Fantastic experience: Wanted to publicly thank Dr. Rosie Gallegos-Main and Dr. John Main for what they have done for my husband and I. We are senior citizens that still ranch for a living. Ranching is a dangerous business, if you do it long enough you will get into wrecks. Their combined healing skills and the therapies available in their clinic are allowing us to pursue our passion with joy instead of pain. Fantastic experience: Rosie & her entire team are the most caring & gentle people. I have so many problems going on with my body & even after my first visit I am not feeling the extreme pain I was before. Beings I’ve never been to a chiropractor & I’m almost 77 she didn’t use the amount of pressure she normally would & I still felt wonderful relief. Stretching my spine on a certain machine relieved some pinching & after being on it only once I was able to bend over & back up with no problem & no pain. My neck & shoulders are in real bad shape from carrying for my 300 pound very sick husband for 5 years & I don’t know what she did but the pain in my left shoulder & arm is less but still needs attention. I will be going to see Rosie until my body feels like what a human’s body should feel. I’m staying home & saving what little money I have so I can keep going & I don’t feel bad about it because I know with every visit at Main Health Solutions I will start feeling like a functioning person again. It’s been a long 32 years of constant depression & with Rosie’s amazing knowledge I know I will be healthy again. She knows the body how GOD created it & that’s how she goes about fixing & putting the puzzle back together & to make us feel like GOD intended us to.

Fantastic experience: Main Health Solutions has been our go to for the past 5 years when we are in need of it. The kids and I went back after being away for awhile. We all walked out of there with so many good things to say about how much better we feel! Our aches and pains were resolved and we are so pleased! Amd the staff has always been wonderful! I also went when I was pregnant with number four. I had a minor fall down my stairs 5 weeks prior to being seen. I had no idea how much pain that fall messed with my body until I got up from the adjustment table feeling like I can walk without being so uncomfortable! It was also nice that those appointments helped kicked me closer to labor.

Fantastic experience: Rosie and her team are top notch! They were quick to get me in at a time that worked for me, and when I arrived I was treated promptly and didn't have to wait. X-rays were taken, reviewed, and then adjustment was made all same day. Only place I'll go and recommend to anybody who needs chiropractic care.

Fantastic experience: I don't do many reviews, but I want the world to know how great Dr.Rosie and her team is. I've been a registered nurse for years. My back has really taken a toll from the physical work I do. I have been to a hand full of chiropractors and never felt much improvement. My pain had brought me to a breaking point. I had little rotation in my neck, severe sciatic pain and lower back pain. I truly feel God brought Dr.Rosie to me. Through the exceedingly knowledgeable care of Dr. Rosie’s treatment plan involving assessment, adjustment, SoftWave Therapy, education, stretches, and exercises, along with the kindness, and thoroughness of all of her staff, I can walk without pain. I plan to continue to recover with adjustments and the many educational sessions that she offers. Dr. Rosie & Dr. John Main run an inspirational practice.

She has an excellent & loving staff who work well together to provide the best health care plan with compassionate love. She provides free classes and workshops on a wide array of subjects based on these 5 principals. She is the US Olympics Women's Wrestling Team's chiropractor.

Negative experience: Had a really bad experience. Was so hurt by too rough of treatment I had to have a MRI, physical therapy. I felt like I was in an assembly line. And the care was not very individualized. She’s a smart, wonderful lady but my experience here was very poor. I spent a lot and got worse :(

I rather enjoy Dr. Rosie’s classes that she offers to educate and inform her clients of wholistic approaches to maintaining and improving health from her delicious diet and cooking classes to her exercise and flexibility courses. Frankly, Main Health Solutions has just about everything you’d need to get back into good health and wellness from a treatment standpoint to personal care, information, practical application, and encouragement. They are well deserving of more than 5 stars but since I can’t give more, I hope this post steers you towards considering them for your health and chiropractic needs. Fantastic experience: Main Health Solutions was the best care I have gone to in a very long time. I hit my head playing soccer and was having neck pain and headaches afterward. I went to a chiropractor and they suggested that I might have a fracture in the spine of my neck. I visited Main Health Solutions to get X-rayed and adjusted. It was a last minute emergency situation where I needed to know about my neck before my soccer game the next day. I called and Dr. Rosie Main let me in on her day off on a holiday to check me out. I wasn't put on hold and I didn't have to be put on a wait list. She adjusted me and gave me health advice and took my X-ray with no issues. At the end she prayed with me for my healing and for God's protection against further injury. The treatment did not cost the hundreds of dollars I dont have that emergency care would have charged. It was an amazing faith based clinic that helped me and cared for me out of kindness and need to help others rather than doing it for money. Great Experience.

Negative experience: My reasoning for such a low raiting is if you are an established patient and you arrive 15 minutes late or more you won't be attended after 15 mins after you'll be asked to reschedule tell me why I was asked to reschedule only after 8 minutes after being caught in traffic this should not be the case 8 minutes won't do anything to your schedule 15 minutes is the limit not 8 this was not my fault either so don't start saying that I should have gotten on my way earlier i went 30 mins before got caught in traffic and was 8mins late so 1 star for you ty v much
