Negative experience: Update, they just charged my card again and changed their website login and I cannot get my credit card off the account. I used this company a last year ago and paused my account. They charged me anyways and will not refund me. They insist I can only use the online credit…attempt to use the credit and no meals delivered. Company not responding to support tickets and refuse to provide me my money back.

Negative experience: Wow I used to get meals from here a few years ago the. Stopped because I wasn’t eating them all and am now very busy with work and just decided to start up again. They were delivered Friday and the 3 I have eaten are terrible. I might throw the rest away. Here’s the broccoli cheese turkey. With 2 pieces of yellow broccoli and no cheese or any type of seasoning on the meat or rice. Not worth the money at all and I’m so disappointed.

Negative experience: Wow this company has fallen apart. I used them last year and then cancelled it in December. They decided to turn it back in in July without my permission and just started sending me meals again and charging my card. I called multiple times with no answer and texted as well as sent 8 emails with no response. I've had to dispute all charges with my credit card which is such a pain to do. Stay away from this company.

Negative experience: Save yourself the hassle! DO NOT use them I’ve been trying to cancel for 2 months and haven’t gotten any response and they keep charging me every week!

Negative experience: This company is going under. They were GREAT 3-4 years ago. I paused my account because I would be out of country during the summer. June it is paused. Suddenly end of august, without any authorization or communication, my card gets charged and a box is delivered out side, ROTS in the sun from no one being home, this continues for 4 weeks despite call after call lines where the voicemail is too full to pick up and rings once. NO ONE GETS BACK TO YOU VOA EMAIL deal it e writing one each day. No one responds to your text like it was before. There literally IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The company seems to be run by no body at all and by automation of anyone in their records, send them a box and charge them. Not worth the hassle of being on a call with your credit card company for an hour to dispute. Pull payment/merchant block is the only solution.

Negative experience: Buyer beware. I have had nothing but horrible customer service from them and now have to report to my bank they refuse to stop my subscription. I emailed several times to cancel and recieved no response. I will contact BBB and leave my experience on trustpilot. Run from them, they truly will steal from you with horrible business practices, a fake number which is busy 24/7 7 days a week and non existant customer service. They will not stop your subscription. Save your money, there are better mealprep companies who don't steal from customers.

Negative experience: I've used Eat Right for a little over four months now, and the experience has been rocky, to say the least. First of all: the food is great. No complaints there. Unfortunately, the operations and customer service is horrendous. Good luck getting anyone to respond to their HELP chat (which is also their email -- it's all sent through a Zendesk app which is apparently not monitored). Even calling is hit-or-miss: I've gotten through ONCE, on at least two dozen attempts...the rest of the time it's a busy signal. So why did I call? Orders double-billed. Shipments not delivered. Cancelled orders sent anyway. Last time I called, I expressed dismay at two orders being charged simultaneously. They responded to my message by telling me that the first order was enroute and the second would arrive a week later. So, the first order did indeed arrive, but the second never showed up. Still charged. And I haven't heard from them since. Again, the food is great, and the owners are apparently very well-meaning. But they have TERRIBLE customer service, which is to me a core value and why -- after filing a Small Claims Court lawsuit to recover my $98 -- I will switch to another company. Sorry Eat Right, I gave you MORE than enough chances to prove your worth. You failed.

Negative experience: I do not like this place overall. The food is very good but terrible in service. I canceled 2 weeks ago because they sent me double what I ordered and charged double. The lady seemed nice on the phone, but did not try to get me to stay with a discount on their mistake. They just sent me a double box again and charged me double three weeks in a row, I cannot afford the robbery they have done to me three weeks in a row. Next one I will speak with a lawyer, really bad, she told me canceled and I get charged double again. Good thing I have bills to pay but can't because of how bad it is run, You have been warned,

