Fantastic experience: Everybody was kind, caring, friendly went out of their way. I would recommend everyone to this place.

Negative experience: Sono Bello need to do better with their communication. I came in on 9/28 I believe for my pre-op and meet the doctor, he was sweet amazing man. Was given 15 possibly more pages to complete which I did. Receptionist to tells me I’ll receive a packet in the mail from the financing company, to this day 11/2 I yet to receive the packet. All I know my first payment was due week after surgery, I have no idea anything else after that. I googled and called financing company and asked why my payment was due so soon? I was told that’s how the consultant Rocky set it up. I emailed Rocky, it’s after you sign on the dotted line they get their money anything after that, oh well deal with it. I had my surgery 10/5 as birthday present to myself. I was told I will get a call the day before to let me know what time to be there. Around 4:30pm, no one called, I had to call them myself to find out what time to arrive at the clinic. The pain was unbearable, I didn’t know I’ll be wide awake the whole time because I wasn’t told that at all. I laid there in a crucified position and dealt with it. The lidocaine injections given in different areas of my stomach didn’t work at all, so I was wide awake feeling everything. I’ve had twins w/o an epidural, I delivered a 10 lbs baby w/o an epidural. I would rather do that again than go through that procedure again. All I could do was lay there and pray. This was not a good experience for me, I’m just praying for a better outcome. After procedure was done I was given my first garment which turned out too big, so for 10 days I was in severe pain, swollen, couldn’t walk, sit, sleep, lay on either side and definitely not stomach. When they say they’ll send you after surgery videos, don’t hold your breath, videos never came, no one calls to see how you are like most office do after surgery. There was zero communication between me and them after my surgery until my 10 days post to find out my garment was the size that’s why I didn’t benefit from it. They gave me another garment, smaller size. This is a medical facility, I understand the discomfort will be there because of the surgery but they need to communicate better. The pamphlets they give you pre and post surgery please read it, that’s the only communication you’ll get from them. I never heard from financing company about a payment schedule, no emails on your payment is due on this date, nothing. Special Financing and Sono Bello need to do better with communication. UPDATE: since my post, Sonobello management team reached out to me, and the issues I had was resolved. Thank you Abby

Positive experience: UPDATE: This issues has been resolved by a very kind woman at the corporate office. She made me feel heard and just listened to everything I had to say. So thank you! I went to Sono Bello and they lied about everything!! I was tortured!!! The worst pain I have ever felt in my life. And Dr Korey didn’t even care. Just kept on going. I was screaming out in pain. And all he could say was, “just give her another Xanax.” He didn’t finish. I was left in a ton of pain for several weeks. (TMI) but my boyfriend had to do everything for me, even wipe me after I used the bathroom. How embarrassing is that!??? My abdomen is so messed up. It’s not even. Very Lumpy.. Sono Bello was thee worst decision of my life and I regret every second of it. DONT TRUST THEM!!! Go to a REAL plastic surgeon and get general anesthesia!!! My surgery was later in the afternoon and everyone was rushing around so they could leave for the day. My meds did not have enough time to kick in and not one person in that room was sympathetic. The nurse stood in the corner staring at me while I was screaming! And the doc just kept telling me “look at all the fat that’s coming out.” I cried about this experience for weeks. And when I went back for my one month follow up, they had the nerve to ask me to finish the procedure with a different doc.. Not one person said they were sorry.. Not one person just sat and listened to me. They all just wanted me to continue with a different doc. I had to tell them no several times. And it took months to get my money back. Please do your research. Look at all of your options before even considering this place. I would never wish this experience on my worst enemy!!!

Fantastic experience: I felt that I was really listened to about my concerns and what I felt I needed done. The staff was very honest. They told me I didn’t even need as much done that I thought I did . I was ready to go full fudge under the knife. And they informed me that I didn’t need to go that dress of a route. They could’ve uphold me if they wanted to and they didn’t. They were honest about the treatments that I needed to get the results I wanted.

Positive experience: UPDATE: The company has acknowledged this misrepresentation and provided a total refund. ________________________________________ I wish there was a way to add a zero rating! The sales team, specifically Jodi Haba, are skilled deceivers. They will perform an "assessment" of your body and convince you that the procedure can deliver more than it can just to get you to sign the contract. Once you meet with the surgeon for your pre-op, the assessment of what can and can't be done is vastly different from the original assessment and you are stuck forfeiting a "surgical fee" for a surgery that does not take place should you cancel after the pre-op. Don't fall for it like I did. SMH! No integrity at SonoBello.

