attention from his phone to ask him if he's done and I finished 2 different exercises. There should be more stricter rules that people can't be on their phones texting while someone is trying to use those machines. I know people say well use other machines, I have and they're still on the same machine for the next hour texting doing nothing. Plus there are other members whose just go to your station without asking and I had to that twice. Am I invisible or something?

Negative experience: Every time I go they up the prices. They haven't put any money into this place and haven't even maintained the current equipment but keep doubling the prices every few months. Plus if you sign up for a commitment package it's impossible to cancel. They continued charging me 3 months after I canceled and would not refund. Go read the other reviews. They do this to everyone

You will not be told what you are signing and then they will charge you for thousand different things other than your regular membership fees. The worst experience i have ever had in my life. Negative experience: I would give zero stars if I could. They will trick you into signing personal training sessions and make you sign the contract without showing or explaining properly. Be extremely cautious about signing for personal training sessions. They will not email a copy of contract which keeps you in dark. Do not believe a word they say. They will keep changing what they say. Shady practice and unprofessional behavior from managers.
Negative experience: Scam Alert: I want to warn anyone considering signing up at Onelife Fitness - Windermere Gym to think twice. My experience has been frustrating and full of dishonest practices, especially regarding membership cancellations. Misdirection & Lies: The front office staff is trained to provide misleading information. From the moment you sign up, expect to receive vague or incorrect details about key terms, such as contract lengths, cancellation policies, and hidden fees. Cancellation Nightmare: If you ever want to cancel your membership, prepare for harassment. They make the process unnecessarily complicated and drawn out. I was given the runaround and forced to jump through hoops just to end my contract, which was far from the straightforward process they initially claimed. Duplicity: Trust nothing that’s verbally communicated. In my experience, what’s said by the staff does not match the written terms of the contract. Make sure to get everything in writing and read the fine print carefully before signing anything. In short, if you value transparency and customer service, avoid this gym. The stress and deception involved in dealing with them far outweigh any benefits of the facilities.
Negative experience: Came with some friends to work out. Front desk didn't offer me a free guest pass and charged me $10 to enter. That kind of customer service told me everything I needed to know about this franchise.
Negative experience: Deceptive Practices and Hidden Contracts - Beware of Cancellation Hassles I don’t usually write reviews, especially for minor issues, but I feel compelled to share this to help others avoid the same situation. I signed up for 16 personal training sessions at $35 each, as did my wife. After completing those, I was unsure how many more sessions I would need. I had no plans to buy more until the training manager approached me at the gym and suggested a monthly option, stating that I could cancel anytime. It seemed reasonable at $152/month for four classes, so I agreed, assuming there was no long-term commitment. There was no mention of a contract or any cancellation fees. A couple of months later, my situation changed, and I needed to cancel. That’s when the nightmare began. I was told that I had to physically visit the gym, but only when the training manager was available – and he wasn’t always around. When I finally managed to meet with him and requested to cancel, I was shocked to be informed that I had somehow signed a six-month contract. I never signed anything in person, but apparently, they emailed me something that supposedly bound me to this agreement. I’ve now paid $400+ for unused personal trainer/cancellation fees because of this deceptive practice. I am trying to cancel my Gym membership also as I don’t want to deal with this business anymore. You can’t call them and cancel. You need to email member services and they will respond back in a day or two. Going through this process now. If you’re considering signing up for the personal trainer, be extremely careful. They lure you in with flexible terms but trap you in contracts you never intended to commit to. I would recommend looking elsewhere to avoid these shady tactics. P.S. This review is not a reflection of the individual trainer or the facility itself, my issue lies solely with the misleading way the training program is sold and managed.
Negative experience: I dont understand why I would have to pay a joining fee, my last gym demanded a cancelation fee. Seems the entire industry is predatory... no gym will take my money, they demand access to my bank account, seems to be what they really care about. They are playing the odds... get people to sign up, mich more than gym capacity, hope the majority give up and are too lazy to cancel... or if they do cancel, because they didn't use the service for 6 months while still paying, well at least they got another year out of the sucker with joining and can elation fees. Don't feed the sharks please.
Negative experience: I came here on a one day pass today. There was a young gentleman who was at the front desk. He asked me to check in on the IPad and told me to go ahead and workout. There was no tour of the facility. He pointed towards the women’s locker room and told me to let him know if I had any questions regarding membership. I did not feel welcomed.

