Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Just For The Health Of It for over 10 years, and I'm planning on coming for the next 10 years. I'm thankful for the healing touch of the chiropractic team, massage therapy team, and physical rehab expertise of Ren.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an appointment with Dr. Haley, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. She truly took the time to understand my concerns and asked thoughtful questions that showed her genuine interest in my well-being. I left feeling optimistic and empowered, armed with valuable advice on how to heal more effectively. The atmosphere was welcoming and professional, making it a comfortable place to address my back pain. I will definitely return for future visits and highly recommend this clinic to anyone struggling with similar issues.

Fantastic experience: Dr Cara Olsen is absolutely amazing. I’ve always been afraid to go to a chiropractor, but my son insisted I see Dr. Olson after my automobile accident. She has made me feel at ease with a very stressful situation and always calms my fears whenever I have any. I also see Dr. Haley surface and she is amazing also. My experience has been a great one considering I had to go because of a bad situation. I will continue to do maintenance with Dr. Olson after my automobile accident has been closed.

Fantastic experience: Dr Haley and Dr Cara are THE BEST CHIROPRACTORS EVER. I've been going to see them for over a year now. When I first walked in to see Dr Haley I was still having long term daily chronic pain in my low back and shoulders from a car accident 3 years prior. Being whole body chiropractors, they adjusted me the right way, from the start, and gave me some simple exercises and stretches that I started doing at home, and the pain dropped significantly. I can't emphasize how big that was for me. I'd spent alot of years with chronic daily pain, with a previous provider who was marginal at best, and who missed some big injuries after the last car accident, and who's treatments didn't help at all. To finally have some relief was life changing. You would be doing your body a favor if you go to see them for treatment, because they will never give you less than 100% of the care you deserve.

Fantastic experience: Had an awesome deep tissue full body massage w/ Chris. Was worth the time and money. He was professional caring and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was very good in finding the problems and working on these areas as well as making sure there was time to do my entire body. Am looking forward to having another massage frm him soon.

Fantastic experience: I recently started seeing Dr Quinn for Chiropractor visits, I like his approach as a more whole body and not a cookie cutter adjustment. I also have enjoyed my massage from Nevaeh, she's very intuitive to what your body needs and makes sure you're comfortable. I will keep coming back and can't recommend these 2 providers enough!

Over the years I've been in a number of car accidents (people running into my vehicle) and operations including a hip replacement. At seventy seven I was feeling pretty beat-up but with their caring attention I'm feeling better and doing better at work. To the Doctors and staff, I thank you all so much!

Negative experience: They profess to represent healthy and balanced living, unfortunately, that’s not the case and here’s why; I rent the house right next to their building and every Friday at 7:30am a high decibel blaring leaf blower jars me and my neighbors awake from much needed sleep. I asked the owner to stop. They didn’t stop. So I ask you, if they care so much about the health of people, why would they dismiss a simple request to consider the neighbors..when their sign says for the health of it?

Negative experience: In 2016 I started visiting this chiropractor office. Like many former patients at first it was a cool and inviting place. I had a pinched nerve Summer 2022 and decided to tried again. I had an appointment with Dr. Elliott Quinn and he said I needed months of therapy and chiropractor treatments. We started treatments but felt no improvement. So I went back to my chiropractor in Camas, WA and told me that nothing was ever done on my spine. I decided to cancel the remaining of my therapy at Just 4 the health of it. Within 2 days I received a call from Dr. Quinn grilling me on why I stop the therapy this men what yelling at me making me feel horrible even though he knew I was going through a ton of pain and couldn't even got dressed. Now I'm stuck with a forever bill of $21. 87 that I don't know what is about. Just like LeAnne Mueller I can't get through billing or any staff to call me back to clarify this new magic charges. I'm open to a class action lawsuit former patients. Thank you!

Dr Quinn spoke meaningfully of ways to support my neck and other body issues and laid out a plan that has since brought significantly positive results. The staff as a whole has a light in their eyes as they serve, and show me every time how they want to be there and enjoy helping every person they meet. Fantastic experience: Went to Just For The Health Of It in downtown Vancouver and had an AMAZING experience! Went there to get Drex my dog treated. He has had a lot of joint problems and other issues. I went there just thinking he'll just get adjusted. Dr. Haley gave him a laser treatment for his lipoma tumors. Noticed he is having allergies and prescribed him supplements. And then gave him an adjustment!!!!!! Drex has improved so much!!!!!! The best part was they didn't charge for Drex's visit, they ask for food, treats, and toy donations for the office and or for the SW Humane Society!!! Incredible! I also got treatment, cuz might as well, I was there. She had done techniques I have never tried and feel wonderful! Their hours are so flexible as well! I don't have to miss work for appointments! Fantastic experience: I was referred to this office by a friend, at my last doctors visit I had shrunk an inch and a half and had lower back pain for months as well as hip pain hands and feet. After doing bloodwork and labs my doctor told me he thought that I was Early onset osteoporosis. I told him I was thinking about going to the chiropractor and he said you could try that it might help. But I have never had the results that I had after only one visit here, I’ve had to now and my lower back pain is completely gone, i’m back to 5 7’ instead of five 5 1/2 which was very shocking , could’ve been all the tugging she did on my legs and feet, just kidding. But this morning I actually woke up without any pain in my hands or my feet which I’ve had for well over a year. I have not felt this good in years, and move this well I did not realize how tight my body was in my muscles and joints, actually loose, I don’t know ,I was just a mess she seemed like she knew what she was doing so I just went with it, and believe it or not it worked. She explains everything to you and how your body works, i’m actually looking forward to the second half of my life now :-) 50 isn’t so bad.