Positive experience: UPDATE 11/24: spoke to Denise in customer service today and was able to reach a resolution I feel satisfied with. After a thorough conversation, she took great care of me and I will be ordering again and hopefully be a long term customer. It appears to me that Eat Right is a rapidly growing small business that does want to do right by their customers while trying to filter out extraneous refund claims to protect their sustainability. Thanks for taking care of my concerns, Denise. ***************** Most meals were good (only reason for 2 stars instead of 1). A handful wouldn’t cook properly and had issues with the plastic wrapping. However, the main reason why I’m writing in is because this “French toast” was disgusting both visually and taste-wise (see photo below). I ordered late Oct as a referral from a friend. After experiencing a few defects in my meals, I told Eat Right about the issues for the first time on Nov 2. They offered no solution to me they just suggested they might need to recalibrate their plastic wrap machine. I inquired again on Nov 12th about how I could formally complain to get my money back for these meals. On Nov 13th, customer service expressed to me this could not be refunded - it could only be replaced. When I made the complaint about this meal (see picture below) & the others that couldn’t cook properly, she stated that she would find out if they could be replaced this week or next and that it would depend on supply available. I understood and wasn’t in a rush to receive them this week. She also stated she would get back to me Monday (15th) to confirm which week they would be sent… when I still hadn’t heard from her by today (Friday 19th), I wrote in asking what the update was and only then did she inform me that she was not able to replace them at all due to how much time had passed. I also asked for the support request to be escalated and she denied me that stating she would not be sending replacement meals due to the timeline. Again, -Ordered late Oct (22nd I believe) -Informed them of issues Nov 2nd -Inquired again on Nov 12th -Spoke to CS on Nov 13th -Expected follow up by Nov 15th -Had to follow up myself Nov 19th and what was discussed was not followed through on I would have gladly given them a second chance if they sent out the replacement meals as discussed but when multiple meals are practically inedible and you are paying good money for them… that’s not right in my book. I mean decide for yourself… but if you are on the fence about giving Eat Right your business, my suggestion would be to look elsewhere. There are better providers of this service in my opinion. Eat Right is not on top of their product or their customer service.

Fantastic experience: I have tried many meal prep services, but EatRight is the best of the best. Not only is the food easy to order and delivered well, but the packaging is awesome. The film over the top gives you a clear view of your meal. I was hesitant about microwaving everything as that usually dries food out or loses its texture, but that's not the case with EatRight. The food is excellent and I haven't been disappointed in one thing I've ordered in 2 weeks. I'm going to continue to order from them as it saves me time and effort so I no longer have to spend an entire day meal prepping.

I also love that you can easily scan the meals into the MyFitnessPal app. Bonus: Their customer service is absolutely stellar! Can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Having tried many prepped food services and some not so prepped I must say Eat Right has made my life easier and much more yummy. In only 2 mins you have a complete meal that leaves you full. On the conventional plan and feel that there is plenty of variety and may even try the plant based just for a change of pace and see if they can make me like veggies.(big task). If you are trying to eat well ( no pun intended) and control portions this system is the easiest and tastiest I have found. Even my husband enjoys them and again with only 2 min in the microwave he thinks they are easier than fast food or uber eats.

They now charge for shipping, which they didnt use to. You can switch up and do a combination of keto, plant based and conventional meals, which I really appreciate. Fantastic experience: I’ve been using Eat Right meal services for about 45 days. I’ve used Clean Eatz, and just about every other meal delivery service, and they’ve just never worked. Eat Right is delivered fresh to my door every Friday. They’re not frozen. They require no prep. The flavors are absolutely amazing. All you have to do is microwave the meal for 2 mins before you eat. The menu revolves to keep it fun and interesting. The breakfast meals are creative too. I’ve used the keto meal plans and the conventional. I can’t say enough good things about Eat Right meal service. If you’re looking to save time, eat healthy, lose weight, or keep your macros in track, this meal service is a delicious, budget friendly option.

The staff is always friendly and prompt to answer any questions or solve any concerns/issues I may have which I hardly ever have. They listen to your dietary needs and I love the labeling system along with being able to scan the label to my fitness pal to track my meals/calories! The weekly texts I get to chose my meals and tracking texts on my deliveries are so convenient.

Negative experience: Used them for a few months when they were delivering “fresh food” now that they are using UPS the food comes frozen and rock hard. 4 days before I’ll even eat them. Taking up space in my freezer. Also, the “app” they created is garbage. I paused my account through the app but was still charged and told I couldn’t get a refund but only a “credit for a future order.” Cancelled.