Fantastic experience: if you’re looking for a personal trainer, LOOK NO FURTHER. Darin Randolph is a fantastic trainer. his instructions are helpful and he genuinely cares about all his clients success. i’ve never had a better fitness experience than with him!

Negative experience: I had the misfortune of joining OneLife Fitness at their Windermere branch, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The manager, exhibited appalling behavior that was rude, abusive, and downright unprofessional. When I initially signed up, I was coerced to join their Personal training class starting Jan, 24. I was offered a free trial class in Dec and thought the personal trainer was a GREAT guy, due to my busy travel schedules and he cancelling the class a couple of times, I immediately realized this is not going to work and immediately requested to cancel the training sessions. Instead of handling the situation with basic courtesy, the Director was incredibly condescending and accusatory. He outright called me a liar and refused to take any responsibility for the misinformation I had been provided by their staff. His attitude was hostile, and he seemed to take pleasure in denying my rightful request. What's even more appalling is that OneLife Fitness' policies are written in a way that is deliberately misleading and designed to trap members. The contract language is vague, allowing them to interpret it however they see fit, despite any verbal agreements made by their staff. It's a classic bait-and-switch tactic that reeks of deception. To make matters worse, Lewinsky made it abundantly clear that he had no intention of working with me or trying to find a reasonable solution. He was dismissive, unapologetic, and seemed to relish in her ability to enforce the gym's draconian policies without any regard for customer satisfaction. I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience was with OneLife Fitness, particularly with the Windermere branch's management. Their policies are hostile, their staff is poorly trained, and their managers are rude and abusive. They have no qualms about misleading potential members and then holding them hostage with unreasonable contracts. I joined this gym with an ambition of lifetime membership but not after 1 month, paid penality to cancel my membership. Do yourself a favor and avoid this gym at all costs. There are plenty of other fitness options out there with far better management, policies, and overall customer experience -- even planetfitness is much better than this. OneLife Fitness - Windermere is a predatory business that does not deserve our hard-earned money or loyalty.

Fantastic experience: Please please please do 4:30 group fitness classes! Most kids have to be picked up from daycare by 6:30 and I think 4:30 would be agreat option for working parents! The 5:30 cuts to close to pickup time. Very clean and nice looking gym compared to LA Fitness Sugarhill. I can only do the classes on the weekends though due to my schedule and class availability. If they Expand that I’ll become a spokesperson! Lol Thank you!

Negative experience: 1. Had trouble canceling training sessions 2. Sessions scheduling system isnt transparent and sometimes unused classes are not showing up in the system. I took 3 month training sessions starting Feb. in April first week I called them first and then next day went to front desk and told them I didn’t want to continue after 3 month period ending in April. As suggested by them I emailed. NO acknowledgment or response to email. I got billed in May and again front desk and assistant director were clueless when I reached out. I reached out to Director Levinsky and he put all blame on me for reaching out to front desk and not him as if he is available in his office all the time. I signed a form to discontinue my sessions . BUT I get billed again in June. Be thorough and talk to handful of people before committing to this gym or training membership to evade their traps. PS: After this review is posted, Mr levinsky reached out and promised to solve the issue. After many follow ups I got one month money back. Thanks. However I had to use may month classes unwillingly and as for June month- my trainer gaby took only two classes but the cancelled sessions didn’t show up in system. I didn’t get those classes back even after follow up. I appreciate the money refunded. Thank you.

Positive experience: The cleaning guy stuffed the vacuum cleaner under the treadmill while I was walking and then wouldn't get away from me once I hoped off.
Fantastic experience: Good gym. It’s the childcare that sold us on joining here. It’s cheap but there are always multiple staff members with the kids and there is lots for them to do while I workout. The gym is always clean and the equipment is kept up well. It occasionally gets a little busy, but that isn’t the norm. Overall, two thumbs up.

