Negative experience: I think it's very wrong how they mistreat the staff. I was present when the supposed service person verbally abused one of the girls. They don't respect if there are patients. Terrible service, I do not recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Cinco Ranch Family Wellness!. ❤️ I highly recommend them, whether you are having your spine checked as part of your overall health journey or you suffer from back, hip or neck pain. They are the BEST!!! I first became a patient as part of my overall health journey in May of 2021. Part of overall health, is to have your spine checked for proper alignment and and % of curvature in the neck and lower back. X-rays showed mine was significantly lacking in alignment and curvature. Dr Jay laid out a plan, including adjustments and exercises to get my spine where it needed to be along with going over a sheet that contained an - all Body Composition analysis - a good overview of my overall fitness. BMI, body fat % etc. - As a Farmers Market vendor I do lots of lifting and have messed my back up on a number of occasions. Usually from lifting too much wrongly, twisting while lifting or sitting for hours at a craft show on a non supportive chair. Cinco Ranch Wellness has always gone out of their way to get me seen ASAP!!! Which - when you are in excruciating pain - it means everything!!! This week I locked up my hip, pressing against my sciatic, causing an intense amount of pain and discomfort. Getting me in ASAP, Dr Jay utilized their state of the art equipment and treatments along with his adjustments to have me pain free and in alignment in just two days with 2 visits. Please pay attention to “Family Wellness” because that’s exactly what that are all about, wellness “para toda la familia” in a lot more aspects then taking care of your bones. I became a fan of Dr. J and Co. after my first visit. Not only they will straighten up your posture and relieve the pain you may going thru but also, there’s a bunch of events that take care at this location, from “De compras con el doctor” where you actually go shopping with your doctor,(that’s right) he teaches what foods to eat and what to avoid as you go as a group the the grocery store near by. You also have a chance to provide “ Salud para ti Negocio” yet another event where small business owner and self-employed entrepreneurs (emprendedores de los buenos) meet and share information that is very valuable to all. On top of that, you will have a chance to work out with YOUR DOCTOR!! Are you kidding me??? No one else’s works out with their doctor, here, you can in the once a month event, “boot camp with Dr. J “ at this location. I told you it really is well ness para la familia.