I was hit by a car as a pedestrian on my bicycle and was treated badly at Legacy hospital. Having my x rays done at this office and Dr Haley explaining to me what is going on in my body made me feel such a sense of relief emotionally I cried in the office and still in shock in a good way!!! I felt like I was crazy and imagining my pain and discomfort after the hospital telling me nothing is wrong with me because I didn't have broken bones and the bruising will go away in a week and take ibuprofen. A massage therapist Sara Funk recommended this practice and I am sooooo glad she did!!! I know I am in great hands here!!!! Thank you!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Doctor Haley is amazing!!!! All of the front staff were such a big help, and they really made you feel welcome! Every time I walk into a chiropractic office, I get a very hospital room experience... it's never warm or welcoming. I always feel uncomfortable, especially with the doctors. BUT NOT HERE!!!!!! First of all, if you have ever been to a crystal shop, that was the vibe when I walked in. It felt like a very down-to-earth place. I didn't feel like the doctors there were the typical "white-coat" doctors, but rather more of a friend. I came in will a history of back issues, and Haley was able to know all of the places I had problems with without me even telling her! I hadn't been to the chiropractor for +3 years because I never felt like I could find the right fit. Let me tell you, THIS IS THE RIGHT FIT!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Beware of the bait and switch. I was told I had great chiropractic coverage and that adjustments would only be around $25 each visit out of pocket. I signed a document stating I was responsible for what insurance didn’t cover and that they’d help fight if a claim was denied. But they don’t write anywhere on the document what they quote you, that info only goes into the computer. I am a nursing student and explicitly stated that funds were tight and I would only be able to do the recommended weekly adjustments if they were covered by my insurance without my deductible met. I am very familiar with how insurance works having verified benefits myself for years, I was not confused about my deductible. After a month of two of weekly and biweekly visits, each time being charged the same $25 copay, all of a sudden I was told I had a large outstanding balance of my account. Magically the computer now said that my benefits stated visits were fully out of pocket and they were not able to change me to a cash plan because they already signed me up as having insurance. I tried to email the owner to suggest writing the quote where the patient physically signs as well, to ensure accountability. The owner did not ever respond, I just paid the bill and moved on but beware of bait and switch tactics by this chiropractor.

Fantastic experience: I love the JFTHOI team! The front staff is always so supportive and kind. Dr.Cara, Dr.Quinn and Dr.Haley have all supported me and my daughter over the years! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for chiropractic care. They are knowledgeable and caring and they love what they do and it yields great results. All the massage team is amazing, and you’ll see results with them as well. Ed is my go to massage therapist he adds essential oils and cupping, as needed, to his treatments, it’s a great fit for me. I always recommend this clinic to others in the area .

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr. Cara and the whole "team" for quite some time now. I was on hiatus for awhile due to 2 major neck surgeries. I now experience quite a bit of pain since the surgeries so I made an appointment to start seeing Dr. Cara (and Dr. Quinn) again. She got me in immediately (she knows my entire history) and worked on me for some time, as usual. She doesn't "rush" through appointments. She interacts and questions, then assesses and treats. I am 2 days out from her treatment and I'm ALREADY benefiting BIG TIME with a reduction in pain. So, I guess you could say, "I'm baaaaack", and so very happy. In addition, Dr. Cara's ENTIRE STAFF is so friendly, warm, engaging, and just plain fun to be around. I thank God HE led me to Dr. Cara. I trust her absolutely. She has given me hope that I'll make it through this difficult recovery.