Negative experience: Corporate does not care for members. The gym is super hot and unsafe. DO NOT GO THERE. Been going there since 2009 because I love who they used to be. I have sent multiple complaints about the situation going on right now and no response.
Negative experience: Typical terrible gym. My wife only wanted a gym she could get month to month and she’s been trying to cancel it since January. Not at all the flexibility or member service we expected.

Negative experience: I was told by an employee at the gym that I was eligible to purchase a 3-month student gym membership which cost $60. However, I recently found out that my membership ended after only a month. Why am I paying double the price of a regular membership as a student?? Calling the gym didn't help either, as they just told me that the student membership only lasted for a month. Very disappointed... I think you didn't read my above comments properly. Your response is not relevant to my problem. I was charged $60 for just a month of membership when your associates told me it would be for three months. I purchased this membership in December/January.

Negative experience: Fitness center is good. But check your billing statements and personal session count on regular basis. I was billed over 2k after I cancelled my membership for HIIT program. And after Melissa at Windermere said they will refund, it had been over 6 months and have received only partial refund. Also faced issue in the past where they gulp up personal sessions.

Negative experience: I am giving 1 star because I could not see 0. I cancelled my daughters membership on August 2023. But they were taking money every month. They don't have customer care. Even if you send email, they will never get back. I went to their facility 4 times to get my money reimbursed. One of a worst experience.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Noah! Noah deserves a bonus! Noah was super fast to act and was a problem solver! After visiting the Onelife Fitness at Vickery I signed up on my mobile phone in my car as we where riding to the gym to help speed up the process so I could get a lift in! When I checked in I was informed there was a promotion. It was the $1 sign up for the holidays. I ended up paying the $40 or $20 sign up. I asked if there could fix this but informed be to email customer service after politely asking a few times. Noah at Windermere helped me right away and helped me save $40. My hat’s off to you Noah! Vickery take notes! Noah also gave me a professional contact to the GM and his professional contact as well! I am very thankful I went to this gym. It was also very open and there was plenty of open machines! Everyone was very nice! Great experience at Windermere!

Negative experience: Once you join this you are entrapped by their billing departments nonsense, when I joined the club didn’t tell me about annual charges and buyout money they will require you to pay along with one month advance notice, the club itself can’t handle anything related to billing related or account closures, they require you to contact abc fitness, the robots and email conversation their would take you to the hell, please join a reputed club like la fitness or lifetime, they would charge you more but they will not have these painful experience, don’t get trapped because this club is near your house.. save yourself time, money and energy

Positive experience: I have been a member of this gym for more than 5 years and i was contacted to renew my membership for the next year but i was sick and unable to go and renew it on that particular day. when i went back to renew they asked me to pay again the enrollment fee and the increased amount in membersip.I dont have any other complaints but the front desk people should have more knowledge on what they are doing. It was not like that before where we had good managers like Hugg,they know us personally and help the member's issue.I have no other way than to try out new gym for now. Fantastic experience: I really enjoy coming here and working out. The equipment is usually very well taken care of, and the staff are all very friendly. Also, the dumbbells are always put back in the right spaces on the rack! This says a lot about how much the members care about their gym and being courteous to others.

Positive experience: The gym itself is decent, a little small. Two things disappoint me about this gym. 1: most of the members seem to be disrespectful kids. 2: the children who work at the front desk spend most of their time on their phones and I frequently stand there waiting to purchase items and they are too busy playing around to notice me.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, love the Zumba, and kids club is awesome! The ladies are all great with kids and do a great job keeping a fun and controlled environment for all the kids. They will hunt you to get personal training classes, if you doit, they will keep charging you over and over the personal training clases even if you not authorized, to return the money every time they charge you will take months and you have to be on top of them, if you not check your bank statements good luck, because that is the only way you find out the extra charges. To cancel this membership is very, very difficult. When you are getting enroll they will tell you you can freeze you membership every time you travel or have any situations, but when you need to cancel your membership they don’t count that freeze time on your contract, basically they want whole full paid 12 months, to be able to cancel

Negative experience: Absolutely agree with Reina’s comment. It’s the most terrible experience if you choose to cancel the membership with this fitness center. They outsourced this service to a third party vendor. They never disclose these details while onboarding new clients. Please please know what you are getting into before blindly signing the contract. Their terms are Never heard of. I can’t freaking cancel my member even under medical condition. Only a buyout option-Pay extra to cancel. Ridiculous!!

