Positive experience: It has a very corporate/scripted kind of feel. My last experience at a weight loss clinic felt a lot more personal and relatable. Friendly staff but there is an awkward vibe in the place, in my opinion.

In 10 weeks, I lost over 25 pounds to get to my target weight goal and feel so much better! My level of inflammation is totally gone, my cholesterol is back in normal ranges, and I feel great. The weekly check-ins with the nurse practitioner are particularly helpful because it allows you to ask questions and get recommendations as you go, as well as to address any health concerns you might have. The menu plan that the Medi team provides gives you exact ideas for what you should eat, and the protein calorie is unique to you and your needs.

Negative experience: The front desk lady is rude and they are all about the money. It was ripped off, and I lost a lot of money for nothing. I stopped going because the last draw was when I purchased a package for the shots, and the next week I was sick and I couldn't go every week from the day I purchased the package and when I came back they told me that I lost my session because I didn't come all week or every week, mmmm I was sick, I couldn't come for 2 weeks. At 1st they treat you nice until they take your money. After that they rude.
