Fantastic experience: Such a great place for health and wellness Dr Derosa and Dr Romano are the best chiropractors I have met. They offer physical therapy and physical fitness along with iv vitamin drips to promote good health This is the only place I go to for chiropractors

Negative experience: Have had nothing but issues since my husband started going there. Said they would not balance bill, got multiple bills to fight with no returned phone calls from billing department. Told my husband's blood work was sent to labcorp to get there and it not be there and no one at office is answering the phone. Not to mention none of the issues he started going there for have been addressed. They are fulling ignoring him. DO NOT RECOMMEND at all.

She’s just fantastic,amazing knowledge about medicine, if you need to choose anyone you can always choose her without any hesitation, and my opinion is based on my experience When you talk to her about your medical problems, you just feel like you know her forever. l very highly recommend her. Fantastic experience: I was looking to change my primary Doctor and I was suggested Madison Medical and sports rehabilitation Center. I cannot recommend Madison Medical highly enough! From the moment you walk in, the staff shows professionalism and warmth, ensuring every patient feels welcomed and cared for. The office is impeccably clean, modern, and well-organized, creating an environment that immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Lisa Ospina and Dr. Stephan Derosa are not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate. They take the time to listen attentively to your concerns, explain diagnoses and treatment options in clear detail, and ensure you feel confident in your care plan. Their ability to connect with patients on a personal level (ECU pirates!) truly sets them apart. Also the RN that helped out, sorry currently not remembering the name but she was very helpful and professional as well. Appointments are punctual, and the support staff is equally impressive, efficiently handling scheduling, insurance, and follow-ups. Whether it’s a routine check-up or a more complex issue, the team’s commitment to excellence and patient care is evident every step of the way. If you’re looking for a healthcare provider who genuinely prioritizes your well-being, look no further. Madison medical and Sports rehabilitation is a gem, and I feel fortunate to be in such capable hands.

Negative experience: I signed up for a program paid a ton of money and did not get any of the services that I should have received. Extremely disappointed. When I spoke to the manger I was offered a free infusion instead of any portion of my money back. I would not recommend this practice for any type of services. They took bloodwork and I had to request a readout if my bloodwork. They never weighed me once. They did not provide any if their services I paid for. Never even met a doctor there. It’s terrible.

Positive experience: I have been a patient at Madison Medical for 3yrs now and the biggest issue I have is getting a person to answer the phone and getting prompt service. Reordering my meds or getting results is tough there is never someone to talk to I havevto call many times to get what I need over days at a time. If this can be improved it would make a world of difference.

Fantastic experience: Incredible people throughout the organization, always polite, always competent!

Positive experience: I am very satisfied with all the services I've received but there is no reason to make a special appointment to review bloodwork after 6 years of receiving the same prescription. If there are no issues, then the script can be called in like every other time during these 6 years. Traveling from Rockaway just to review bloodwork is extremely unreasonable and I will not do so.

Fantastic experience: I recently had "knee pain" from running or biking that radiated to my shin and ankle. It wasn't going away so I thought I should see a doctor. I was so happy to be able to get an appointment that afternoon with Dr. Gunn. He diagnosed my ailment as a mild LCL sprain with a possible nerve impingement, and did some myofascial release treatment, and told me to ice the area for 15-20 minutes when I got home. So glad to find out it was only a sprain! It was much better after that, and it completely went away within a week!

Fantastic experience: I’ve gone to chiropractors before, but they all seemed very cookie cutter. Madison Medical is very specific to my needs, and I am very appreciative that! They make sure that my specific issues are addressed! Dr. Gunn, Dr. DeRosa, and Dr. Romano, are exceptional! The medical providers are also very considerate of my concerns and medical needs! Dr. Fortunato Dr. Bachman and Lisa Ospina are some of the best providers I’ve ever come across!

Negative experience: If you need a prior authorization done prepared to wait three months for the staff to prepare it for your insurance company and then for them to charge you 50 bucks a week and force you to come in for your testosterone shots. Then on top of it blame CVS for their own mistakes and take no accountability. I had to leave this unfortunate review, but you can see my prior review from the year before. The staff at Madison Medical & Sports Rehabilitation Are friendly, compassionate, and take their time to get to know you as an individual and what your needs truly are and how they can help you along your journey. In today’s society where we want everything now now now and get lost along their own personal journeys because things might not be happening fast enough or the way we want the incredible support at Madison can help you focus your energies where they should be focused Your goals and results Want to not just force down cookie cutter path

So I tried treatments recommended to heal the muscle and joint problem. After a few weeks I was feeling better and able to get back to doing the things I love. Fantastic experience: My only go to when I have a medical issue. I have been relying on their Associate Physician Lisa Ospina for many years for her knowledge and warmth. She has a way of making me feel better and hopeful no matter how bad I feel. Recently they have added a nurse named Toni Who is very similar to Lisa Ospina. Lately I’ve been extremely needy and they both get job done quickly and with respect and kindness. I couldn’t live without Madison Medical.