Negative experience: Onelife fitness is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They literally wanted my blood, sweat, and tears to cancel my membership. I spoke with three different people and got three different answers and got the runaround for almost a week and my cancellation is still pending. I spoke to the front desk at this location, was emailing with corporate, and then also was speaking on the phone with corporate. All three gave me completely different answers. I lived 40 miles from this location and kept showing them proof of how far I lived and they just would not accept it.Finally they said they would consider letting me cancel if I paid them $140! Even after I have paid the money the cancellation is still under review and pending. Do not sign up at this gym. The gym itself is really great but the company is absolutely horrible and you will never be able to cancel ever. Even if you move to another country you have to show them multiple documents of proof of that. It’s just not worth it. Lesson learned.

I’ve been a member for 6 years and always have a positive experience. Gym is properly cleaned often and plenty of open equipment Hours are good Onelife also has many locations so I am able to use a gym near work and another near my sons soccer practices.

Fantastic experience: This gym is wonderful:: convenient location lots of equipment, constantly improving the equipment, just invested in hydro massage beds, but most of all it is spotless clean thanks to George. He does a wonderful job at keeping the floor sparkling, changing rooms and showers are sanitized constantly and he fixes anything that’s broken immediately. Other facilities of the same franchise should take Windermere location as a perfect example of a clean and well run facility. This is now my home gym!!!!

Positive experience: Nice gym. Usually not too crowded. Locker rooms are always very clean. What I'm disappointed is an employee this afternoon. The entire time I was in the locker room, there was a female employee on her phone the entire time, on speakerphone at that, berating some poor customer service tech about an applicance repair. I came into the locker room right before she did, and she made the call from the chair inside. I took a shower, got dressed, and she was still on this call. She remained on the phone the entire time I was present, along with others. When I left, she was still at it. Despite there being "no cell phone use" signs posted, I suppose the rules don't apply to her. Perhaps that isn't the conversation to have in a locker room of the gym that you work at. I will say the rest of the staff has never been anything but helpful and friendly - and she may be friendly too for all I know, but she wasn't being kind today. At least take your name tag off sis lol

Negative experience: This is a decent local gym with reasonably well maintain equipment, but the cancellation policy is a little dodgy. I wrote to cancel using the instructions provided on site by staff. I was not canceling because of a problem with the gym, we were simply moving. Unfortunately for me, the company had an issue with their online billing at the last billing cycle, which caused the last payment to not process… leading to the membership continuing for four months for no reason. I ultimately had to pay for five plus months after getting threatening emails. Guess it was worth the money to get away from the stalkers :) Like I said, decent gym, but like many such places, they will make it super hard on you if you need to quit, even for rather mundane, day to day reasons. And God forbid they mess something up - that becomes your issue. Hard to rate a place with sketchy customer service higher.

