Fantastic experience: I was looking for a place that might have more knowledge than just a typical massage center. I’ve had neck issues for such a long time and I didn’t want to make it worse. When I called, I explained and they set me up with a deep tissue massage with Crystal. It was such a great experience. She was very knowledgeable to my needs. I felt immediate relief right after the massage as well. I will definitely be coming back!!

Fantastic experience: My husband sees one of the the chiropractors here and bought me a massage as a surprise. Laurel was the masseuse. She is very pleasant and kind and the massage was so relaxing I was actually drifting off to sleep, which I have never done with a massage before. Lol!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here since December of 23' . When I came in, I was in so much pain. It kept me from being able to sit, sleep, and of course work. I've never been so miserable. I started with massage, I thought i pulled a muscle. It wasn't until I came in and saw Matt that my recovery began. He instantly, I mean as soon as he laid hands on me, he found my issue. He made an adjustment right then and there. I started to feel better immediately. I came every week, then 2 weeks and out to 3 weeks between visits. I can't express how happy I am to be pain free. I've give them 10 stars if I could. Oh and Maya is my therapist.

Fantastic experience: Set up my first visit wanting to get the y-strap neck decompression done. Saw Dr. Matt for my initial and impressed with his knowledge and open-mindedness on alternate ways to heal the body. I trusted him when he said he could do the manual neck decompression very well with his hands ( vs. the y strap) and he did not disappoint. It instantly relieved my pain and overwhelmed me with emotions / release of trauma...IYKYK. I will definitely get the y strap in a future appointment, but feel confident that he will be able to heal my body in a way that other chiropractors have not been able to.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 highly recommend Dr. Kyna! She specializes in maternity care and has truly made my later on life pregnancy a lot more comfortable. I can actually move like my pre-pregnant self. Not only is she very good at her craft, but she is very calming, easy to talk to, and relaxing zen type of person. I was in extreme hip and neck pain when I started going and not only are the Doctors so incredibly intuitive with their adjustments, they also really care! They recommended treatment called PEMF and said it would help a ton, well I was a bit skeptical, so they put me on the machine at no cost to see if I get any benefits, which I totally did!! I know do that PEMF every week I addition to my adjustments, and have been feeling amazing!! They are absolutely accommodating to my schedule and I’m times I need to get in sooner if I tweaked me neck they always got me in! Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Kyna for probably about 3 months or so now maybe a little more than that. I was having issues in my neck and shoulders also lower back and hips. I’ll have to say being as active as a person as I am, with surfing and other sports that the best decision I made was starting to see her to get the help and relief I need to continue doing the things I love to do. Being able to function at a high level is important to me and every visit seems to put me right back on track. 10/10 would recommend as the office staff and everyone is so welcoming, helpful, & accommodating every visit.

Fantastic experience: When I started my journey with Natural Health practices, I was a mess. Bones like concrete, way overweight, no knowledge of healthy food, constant migraines... the list goes on. I was at a point at losing hope to ever be pain free. I almost quit my job. After only a couple months, I am working with no pain, getting on the right track with healthy food and have started losing weight, very few migraines. Fantastic experience: I have been absolutely thrilled with the care and services at Natural Health Practices. Dr Shelley Seidenberg has assembled an incredible team...i am super impressed with my 4 treatments with Dr Kyna Sanchez and the one treatment that i had with Dr Kelsey Pilati was equally excellent, yet uniquely different. Their focus on my mobility issues...particularly on my feet and hips...has been directly improving my strides and the way I climb steps. My mother commented on mother's day that she noticed how much better I am walking. HUGE improvement in a matter of weeks. The Facilities are first class, I take advantage of their Far Infrared Sauna package during each visit. THE DETOX Treatments remove a surprising amount of gunk! I'm also VERY pleased with the PEMF Treatments for circulation and reducing inflammation. I LOVE ❤️ the fact that I get all these services IN ONE PLACE! The nutrition counseling by Kim, the nutrition associate is also useful if you are on a weight loss journey. She will measure, coach, advise and even give daily suggestions helping with accountability AND ENCOURAGEMENT. LAST, but certainly not least, the staff is SUPER friendly AND really helpful as you work through your treatment plan. KENDALL and PEG have worked wonders fitting my treatment in around my busy work schedule... All in all, I have already recommended Natural Health Practices to two of my friends and business partners because of the successful results I have already experienced...and I recommend you give them a call too.

Before coming to Natural Health, I was frustrated and frankly fed up with feeling like I wasn't being heard and handed pills to mask my symptoms. After a Google search knowing that there had to be other solutions, I was divinely led to NHP and I have never been happier AND healthier!! I had never experienced healthcare like this before and left my first appointment with Kim feeling excited, thankful, and so hopeful! I'm not out of the woods yet, as healing takes time, but I know I am in the right direction. The facility was clean and peaceful, and friendly. After a ~3 year struggle along that path, I took the step to meet with Meg. After doing some food sensitivity testing and looking into other products I use (laundry detergent, soap etc), I was able to uncover what does and does not respond with my body, and ultimately reach my fitness goals to lose over 10 pounds. I trust Meg to help guide me with everything from digestion and food, to skincare, to aiding me when I’m feeling sick. Fantastic experience: The staff at Natural Health Practices are some of the most helpful and caring practitioners that I have ever met. Fantastic experience: I honestly went into the nutrition counseling thinking I knew a thing or two about eating well and nutrition. I was very mistaken. Kim has kindly worked very hard to get to the root of my chronic nausea. I have found out what foods are aggravating my system, very specifically, and have been given great suggestions to pretty much revamp my diet. As well as the many other services provided, it really is a convenient one-stop. Scheduling is never a problem, very organized and professionally done, almost never a wait time. All the way around, a very informative, satisfying experience.

She is an amazing Chiropractor, I have been to many and she proved to be so knowledgeable and her mission in life is to help others lead a healthy life! She aligned me weekly to eliminate the pain in my foot, neck , shoulder and back-I feel like I am 20 years old again. The staff in the office are so kind and helpful, you can feel their love in educating people on the importance of doing the right things for your body. Kim truly makes you feel her commitment to your health! She focuses on your nutrition, she does the Nutritional Response Testing that was developed by Dr Freddie Ulan. It is nutritional healing! I had sensitivities to a lot of things I was eating & drinking and after working with Kim, I feel so much better taking the whole food supplements. Kim and Dr Shelly are your own personal cheerleaders, motivating you to take control of your health!! They are all amazing with such kind spirits!