Fantastic experience: We started with the keto meals at eatright a couple of months ago and have really enjoyed them. The flavor/taste is spot on, the meals come on time and frozen, and the net carbs are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company, if you are looking for good tasting meals, convenience, and excellent customer service.

Fantastic experience: Meals are delicious low calories and can be microwaved in 2 minutes. The meals get delivered to my house on Fridays and I don’t have to worry about what to eat I just reach in my fridge and grab a meal. Their menu selection is amazing I have not been disappointed with the variety of meal selections . Worth every penny!

I was expecting basic food/meals, but was extremely surprised at the quality of food and speed of delivery. I am on the Keto plan and it is perfect for me. Negative experience: Worsened customer service quality and bad delivery practice as of late. Giving more than 1 star only because of the wonderful food quality and abundance of options. I have been using their services for almost a year and it’s been great until this year. Not sure if it was pandemic-related, but they began having consistent issues with delivery - late arrivals, not finding the front door, missing the delivery entirely... at least one in every 4-5 times was a flop. It got even worse when they switched to UPS. Their customer service has taken a turn too. They had always been quick to respond to any concerns and correct their issues the same day. So when they started arguing against me on the billing issues, I decided that enough is enough. I’ve been very patient and loyal, but there’s always a limit. I highly recommend them once they start getting good reviews again. Until then, look elsewhere.

Negative experience: Please take and consideration going back to the normal drop off twice a week. This new system of delivering once a week with UPS has been awful food arrives late and food is super frozen. I have decide to cancel my memberships

Negative experience: Amazing food, extremely unreliable delivery. I originally moved from a different part of Fl and got recommendation Eat Right from by a god friend. It was mentioned that the food is amazing, tastes really great and never friend had an issue with them. I’m a very schedule depended person. And because of my job, I very often have to leave my house by 6:30AM to make it to the gym and get to office on time. So their overnight delivery (11PM to 6AM) worked absolutely perfect for me. So I signed up for 14 meals a week (7 meals + 7 breakfasts). I ended up being with them for over 4 months. In 4 months, they had 5 issues with missed deliveries. As well as delivered meals quite often were not what I ordered. But I get it, life happens. Even though, for me a missed delivery meant 2 useless meals because I was often taking them with me and driving to different offices From what I understood, they were having lots of issues with deliveries in last couples of weeks. So they switched to UPS delivery (which I was very happy about). But the issue came when 4 meals were skipped during transition from local to UPS delivery and I asked for a credit for the meals. All the customer support was saying “we did not charge you for these 4 meals”. As well as, the week prior they send an email “extra meals will be delivered to cover the transition time from local to UPS delivery”. Which even then manager said that it was a mistake. And normally, businesses will send a follow up email with “We are sorry, we make a mistake.” But I get it, marketing is a busy field and mistakes happen. What I don’t get is their customer service and humongous amount of delivery issues. But if they can’t figure it out inside the company, how customers are suppose to know? Ended up cancelling with them and signing up with a different meal delivery company. Truly hope, they will be able to figure it all out. Because their food it really delicious.

Negative experience: I had use this company for the past 2.5 years on and off. In the time lapse i seen a decrece of the food Quality and package. “ not big Deal” i still stuck around and give them a chance. But the new system of delivery with Fedex has been awful food arrives late and hard rock frozen, call to cancel my membership and to have my money refund for the upcoming week that i have not receive meals for and the lady refuse to refund me and was so rude.

Negative experience: Food quality is great but delivery have been unreliable. They are currently switching to a different delivery partner and they are doing a horrible job switching to it. They said they were sending extra food due to change, but they are sending the food after they left you without food for two days, when I called, they said it was a marketing department problem. Decided to cancel service and now even though they were able to cancel, they don't want to refund a future delivery that hasn't been shipped yet. Gave them a chance, but they obviously don't care.