Fantastic experience: I am one week post surgery, and I am very pleased with my experience. I was initially very nervous but my nurse Alex was the absolute best. She not only calmed my nerves, answered every question I had, but she was also genuinely a nice person who cares about my surgical journey. She made this experience 10 times better. Overall it been easy reaching with any questions during this process. I’m excited to see the lasting results.

Fantastic experience: I had a good experience with Rocky with my consultation. When I went in for my procedure, Nurse Casey was very nice and helpful. Dr Stroud was great. First day and day after, was a bit rough with all the drainage and uncomfortableness but manageable. I had my procedure done on a Thursday by Monday I felt pretty decent. Went in for my follow-up on Tuesday, Nurse Shakrya was very nice and informative, my new garment was ordered and I was given a bodysuit type garment in office (much more comfortable then the band) also was instructed to rub my areas until next week then I would move on to massaging the areas (this is to stimulate the lymph nodes to smooth them out and allow them to drain through natural body elimination).I also scheduled my Venus appointments as well ( this is to help with the knots and help to smooth) Overall I am very happy with the complete office and everyone that I spoke with and seen while there (front desk etc) I am excited to get through my recover fully and see my end results (no swelling etc) this process I was told could take up to six months depending on the person and how well you maintain yourself with food and exercise. After 2 weeks you are able to do light to medium exercise, such as walking and lighter weights. After six weeks I was told you can go back to full and normal activities. I hope this helps someone who is on the fence about doing this. I didn’t add photos because I think it’s just too soon for that.

Fantastic experience: Miriam has been my aesthetic technician for about a year this month at Sono Bello. Her positive personality is always a bonus for me after working with children all day. Because Miriam stands up while providing service, she has a better reach to cover the entire area of my back, stomach, etc. while other aesthetic technicians sit down. She also shares additional ways at home that I can use to increase my recovery time that I did not know. That works! The financial investment in myself is worth each visit. Negative experience: Beware — I scheduled a consultation, drove an hour to get to it, arrived 10 minutes early, and then they double booked the appointment with only one consultant. I was told I could not been seen till the other 4:30 was finished. I will not use a company that disrespects a potential clients time like that.

Fantastic experience: Miriam the nurse did a get job on my Venus Legacy treatment. The atmosphere was pleasant it smelled good,nice soothing music and the massage almost put me to sleep. My overall experience was get. I'm loving my results already and I haven't even healed all the way. Thanks Sono Bello.

Fantastic experience: The nurses at Cleveland were all very nice and made the process easy going. Dr. Stroup HIGHLY recommend him. His personality is what made me have the confidence in him from pre op when I first met him. I was very nervous going in to do my stomach and waist area but I loved how he listens to music while doing surgery so that made me focus more on the music than the surgery.

I'm excited to see the end result. Thank you Miriam! See you next week. UPDATE: It's been several months since the Venus treatment was completed. I am very very disappointed. There was zero change in the look of my dimpled skin even though I was assured that I was the perfect candidate. The office staff was great. No complaints, but the procedure itself was an utter failure and complete was of thousands of dollars. I didn't expect the Venus treatment to completely rid me of all of the lumps and bumps. For whay the treatment costs, my hopes was to see up to half of the areas smooth out, but there was zero change and my collagen did not regenerate. I am now taking a powdered collagen supplement and will see if that helps in 6 month or so. It's much cheaper than the Venus treatment. I do NOT recommend this treatment for dimpled skin.

Negative experience: I am giving two stars at this moment due to the following: Today (Saturday, February 12, 2022) I had the TriSculpt procedure completed (my procedure began at around 8:15am-830am ish and I am reporting this now at 8:32pm EST). From what I understood, the local anesthesia and meds given would assist with me feeling no pain. In the beginning of the process, I did not feel anything but the anesthesia and meds wore off and I began feeling everything that what being done. Even when I told the surgeon who was completing the procedure that what he had been doing was hurting, he did not seem to care and kept going. You could tell that I was severely in pain because I kept tapping the arm rest of the medical bed and also was shaking severely. The assistant nurse seemed to be concerned and asked the surgeon if she should get another Percocet to give to me and the surgeon told her “no”. Even before the procedure, I was informed that I would be given extra “fluids” for pain if I had been experiencing such and that all I would need to do was inform them that I had been hurting while he was completing the TriSculpt procedure. I’m having a hard time understanding why this occurred and feel as if the fact that I had been suffering while under the procedure was not taken seriously or under consideration. I will be completing another complaint at my follow-up on the 17th of February and also another review when I am able to see my results down the line.

