Fantastic experience: These people have been nothing but kind. They will listen to what you tell them and adjust your plan as needed. First place I've been that didn't make my issues worse. I would 100% recommend anyone to this place.

Their trained pelvic floor physical therapist, Erin, did a superb job helping me get my pelvic floor muscles to engage. She worked diligently finding just the right exercise to strengthen my pelvic floor along with my core muscles. She listened to my concerns , addressed them, and helped me to reach my goals we discussed. Erin is passionate and very thorough about her job and always has a smile to share. I recommend Next Generation Physical Therapy to anyone who is seeking a place to have their physical therapy needs met. I especially recommend Erin for someone looking for a good pelvic floor physical therapist. She is the BEST !! ALL the therapists along with the front desk personnel are proficient at what they do. Fantastic experience: Dr. Ryan did an excellent job of treating my frozen shoulder. In less than 6 months, I went from very limited range of motion and ongoing pain in my left shoulder to no pain, full functional use of my shoulder, and almost complete range of motion. He listened to my input, modified my exercises and stretching as I progressed, and made sure I was comfortable with a stretching routine I could continue at home after being released from PT. The facility is roomy and clean, with windows. The staff is helpful and caring. I especially liked having the dogs, Jax and Daisy, there to keep us company. Fantastic experience: On day 2 of 30 therapy sessions from a completely severed ACL & Meniscus Repair. The amount of pain control & motion from the guidance in the first few sessions is unspeakable. Night and day difference between sitting and barely wanting to move, to where I am today, not afraid to slightly bend & move around is fantastic. Fantastic experience: I usually didn't feel good going in. But afterwards I felt better for the rest of the day. The staff is very good and there are 2 therapy dogs that walk around checking on patients. Once when I was tearing up Jack, one of the dogs came and stood by me for a while.

They were thorough in their assessment and were able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong! They had me back to normal in less than a month! Love this place and will never go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: In a word "amazing". Jacob and his staff are so polite and attentive that you are instantly put at ease! I've had shoulder surgery twice, the first shoulder I did rehab on site at my ortho, I always felt like I was inconveniencing the PTs. I spent most of my sessions with ice and heat and little interaction, recovery took forever and I didn't get full range of motion until 6 month later.. With the second shoulder I went to NGPT! Jacob took his time with me while also challenging me, every session brought noticeable improvements! I was able to use my arm within 2 weeks of surgery and when you've gone through shoulder surgery, you know what a big deal that is! Jacob didn't stop there, when my "good" shoulder started hurting form excessive use, he worked on it too! I can not stress how impressed I am with this clinic!

Fantastic experience: Superior care with gentle hands! I arrived on day one to Next Generation Physical Therapy with a world of pain after Total Knee Replacement Surgery. The staff here welcomed me with open arms. I was introduced to Ryan and Jewlea. Of course the rest of the staff are on your side. Ryan has brought my condition from sad and in pain, to happy and painless when I walk. Sure, he pushes me to a certain limit but I have 100% faith in him. As Ryan, many staff members are doctors and are experts in this field. Jewlea provides the same professional care with a smile and knowledge sharing as Ryan. She literally coached me into an impossible complete rotation on the bicycle where as I really didn’t think I could do it. She is a confidence booster. Fantastic experience: If you are in need of physical therapy then Next Generation is the place for you. On two separate occasions Jacob and his staff have take me from not being able to walk to walking normally with no pain or stiffness. Once with my back and once with my leg. Next Generation also saved my wife from having knee surgery. After examining her knee they found surgery wasn't needed, just therapy. After exercising the knee she walks with no pain and no limping. If you are suffering from back or knee pain, see Next Generation and if someone has recommended surgery, get a second opinion from the team at Next Generation before having surgery !

He helped me set goals that could be achieved, but were also challenging. I had a tough recovery due to stiff shoulder and nerve pain following surgery. Ryan used a variety of techniques to help me through the discomfort and to regain range of motion in the shoulder.

Fantastic experience: Erin is awesome! She listens to your concerns and works along with you to help get you back where you need to be. She helped me get ready for a half-marathon this past March and is currently working with me to help restore some lost shoulder mobility from a recent hospital stay. So far, I’m a “two-timer”, but if I ever have a third injury- which, with my record is highly probable - Erin is definitely the one I will be going to.