Negative experience: I want to talk about four different things here. Front Desk : Everything went well with my experience until I had to deal with the front desk for overcharging my account. I am not sure if it is my race or my gender, but the way he treated me is not acceptable. As a customer, I am treated poorly and don't deserve to be treated and talked the way he spoke. I am at a point where I do not even want to deal with this manager. Customer service is the most crucial aspect of the complete experience, and if someone is not willing to be compassionate and understanding, they should not be sitting there and calling themselves a manager to resolve issues. Check your bills - they over charge: I am charged extra 10 dollars per month as an addition to child care when I never brought my child or requested it. My contract says 29.99, but I am charged 39.99 for eight months. However, When talking about the refund, they are only refunding for 6 months and I need clarification on how they are doing the math. I will have to work with my credit card to have that 20 dollars refunded. Front Desk Training: I wanted to cancel my training, and when I went to the front desk to talk about it, they said "sure", and then they charged me for another extra month; when I went to ask for it, they then gave me the form to complete and then they went ahead and canceled it. One life fitness charged me for one month extra when the front desk failed to provide the form. (I could have checked the contract and asked for the form. But, the front desk is equally responsible and should be trained to inform customers about it. Unless the intention is to charge them extra and ask them to go figure it out or train extra). I also want to mention how another front desk manager called me and made empty promises to help, but everything was backed out, and she blatantly lied that she never said that. Personal training: My trainer Jason is fantastic, and I like how he understands my restrictions and works with me. He is the one saving grace in all of this fiasco.
Negative experience: I signed up this place because it’s just near with my house.Their service’s not friendly especially their Asian Manager.I think they need to fix that in order to keep their business in long time.
Fantastic experience: I and my wife been training at this location under the guidance of MR. Dustin Love, for last 4 months.He’s been a great help in our efforts to improve our health/strength ( reduced over 30 pounds). The location is very convenient to us and has all the classes we need such as Yoga/Spinning etc. Would highly recommend this location to anyone who’s looking to improve their health cost effectively.

Positive experience: My 15 years old son registered here just to see how he likes it, and he only went to this location for one day and then he did not like it, I called them and also sent them an email to cancel my son's membership, just few days after his registraition and announced them that he would not come here any more and asked them for cancellation of member ship, But they are keep cherging me per month with 39.00 doller, even we are not using it at alll!!! Fantastic experience: As of this writing, I have been going to this gym for ten years, four months, and several days. I have continued my membership (without forgetting about it!) during that time because this is one of the best gyms I've ever used. The staff is friendly and highly competent, the equipment is good and constantly maintained, the facility is clean and kept up well, and so on. I've been to a dozen other gyms, and while others might outshine this one in one area or another, none have done as well across the board. tl;dr: It's a gym, and it's so good at being a gym that you don't want any more out of it.

Negative experience: For 3rd time they charged for the trainer, my wife canceled the personal training program 3 months back. When i reach to this reception, they said its credit card company is charging. Even though you cancel subscription/trainer, they still hold your credit card and charge on it.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. I was told that it was a month to month contract because I specifically asked and now I am being told that is not the case. Had to write an email to cancel and it took 3 weeks to get a response back to say that I have to pay a cancellation fee for 3 people. No honest disclosure was done was just told whatever to get me to sign 3 contracts.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending this gym since January 2022 after being at the one at Vickery for a year and a half, this is my preferred location. The staff members are pleasant, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the machines are never out of order. I have yet to see one broken machine on the floor. Just recently, I completed eight personal training sessions with Pablo P. and I’ve seen a major difference. He’s very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He knows what he’s doing and I have never seen him talking away excessively or on his phone while with a client like I’ve seen other personal trainers do which is one of the reasons why I chose to work with him. He gives you his undivided attention at all times and the results show. Overall, this is a great gym and I pray it’ll only get better.

Negative experience: Olympic Weightlifters are NOT welcome here!!! Nor are CrossFit-style athletes, nor any athletes that incorporate movements that require you to drop barbells loaded with bumper plates to the floor. I was just reported for minding my own business while performing my Olympic Weightlifting routine by several members that complained that I was dropping my weights and making too much noise. I was very quiet and keeping to myself staying in my own space and I was reported. I had been there for three weeks already and nobody hasn't said a thing but this gym has bougie members that have absolutely no idea as to what the hell they are doing and are intimidated by strong people. You might as well change the name of this place to Planet Fitness and start having fat parties. If you are an Olympic Weightlifter or a Powerlifter or a Strongman or a CrossFit athlete, OneLife Fitness is NOT the place for you. For another reputable gym in the area to go to but stay away from this location.
Fantastic experience: Our family LOVES everything about this gym. We have two young sons, who we drop off at the Kids Club while we work out. Every single Kids Club worker is so sweet, welcoming and friendly. They remember my kids' names and my kids interests. There is a lot to do there for kids of all ages! I love the group fitness classes, specifically Anne and Anita's Barre classes. They are the best!!!