Fantastic experience: I had a two stage process done. The first was was dealing with excess skin due to 2 C-sections where I was cut from belly button down and due to weight loss. I had an “apron” of sagging skin. I spent years hiding under baggy tops. I looked like I had 2 butts, one in the back and one in the front. Dr. Khoury took care of that!! He removed the remaining fat that exercise could not and excised all that sagging skin. The second stage was to contour my hips and waist to give me my shape back. My nurse for the second stage was Miriam. She was AMAZING!!!! Miriam made me feel so at ease. She went above and beyond to help me feel relaxed by telling me what to expect. She positioned my phone and ear buds so that I could keep listening to my relaxation app during the procedure (which I highly recommend). Thank you Dr Khoury and Nurse Miriam!!

I have called over stupid questions and they’ve always gotten right back with me never making me feel judged. I see a big difference in my body since the tri sculpting procedure. It takes time to see results but overall I am please with the results and overly satisfied with the staff, especially Jasmine (front desk & Aleshia nurse) :)

Fantastic experience: On Tuesday October 12, 2021, I had a consultation with Rocky at the Sono Bello in Garfield Hts. Cleveland,Ohio. The receptionist was very professional she greeted me with a warm welcome and offered me water while I fill out the application. I must say the application is a little lengthy but details are needed. A few minutes after filling out the application Rocky came out and got me, she was also very professional well groomed and attractive. She asked a few question then proceeded to examine my area of concern, she never touched me without asking permission to do so, I found that to be very professional. Rocky was very detail with me about the procedure that I want. Afterward I inquired about the cost she answered my question and went on to tell me they have financing and the amount that I would have to pay up-front, and she would help me apply for it. Over all my consultation with Rocky was very professional and I was pleased with all of the visit. I'm looking forward to having the procedure done and I pray that I'm not getting out of His will for me, I'm soon to be 75 years old and I wonder should a woman my age be considering doing this. Fantastic experience: I love my new body!! I didn't expect to look like a supermodel, just wanted to to feel good in my my clothes, and I do! A good diet and plenty of exercise will enhance your results. It wasn't easy, a little painful, and a long recovery process. Looking back, I'd absolutely do it all over again!! Worth every penny..

Negative experience: Had a 3:00 appointment and was asked to be there at 2:45 to fill out paperwork. Sat in the waiting room until 4:00. Drove 40 minutes to hear it was double what they made you believe it to be prior to your appointment. Called their ambassadors to give them my experience and they said the Dr. determines the pricing. I didn’t see a Dr I seen a sales person. Don’t waste your time unless you have thousands to blow.

Fantastic experience: Went there for info on a procedure and left with an actual date set for my procedure!!!! Rocky is great! She did everything she could to make sure my procedure would be getting done. The office is clean and very welcoming. The receptionist is a sweetheart! Everyone there seems to actually want to be there! Definitely happy about my decision to go to this location!

Negative experience: Joke! I paid $12k to this place Dec 2017 and now I will be $10k to get most of their work done by another doctor (BH Perfection). They didn't remove all the fat from my inner thighs (barely any) and its worse now. I was told the fat cells would be burn from the areas I had surgery and it feels more like a dumping ground in those same areas. Horrible work!!

My primary physician who performed my procedure was Dr. Stroup who is very detail oriented, so is nurse Alescia. I appreciate both of them for caring for me. Negative experience: I am scheduled today for a pre-op visit at sono bello garfield ohio and for surgery tomorrow. I am having the worst customer experience with the staff there. Today I received a call from a CSR saying she could not satisfy the payment of 3500 dollars same as cash on my care credit because the amount for this finance option is $4000.The total cost for surgery was $8000, I put $4500 down in cash and wanted to finance the rest. I then asked to speak to someone who can help me solve this issue suggesting that sono bello refund me $500 of my cash and charge the total of 4000 on the care credit, so I can utilize the 12 month same as cash option. I spoke to a man name Phil Thomas, who stated he was a manager and could make it happen. Great! My issue is that he spoke to me in a very condescending tone, disregarded my concern(s) and put me in a very uneasy anxious set of mind. I have lost confidence in the quality of care you guys may have for your patients and need to be reassured things will be just fine. I asked Phil T. for a contact to someone at corporate or someone higher than him and he completely refuse, just giving me half of someone's name, sending me to do research on my own to find a director of some sort on Linked In and Facebook! #inconsiderate #nocompassion #salesfocused vs #patientcare Very Unsure Of How To Move Forward...if I don't get the surgery I lost $1000!