Fantastic experience: Oops. I think I accidentally reposted an old review from a while back, so here’s an UPDATED REVIEW: I still love everything about Next Generation Physical Therapy! The staff are incredibly educated, experienced and truly interested in helping people regain their health. I am currently working with Erin and have full confidence that I will be able to meet my physical therapy goals with her expert help. If you have knee issues, research Blood Flow Restriction Therapy. Next Generation is the only place I know of that employs this cutting-edge treatment. It’s a game changer in healing. At least for me.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff!!! I've seen multiple physical therapist over the years and Justin is the only one that actually listened to what I wanted and made a plan to help me achieve that. We all have different needs and I had no need to do physical therapy designed for a 60 year old grandma and Justin heard that. Every time I went for a session I was challenged physically to do better and I enjoyed every moment of it. Justin, Lauren, Tyler, and Conner are so friendly you don't feel like your visiting with a stranger because they treat every client I saw come in as a friend who they genuinely care for. My pain in my lower back is completely gone and I was taught what I would need to do to maintain a good body posture for the rest of my life so I never have the issue again. I honestly love these people.

Fantastic experience: I had knee surgery for a torn meniscus. For the first few days after surgery, I couldn't walk on it or straighten my leg. Ryan did a careful evaluation of my knee and gave me very specific exercises to improve my range of motion and strength. Within two sessions, I was showing great improvement. He added exercises that I could do at home as well. Ryan listened carefully to my feedback and adjusted the therapy as needed. Next Generation is amazing. The staff is friendly and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Having not made progress for 6 weeks at another facility my doctor was a bit upset and sent me to Next Generation. Within a week I was headed in the right direction. Next Generation has lot's of energy and great staff. Erin was a great educator, motivator and cheerleader. Days when I felt like giving up she guided me through it and I am grateful for it. If your doctor gives you a choice of where to go for physical therapy I suggest you go here.

Fantastic experience: Routine life had gotten painful...constantly! Unable to take anti-inflammatory, not wanting to take pain meds, and unwilling to have surgery. After diagnosis of moderate to severe arthritis in multiple areas, I decided to give this a whirl. Go, just GO. What an incredible feeling to have some relief. Awesome staff throughout front office to back and environment is great. Dr. Erin has worked wonders with me. Very knowledgeable and patient. Thumbs up to Dr.Justin and dry needling. Also Daisy and Jax are a special treat! It is obvious they all love what they do. Request NG, you do have a choice as a patient.

You will not find a better working team anywhere else. Dr. Justin Kent was my exceedingly informative physical therapist while helped me with both shoulder an hip problems. Armed with an immeasurable knowledge of his craft and a genuine passion for what he does, not to mention an upbeat attitude and unbeatable sock collection, Justin worked with me weekly until he was satisfied that I was 100%. If it weren’t for his caring guidance, I do not know if I would have ever been able to live without pain again. I truly could not have wished for a better physical therapist to work with. The staff at Next Generation could have been any more wonderful to me during my time there as a patient. Every team member at the clinic holds an infinite amount of knowledge, practice, and passion for what they do. Whether they are working the front desk or helping a patient recover from surgery, Next Generation’s staff is tremendously passionate about what they do, and they truly care about your recovery. The worst part about being healed is that I now have to say goodbye to those at Next Generation who I have come to call my friends.

Fantastic experience: After having back surgery I was still in pain due to one of my discs reupturing again. My surgeon wanted me to try physical therapy before we jumped into another surgery. I was confused on how that would help since it was something physical touching nerves in my spine. I thought it wouldn't help, and would potentially make it worse. When I arrived, Jacob looked me over, set a plan, and talked about what the goal was. I was extremely happy with the results and the fact it would help. There isn't a cookie cutter approach at this facility for everyone, they really take the time to tailor a plan for your situation. I've been to PT facilities in the past for this issue (before the rupture) and I've never had results like I received at Next Generation PT. When my wife started having knee issues a year later I immediately went to Next Generation PT to set her up with an appointment. I highly recommend Next Generation PT to anyone that needs physical therapy, you won't regret it!