Negative experience: I want to echo other comments regarding unreliable deliveries. I’ve been an EatRight customer for about a year. The food is great, and until a few weeks ago, I’ve generally been quite pleased with the service. They missed a few deliveries here and there, but I get that stuff happens sometimes. Lately, the missed deliveries have become more and more frequent. This past week I received no food at all. Two missed deliveries in a row, so no food, yet they charged my card anyway. This is unacceptable! They said they’d give me a credit on future orders, but what I REALLY want is reliable service. Like many consumers of this type of service, I’m a busy guy, and I count on the deliveries showing up when they’re supposed to. I don’t have time to cook, and I don’t want to go out; that’s why I signed up for the EatRight service in the first place. Given their poor performance in deliveries, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Positive experience: I really do like Eat Right and I've been a subscriber since 12/14/20. I had a 50/50 meal plan of conventional and plant based and I really enjoyed both. Customer Service is top notch!! Unfortunately I have to cancel because I need to re-evaluate my diet and I believe high sodium/high carbs are the culprit, and unfortunately there are no low sodium plans (I personally think they use a tad bit too much salt). In the past 7 months, I've had only 2 delivery mistakes and Eat Right always corrected it immediately. Also I had to leave town a couple times and pausing was a breeze. Canceling was not even painful and they were very understanding. I hope I can return some day but I highly recommend for the convenience and the quality justified the price.

Fantastic experience: I received my first order today! So far I'm VERY impressed Meals were hand delivered fresh to my office. 2 minutes in the microwave and I had an amazingly delicious meal that tasted so fresh. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's dinner, I hope it tastes as amazing as todays did. Thank you ER for getting healthy meals to a chunky girl with no cooking skills

They were completely apologetic on the phone and got it resolved, however since it was already 1pm she said they would be able to get my meals to me the following day since all the deliveries were out. Well about 5pm my security system detects someone at my house....who was it? Eat Right delivering my meals. I believe that is why you go with local small businesses, they care about their community. It's airtight. The customer service is awesome. You can't ask for better response when you need something or have a question. They are quick to take care of everything. The delivery guys are great also. They are always on time with my food and puts it where I asked. You can always freeze your account when you need to and restart it when you want to continue your meals. I can't ask for a better meal company. The food is always fresh. I am definitely going to continue my healthy journey with Eat Right!! If you've ever wanted to eat healthy but didn't know what to do, choose Eat Right, you won't regret it. It is well worth the cost. They also give a discount for new customers. I don't know if they are still doing this, but I received a free membership at Crunch Fitness. Fantastic experience: I love Eat Right. I tried all three options - plant based, conventional and keto - and all three hit it out of the park. Diverse choices, very tasty meals, perfect deliveries (always on time) and reasonably priced. This company is top notch, and I will be a lifetime customer. The keto meals were my favorite from a taste perspective. I never thought I’d love cheesy cauliflower mash, but Eat Right made me a fan. Trust me on this, choose Eat Right over any other meal plan. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Fantastic experience: I have tried a few different meal plans over the years - but have not been nearly as blown away as I have with the EatRight Team. Simply put - they are fabulous. 1) They pay attention to your notes - I hate all types of Seafood, and even when I forgot to put in my preferences, they never send me seafood. 2) I’ve had to make a few adjustments (plan changes, mid-week cancels) and their customers service is always super friendly and prompt. Yet to have a bad experience with them. They didn’t even flinch when I accidentally told them I love them (the text explaining why aka the reasons listed here didn’t send ::facepalm::) 3) Their food is delicious, and you can scan it right into MFP. 4) Deliveries are always on time. I’m not one to give out a ton of 5 Stars, but for this team I’d give more if possible!

Fantastic experience: I was turned on to Eat Right by listening to the MWF Podcast and the 60% off first purchase offer was too good to turn down even if I hated the product which I was pretty convince I wouldn't by the reviews of the podcast hosts. I ordered my first order of 21 meals a week to split between my wife and I. When I tried my first meal a steak with broccoli I was amazed. I knew they cooked their food and vacuum sealed it immediately and I was microwaving it. I didn't have high hopes for taste I was merely starting this service to do what the name implies.. Eat Right. But I was amazed by the taste the steak and frankly all the protein even pork chops which you figure after I freeze and microwaves from frozen would be a bit tough is ALWAYS juicy, tender and delicious. After a month or two of getting 21 meals I knocked it down to 14 meals a week as my stomach was getting smaller and I just couldn't eat as much which is kind of the point of eating right, to not over eat.. I am so happy with eat right. It has changed my diet and mostly my lifestyle before of bad eating. Even when I have a cheat meal I will use an eat right meal and just mess with it to make it a little "less healthy" but they are so delicious it never feels like I'm eating a "diet" meal. For a cheat meal I will take a southwestern chicken meal cut up the chicken and put it in a burrito with the included roasted peppers add guac and cheese and it is amazing.. there is not limit to the modifications you can do with the eat right meals even tho you don't have to. Overall I'm so happy with my meals and I can't see it not being a part of my life I'm too busy too cook constantly and I have chef inspired delicious meals 3 minutes away at all times.. Thanks for changing my life Eat Right!

