Negative experience: I needed to return my order. I emailed, got no response for 48 hours, called them and the person on the phone was very rude…and the return cost me $14.70 There is a reason Amazon is eating up small businesses.

Negative experience: I placed an order on August 22nd and realized over 2 weeks later that I never received the product. When I called she said she found my invoice but it was never printed out to ship and she said she would do it now and I would receive it within 3 days. I asked if I could get overnight shipping considering how long I had already waited and she said no because I didn't pay for overnight shipping originally. I told her this will be my first and last time using the company with this type of customer service. Update Sept 17....still haven't received it. Received a call from owner who saw this review and apologized and said it had been overnighted and she would refund the full amount of the purchase. Received product Sept 18.

Negative experience: This company is little more than a group of scammers whose real business is to capture email addresses and cell phone numbers by promising coupons valid for purchases and then, when you attempt to redeem them on a purchase, find out that they product they are advertising ON THEIR WEBSITE, is not in stock! But you only find that out AFTER they have your email address and cell phone number. Then they endlessly spam your email several times per day and IGNORE EVERY REQUEST TO REMOVE YOUR EMAIL AND CELL PHONE NUMBER FROM THEIR COMPANY RECORDS! They REFUSE to respond to repeated emails to their customer service email address, and REFUSE to respond to repeated emails to other corporate address. Their conduct is dishonest and unethical from start to finish. By far the sleaziest company in the neutraceutical business. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! You will do far better elsewhere!

There are two parts of your operation that annoy me is that you send me emails and texts at least three times a week.No one is buying supplements 3X a week. The other problem is that some of your “sales” involved jacking up the price of the original item so that you can offer second item price. Not cool.

I assumed you would send them later, but I still haven't received them. Despite my emails, I haven't received any response from you. As always, I never demand anything that isn't rightfully mine. However, in this case, I haven't received all the items. If you believe the order is complete, we can cross-check the details. But your lack of response is quite shocking to me.

Negative experience: Regarding Order HQ05056168 This order was placed on September 12, 2023. In that month, I received some of the products, as shown in Figures One and Two, with a handwritten note indicating that I was owed 5 bottles of EnteroVite and 1 bottle of Gluten-Flam. Then, in December 2023, you sent me a package via USPS containing only a bottle of Gluten-Flam, claiming that the order was complete, as shown in Figure Three. However, I never received the 5 bottles of EnteroVite. Despite my attempts to communicate this issue via email, you have completely ignored it.

Upon arrival, a significant portion was found to be damaged. I promptly emailed you with attached images and details of the damages. It wasn't until January 2024 that I received the replacements from you. However, these replacements differed from what was originally ordered, both in quality and quantity. I had assumed that further replacements would be provided, hence my continued patience. Why did I wait? Because I understand that fulfilling orders isn't always easy, just as with order #54633, which I placed in jun 2023. Some items from this order weren't received until February 2024, That's what made the deal complete. a span of 8 months. Yet, despite my recent inquiries, there has been no response. Your email stated that replacements had been sent, but further communication has been lacking. Indeed, I received a package in January 2024 and promptly informed you of the situation. You should be aware of the circumstances. However, you've chosen not to address the issue. This involves a substantial amount of money. I believe our past collaboration has been mutually satisfactory, and even if we're no longer working together, obligations should still be fulfilled, shouldn't they? Attached are some excerpts from the email I sent to you at that time. In the email, I also provided detailed information regarding the quantity and names of the damaged products.
Papa Jill - I am sorry for the confusion with your order. I know that our staff did try to resolve the issues you had, but they were not able to reach you. We sent you tracking information and at this point, you should have received all products you were owed, including replacements for those that were damaged. As our buyer has advised you, there is one product that is backordered from the company. We are waiting for you to let us know if you would like us to continue to wait for it or if you would like a refund.

Fantastic experience: In searching for vitamins I located Village Green Apothecary. I have medical issues that restrict me from using certain fillers and ingredients especially that are usually found in a B Complex. My first interaction was with Margo, she informed me that they could create a custom compounded B Complex for me, exactly to my doctors specifications & my needs. She also told me that if I don't see a vitamin on the website that I need to call or email and they will help me locate it. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and constantly worked on follow- up with me. Due to the unique nature of my requests, she put me in direct contact with the Compounding Pharmacist Asif Saiyed. Positive experience: I was given a reward of $10, but then couldn't get the free shipping that was also available, which turned my $10 reward into $3... thank you to the young lady that made it to where I could use my reward and the free shipping code. It took a couple of days but we finally got it done.

Fantastic experience: I order Glucose Support online and it is recommended by my doctor. I have only been in touch with some one at Village Green Apothecary once. Very nice and helpful. They let me know they only had Glucose Support not Blood Sugar Support. I like the sales they have on their supplements, and the emails I receive telling me what supplements are on sale. Fantastic experience: Village Green Apothecary is a wonderful Pharmacy located in Bethesda Maryland. It provides full service for regular prescriptions. It also has a Compounding Pharmacy for special medications. There is a large section for vitamins and other supplements.
