Fantastic experience: I am impressed so far with Crossroads Chiropractic. I am about 2 months into treatment and I can feel a huge improvement in my neck with some improvement in my back. The girls that work in the office are wonderful and treat you like family when you walk in. Both Dr Donelli and Dr Swanson have been wonderful to work with. Would highly reccommend checking them out for your chiropractic needs!

Fantastic experience: They are amazing! A month ago, I could barely walk or turn my head and was in so much pain. I took a chance after receiving a flyer in the mail and made an appointment. After a thorough consultation and X-rays, the Dr and staff put me on an amazing treatment program that is nothing short of a miracle! I have been walking over 25,000 steps a day now and able to sleep with zero pain. The staff is super friendly and everyone really cares about helping me get back to my old self again. The treatments have definitely given me a new outlook on life and are helping reverse my horrible posture and age related issues.

Fantastic experience: I Jillian just would like to say dr.k is totally awesome and just would have to say she truly cares about her patients. I went to a specialist before coming to crossroads, and literally was at his office 10 min. Rushed take this medicine for 6mos. Let us know if there any issues or emergency room visits find a chiropractor have a good day. So found crossroads went there definitely more than 10 min. Came out of there feeling greatful that somebody in the medical field actually took the time to be compassionate and concerned about me,and not just the o mighty $. My mom said " that's the best out of pocket money that I've spent ever for a medical visit". I will also say it's definitely not one visit and done. But it will be definitely nice to get answers,and I feel with dr. K her thoroughness and expertise will provide me that. A huge thank you to crossroads and staff for existing.

Fantastic experience: After six years of previous chiropractic care, I switched to Crossroads Chiropractic and am thrilled that I did. Dr Kieran did a complete assessment of my range of motion, and medical history and immediately ordered back x-rays which my previous chiropractor never did. We discovered I have severe spondyloarthosis in my lumbar region. Dr Kieran set up a comprehensive care plan for the next year including adjustments, electrical muscle stimulation, decompression traction therapy, and various braces, pillows and orthotics. She is thorough, intelligent, compassionate and knows the ins and outs of chiropractic care! Anna and Jenn and the rest of the staff have been outstanding!

Fantastic experience: This is the best chiropractic practice I’ve ever been to! They use more technology and options than anybody else. All the staff are exceptionally efficient, friendly, and simply a joy to be around.

Negative experience: I am forced to give this a one star because of my experience. Your mileage may vary. We moved here from out of state and other reviews were positive. But I want to warn people if you refuse an X Ray they will refuse you service. Also their software wasn’t working and I had to fill out the paperwork twice, because their email link crashed. Which is fine but if that’s their stance they shouldn’t schedule an exam with someone who is very upfront about not wanting an X ray. They don’t have them in house and if you have a large deductible you’re then paying for that procedure which is truly not necessary. I’ve never ever had an x ray forced on me before. And then they charged me $60 for the “exam”. I left $60 short and still in pain because they refused to adjust me. They said nobody in the practice would help. To be clear this was for routine care following some postpartum issues. Ive never had a MVA or any major trauma. I’ve had many many adjustments in Pennsylvania and never been forced into an unnecessary procedure. I’ve had many successful adjustments without a change in health status and they were aware of this Undoubtedly this was my worst chiropractic experience ever and I’ve been seeing chiropractors for years. Chiropractors are often a good support for those who do not want to get involved with western medicine and all the pitfalls. They should reconsider this policy, it’s not patient autonomy friendly or at least make it obvious that they will charge you for nothing. Then again if they lack confidence without X-ray then I don’t really want them working on me.

Fantastic experience: Best chiropractor office! Not only are the adjustments amazing but they are so accommodating to your schedule, even for a last minute adjustment! I’ve been going to Crossroads for over 4 years now, through both of my pregnancies and could recommend Dr. Chris and the team enough!

Her concern for my well-being was exceptional… not used to that from a Dr. She won my heart… can’t wait to start my treatment.

Fantastic experience: The service Crossroads provides is excellent. I could barely move my arms back in late winter. By mid summer I was back in shape and my arms were as flexible as ever. Also, the reminder texting of appointments is a nice touch. Also, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. One small negative I wish they would stop sending me texts about surveys and other non appointment texts .

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with Crossroads Chiropractic & Health Center. At my very first appointment/consultation they were able to fully explain how & why the medical issues & chronic pain I have been experiencing over the last few years are connected to each other, and to pinpoint where it all stems from. The doctor sounded super confident that she'll be able to treat me so that eventually I'll be able to be pain-free without medication!

Fantastic experience: I have to say I am so pleased with this office. I came out of pure desperation!! My right knee is bone on bone with a torn ACL and a torn Meniscus... My right lower leg as well and my thigh were 3-4 times the size of my left leg due to the Bursa in that knee being inflamed. I went to ortho urgent care and was treated by the most wonderful PA Kevin Stewart who injected both my knee and Bursa. This helped at first then after a few days it was killing me all over again. I could not walk on it and would cry over the pain which was like nothing I have ever felt before. Nothing helped to even take the edge off. Then it dawned on me to give Dr. Redding's office a call and at that time I did not know it had changed hands as Dr. Redding I felt saved my life years ago when I had a back issue. Little did I know this is what the problem is now and has been. I made an appointment to go in and talk about things and Dr. Joe ordered a Xray of my back and sure enough that is the problem. Ashley stayed by my side and explained everything to me. Her mannerism to relay and explain information is spot on! They devised a plan of care and Dr. Joe adjusted me that very day and put me in traction and I swear on everything I have I walked out of that office a new person. I could not believe it! I have been adjusted x 6 times and my knee is almost back to normal. I can touch it and the swelling is now almost gone. I can walk distance and I am started to exercise daily and feel great. I have to thank the whole office staff you are all a class act. I love your stories when hooking me up to traction. Someone that is helping me that particular day always makes me laugh. Dr. Chris is doing the adjustments and his table side manner is impeccable. I am truly blessed that you all took me on! Thank you all and God bless! Vicki Otto

Fantastic experience: Dr. Joseph Donnelli and Dr. Christopher Swanson And their staff have helped my restore my quality of life. Working for only 9 short weeks I was able to progress from being heavily dependent on a cane and walker because of my inability to even bend my knee because of intense pain to being able to walk a mile with only mild discomfort and the cane is back in the closet. I literally went to 5 different doctors who could not effectively diagnose my problem, much less offer a course of action. On my first visit I spent significant time with the intake specialist Ashley who provided a comprehensive interview and education about the types of service available. It also included a laser based diagnosis of my feet and I was recommended to get orthotics to help correct my stance and make walking more comfortable. Part of the result was learning I was wearing the wrong size shoes -who knew? Dr.Joe than completed the physical portion of the evaluation and then gave me a complete explanation of how they could help. He even helped me pick out a new pair of shoes to fit the new orthotics when they arrived. I was offered two levels of help - work on the bad knee or help with the knew, back, pain while walking. I chose the overall health option, and I am extremely happy with that decision. The staff worked their ‘Magic’ with the insurance carrier and created a plan I could work with and also afford. I have enjoyed cold laser treatment of my knee and back, heat treatment on my back, and adjustments each visit. I have recommended this group to friends and even brought my granddaughter in for evaluation and treatment. The staff at this practice are friendly, almost always on time, send helpful text reminders, and are willing to work with my schedule as often as needed to create an easy schedule to maintain. Finally - they are very conscious of effective Covid-19 requirements and I was never concerned to be in their waiting room or treatment rooms. Thank you to the great doctor and all of the wonderful staff for helping me regain my active life!