Fantastic experience: We just moved here a couple weeks ago and recently joined Onelife and it has been amazing - truly because of the people who work there! They make the gym a welcoming environment. Jonathan at the front desk has helped my kids and me get to and from our car in the pouring rain on multiple occasions. It was so unexpected and helpful!! He makes sure to greet us daily and helps us get to the kids club safely. We love the kids club and all the workers there (Sarah, Bridgette, Grace, Caitlyn, Nicole, Rogan, Madeleine, Bella just to name a few!). They do such a good job of keeping our kids safe, entertained, and happy. Additionally, George and his crew do a fabulous job of keeping the gym in tip top shape! They are always working hard to ensure the gym is cleaned up and in order.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out here for about 7 weeks now and I ABSOLUTELY love it! I’ve been apart of a gym before, but this one is top notch. They offer so many resources and the staff is always smiling and so helpful. For the first time in my life, I’m truly excited about working out and know that I’m doing it RIGHT, thanks to my trainer, Quinn and Delnorte, who got me connected with Quinn. I’ve only worked out with him maybe 5 times, but I can already feel the difference it’s making. I’m so grateful my husband put me on to this place. I was a little hesitant at first because I thought it was kind of expensive. But, It’s definitely worth every penny and you get what you pay for and so much more. On my tour, I asked a guy working at the front, Johnathan, I think is his name, what made this place different from others and he said the family feel. There’s definitely a family feel and a sense of care you get here, I feel it every time I go. Hyuk, the general manager is awesome too! I got a little over heated after a workout and he took time to nurse me back to health. Overall, it’s a really great place with really great people. I’m looking forward to longevity here.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Onelife Fitness @ Windermere for several years and have always found the entire staff to be very polite, professional and helpful. The front desk staff is always friendly and willing to help , Jonathan is always smiling and welcoming with his big smile which is contagious! Fantastic experience: My wife and I love this gym, we mainly use the classes, and we really enjoy them, and have definitely noticed a change in ourselves since we started. The Kids club is AMAZING, both of our kids enjoy it, especially our 2 y.o boy, it's quite literally his favorite place to go! All of the staff are spectacular , and they never stop telling us how much they love the kids. Kaytelyn and Caroline are defiantly some of our the boy's favorites, they're awesome! Laura is also wonderful. With the kids enjoying it so much it gives me that extra insensitive to go to the gym, thanks guys!

Negative experience: Overcrowded. They're way beyond capacity, a 45 minute workout will take you 2+ hours waiting for equipment.
We completely understand how frustrating it can be when you want to use a piece of equipment when it is crowded! We appreciate your business and value every one of our members. Our main focus is to get people to come in, get healthy, reduce stress, and exercise! In order to help alleviate crowding, we ask our staff to exercise during non-prime time hours, hold group training in a secluded area, and we can provide workout recommendations as needed to compensate for increased traffic. We appreciate your patience as we continue to work to improve your experience!

I started training with Sophia Condensa five months ago and my weight is down 20 pounds, muscle mass has inceased and fat mass has decreased. All the instructors are amazing and this is the only gym have this class every day… other gyms not…I been in this cycle class almost every day for 2 consecutive months and no complains. Negative experience: The gym didn't have the best cycle classes so we tried to cancel. What a nightmare! The person who signed us up said we could cancel at anytime without penalty, however this is not true. There is a cancellation fee to cancel each person and then you have to pay the last months dues. I went to the club but they could not cancel. They said I had to send an email to the office. Finally after sending this email I called the number and reach someone in another country who told me to send an email. After 30 minutes I think I finally got it cancelled. Read the contract, since they do not give you a copy.
Fantastic experience: Great staff and environment for working out. There are plenty of different types of machines to choose from - although bring your own lock for the lockers if you want them secured.
