Fantastic experience: Minser Chiropractic Clinic continues to be a wonderful experience for me, and I've been going here for two years now. My massage therapist, Katie Wakeman, has always been very attentive and professional. She provides personalized massages that leave me feeling relaxed, refreshed, and have significantly reduced my neck and back pain. If you're looking for a massage in St. Cloud, I highly recommend Minser Chiropractic Clinic and Katie Wakeman. You won't be disappointed!

Negative experience: Dr. Young is wonderful with pediatric through adult chiropractic service but billing service is horrible. Overcharge and adding many fees which makes it hard to justify using them for their services. Buyer beware.

Fantastic experience: They were able to get me in on a moment's notice. Being from it out of town, I certainly appreciated that. I work in town all week so I schedule all of my appointments with them. I've been there twice so far and I feel better than I have in the last 4 months. They have a very friendly, light hearted and fun loving staff. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: The staff are always friendly and attentive. The care I receive is above excellent. As a TBI survivor,with extensive neck and back pain, I don't think my healing process would have been this effective without them. I call them my "Minser angels".

Fantastic experience: Amazing Clinic and Staff!!! I go here at least once a month. I see Dr. Leither for Chiro and Acupuncture. Sara B for deep tissue/massage Therapy. Kelly for Rehab/Recovery PT. They all are working extremely hard to make sure I can manage pain and keep my body in shape as an athlete. Would recommend hands down! Also, be honest. They can't help you if you don't tell them what is wrong. They will help you to become an expert of your own body if you listen and ask questions!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Minzer chiropractic by a friend. It was the best decision I made. I had been doctoring for 6mths with another chiropractor for a neck injury with very minimal relief. AFTER ONLY 3 WEEKS at MINZER, I had RELIEF and MOBILITY in my neck. After 6 mths I was at a point where there were days that I forgot my neck was even injured ...I felt so good! Dr. Fimrite explained what was going on with my neck and what our plan of action would be. It WORKED! My experience has been a10 out of 10 with staff, implementation and results!

Back pain, pregnancy, post partum, sports injuries, ear infections, we have done it all at Minser Chiropractic. My children all had their first visit within their first week of life. The doctors are all knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. The support staff is also amazing, always a smiling face and willing to help.

Negative experience: Came here when I was 8 months pregnant for the first time, the woman who adjusted me quite literally JUMPED on my stomach, 4 days later I had to be induced due to all my amnionic fluid being to one side and leaking putting my baby at risk , ironically the same side that she damn near stomped on me with her leg while trying to "adjust" me, 1 month later I received a BILL from them, girl bye.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Leither is magician! My sciatic was really bothering me and after one trip with the massage and adjustment I was like a kid again! Can't thank this team enough. Everyone I referred is also very happy.

Fantastic experience: Jess Berg is the best massage therapist in the entire tri-county area! She has an instinctual, empathetic ability that others in other establishments can't replicate. She can find exactly what you need for the day and rub it right out for you. I have never had her cancel on me and we have only rescheduled one time, several days in advance. Way to go Jess!

Positive experience: Everyone was very kind and very nice. However biggest complaint was went in to have back adjusted and the right side rib put back into place. but as she was doing that she put a left side rib out of place now I'm hurting for the rest of the weekend

Positive experience: I loooove the Dr.s but the staff checking patients in (the last couple times I have come in) have been straight up rude and unfriendly. Maybe you should start watching that or give patients an option to fill out a survey every time. I come in smiling and am annoyed when I leave because of this.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. I love my chiropractor but the billing department doesn’t know what they are doing. On my first visit, I paid out of pocket. After that, they told me I’d be billed? It was strange. I’ve been dealing with a claim for 10 months now. I have been back and forth with my 3 insurance coverage companies and the clinic about this. I’ve spent hours on the phone making sure my benefits were coordinated correctly. The billing department couldn’t figure it out. Then, they sent me a collection without even notifying me and knowing that this has been being worked on. Katherine in billing said to me “well we’ve contacted you plenty about it” very rude and unprofessional. I’ve been warned by many people on St. Cloud not to go there because the owner owns a puppy mill and they are not a nice human being but I only went there to see my chiropractor. Never going back after a 10 month experience with billing.

Fantastic experience: Awe I’m an absolute puddle when Katie is done with my massages!!!! I’ve had her do what I’d call a regular massage with her hands and several cupping massages. Cupping is my favorite. It is very intense but well worth it. I can feel the tension release. Cupping may leave marks (like hickies) but worth it!!! Looking forward to my next massage!

Dr. Leither does my accu and chiro, she’s not only a really sweet & caring person but she’s also really great at what she does!