Positive experience: The price is okay and the meals taste great but there is too little variety. I’m eating two of the same thing for two different meals. Also they dropped off my food at 2 am?! That’s insane because 1. I have a baby and the drop off caused my dogs to bark and wake them 2. I’m not comfortable with my food sitting out for 6-8 hours when there’s only 2 ice bags that are just haphazardly thrown in and not big enough to keep it cold enough for those 6-8 hours. Every other plan I’ve had has managed to drop the food during the day and sends a text of an estimated “8-4” time at the least. Not to mention one of the ice packs ruptured and leaked the gel on a meal, and one other meal was open and leaking. Overall the quality of packaging is not worth the price , no matter how good they taste, especially when for the same price you get other meals that are better packaged food and delivery wise

Positive experience: I really wanted to like this company, but alas they couldn't live up to the nice reviews here. It all started with not being able to pick my first two weeks of meals without hassling them for the menu and ended with them not fulfilling what I even ordered. Top that off with a customer service that doesn't make it right when you bring it up to them. I don't even know how the free gym membership works because nothing was ever sent or explained about it. Lastly, they don't have much variety and if you happen to have dietary restrictions like no red meat, you'll end up eating multiples of the same dish per week. There are too many other services that do a better job at this out there. Update: The owner was kind enough to reach out to me and explain the issues and try to make it right. I will likely try to work with them again because the food really is delicious ;-)

Positive experience: This company is convenient and their pricing isn’t bad IF they gave good service every time. I used them previously last year and the service was much better then than it is now. Unfortunately I can’t say the same now because they can’t stay consistent. There’s been multiple weeks I’ve had to call them because my meals were not fully sealed. There’s a few times I’ve had to call because I’ve referred people to them because the meals are decent and they had bad service and cancelled their plan as well. Here recently I had 4 meals without extra protein even thought I pay for extra protein.. they said they would discount it and they charged me the full amount this week. Their delivery driver is lazy. I’ve set my empty bags outside my front door RIGHT where he places a new bag for delivery, he refuses to pick them up? They can’t label anything correctly and I’ve noticed multiple times chicken is extremely tough and dry, and most meals are not consistent with the flavor or how they season their meals.. we are in our last week and cancelling.

Fantastic experience: I typically hate meal plans where you just warm up the food instead of cooking it, but Eat Right tastes like a home cooked meal every time! I was a little skeptical that the portions were small but I am completely full after each meal! This meal plan has made my weight loss journey so much easier. The only criticism is I wish you could choose meals from all 3 plans (e.g. Keto, Conventional, and Plant-based).

Fantastic experience: A friend of mine turned me on to this service. He had lost a ton of weight while on the Keto meal plan. I joined the service and I must say I am very impressed with the quality and portion sizes of the food. I like the convenience of the delivery options. All in all I am very satisfied.

Fantastic experience: Love supporting local small black/veteran business ! I know this is a step in the direction of health for me which is priceless. I’ve experienced great customer service and support as well as some seriously tasty meals. In fact after my first week I had to reach out and increase my order so I can fully meal prep without ever worrying about skipping a meal or wanting to cheat myself and order out. Can’t wait for this glow up!

Negative experience: Eat right was great when they first started. Many changes have been made since and there are many inconsistencies with them. This last week the meals were lacking flavor and tasted more like cheap airplane food. I was told they have a new executive chef who would really be impressive. Not impressed. Chef Anthony always had great flavor in his food. It Is a shame he’s no longer with the company. Also his customer service was top notch.
