Staff is so friendly and always helpful with my crazy scheduling patterns. Been coming for about a month or two and I see the difference for sure. Massage therapist here is licensed and so good too. Personable, informative, data-driven, and with a focus on evidence-based results. Let's not forget that alongside Dr. Cohen is a helpful, courteous, and genuine staff who create a perfect environment for success. I have seen improvements to my overall posture, a reduction in body pains/aches, and even better weightlifting strength/form. Here is some info/commentary on my experience that might help others: # of visits: 40+ across 1 year Overall Improvement: Noticeable neck and back correction via X-ray. Average visit duration: ~15 minutes Location: Parking lot can be a bit crowded at times, however, the inside is spacious and clean. Additional Info: They have a bonus stretching room and automatic massage table for before or after your adjustment which really helps prolong those adjustments.

My first visit at Excel, I was surprised I didn’t get adjusted immediately, instead I was interviewed about the problems I had, had X-rays taken, went over my X-rays and how to improve my pain/posture. My next visit I was adjusted and had THE BEST massage of my life by their masseuse who specializes in neck and back massages! Every visit after has been bliss. Not only do I get a great adjustment , but I feel comfortable asking to be adjusted in other areas I feel discomfort. I can always count on Dr. B and Dr. Lowery to take care of me each week and give me advice on my posture/stretching. Also, their staff couldn’t be any nicer! I’m always greeted by Alexis & Valerie when I check in for my appointment and leave happier than when I walked in. Negative experience: Gave one extra star for the friendliness of the staff, but this is not where you need to spend your money. They showed me X-rays of another person. Couldn’t tell you if it was totally fake/part of the grift, but I knew instantly when I noticed the teeth of the person pictured were not my own due to extra teeth being present and a broken tooth I have miraculously being shown as whole. When I brought this up, it was excused as a mistake or that I was confused. Fishy is the nicest way to put it. I’ll be making some calls to the proper channels, but be vigilant about your care and who you trust with your body. I recommend that you stay away.

Fantastic experience: I was a little skeptical about going to a chiropractor and my coworker told me about Dr. Cohen and put me in touch with him and I went to the initial consultation visit and was still a little skeptical about it, I went back for Dr. Cohen to give me the results of my x-ray and he told me he could help me. I decided to give it a try for a month and I must say that I have dealt with back problems for a long time and due to my profession as a barber I was getting muscle spasms in my back constantly from my line of work, that didn't help my situation at all... One day I came across Excel Chiropractor and thought of giving it a try and there was no going back. They listen to you and study your problem first before jumping into any conclusions. Fantastic experience: I'm a very active 70 year old who works out regularly but suffer from various muscular and joint pains, especially in the lumbar, glutes and hamstrings. After seeing some very positive feedback from others, decided to meet with Dr. Cohen at Excel Chiropractic to ascertain if there were any potential solutions with my chronic issues. The initial exam was very thorough and a very honest and upfront presentation of my x-ray results was extremely informative regarding which areas of my spinal system can be successfully treated with chiropractic treatments and which cannot. Dr. Cohen's energy and positive enthusiasm is very inviting and I felt very comfortable with the recommended treatment plan offered. I have begun and am enjoying the treatments and remain very hopeful this will restore my comfort level as I continue to enjoy my exercise routines and other physical activities.