Fantastic experience: I had an awesome first visit! I have some complicated issues due to injuries that have never healed. I have fresh hope for healing and look forward to the healing journey! Each visit helps me get a little stronger. Dr. Cara had some awesome techniques. I particularly appreciated her jaw work, her hitting the trigger point underneath of my left armpit and her work on my C5-C6. I am hopeful for continued healing of this very damaged body. Another 5-star visit both last time and this time. Thank you! Moving a rib each time helped. Beginning to get some more movement in my feet has also helped. Haley's recommendation of the cat cow move in the center of my upper back is much appreciated. I can tell I am healing and eager to keep doing what I can do to hasten the progress. Making great progress. Dr. Haley gave us a new supplement for circulation. I can already tell it is a winner for both of us. It's working all the places I hurt or am stuck (like my tight ankles!) Fantastic experience: Coming here was the best decision I have made for myself in 2021. I love their whole body wellness approach to treatment and I can't say enough nice things about the staff. They have everything you could possibly want from an alternative healthcare provider all under one roof. If you are reading this comment because you're in pain and are curious about the type of office they are, stop reading this and call and get yourself scheduled. Phenomenal people!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had horrible back pain for years. Non of my doctors could find the cause. They just wanted to treat with medication. I learned to accept I’d be out of commission a few weeks every year. My friend told me about this great place he had been going to after a car wreck earlier this year. He gave me their card and I called. My first experience with them was setting up an appointment. The person I spoke with was extremely helpful. When I told her about the condition I was in, she seemed genuinely concerned for me. She told me she would call me back after speaking with some of the Doctors to get me in as fast as possible. A few hours later I got a call back. She said there was a cancellation and she thought of me. Amazing customer service. I got there today and the atmosphere was great. The people were friendly and welcoming. They set up my insurance and I was seen very quick. I’m very bad with names, but this wonderful woman took me into an office. We went over my medical history. She listened to me complain and ramble on about my back. She even went and got my MRI results from Vancouver Radiology within 10 minutes. I had to take my work boots off and they didn’t even say anything about my stinky feet.. I then met with Dr. Quinn. This guy is really great! He explained to me how the spine works and went over the nerves and stuff and how they run through your body. I’ve never had a Doctor do that before. He was telling me what was wrong, and why it was wrong. After my initial inspection, he told me my spine was jacked and my hip was not where it belonged. He didn’t use those words. He said it professionally like a doctor, but I’m not a doctor so what ever. I then went and got X-rays. Guess what the X-rays showed. Exactly what Dr. Quinn said. It was crazy looking at my crooked spine in the X-ray. He explained what we were looking at and then went to work. After he was done I stood up. The back pain was gone! I haven’t felt this good since my 20s. I honestly felt like a new man. I forgot what it feels like to feel normal. It’s one of those things people take for granted. Overall this place was outstanding. I feel stupid knowing I could have done this years ago. If you want treatment from a top shelf business staffed with enjoyable people who love what they do, this is your place.

Physically I am helped with the very specific and pain-relieving adjustments and massages I get (no matter who I see). Physiologically I am helped with the quality and variety of natural supplements they sell (and pricing is very good)! Fantastic experience: Needed to return for services since I was run over by a car. I felt welcomed and health needs met. After living in Vancouver WA over 30 years, Just For The Health Of It is hands down the best facility if you seek PROFESSIONAL alternative care. Dr. Surface has referred me to my primary physician and medical specialists with her own findings. It feels safer when health is a team sport ;-). The whole team communicates.

Fantastic experience: Just GO! LMT Marissa did a great releasing my chest and shoulders, she’s very particular and spends the time on each muscle to find and release pressure points.

Negative experience: I am super upset. I tried to set up an appointment originally through email, which they responded to with a date and time, which I said yes to and then they...never confirmed. I then got a text the next day saying that they never received my email and they asked if I wanted that day/time to which I said yes, please. Again, I did not receive a confirmation. I sent a text to that number asking if they would be open (the snow has been crazy), got no response but after looking on their Facebook page it said they would be open for appointments at my time. I WALKED over--my car is snowed in--only to find they had never put my appointment in and that no appointment was available until HOURS later when I have nobody to watch my one year old daughter. I am so upset and will not be returning here. I'd rather go somewhere where they RESPOND to emails and texts and CONFIRM appointments made a week in advance. Horribly unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: 2023: been going here for 3 years. All of their Chiropracters are terrific. You feel better everytime you come here and they work to get you stable and to help yourself NOT get injured. They really care and prove it every visit. If they aren’t your clinic, you are wasting your money!! 2020: Needed a massage for old age and general soreness from an old injury. Met with the chiropractor there before hand. I was floored when she was so open and giving with providing me resources to stretch and exercise. I have had to BEG other chiropractors for any homework, even after multiple visits!! I saw Ed for a massage. My back feels 90% better after 1 massage and days later. My left foot has plantar fasciitis and has been getting worse and worse. 5 minutes with Ed and I have been easily 80% better days later. My foot doctor didn't even mention massage might help...but it helped more than the compression socks, stretches and the boot combined. This place is pretty great and I am sorry I didn't find it sooner.

Fantastic experience: I have received services from almost every staff member in the past 3 years to include Chiropractor, Massage & Acupuncture. All excellent and helpful when something unexpected has come up for myself or a family member. Dr Cara and her staff really listen and aim to restore your health and keep you going. My family of five has been a regular client, once a week for 3 years and it was a great choice we made. It keeps us on track and paying attention to our personal self. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I slept on my arm wrong and could not lift from my side more than about 3 inches without sharp pain. After explaining to Dr Cara, she checked my movement, taped the shoulder and forearm. Then she started adjusting. After a night of doing exercises and a good rest, I am able to lift my arm past 90 degrees before I can feel any pain. Thank you Dr Cara for listening and responding to my needs. This is why I love coming to JFTHOI, because that’s what all the chiropractors do, listen and respond!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVED coming to this clinic. I had my first massage with Ed and he did a phenomenal job! I also really like that this place accepts insurance which helps out financially when it comes to needing frequent visits/care.
